빅데이터 품질이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the Effect of Big Data Quality on Corporate Management Performance)

  • 4차산업혁명시대에 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전, 고객구매 성향의 다양함, 복잡함은 산업 전체적으로 데이터의 양적 중가를 가져와 '빅데이터' 시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 빅데이터 시대는 데이터를 분석, 활용하여 기업의 전략적 의사결정에 활용하는 것이 기업의 핵심 역량으로 자리 잡게 되었다. 하지만 현재 빅데이터 연구들은 기술적 이슈와 미래 잠재 가치 중심이었다. 반면 기업이 보유한 내.외부 고객 빅데이터의 품질 및 활용 수준관리에 대한 연구와 논의는 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 내.외부 빅데이터 품질관리 정보시스템 측면와 품질경영 측면으로 인식하여 영향요인을 도출하였다. 또한 빅데이터 품질관리, 빅데이터 활용 및 수준관리가 기업의 업무 효율화와 기업 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 204명의 임직원 설문을 통해 조사하였고, 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 경영층의 지원, 개인 혁신성, 경영환경변화, 빅데이터 품질활용 지표관리, 빅데이터 거버넌스 체계 마련이 기업 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

  • 최근 다양한 분야에서 빅데이터 활용방안을 연구 중이다. 빅데이터는 기존의 방법으로는 다룰 수 없었던 방대한 분량의 데이터를 말한다. 빅데이터는 의사결정의 정확도 제고, 가까운 미래예측 그리고 새로운 비즈니스 창출가능이라는 점에서 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 기술사업화분야에서의 빅데이터 활용방안 제안을 그 목적으로 하였다. 그리고 이를 위해서 문헌연구와 사례연구 그리고 그룹인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 이들을 바탕으로 기술사업화분야에서의 빅데이터 활용방안을 도출하였다. 빅데이터 활용방안은 기술사업화 프로세스의 5단계(착상, 보육, 시연, 촉진, 지속)별로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 기술사업화분야에서의 빅데이터 활용의 가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 연구 방법상 일반적 해석에는 한계가 있을 수 있다고 생각한다. 그리고 본 연구가 기술사업화 정보 분석의 영역 확대에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

빅데이터 개인정보 취급에 따른 문제점 분석 (Analysis of problems caused by Big Data's private information handling)

  • Recently, spread of Smartphones caused activation of mobile services, because of that Big Data such as clouding service able to proceed with large amount of data which are hard to collect, save, search and analyze. Many companies collected variety of private and personal information without users' agreement for their business strategy and marketing. This situation raised social issues. As companies use Big Data, numbers of damage cases are growing. In this Thesis, when Big Data process, methods of analyze and research of data are very important. This thesis will suggest that choices of security levels and algorithms are important for security of private informations. To use Big Data, it has to encrypt the personal data to emphasize the importance of security level and selection of algorithm. Thesis will also suggest that research of utilization of Big Data and protection of private informations and making guidelines for users are require for security of private information and activation of Big Data industries.

체험마케팅에 기반한 리테일테크 활용과 기술수용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Use of Retailtech and Intention to Accept Technology based on Experiential Marketing)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 리테일테크의 기술활용이 소비자의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 규명하는 것이다. 더욱이 이러한 영향관계에서 기술 유용성과 용이성의 매개효과를 규명하고, 체험마케팅이 소비자의 구매의도를 조절하는지를 규명하는 것이다. 연구방법은 2023년 8월 1일 부터 2023년 9월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총257명이 연구에 참여하였다. 통계분석은 가설 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석, 3단계 매개회귀분석, 위계적 3단계 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리테일테크 기술 활용에서 빅데이터·AI 활용, 모바일·SNS 활용, 라이브커머스 활용, 사물인터넷 활용이 구매의도에 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 기술 유용성은 사물인터넷 활용, 모바일·SNS 활용, 빅데이터·AI 활용에서 매개효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 기술 용이성은 사물인터넷 활용, 모바일·SNS 활용, 라이브커머스 활용, 빅데이터·AI 활용 매개효과가 확인되었다. 넷째, 일탈적 체험은 모바일·SNS 활용, 라이브커머스 활용에서 조절효과가 확인되었다. 다섯째, 심미적 체험은 모바일·SNS 활용, 빅데이터·AI 활용에서 조절효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 국내 유통산업이 글로벌 시장에 진출하는데 있어 신기술을 활용하여 기업의 경쟁우위를 확보하여 국가 경쟁력에 기여하길 기대한다.

