인지행동적 집단상담이 집단따돌림 피해학생의 자아존중감과 대인기술에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Cognitive-behavioral Group Counselling on the Self-esteem and Interpersonal Skills of School Bullying Victims)

  • In an attempt to help improve school bullying victims' self-esteem and interpersonal skills, this study explored the effects of a cognitive-behavioral group counselling program on the victims. The subjects of this study were six middle school female students who were identified as bullying victims by their teachers. They had T-scores of 65 or more on one or more scales in the MMPI-A. The cognitive-behavioral group counselling program was developed to improve their self-esteem and interpersonal skills and was administered twice a week from November 28 to December 30, 2005, totalling ten occasions. Major findings of the study include the following: First, there was a significant difference in self-esteem between pre- and post-tests. All the scores on six tests given on a period-by-period basis showed significant changes at the significance level of 0.1%. Secondly, there was a significant difference in interpersonal skills between pre- and post-tests at the level of 5%. All the scores on six tests given on a period-by-period basis also showed significant changes at the significance level of 0.1%. These findings demonstrate that cognitive-behavioral group counselling is effective in improving school bullying victims' self-esteem and interpersonal skills.

진도개의 행동 테스트에 의한 에소그램 (Jindo Dog's Ethogram Revealed by Behavioral Test)

  • This study was performed to develop ethogram of the Jindo dog's temperament categories under various conditions. A set of 12 behavioral tests were developed to investigate temperament categories expressed by the dogs. Fourty-three adult Jindo dogs(24 males, 19 females) from three different farms located in Jindo island were tested in 12 different behavioral tests. All test procedures and dog's behaviors responded to the tests were recorded using two digital video cameras and one digital still camera. A single observer reviewed all of the videotapes focused on dog's vocalization, movement, head, ears, eyes, mouth, and tail-positions. After all of the behavioral variables expressed throughout the testing period were described in detail, an ethogram of four temperament categories of 'sociability', 'aggression', 'fearfulness', and 'submission' revealed by 12 behavioral tests was developed.

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 출토되는 화성암, 변성암, 퇴적암 1,417개 블록의 일축압축강도를 간접방법으로 도출하는 과정에서 각 시험법에 따른 강도발현의 거동 특성을 분석하였다. 퇴적암은 간접시험법에 따라 암석군에 상관없이 동일거동을 보이며, 압열인장강도를 매개로 시행한 과정에서는 암석군끼리 동일 거동 특성을 나타내고 있다. 이는 간접시험법을 적용했을 때에는 지질학적 생성원인에 따라 상관성해석을 시행해야 신뢰성 높은 결과를 도출할 수 있음을 암시한다.

Dependence Potential of Quetiapine: Behavioral Pharmacology in Rodents

  • Quetiapine is an atypical or second-generation antipsychotic agent and has been a subject of a series of case report and suggested to have the potential for misuse or abuse. However, it is not a controlled substance and is not generally considered addictive. In this study, we examined quetiapine's dependence potential and abuse liability through animal behavioral tests using rodents to study the mechanism of quetiapine. Molecular biology techniques were also used to find out the action mechanisms of the drug. In the animal behavioral tests, quetiapine did not show any positive effect on the experimental animals in the climbing, jumping, and conditioned place preference tests. However, in the head twitch and self-administration tests, the experimental animals showed significant positive responses. In addition, the action mechanism of quetiapine was found being related to dopamine and serotonin release. These results demonstrate that quetiapine affects the neurological systems related to abuse liability and has the potential to lead psychological dependence, as well.

실험적 뇌허혈로 인한 편마비 흰쥐에서 운동 적응 훈련이 기능 회복에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Exercise Adaptive Training on Motor Function after Experimental brain ischemia in Rats)

  • The purpose of this study was to test that the exercise adaptive training enhance behavioral outcome significantly after focal brain ischemia in rats. After occlusion of middle cerebral artery in rats, they were housed in individual standard cages fur 24 hours. The control group was sacrificed 24 hours after ischemic event. The experimental group I was housed in standard cages for 7days. The experimental group ll was housed in enriched environment and had got exercise adaptive training fur 7days. The rats were examined five motor behavioral tests. In motor behavioral tests :postural reflex test, limb placement test, beam-walking test, rotarod test, horizontal wire test. The outcomes of control group and group I were significantly lower than the group II. The conclusion was that exercise adaptive training induced functional repair.

