슬로우 투어리즘 관광객의 이용행태, 관광동기, 만족도와 행동의도간의 관계 -대구올레 팔공산 코스를 중심으로- (Relationships between the Use Behavior, Motivation, Satisfaction, and Behavioral Intentions of Slow Tourism Tourists -With Focus on Daegu Ole Palgong Mountain Courses-)

  • 본 연구는 대구올레 팔공산 코스를 방문하는 관광객들을 대상으로 슬로우 투어리즘 관광객의 인구통계적 특성 및 이용행태에 따른 관광동기의 차이, 관광동기와 만족도 간의 관계, 만족도와 행동의도와의 관계에 대해 살펴보고 이에 따른 관리적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 대구올레 팔공산 코스를 방문하는 관광객을 대상으로 2010년 5월 8일부터 23일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 관광객의 인구 통계적 특성과 이용행태에 따른 관광동기의 차이검증에 있어서 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 관광동기와 전반적 만족도는 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 전반적 만족도와 재방문 의도에 있어서도 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 다양한 프로그램 개발 등의 차별화된 전략을 비롯하여 관광객 만족도 제고를 통한 재방문 유도, 잠재관광객을 대상으로 한 다양한 마케팅 활동에 많은 노력을 기울일 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

브랜드 애착, 브랜드 네임, 브랜드 이미지 일치성이 태도, 구전 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Brand Attachment, Brand Name, and Brand Image Congruence on Brand Attitude, WOM and Revisit Intentions in the Restaurant Sector)

  • Purpose: How to build the attitude on brand is very important, because it affects the positive word of mouth and revisit intention. Brand attachment, brand name, and image congruence play important role on consumer behavior in terms of reinforcing consumers' perception of food service companies and differentiating them from competing brands. Following the planned behavior theory, this paper examines the effect of linking brand attitude to word-of-mouth and revisit intentions in the restaurant sector. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper examines the structural relationship among brand attachment, brand name, image congruence, brand attitude, WOM, and revisit intention. In order to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. The questionnaire items were modified and used according to the content of this study based on previous studies. All constructs were measured by multiple items tested and developed in the previous research. The study is based on the quantitative method and considered 519 questionnaires fulfilled by customers of restaurants. The data were explored employing the partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Frequency analysis was conducted to identify the general characteristics of the survey subjects. To measure the reliability and validity of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. Structural model analysis was conducted to verify the research model. Result: The findings demonstrate that brand attachment and brand name had positive effects on attitude while image congruence did not have. Also, attitude had positive effect on WOM and revisit intention. Conclusions: This study expands the literature about WOM and revisit intentions. This study expands prior research in a similar field to which the theory of planned behavior (TPB) is applied, and reveals that brand attachment, brand name, and brand image congruence play an important role in developing brand attitude that affect revisit intention and WOM. And provide guidelines on how to enhance competitiveness in the restaurant sector based on understanding of linking brand attitude to customer loyalty and repeat business. By putting into practice these suggestions in the restaurant industry, brands can easily build up their attitude and boost a positive WOM and the intention to revisit.

계획적 행동이론 기반 상하이 및 안후이성 거주 중국 성인의 건강한 식행동의 장단기 의도와 관련된 요인 (Factors related to the short-term and long-term intentions of healthy eating among Chinese adults living in Shanghai and parts of Anhui Province of China using the theory of planned behavior)

  • 본 연구 결과, 상하이와 안후이성 지역에 거주하는 중국 성인에서 인지된 행동통제력은 과거 건강한 식행동 경험과 관계없이 건강한 식행동의 장단기 행동 의도에 대한 잠재적 결정요인으로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 급변하는 경제 발전 중에서 만성질환 예방을 위해 건강한 식행동의 중요성을 강조하고 있는 중국에서 성인들의 건강한 식행동을 도울 수 있는 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 중국 내 다양한 인구집단에서의 추가 연구나 대규모 조사연구 및 건강한 식행동을 위한 개인의 인지된 행동통제력을 강화하는 영양 중재나 영양교육 등에 본 연구결과가 의미있는 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

친환경 제품 구매의도와 구매행동 간의 상황적 요인의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Situational Factors on Purchase Intention and Purchase Behavior for Environmentally Friendly Products)

