한국에 거주중인 한국, 중국, 베트남인의 한국의 국가이미지, 한류관심도, 한국미용서비스 만족도의 관계 및 차이에 대한 연구 (The Study on the Relations and Differences in Korean National Image, KoreanWave (Hanryu) Interest, and Korean Beauty Service Satisfaction of Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese Who Living in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations and differences in Korean national image, Korean wave (Hanryu) interest, and Korean beauty service satisfaction of Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese living in Korea and to lay the foundations for the export of various contents, especially beauty services, through the enhancement of Korea's national image. The present study was conducted from $10^{th}$ June to $10^{th}$ August 2017, by presenting 523 questionnaires to Koreans living in Seoul and another metropolitan area, and to Chinese and Vietnamese students studying in different Korean language Institutes in Seoul and other areas' universities. The basic questionnaire items were analyzed based on frequency analysis. The data on the national image, Korean wave interest, and Korean beauty service satisfaction were reduced by the factor analysis. The effects of each items were analyzed by regression. The differences in three factors were analyzed by ANOVA, and the differences were calculated by mean values. Consequently, it was observed that three factors are mutually affected each other. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a synergetic relationship between the individual factors. In addition, the individual items exhibited higher mean value in Vietnam, China, and Korea in a descending order. This indicates that Koreans are more likely to de-evaluate their cultures than others. Therefore, Koreans should be aware of the excellence of their culture and try to spread Korean culture and technology to the rest of the world with pride.

서비스 경험과 브랜드 명성이 구전의도에 미치는 영향: 미용실서비스를 중심으로 (Effects of Service Experience and Brand Reputation on Intention by Word of Mouth : Focused on Beauty Salon Service)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the influences of service experience and brand reputation on intention by word of mouth(WOM) when consumers get experiences at beauty salon. We made 2(valence of service experience: positive/negative) ${\times}$ 2(brand reputation level: high/low) subjects experimental design in order to find reason that there is a significant difference of intention by word of the mouth between positive experience condition and negative experience condition. Also we tried to find the interaction of two factors. To test our hypothesis, an experiment was performed on 68 university students in seoul area. Specifically, we used 2-way ANOVA and planned contrast method through SPSS 12.0 procedure. As a result, a two-way ANOVA demonstrated a significant main effect of service experience, which means that people more intend to make WOM when they experience a negative service than a positive service. Also the ANOVA showed a significant interaction effect between service experience and brand reputation, which represents that people more intend to make WOM for high-reputed(low-reputed) brand than low-reputed(high-reputed) brand when they encounter negative(positive) services.

  • 요우커를 중심으로 한 한류 열풍은 연예인, 미디어 콘텐츠 시장을 넘어서 한국산 제품에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히, 화장품을 비롯한 뷰티 관련 제품은 가장 대표적인 시장으로 주목 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공공데이터 및 소셜 웹 데이터를 이용하여 화장품 관련 기업의 비즈니스를 위한 뷰티 트렌드 분석 서비스를 제안한다. 소셜 웹 데이터는 국내외 뷰티 시장에 대한 제품인지도를 중심으로 분석되며, 공공데이터는 국내에서 유통되는 화장품에 대한 안정성을 중심으로 분석한다.

건조방법에 따른 유자 분말 및 이를 함유한 발포정의 품질특성 및 기능성 분석 (Analysis of the Quality Characteristics and Functionality of Yuzu (Citrus junos Sieb.) Powder and Foam Tablets Containing the Same according to the Drying Method)