빅데이터 도입의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: 전략적 가치인식과 TOE(Technology Organizational Environment) Framework을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors for Big Data Intented Adoption: Focusing on the Strategic Value Recognition and TOE Framework)

  • To survive in the global competitive environment, enterprise should be able to solve various problems and find the optimal solution effectively. The big-data is being perceived as a tool for solving enterprise problems effectively and improve competitiveness with its' various problem solving and advanced predictive capabilities. Due to its remarkable performance, the implementation of big data systems has been increased through many enterprises around the world. Currently the big-data is called the 'crude oil' of the 21st century and is expected to provide competitive superiority. The reason why the big data is in the limelight is because while the conventional IT technology has been falling behind much in its possibility level, the big data has gone beyond the technological possibility and has the advantage of being utilized to create new values such as business optimization and new business creation through analysis of big data. Since the big data has been introduced too hastily without considering the strategic value deduction and achievement obtained through the big data, however, there are difficulties in the strategic value deduction and data utilization that can be gained through big data. According to the survey result of 1,800 IT professionals from 18 countries world wide, the percentage of the corporation where the big data is being utilized well was only 28%, and many of them responded that they are having difficulties in strategic value deduction and operation through big data. The strategic value should be deducted and environment phases like corporate internal and external related regulations and systems should be considered in order to introduce big data, but these factors were not well being reflected. The cause of the failure turned out to be that the big data was introduced by way of the IT trend and surrounding environment, but it was introduced hastily in the situation where the introduction condition was not well arranged. The strategic value which can be obtained through big data should be clearly comprehended and systematic environment analysis is very important about applicability in order to introduce successful big data, but since the corporations are considering only partial achievements and technological phases that can be obtained through big data, the successful introduction is not being made. Previous study shows that most of big data researches are focused on big data concept, cases, and practical suggestions without empirical study. The purpose of this study is provide the theoretically and practically useful implementation framework and strategies of big data systems with conducting comprehensive literature review, finding influencing factors for successful big data systems implementation, and analysing empirical models. To do this, the elements which can affect the introduction intention of big data were deducted by reviewing the information system's successful factors, strategic value perception factors, considering factors for the information system introduction environment and big data related literature in order to comprehend the effect factors when the corporations introduce big data and structured questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire and the statistical analysis were performed with the people in charge of the big data inside the corporations as objects. According to the statistical analysis, it was shown that the strategic value perception factor and the inside-industry environmental factors affected positively the introduction intention of big data. The theoretical, practical and political implications deducted from the study result is as follows. The frist theoretical implication is that this study has proposed theoretically effect factors which affect the introduction intention of big data by reviewing the strategic value perception and environmental factors and big data related precedent studies and proposed the variables and measurement items which were analyzed empirically and verified. This study has meaning in that it has measured the influence of each variable on the introduction intention by verifying the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables through structural equation model. Second, this study has defined the independent variable(strategic value perception, environment), dependent variable(introduction intention) and regulatory variable(type of business and corporate size) about big data introduction intention and has arranged theoretical base in studying big data related field empirically afterwards by developing measurement items which has obtained credibility and validity. Third, by verifying the strategic value perception factors and the significance about environmental factors proposed in the conventional precedent studies, this study will be able to give aid to the afterwards empirical study about effect factors on big data introduction. The operational implications are as follows. First, this study has arranged the empirical study base about big data field by investigating the cause and effect relationship about the influence of the strategic value perception factor and environmental factor on the introduction intention and proposing the measurement items which has obtained the justice, credibility and validity etc. Second, this study has proposed the study result that the strategic value perception factor affects positively the big data introduction intention and it has meaning in that the importance of the strategic value perception has been presented. Third, the study has proposed that the corporation which introduces big data should consider the big data introduction through precise analysis about industry's internal environment. Fourth, this study has proposed the point that the size and type of business of the corresponding corporation should be considered in introducing the big data by presenting the difference of the effect factors of big data introduction depending on the size and type of business of the corporation. The political implications are as follows. First, variety of utilization of big data is needed. The strategic value that big data has can be accessed in various ways in the product, service field, productivity field, decision making field etc and can be utilized in all the business fields based on that, but the parts that main domestic corporations are considering are limited to some parts of the products and service fields. Accordingly, in introducing big data, reviewing the phase about utilization in detail and design the big data system in a form which can maximize the utilization rate will be necessary. Second, the study is proposing the burden of the cost of the system introduction, difficulty in utilization in the system and lack of credibility in the supply corporations etc in the big data introduction phase by corporations. Since the world IT corporations are predominating the big data market, the big data introduction of domestic corporations can not but to be dependent on the foreign corporations. When considering that fact, that our country does not have global IT corporations even though it is world powerful IT country, the big data can be thought to be the chance to rear world level corporations. Accordingly, the government shall need to rear star corporations through active political support. Third, the corporations' internal and external professional manpower for the big data introduction and operation lacks. Big data is a system where how valuable data can be deducted utilizing data is more important than the system construction itself. For this, talent who are equipped with academic knowledge and experience in various fields like IT, statistics, strategy and management etc and manpower training should be implemented through systematic education for these talents. This study has arranged theoretical base for empirical studies about big data related fields by comprehending the main variables which affect the big data introduction intention and verifying them and is expected to be able to propose useful guidelines for the corporations and policy developers who are considering big data implementationby analyzing empirically that theoretical base.

