시맨틱 검색을 위한 디지털 비디오 라이브러리 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Digital Video Library Development for Semantic-Sensitive Retrieval)

  • 디지털 비디오 압축과 인터넷 기술의 발전으로 비디오에 대한 수요가 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있으며, 사용자 제작 콘텐트(UCC)도 대량으로 생산되고 있다. 따라서, 디지털 비디오 라이브러리 구축과 검색에 대한 기술 연구가 어느 때보다 시급하게 요구되고 있다. 그러나 사용자가 전체 비디오의 일부 내용을 의미기반으로 검색해서 보고 싶은 욕망을 충족시켜주기는 매우 어려운 상황이다. 본고에서는 디지털 비디오를 의미 검색하기 위하여 장면을 뽑아내고, 내용을 분석하는 방법을 제안하고, 5개의 스포츠(축구, 야구, 골프, 농구, 배구) 뉴스 비디오를 자동 분류한 실험 결과를 소개하였다.

Analyzing the Uniform Colors of Professional Team Sports in South Korea

  • Although an extensive body of research exists on sports uniform colors in the West,there is a dearth of research on South Korean sports uniforms, especially in the domain of professional teams ports. This study aims to identify and analyze the colors of sports uniforms of 56 professional teams listed on the Korea Professional Sports Association (KPSA) for a range of team sports (e.g. football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and golf). The number of colors of each team's uniform and the ordinal ranking of these colors were recorded and analyzed. Furthermore,the number of colors and parent company colors were grouped by gender and league. Overall, 80.4% of the teams preferred three to four colors with white, black, blue, and red being the most popular colors. Every team's primary, secondary, or graphic logo colors on their uniforms included white. The gender variable was partially significant, emphasizing culturally significant colors such as pink. The parent company's color showed a significant connection with the team's uniform colors. This result was related to the historical origins of South Korean professional team sports and their unique relationship with chaebols. Based on the findings, this study concludes that visibility and contrast factors, as well as historical aspects relating to the concept of glocalization play an important role in the color choices of South Korean team uniforms.

드롭랜딩 시 발목테이핑 유형에 따른 운동역학적 차이 분석 (Analysis of Kinetic Differences According to Ankle Taping Types in Drop Landing)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze kinetic variables of lower limbs according to types of ankle taping in drop landing. For this, targeting seven male basketball players (average age: $20.8{\pm}0.74yrs$, average height: $187.4{\pm}3.92cm$, average weight: $79.8{\pm}7.62kg$) with no instability of ankle joints, the drop landing motion was conducted according to three types of inelastic taping (C-type), elastic taping (K-type), and no treatment (N-taping). Based on the result, the next conclusion was reached. First, the effect of taping for the players with stable ankles was minimal and the high load on ankle joints offset the fixing effect of inelastic taping. Thus the inelastic taping for the players with stable ankles did not have an effect on the control of dorsal flexion during one-foot landing. Second, increasing angular velocity by increasing the movable range of knee joints disperses impact forces, yet inelastic taping restricted the range of knee joint motion and at the same time increased angular velocity, adding to a negative effect on knee joints. Third, inelastic taping induced inefficient motion of Lower limbs and unstable impact force control of ankle joints at the moment of landing and produced maximum vertical ground reaction force, which led to an increase of load. Therefore, inelastic ankle taping of players whose jump actions occur very often should be reconsidered. Also, it is thought that this study has a great meaning in proving the problem of inelastic taping related to knee pain with unknown causes.

20세기 후반 여성 스포츠웨어의 성(性)적 이미지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sexual Image of Woman`s Sports Wear in the Latter Half of the 20th Century)

  • As sports infiltrates each field of modern society and becomes familiar, sports wear was changed functionally and was introduced and enveloped into everyday dress. Modern sports wear has been the settled in everyday life deeply and become the clothes of life which are worn regardless of place, time and age. The aim of this paper was to clarify what kind of fashion of sports style would be given to the modern people. In this study, sports wear which has become everyday dress classified from a gender point of view. It was divided into masculine image, feminine image, and neutral image. Sports wear of masculine image generated a silhouette which emphasized the shoulder with the aspiration for youth and health. Wide shoulder was considered as the symbol of masculine beauty and the expression of healthy beauty. It was reflected well in body conscious look. And owing to the development of up-to-data materials, innovation of design, and the study of human body technology, the functional character was settled in the sports wear which showed masculine image. Sports wear of feminine image was represented fashion of body exposure, body feet with body conscious look, and romantic mode. This image was expressed fashion as comforts, pleasant, active design, materials, color, and romantic feminine beauty. Sports wear of neutral image was expressed into unisex clothes. This cloths have no difference in gender, age, and class. It was used as casual sports wear. In the 1960s, young generation participated in such street sports as street basketball and skate. They usually sore the sports wears of neutral image such as cycling, skating, and ski. In the materials of sports, the development of up-to-data material like lycra made the sayings lifelike, “up-to-data material is the second skin” It show that glamorous feminine image and strong masculine image coexisted. The contemporary concept of sportswear is no longer limited to those clothes for sports found in such places like tennis court or swimming pool. Now, the sports wear become more like casual activity wear all classes of people can enjoy in their life regardless of where they are, when they wear, and even how old they are.

