In Korea, institutions and universities to educate and train Bigdata manpower are not yet much. There are various causes, but major cause among them is lack of understanding and perception on Bigdata. Therefore, this study investigated the situation regarding the recognition on Bigdata of universities' faculties and presented a direction for educating Bigdata manpower at the university. As a result, it was investigated that their awareness about the impact of Bigdata is not so great, despite of the somewhat understanding for the Bigdata. In particular, it was investigated that their intentions of research and education for Bigdata are not high. So, for a while, it was identified that Bigdata specialist training will not be easy. In conclusion, this study suggested that the government should pay its attention more on policy for Bigdata manpower training policy of the universities according to direction of the government 3.0 policy that considers the Bigdata to the axis of the major policy.

Purpose: This paper proposes a quality strategy based on the evolution of technology in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: We examine the theory of past quality activities and the changes in quality paradigm, and analyze key words for the technologies and key issues of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Based on existing quality management, we find a quality strategy that should be pursued during the 4th Industrial Revolution. Results: Quality has been recognized as an essential component of corporate competitiveness. The paradigm of quality has also changed with the pass of time and industry development. From this viewpoint, the following eight quality strategies are proposed for the development of the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution period, such as Market-to-customer fusion quality, symbiotic quality, big data quality, technical accuracy and zero-defect quality, facility predictability quality, software quality, process flexibility quality, and information protection stability and security quality. Conclusion: Quality for customer satisfaction is still important nowadays. However, in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, where various business models and methods of manufacturing are expected, the big data utilization, software quality, and the reliability and security of information protection to support it are important.

In this Direct-to-Consumer era, webdrama services from the portal websites are increasing rapidly. Webdramas such as , , and can be analyzed in real time using responses such as unique users, likes, and comments. The analyses used in this research were Social Media Big Data Mining Method and Opinion Mining Method. Specific key words from webdrama can be extracted and viewers positive, neutral or negative emotion can be predicted from the words. The analyses of popular webdramas showed that the established K-Pop Idol member appearance and servicing portal site greatly influence the views, traffics, comments, and likes. Also, 'Mobile TV' proved the effectiveness as another platform other than television. Mobile targeted contents and robust business models still to be developed and identified. COVID-19 is also influencing the coffee industry. This will increase untact consumption, a new consumption trend. Consumption utilizing online channels and delivery service applications that represent untact consumption is becoming commonplace. The coffee industry is also increasingly using coffee shops with drive-through and smart ordering systems that can be ordered with minimal contact. While most of the untact services are preempted at franchise stores, many independent coffee shops still offer differentiated services by communicating directly with customers. However, along with the prolonged COVID-19 infection, coffee shops in the present era, which cannot be free from infectious diseases, have no choice but to worry about delivery services. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors that influence coffee delivery services. Research results due to the influence of COVID-19, regular delivery services have increased along with coffee delivery services. Regular delivery services will play a central role in coffee delivery services due to increased use of home cafes by consumers who want to enjoy coffee in various ways.

Realistic media, the next-generation media technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, is becoming an issue as a technology to experience through an environment that optimizes user experience, especially! It is rapidly developing into the health and healthcare convergence and complex fields. Realistic media technologies and services are being adopted to solve the problems of the increase in chronic diseases due to the increase in the elderly population and the lack of infrastructure and professional manpower in the fields of cognitive training and rehabilitation. Therefore, in this study, a cognitive training system was designed and implemented for the purpose of improving cognitive ability and daily life activity in subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) who require cognitive rehabilitation. In the future, an integrated service platform with interactive communication and immediate feedback as an intelligent cognitive rehabilitation integrated platform based on AI and BigData is left as a research project.

In the data economy era, various policies are being implemented to create an active data distribution environment. In South Korea, the formation of a big data distribution platform and data trading began with the launch of the Financial Data Exchange under public data governance. In the case of major advanced countries in the data field, they have built a data distribution environment based on the data broker industry for decades and have strengthened national data competitiveness through added values generated from the industry. However, behind the active data distribution through data brokers, there are numerous information security issues, which have resulted in various privacy issues and national security threats. These problems can occur sufficiently in the process of domestic financial data exchange. In our study, we analyzed various information security issues of data trading caused by data brokers and derived information security requirements to be considered when trading data. We verified whether information security requirements are well reflected in the information security policy for each transaction stage of the domestic financial data exchange. Based on the verification, measurements to strengthen information security for financial data exchange are presented in our paper.
In order to identify the trends and insights of 'startups' in the global era, we conducted an in-depth trend analysis of the global startup ecosystem using Google Trends, a big data analysis platform. For the validity of the analysis, we verified the correlation between the keywords 'startup' and 'global' through BIGKinds. We also conducted a network analysis based on the data extracted using Google Trends to determine the frequency of searches for the keyword or term 'startup'. The results showed a strong positive linear relationship between the keywords, indicating a statistically significant correlation (correlation coefficient: +0.8906). When exploring global startup trends using Google Trends, we found a terribly similar linear pattern of increasing and decreasing interest in each country over time, as shown in Figure 4. In particular, startup interest was low in the range of 35 to 76 from mid-2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but there was a noticeable upward trend in startup interest after March 2022. In addition, we found that the interest in startups in each country except South Korea is very similar, and the related topics are startup company, technology, investment, funding, and keyword search terms such as best startup, tech, business, invest, health, and fintech are highly correlated.