  • Many consumers intend to make environmentally purchase. However, this is not always what occurs. A gap exists between consumer intentions to purchase environmentally friendly products and their actual purchase behavior. In this study, we examined the effect of situational factors such as price sensitivity, product quality perception, and label trust on the relationship between purchase intention and purchase behavior for environmentally friendly products. First, we conducted a theoretical consideration through a review of literature on price sensitivity, product quality perception, label trust, purchase intention and purchase behavior. Based on the literature review, we designed a structural model and developed the hypotheses. Next, we collected data using a survey and processed them statistically in order to verify the hypotheses. A total of 213 samples were collected and the data were analyzed using a structural equation model (LISREL 8.70). The results suggest that the situational factor of label trust has a moderating effect on the relationship between purchase intention and purchase behavior for environmentally friendly products. However, price sensitivity and product quality perception have no moderating effect. This means that trust in labels is important when consumers want to buy environmentally friendly products. Although this study has some limitations, it is expected that it will positively trigger follow-up research.

난폭운전에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인 (Main Psychological Factors Contributing to Aggressive Driving)

  • 오늘날 난폭운전은 도로에서 흔히 마주칠 수 있는 운전행동일 뿐만 아니라 운전자나 보행자와 같은 도로 이용자에게 매우 중요한 위험요인으로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 난폭운전과 관련된 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수가 없고 난폭운전에 대한 정의조차 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구들을 바탕으로 난폭운전의 정의를 내리고 이러한 난폭운전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고된 여러 심리사회적 변인들의 유의성을 계획된 행동이론(Theory of Planned Behavior; Ajzen, 1985)과 Triandis(1977)가 제안한 '습관' 변인을 중심으로 검증하였다. 예비조사에서 국내운전자들을 대상으로 대표적인 난폭운전을 조사한 결과, 난폭운전은 과속운전, 신호위반 운전 및 끼어들기 운전 등의 순으로 보고되었다. 본 조사에서는 대표적인 난폭운전의 세 가지 유형 각각에 대해서 인구통계적 특성을 통제하고도 TPB 변인들과 습관변인들이 유의한지를 알아보았다. 연구결과, 과속운전 의도와 신호위반운전 의도의 경우 주관적 신념, 행동통제력 지각, 습관이 유의하게 나타났으며, 끼어들기운전 의도에서는 행동통제력 지각 및 습관만이 유의하게 나타났다. 과속운전 행동과 신호위반운전 행동은 의도 이외에 습관 변인만이 유의하였으나 끼어들기운전은 의도 이외에 행동통제력 지각 및 습관 변인 둘 다 유의하게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 세 가지 난폭운전 유형 각각에 대하여 계획된 행동이론 모형과 습관 변인을 추가한 대안모형을 검증하여 보았으며 이와 관련하여 연구의 제한점 및 난폭운전 교정프로그램에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.

인구통계변인에 따른 휴양콘도미니엄 이용행태 연구 (A Study on the Time-sharing Condominium use Behavior by Demographic Characterristics)

  • 본 연구는 콘도를 이용하면서 느꼈던 선택속성요인이 만족이나 추천 또는 재방문의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 특히 남녀의 성별, 그리고 연령대별 차이를 살펴보았다. 최근 1년 이내에 국내에서 콘도를 이용했던 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였고 약 500명의 설문이 분석대상이 되었다. 연구를 위해 제시한 모형을 검정하기 위하여 기초통계분석과 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 구조모형분석 등을 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 콘도 선택속성요인은 이용자의 만족에는 전반적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 만족은 다시 추천이나 재방문에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 선택속성 성과는 5가지 요인으로 분류되었는데 시설성, 서비스, 상품성, 접근성, 비용성요인 모두 유의하였다. 남녀의 성별과 연령대별로 각각 차이를 나타냈는데, 남녀의 경우 남성은 비용성, 접근성, 서비스요인 순으로 만족에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 여성의 경우는 상품성이 우선시 되었다. 만족하는 경우 남녀 모두 추천과 재방문에 영향을 미치고 있었으나 여성의 경우가 추천과 재방문에 남성보다 강한 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 연령대별로 차이가 확연하게 나타났다. 젊은 층인 2~30대의 경우는 서비스요인이 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 있었으며 다음으로 상품성요인이었다. 반면에 40대 이상은 비용성요인이 가장 큰 영향요인이었으며 다음으로 상품성과 시설성요인이었다. 이들 모두 만족하는 경우 추천이나 재방문에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 젊은 층이 추천이나 재방문에 대한 영향도가 크게 나타났다. 이 연구결과는 인구통계변인별로 콘도 선택속성의 다양한 요인이 만족이나 추천과 재방문의도에 영향을 주는 것을 밝힌 것으로 기업의 성과향상을 위한 경영 참고자료로 활용이 가능하겠다.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 소비자들의 부적절한 불만행동 유형별 분석 (An Analysis of Inappropriate Consumer Compliant Behavior Type Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • The theory of planned behavior proposed by Ajzen predicts that certain behaviors are determined by behavioral intentions which are affected by an attitudinal belief toward the behavior, the subject norms, and the individual's perception of their control over the behavior. This study's aim is to examine consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors, using the theory of planned behavior. Consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors are defined by two types, which are low -and high-intensity inappropriate complaint behavior based on the primary data collected from a group of consumer affairs professionals in the business field. The survey questionnaire was administered to 1,000 consumers via an on-line survey. The two models were assessed with path analysis in order to predict consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors, using the theory of planned behavior. The results are as follows: First, two types of inappropriate compliant behaviors were identified according to the results of an exploratory study conducted by professionals who had been employed at the department of consumer affairs. Second, the theory of planned behavior is adequately fitted to examine the factors related to consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors. Also, all three variables based on the theory of planned behavior, -perceived behavior control, subjective norm, and attitude-had a significant effect on inappropriate complaint behavior intention. Third, consumers' inappropriate complaint behavior intention played the most significant role in low-intensity inappropriate complaint behavior, whereas attitude was found to play a significant role in high-intensity inappropriate complaint behavior. The significance and implication were discussed in terms of effective customer management strategies.