  • 본 논문은 캐릭터의 특정 신체 부위를 3차원 가상 환경 안의 원하는 위치로 드래깅 함으로써 미래의 동작 시퀀스를 지시하는 새로운 대화형 기법을 제시한다. 캐릭터의 동작 시퀀스는 미리 촬영된 동작 데이터의 세부 구간들을 모션 그래프 구조에 따라 시간적으로 재배열 함으로써 합성한다. 손 동작 추적 장치에 의하여 사용자의 3차원 위치 입력이 주어지면, 모션 그래프를 공간 상에 펼침으로써 캐릭터의 현재 상태로부터 도달 가능한 잠재적 미래 상태들을 샘플링 하고, 선택된 신체 부위와 입력 위치 간의 거리가감소하는 미래 상태를 검출하여 해당 자세를 사용자에게 제시한다. 연속적으로 검출된 자세 간의 변화를 최소화 함으로써 사용자가 입력 위치를 변화 시킴에 따라 어떤 상태가 검출될지 예상하기 용이하도록 하고, 결과적으로 원하는 미래 상태에 신속하게 도달하도록 한다. 제안된 방법의유용성은 브레이크 댄스, 권투, 농구 등의 동작 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통하여 확인할 수 있었다.

실내체육관에서의 공기오염에 관한 연구 (A Study on Air Pollution in Indoor Gymnasiums)

  • Nowadays, a new word called SBS(sick building syndrome) has been come into existence. At the point of time when an interest about indoor air pollution and, according to this, countermeasure plan are internationally. Moreover institutional countermeasure should be attended at national level since indoor air quality in public places where many people gather is directly connected with national health. Especially indoor pollution of indoor stadia where all sorts of sports are held can give rise to every kinds of respiratory ailments to players as well as audiences. So it is presented as a main factor that indoor space of stadia is crowded with players and audiences compared with other kinds of indoor space. Therefore, in this research to analyze pollution degree of indoor circumstance for gymnasium and exercising room of folk wrestling. basketball, judo, wrestling, hapkido, swordsmanship and boxing making indoor gymnasium and exercising room an object, when 7 items were measures such as thermocircumstance(temperature, relative humidity, air current, intensity of illumination), dust, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide being based on the indoor environmental standard of the first clause of Article 45 of public utilization service which is showed at public hygiene of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, it was showed that indoor temperature, relative humidity, air current and intensity of illumination were over standard amount at the most of folk wrestling gymnasium and exercising room. Indoor density of carbon monoxide was preserved to the extent of standard amount (10ppm) at all gymnasiums but carbon dioxide was not in excess of standard amount(1,000 ppm) at most of gymnasiums. Indoor density of dust induced from respiration exceeded the standard amount (150 $\mu\textrm{g}$/㎥) at all gymnasiums of the folk wrestling. Since the folk wrestling players and participants feel physical subjective symptom seriously, in other words the degree of indoor air pollution at gymnasiums and exercising rooms of the folk wrestling is very high, fundamental solution and countermeasure plan should be presented.

한방병원에 내원한 소아 골절환자에 대한 임상적 고찰 (A clinical study on pediatric patients with fracture that visited oriental medicine center)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was clinical review of pediatric patients with fracture that visited oriental medicine center. Methods: In retrospective study, the pediatric patients, who were visited to oriental medicine center due to fracture, were classified by sex, age, fracture site, date of accident, injury mechanism, time of treatment, kind of treatment. Results and Conclusion: Total 32 patients were visited due to fracture from April 2001 to March 2004. Male Patients were 27, female were 5. In distribution of age, 10 year-old and 11 year-old were 40.7% of totality. In distribution of month, May was 10(31.3%), June was 6(18.8%), and March was 4(12.5%). There are more patients with fracture in spring than other season. In distribution of fracture site, foot was 15(46.9%), hand was 7(21.9%), ankle was 4(12.5%), upper extremity was 3(9.4%), clavicle was 2(6.3%), tibia was 1(3.1%). In distribution of injury mechanism, slip down was 23(71.9%), impaction 5(15.6%), fall down 3(19.4%), crushing injury 1(13.1%). In distribution of injury motive, soccer was 8(25.0%), basketball 4(12.5%), skating 3(9.4%), cycling 2(6.3%), sliding 1(3.1%), Tae-kwon-do 1(3.1%), other sports 5(15.6%), collision 1(3.1%), walking 2(6.3%), hit 3(9.4%), etc. 2(6.3%). In distribution of treatment account, one time was 23(71.9%), twice 3(9.4%), three times 2(6.3%), four times 2(6.3%), five times 2(6.3%). In distribution of treatment time, 1 week was 26(81.3%), 2 weeks 4(12.5%), 3 weeks 2(6.3%). In distribution of treatment kind, acupuncture treatment was 18(56.3%), negative cupping 7(21.9%), splint 13(40.6%), and other treatment(coban taping, medical patch, and so on) 5(15.6%), transfer 14(43.8%).