  • In this study, in order to develop an foaming tablet product using yuzu powder, yuzu powder was manufactured using different drying methods such as freeze-drying, 60℃ drying, and 40℃ drying, and then quality characteristics and functionality were analyzed. The naringin content per g of yuzu powder was 8.9 mg for freeze-drying and 8.8 mg for 60℃ drying, and the hesperidin content per g of yuzu powder was highest at 53.6 mg for freeze-drying and 46.2 mg for 60℃ drying. followed by 40℃drying (41.7 mg). The tyrosinase inhibitory activity of 60℃ dried powder was found to be twice as high as that of freeze dried powder. Accordingly, in order to develop an inner beauty product, foaming tablets were manufactured using hot air dried powder, and the quality characteristics and functional ingredients of the final foaming tablets were investigated. The foaming tablet prepared with yuzu powder content of 10 and 15% showed an inhibitory activity of tyrosinase of 73.7 %, which was 1.6 times higher than that of ascorbic acid (1 mM), which was a positive control, confirming its melanin production inhibition effect.

An Experimental Comparison of CNN-based Deep Learning Algorithms for Recognition of Beauty-related Skin Disease

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 지도학습 알고리즘을 사용한 학습 모델을 대상으로 미용 관련 피부질환 인식의 효과성을 실험적으로 비교한다. 최근 딥러닝 기술을 산업, 교육, 의료 등 다양한 분야에 적용하고 있으며, 의료 분야에서는 중요 피부질환 중 하나인 피부암 식별의 수준을 전문가 수준으로 높인 성과를 보이고 있다. 그러나 아직 피부미용과 관련된 질환에 적용한 사례가 다양하지 못하다. 따라서 딥러닝 기반 이미지 분류에 활용도가 높은 CNN 알고리즘을 비롯하여 ResNet, SE-ResNet을 적용하여 실험적으로 정확도를 비교함으로써 미용 관련 피부질환을 판단하는 효과성을 평가한다. 각 알고리즘을 적용한 학습 모델을 실험한 결과에서 CNN의 경우 평균 71.5%, ResNet은 평균 90.6%, SE-ResNet은 평균 95.3%의 정확도를 보였다. 특히 학습 깊이를 다르게하여 비교한 결과 50개의 계층 구조를 갖는 SE-ResNet-50 모델이 평균 96.2%의 정확도로 미용 관련 피부질환 식별을 위해 가장 효과적인 결과를 보였다. 본 논문의 목적은 피부 미용과 관련된 질환의 판별을 고려하여 효과적인 딥러닝 알고리즘의 학습과 방법을 연구하기 위한 것으로 이를 통해 미용 관련 피부질환 개선을 위한 서비스 개발로 확장할 수 있을 것이다.

블랙컨슈머 행동지각이 미용 종사자의 분노표현과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of black consumers' perception of behavior on beauty workers' anger and intention to change jobs)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 블랙컨슈머 행동지각이 미용종사자의 분노표현 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 자료 수집을 위하여 서울, 경기, 인천지역 뷰티 서비스 종사자를 중심으로 2021년 11월 1일부터 2022년 1월 31까지 3개월 동안 400명에게 설문지를 배포하여 최종 392부가 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 인구통계학적 특성을 파악하기위해 빈도분석을 수행하였다. 측정도구의 타당성을 이해하기 위해 요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 수행하였고, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과 블랙컨슈머의 과도성과 억지성은 분노표출과 분노억제, 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향이 나타났으며, 분노표출과 분노조절은 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향이 나타났다. 따라서 블랙컨슈머의 과도한 문제제기나 억지성 서비스에 대한 근절방법이 필요하며, 조직원들의 올바른 고객응대 방법과 스트레스 해소를 위한 프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

중년여성의 벨리댄스 참여에 따른 패션·뷰티관여도 (An Analysis of Middle-Aged Women's Involvement in Fashion and Beauty Depending on Their Participation in Belly Dance)

