Camera pose information from 2D face image is very important for making virtual 3D face model synchronize with the real face. It is also very important for any other uses such as: human computer interface, 3D object estimation, automatic camera control etc. In this paper, we have presented a camera position determination algorithm from a single 2D face image using the relationship between mouth position information and face region boundary information. Our algorithm first corrects the color bias by a lighting compensation algorithm, then we nonlinearly transformed the image into $YC_bC_r$ color space and use the visible chrominance feature of face in this color space to detect human face region. And then for face candidate, use the nearly reversed relationship information between $C_b\;and\;C_r$ cluster of face feature to detect mouth position. And then we use the geometrical relationship between mouth position information and face region boundary information to determine rotation angles in both x-axis and y-axis of camera position and use the relationship between face region size information and Camera-Face distance information to determine the camera-face distance. Experimental results demonstrate the validity of our algorithm and the correct determination rate is accredited for applying it into practice.
With the pervasiveness of digital environment and expansion of new media, ICT (Information and Communication Technology) leads the role of consumer to change from a passive customer into an active co-producer. As customer participation in the fashion industry increases, this study attempts to explore the cases of customer participation as a co-producer in fashion industry through analyzing business models of companies, including Threadless, Blank label, Cut on Your Bias, Acustom Apparel, Thinkgivers. The results show that customer participation is mainly facilitated through design participation in fashion industry, with different level of participation and IT as well as different contribution target. Compared to the past, consumer’s preference is reflected through participation before the stage of production. Results indicate three main characteristics of customer participation in fashion industry. First, value co-creations using customer experiences and understanding customer needs are important. Second, active online communication among customers are critical. Third, it is important to ensure customer’s own item. From a customer perspective, participation enables them to purchase their own distinctive product and offers exciting experience and satisfaction over the production processes, and compensation can be used to increase customer participation. On the other hand, companies using customer participation can take advantage of cost reduction in product development, inventory, and marketing. Customer participation, as a win-win strategy for business and consumer, is expected to expand further in the future with the development of ICT.

In this paper, the design and layout of a 2.5 Gbps arrayed VCSEL driver for optical transceiver having arrayed multi-channel of integrating module is confirmed. In this paper, a 4 channel 2.5 Gbps VCSEL (vertical cavity surface emitting laser) driver array with automatic optical power control is implemented using $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process technology that drives a $1550{\mu}m$ high speed VCSEL used in optical transceiver. To enhance the bandwidth of the optical transmitter, active feedback amplifier with negative capacitance compensation is exploited. We report a distinct improvement in bandwidth, voltage gain and operation stability at 2.5Gbps data rate in comparison with existing topology. The 4-CH chip consumes only 140 mW of DC power at a single 1.8V supply under the maximum modulation and bias currents, and occupies the die area of $850{\mu}m{\times}1,690{\mu}m$ excluding bonding pads.
We investigate the effects of interfacial dielectric layers (IDLs) on the electrical properties of top-gate In-Ga-Zn-oxide (IGZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) fabricated at low temperatures below $200^{\circ}C$, using a target composition of In:Ga:Zn = 2:1:2 (atomic ratio). Using four types of TFT structures combined with such dielectric materials as $Si_3N_4$ and $Al_2O_3$, the electrical properties are analyzed. After post-annealing at $200^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour in an $O_2$ ambient, the sub-threshold swing is improved in all TFT types, which indicates a reduction of the interfacial trap sites. During negative-bias stress tests on TFTs with a $Si_3N_4$ IDL, the degradation sources are closely related to unstable bond states, such as Si-based broken bonds and hydrogen-based bonds. From constant-current stress tests of $I_d$ = 3 ${\mu}A$, an IGZO-TFT with heat-treated $Si_3N_4$ IDL shows a good stability performance, which is attributed to the compensation effect of the original charge-injection and electron-trapping behavior.

This paper presents the development of a 10 W solid-state hybrid power amplifier(SSPA). operating over $7.7\sim8.5GHz$. The fabrication and measurement of this amplifier are performed with 3 sections, such as the front one for high gain, the middle one for driving, and high power one, to minimize the risk of failure and to increase the easiness of development. and then the final amplifier is realized by connecting 3 sections above mentioned, DC bias circuit, and temperature compensation circuit on one housing. Total small signal gain obtained is about $45\pm1dB$, the input and output return losses are 25 and 27 dB respectively. The output power measured at 1 dB gain compression point for 3 frequencies at 7.7, 8.1, and 8.5 GHz are $39.8\sim40.4dBm$, which is about 10 W. and the 3rd-order harmonic powers of 2 tones test are 13.34 dBc at output power 37.5 dBm. These obtained results satisfies the initially required specification. and the realized SSPA can be installed as a subsystem of the microwave transponder for telecommunication.