계획행동이론을 적용한 하동지역 농업유산관광객의 행동의도 - 농업유산에 대한 지각된 가치와 사전적 지식의 역할을 중심으로 - (A Study on Behavioral Intentions of Tourists visiting Hadong KIAHS Site based on the Theory of Planned Behavior - Focused on the role of Prior Knowledge and Perceived Value -)

  • The study aims to predict the behavior of tourists in Hadong County, which is registered as KIAHS. Based on the theory of planning behavior, we intend to verify the theory of planned behaviour, which adds descriptive parameters of the perceived value and prior knowledge of an agricultural heritage. In detail, first, the perceived value and prior knowledge of tourists about an agricultural heritage understand the influence of tourists' Attitude. Second, we could see the role of the behavioral factors in the causal relationship of the planned behavioral theory. We have identified the planned behavioral theory that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior controls affect the intention of the revisit. Hadong should remember that by sending and providing various information about Hadong Green Tea and World Agricultural Heritage sites, it is possible to elicit changes in visitor attitudes and revisit visits.

Determinants of Intention of Electronic Waste Recycling: Application of Theory of Planned Behavior

  • This study aims to analyze the factors that influence people's behavioral intentions to recycle waste and focus on people's perceptions of informal waste recycling. The low level of participation in the e-waste recycling process makes research on the factors that encourage household interactions in sorting waste or recycling waste a priority. The purpose of this study is to build a comprehensive model and examine the relationship between perceptions of informal recycling, implementation e-waste management, behavioral intention, convenience of recycling and perceived behavioral control. The framework is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The implementation variable e-waste management is used to mediate the relationship between the two constructs. Respondents in this study were cellular phone users who had changed their phones. The number of respondents in this study totaled 165, using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used PLS-SEM with WarpPLS version 6.0. The findings show that: (1) perception of informal recycling, e-waste management, and behavioral intention have a significant positive effect; (2) management of e-waste, perception behavioral control and behavioral intention have a positive effect; and (3) the implementation of e-waste management, which causes the convenience of recycling, will increase the intensity of behavior, indicating the results are rejected.

The Antecedent of Employee Engagement and Its Effect on Innovative Behavior: A Religiosity-Based Social Exchange Theory (SET) Perspective

  • This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, spiritual leadership, and work-life balance and its impact on innovative behavior through the mediating effect of employee engagement on the state-owned sharia bank of Central Java Province. The total sample of this study is 226 respondents taken from state-owned sharia bank in 6 Regencies/Cities in the former Karisedenan of Central Java. Samples are taken using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique is using the division of regions based on clusters (cities) and is carried out using a purposive sampling method. The results indicate that the indirect influence of all independent variables on innovative behavior through the mediating effect of employee engagement is found to be significant. This study views employee engagement from the perspective of religiosity-based social exchange theory so that religious values in the interaction relationship can be fairly applied and respected by the employees of the state-owned sharia bank. Managers can socialize the importance of spirit behavior to employees so that it can be their everyday attitude and becomes their guide for work. Leaders can become role models in straightening intentions while working as well as conditioning the conscience to always think positively at work by strengthening work engagement in sharia banking institutions.