  • Today, people are obsessed with fashion, makeup, hair care, weight control, and plastic surgery. In order to be satisfied with their appearance and attract attention, they invest so much time and money. The core values of many people are influenced heavily by materialism and appearance. Belly dancing is effective not only in just weight loss, but it also improves the health and corrects body postures like pelvis correction, and it also gives the dancers the pleasure of dancing to exotic music. A growing number of women in their 40s or older and senior citizens have become maniacs of belly dancing. The studies suggest that the participation in belly dancing helps increase life satisfaction and self-respect of the middle aged who often suffer from depression. Belly dancing has a strong effect in the life style of the middle-aged women. The costume and accessories necessary for belly dancing class help the participants) focus on the dance. These costumes and accessories reflect the desire of the wearer to be recognized in society. It is well shown in belly dancing that "fashion and beauty related services and products are used as an indicator to tell social status and position of the wearer as external elements like clothes, accessories, and physical appearance and have a highly important effect on interactions among people in society as a means of expressing oneself". In this respect, this study aims to examine middle-aged women's involvement in fashion and beauty depending on their participation in belly dancing.

네일숍 고객의 자신감과 자아존중감에 따른 서비스 추구 혜택 및 재방문 의도에 관한 연구 (Service Pursuit Benefits and Revisit Intent Based on Nail Shop Customers' Self-Confidence and Self-Respect)

  • The nail service field, which has emerged as a new trend in the beauty industry, is showing rapid growth compared to other beauty fields. As nail beauty services become more common and popular, studies on related fields are also actively progressing, but most of the research has been focused on changes on self-esteem. In addition, most of the preceding studies are centered on female customers, thus, there is little data on male customers that are increasing recently. This research aims to provide customized marketing data to the nail beauty service industry by analyzing the psychological characteristics of the customers and their motives by selecting self-esteem and confidence as factors. First, the customers' confidence and self-esteem were classified into a group with high and low confidence and self-esteem, and as a result of analyzing the difference in service pursuit benefits and revisit intentions, there were significant differences in mood change, professionalism, health hygiene, aesthetics, and revisit. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of the service pursuit benefits of male and female customers on the revisit intention, it was found that only health and hygiene had a significant effect on the revisit intention. Female customers also had a significant influence on their revisit intention, which is judged to have a significant effect on male customers' revisit intention because most of the main management is cuticle cleaning, callus management, and problematic nails.

헤어 미용사들의 감정노동이 직무소진과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Labor of Hairdresser on Job Burnout and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 헤어 미용사들의 감정노동이 직무소진과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 광주·전남의 미용실에 근무하고 있는 헤어 미용사들을 편의표본추출방식으로 표본을 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 356부의 자료를 최종 분석대상으로 하여 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어 미용사의 감정 노동은 표면행동과 내면행동의 2개 요인으로 이루어 졌으며, 직무소진은 정서적 고갈, 자아 성취감 저하, 비인간화의 3개 요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 헤어미용사들의 감정노동은 직무소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 헤어미용사들의 감정노동은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 헤어미용사들의 직무소진은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 미용실 경영자는 헤어 미용사들의 감정노동을 낮추는 프로그램을 제공하여 헤어 미용 서비스의 질적인 향상을 도모해야 할 것이다.

인구규모별 농촌지역 기초생활서비스 시설 밀도 변화 분석 (An Analysis of the Density of Basic Living Service Facilities in Rural Areas by Population Size)

  • As South Korea faces a general decline in population, similar to other regions, its rural areas are also experiencing a downward trend. This study examines how the scale and shifts in population within rural towns(eup·myeon) are affecting the number of essential services such as hospitals, laundry shops, and beauty salons. Our analysis encompassed the populations of 1,403 towns, excluding nine areas due to lack of data as of 2020. Since the availability of basic services can vary with population size, we normalized the figures to reflect the number of services per 10,000 people, allowing for a comparative analysis across different population sizes. Generally, areas with more people showed an increase in the number of services per capita. Our review of changes from 2000 to 2020 revealed patterns in how service numbers adjust with population variations. Future research should delve into more detailed trends of these facilities and forecast the rural population's future to ensure that residents in areas where service sustainability may be challenging will have full access to necessary services.