In the paper, a methodology is verified to integrate IKONOS-2 satellite imagery and ALS dataset by compensating biases of RPC models. To achieve this, conjugate features from both data should be extracted in advance. For this purpose, linear features are chosen as conjugate features because they can be accurately extracted from man-made structures in urban area and more easily extracted than point features from ALS data. Then, observation equations are established from similarity measurements of the extracted features. During the process, several kinds of transformation functions were selected and used to register them. In addition, it was also analyzed how the number of linear features used as control features affects the accuracy of registration results. Finally, the results were evaluated by using check-points obtained from DGPS surveying techniques and it was clearly demonstrated that the proposed algorithms are appropriate to integrate these data.
Recently, the necessity for sound source localization has grown significantly across various industrial sectors. Among the sound source localization methods, sound intensimetry has the advantage of having high accuracy even with a small microphone array. However, the increase in localization error at high Helmholtz numbers have been pointed out as a limitation of this method. The study proposes a method to compensate for the bias error of the measured sound intensity vector according to the Helmholtz numbers by applying deep learning. The method makes it possible to estimate the accurate direction of arrival of the source by applying a dense layer-based deep learning model that derives compensated sound intensity vectors when inputting the sound intensity vectors measured by a tetrahedral microphone array for the Helmholtz numbers. The model is verified based on simulation data for all sound source directions with 0.1 < kd < 3.0. One can find that the deep learning-based approach expands the measurement frequency range when implementing the sound intensimetry-based sound source localization method, also one can make it applicable to various microphone array sizes.
With stabilization of the recent multi-GNSS infrastructure, and as multi-GNSS has been proven to be effective in improving the accuracy of the positioning performance in various industrial sectors. In this study, in view that SF(Single frequency) GNSS receivers are widely used due to the low costs, evaluate effectiveness of SF Real Time Point Positioning(SF-RT-PP) based on four multi-GNSS surveying methods with RTCM-SSR correction streams in static and kinematic modes, and also derive response challenges. Results of applying SSR correction streams, CNES presented good results compared to other SSR streams in 2D coordinate. Looking at the results of the SF-RT-PP surveying using SF signals from multi-GNSS, were able to identify the common cause of large deviations in the altitude components, as well as confirm the importance of signal bias correction according to combinations of different types of satellite signals and ionospheric delay compensation algorithm using undifferenced and uncombined observations. In addition, confirmed that the improvement of the infrastructure of Multi-GNSS allows SF-RT-SPP surveying with only one of the four GNSS satellites. In particular, in the case of code-based SF-RT-SPP measurements using SF signals from GPS satellites only, the difference in the application effect between broadcast ephemeris and SSR correction for satellite orbits/clocks was small, but in the case of ionospheric delay compensation, the use of SBAS correction information provided more than twice the accuracy compared to result of the Klobuchar model. With GPS and GLONASS, both the BDS and GALILEO constellations will be fully deployed in the end of 2020, and the greater benefits from the multi-GNSS integration can be expected. Specially, If RT-ionospheric correction services reflecting regional characteristics and SSR correction information reflecting atmospheric characteristics are carried out in real-time, expected that the utilization of SF-RT-PPP survey technology by multi-GNSS and various demands will be created in various industrial sectors.
Objectives: The Korean Ministry of Environment has identified cases of people suspected of suffering lung disease potentially caused by polyhexamethylene guanidine (PHMG) used in humidifier disinfectants (HDs). Exposure assessment for the HDs was conducted using a questionnaire during face-to-face interview. The main purposes of this study were to develop a methodology to effectively classify levels of exposure to HDs based on a questionnaire. Methods: We first identified the overall participants' exposure characteristics by HD exposure levels; Second, we selected misclassified subjects and investigated characteristics of overestimated and underestimated subjects, focusing on exposure cases to PHMG-containing HDs. An inhalation reference concentration (RfC) for PHMG was produced on the basis of inhalation toxicity values. We made a cross-tabulation of the exposure classes (Exposure classes 1-to-4) by clinical classes based on the RfC. When the value of the exposure class minus the clinical class was 0 or 1, we assumed these were true values. When the value was ≥2 and ≤ -2, we assigned these cases to the overestimation group and underestimation group, respectively. Results: The overestimated group may have already recovered and responded excessively due to psychological anxiety or in order to receive compensation. On the other hand, relatively high mortality rates and surrogate responses for those under 10 years of age may have resulted in inaccurate exposure assessment for underestimated groups. For the characteristics of exposure, it was shown that for the underestimated group, the exposure was relatively weaker than the overestimated group, even though a high overall clinical rating was determined. Conclusions: This study may suggest ways to reduce bias and overcome the limitations of current HD exposure assessment.

PURPOSES : The use of virtual driving tests to determine actual road driving behavior is increasing. However, the results indicate a gap between real and virtual driving under same road conditions road based on ergonomic factors, such as anxiety and speed. In the future, the use of virtual driving tests is expected to increase. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze the gap between real and virtual driving on same road conditions and to use a calibration formula to allow for higher reliability of virtual driving tests. METHODS : An intelligent driving recorder was used to capture real driving. A driving simulator was used to record virtual driving. Additionally, a virtual driving map was made with the UC-Win/Road software. We gathered data including geometric structure information, driving information, driver information, and road operation information for real driving and virtual driving on the same road conditions. In this study we investigated a range of gaps, driving speeds, and lateral positions, and introduced a calibration formula to the virtual record to achieve the same record as the real driving situation by applying the effects of the main causes of discrepancy between the two (driving speed and lateral position) using a linear regression model. RESULTS: In the virtual driving test, driving speed and lateral position were determined to be higher and bigger than in the real Driving test, respectively. Additionally, the virtual driving test reduces the concentration, anxiety, and reality when compared to the real driving test. The formula includes four variables to produce the calibration: tangent driving speed, curve driving speed, tangent lateral position, and curve lateral position. However, the tangent lateral position was excluded because it was not statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The results of analyzing the formula from MPB (mean prediction bias), MAD (mean absolute deviation) is after applying the formula to the virtual driving test, similar to the real driving test so that the formula works. Because this study was conducted on a national, two-way road, the road speed limit was 80 km/h, and the lane width was 3.0-3.5 m. It works in the same condition road restrictively.