빅데이터의 이해와 도서관 정보서비스에의 활용 (Understanding Big Data and Utilizing its Analysis into Library and Information Services)

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터 시대의 도래와 함께 다양한 분야에서 연구의 초점이 되고 있는 빅데이터를 재조명한 것이다. 빅데이터의 개념, 제기되는 중요한 이슈, 도서관 정보서비스에의 활용이라는 세 가지 연구문제를 각종 문헌과 사례를 검토하여 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 빅데이터의 개념은 현실사회의 맥락에서 분석, 가치가 부가되어야 그 의미가 있음을 밝혀냈으며, 데이터의 정확성이나 신뢰성에 대한 문제, 개인정보보호, 보완, 윤리적 이슈, 지적재산권 등 다양한 이슈가 빅데이터 연구와 연관되어 제시됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 이슈에 대한 문제제기를 이해한 가운데 빅데이터는 도서관 정보서비스에 활용될 수 있다고 판단했는데 도서관의 비전과 전략 수립에 도입하거나 지역사회를 지원하고 맞춤형 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 근거를 제시하는 등 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다고 결론지었다.

빅데이터 특성이 의사결정 만족도와 이용행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Decision Making Satisfaction and User Behavior of Big Data Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the factors that influence big data characteristics on decision satisfaction and utilization behavior, analyze the extent of their influence, and derive differences from existing studies. To summarize the results of this study, First, the study found that among the three categories that classify the characteristics of big data, qualitative attributes such as representation, purpose, interpretability, and innovation in the value innovation category greatly enhance decision confidence and decision effectiveness of decision makers who make decisions using big data. Second, the study found that, among the three categories that classify the characteristics of big data, the individuality properties belonging to the social impact category improve decision confidence and decision effectiveness of decision makers who use big data to make decisions. However, collectivity and bias characteristics have been shown to increase decision confidence, but not the effectiveness of decision making. Third, the study found that among the three categories that classify the characteristics of big data, the attributes of inclusiveness, realism, etc. in the integrity category greatly improve decision confidence and decision effectiveness of decision makers who make decisions using big data. Fourth, it was analyzed that using big data in organizational decision making has a positive impact on the behavior of big data users when the decision-making confidence and finally, decision-making effect of decision-makers increases.

이러닝 분야의 빅데이터에 관한 인식과 영향에 관한 융합적 분석 (Convergence Analysis of Recognition and Influence on Bigdata in the e-Learning Field)

  • 교육 분야에서의 빅데이터 활용이 선진국을 중심으로 확산되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 이와 관련된 실험적 접근만이 있을 뿐 관련 연구나 현장의 서비스는 아직 나타나지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이러닝 업계에서 빅데이터의 응용이 저조한 이유를 파악하고 이를 개선할 연구와 대안 모색이 시급한 상황이다. 연구 결과, 이러닝 산업계에서는 빅데이터의 이해 수준이 높으면 빅데이터가 이러닝에 미치는 영향이 크다고 인식하고 있으며, 매출 규모가 큰 업체일수록 영향이 크다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 종합되었다. 이에 본 연구는 매출규모에 따라 다른 빅데이터에 관한 교육 및 활용 지원 정책을 펼 것을 제언하였다.

A Big Data-Driven Business Data Analysis System: Applications of Artificial Intelligence Techniques in Problem Solving

  • It is crucial to develop effective and efficient big data analytics methods for problem-solving in the field of business in order to improve the performance of data analytics and reduce costs and risks in the analysis of customer data. In this study, a big data-driven data analysis system using artificial intelligence techniques is designed to increase the accuracy of big data analytics along with the rapid growth of the field of data science. We present a key direction for big data analysis systems through missing value imputation, outlier detection, feature extraction, utilization of explainable artificial intelligence techniques, and exploratory data analysis. Our objective is not only to develop big data analysis techniques with complex structures of business data but also to bridge the gap between the theoretical ideas in artificial intelligence methods and the analysis of real-world data in the field of business.

  • 최근 대규모 데이터 처리와 다양한 형태의 데이터 처리 기술이 진화함에 따라 사회문제 진단 및 현안 해결 도구로써 빅데이터의 잠재력에 주목하고 있다. 동시에 빅데이터의 위험요소로 프라이버시 문제가 강력하게 제기되고 있기도 하다. 빅데이터의 적극적인 활용과 프라이버시 문제는 서로 상충되는 관례로써 본 논문에서는 이와 관련한 당면한 문제점을 지적하고, 해외 선진국의 사례분석을 통해 우리나라의 개인정보보호에 기반한 빅데이터 활용방안을 제안하고자 한다.