셀 수준의 진화 프레임워크를 통한 인공개체의 행동로직 진화 (Evolution of Behavioral Logic of Artificial Individuals Using Cell-level Evolution Framework)

  • 본 논문에서는 셀 수준의 진화 프레임워크를 이용하여 인공개체의 행동로직을 진화하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 셀 수준의 진화 프레임을 구현하였으며 이 프레임 상에서 인공개체가 먹이를 먹기 위해 행동로직을 진화하는 것을 살펴보았다. 인공개체의 행동로직 진화를 관찰하기 위하여 행동결정 로직 프레임을 제안하여 적용하였다. 테스트결과 인공개체가 빠른 세대 내에 먹이를 잘 먹는 로직으로 진화하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 여러 번의 실험을 통하여 대부분의 실험에서 거의 동일한 행동양식을 보이는 것으로 진화하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 기존의 진화 알고리즘을 이용한 알고리즘이나 하드웨어의 진화와는 다른 방법으로서 기본적으로 접근 방법에 차이점이 있다. 이런 결과로 보았을 때 본 논문에서 제안한 프레임워크가 셀 수준의 진화를 관찰해볼 수 있는 좋은 도구가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

Comparative Analysis of the Responses to Intruders with Anxiety-Related Behaviors of Mouse

  • Anxiety in mice can be measured by behavioral reactivity to social or non-social stressors. These behaviors were compared by performing the resident-intruder test (social) as well as the light-dark transition and open-field tests (non-social) for the FVB, C57BL/6, and BALB/c lines of mouse. The three inbred lines showed significant differences in their responses to intruder mice. Three factors, accounting for about 68% of the total variance, were extracted from the scores obtained from the three behavioral tests. The first two major factors are primarily associated with the anxiety-related behaviors. One includes anxiety behaviors with a locomotive basis, while the other includes defecation measured in both anxiety tests. The third factor explains the three social behaviors, facial investigation, ano-genital investigation, and following, observed in the resident intruder test, although facial investigation is also moderately associated with the second factor. The results indicate that the behavioral responses to an intruder share a component distinct from anxiety-related behaviors.

초등학생의 발표 불안 감소를 위한 인지적 행동주의 집단상담의 효과 (Development of cognitive-behavioral group counseling program for elementary children with speech anxiety and its effects)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the cognitive behavioral group counseling program to relieve elementary children of speech anxiety and to examine its effects. The program was developed on the basis of the cognitive, affective, and behavioral activities. The cognitive activities were based on the REBT procedures, and affective activities included making child's nickname, finding out his own strengths and exchanging positive feedback each other and behavioral activities included training assertiveness, coaching and practicing speech behavior etc, Subjects were 14 elementary children from M elementary school in Gwangju. They had the highest scores at the speech anxiety test which was administrated to all the sixth graders of M elementary school. Seven subjects were randomly allocated to experimental group and control group respectively. Two speech anxiety tests and one speech behavior checklist were administrated as pre- and post-tests. The collected data was analyzed by ANCOVA. Research results demonstrated that the experimental group showed statistically significant changes in the scores of the speech anxiety test and the speech behavior checklist comparing with the control group. Then it was accepted that the program which was developed in this study could make effects on the reduction of elementary children's speech anxiety.

초등학교 과학과 5, 6학년 서술형 평가문항의 행동영역 내용타당도 및 이에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (An Analysis of Content Validity of Behavioral Domain of Descriptive Tests and Factors that Affect Content Validity: Focus on the Fifth and Sixth Grade Science)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교에서 개발 시행된 서술형 평가 문항의 내용타당도를 분석하는데 있으며, 이 평가 문항들의 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 이를 위하여 여러 초등학교의 서술형 평가문항을 수집하고, 이원분류표의 평가목표와 문항의 평가목표가 요구하는 행동소를 비율차 검정하였다. 분석의 결과 교사가 제작한 서술형 평가문항은 '지식', '이해'를 주로 측정하고 있으며, 행동영역의 내용타당도가 낮음을 확인하였다. 내용타당도가 낮은 결과를 설명하기 위해 9명의 초등 교사를 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 면담의 결과 초등학교 과학과 서술형 평가문항의 내용타당도 확보를 저해하는 요인으로 교사내적요인과 교사외적요인을 추출하였다. 교사내적요인에는 바르지 않은 이원분류표의 작성법, 초등학생의 발달 단계 고려, 난이도, 채점의 용이성, 경로의존성 등이 포함되었다. 그리고 교사외적으로는 교육과정 및 학부모 그리고 행정적 요소 등이었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 과학교사의 서술형 평가전문성을 위한 요인들을 제언하였다.

여대생의 자궁경부암검사(Pap test) 행위의도 예측 경로모형 (A Prediction of Behavioral Intention on Pap Screening Test in College Women: A Path Model)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to predict the effects of behavioral intention on pap screening tests in unmarried college women using a path model. Methods: The study subjects were 216 university students and data were collected through self-report questionnaires including knowledge, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, behavioral intentions to take the Pap test, and health responsibility. Results: Knowledge regarding the Pap test was moderate. The factors of knowledge, attitude, and perceived behavioral control negatively influenced the behavioral intention of the Pap test. However, the factors of subjective norms and health responsibility positively influenced behavioral intention. Conclusion: Subjective norms are the most importance factor to increase the intentions of the Pap test among unmarried college women. It is also necessary to eliminate barriers to undergoing pap testing, as well as to provide nursing intervention to obtain correct knowledge and a positive attitude regarding the Pap screening test.