남자대학생의 의복 착용상황별 추구이미지와 패션상품통일체 (The Desired Self-Images and the Fashion Product Unities of Male College Students according to Situation)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the desired seIf-images of male college students according to situations, and to construct fashion product unities bought by male college students for different situations. Empirical data were collected by self-administered questionnaires distributed to male students at 4 universities and 2 colleges in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area during June 2005, and 346 were analyzed, eliminating incomplete ones. Subjects were required to respond to 32 desired image words in 4 different situations respectively: school, meeting girlfriends, ceremonies, and exercises. As a result of factor analysis on desired self-image words, 5 factors were determined: refined image, sporty image, classic image, natural image and simple image. Based on the desired self-image factors, male college students were classified into 3 groups: selective image management group, passive image management group, and active Image management group. Fashion product unity of male college students for the school setting was consisted of round shirts, jeans, running shoes, bags and watches. Aloha shirts/knitted shirts/V-neck shirts, cotton pants/jeans/semi -formal pants, formal shoes/running shoes and watches were the fashion product unity for the setting of meeting girlfriends. For the setting of ceremonies, the fashion product unity included Y-shirts, formal dress, formal shoes, neckties and watches. And for the setting of exercises, the fashion product unity included cotton shirts, training suits, running shoes/jogging shoes/basketball shoes, armguard and caps.

융복합 시대에서 스포츠기사의 문장길이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sentence Length of Sports News in the Era of the Convergency)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 스포츠기사의 문장길이 특성을 다른 취재 영역별, 일간종합지 매체별 그리고 스포츠종목별에 따라 파악하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 조선일보, 동아일보, 경향신문 그리고 스포츠전문매체인 MK스포츠가 배포한 기사를 수집하여 문장의 길이를 분석하였으며, 일원변량분석과 사후검증으로써 scheffe 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 다음의 3가지 결론이 도출됐다. 첫째, 신문기사의 문장길이는 취재영역별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 구체적으로 정치기사의 문장길이가 가장 길었으며, 다음으로 경제, 사설 순이었고, 스포츠 기사가 가장 짧다. 둘째, 스포츠기사의 문장길이는 언론매체별 차이가 있다. 구체적으로 스포츠전문매체인 MK스포츠가 다른 종합일간지인 조선일보, 동아일보 그리고 경향신문보다 스포츠기사의 문장길이가 짧다. 셋째, 스포츠기사의 문장길이는 스포츠종목에 따라 차이가 있다. 구체적으로 골프가 가장 길며, 농구, 축구 순으로 길며 야구가 가장 짧다.

국내 힙합뮤지션의 패션유형별 스타일링 분석 (A Study on the Features of Fashion Styles of Korean Hip Hop Musicians)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to make an effective Korean Hip Hop culture and suggest a new style direction in classifying the types of fashion styles of the Hip Hop musicians and studying their features. They are surveyed in stage costumes, hair styles, make-ups, accessaries, and total fashion styles, and then classified into Normal Hip Hop Style, Casual Hip Hop Style, Sporty Hip Hop Style, Mix & Match Hip Hop Style, and Classical Hip Hop Style. The results of the study are as follows: First, Normal Hip Hop Style is the most general and universal Hip Hop fashion type. They wear clothes in bigger sizes and exaggeratively. And also a cornrow hair style, a tattoo, and a piercing represent marked individualities. Second, Casual Hip Hop Style is more active and practical than Normal Hip Hop Style. Their blue jeans and T-shirts express more simple and polished style. And also they make variable fashion styles and hair styles such as a cornrow hair and a buzz cut. Third, Sporty Hip Hop Style is from B-boy's clothes when they do active and violent break dancing. As NBA basketball games are popular, they wear training clothes, breeches, big T-shirts, and jumpers & caps on embroidered sport team's names. Their hair style is short or natural and also they have caps or hoods to present active mood. Fourth, Mix & Match Hip Hop Style is existed variable elements in one style. The typical type of this style is jacket & blue jean. It is characterized by dress shirts, neck ties, blue jeans, sneakers, beards, and moustaches. Fifth, Classical Hip Hop Style is from African Americans. They try to express assimilated appearance of Anglo-Saxons. They wear black suits, shoes, hats, and sunglasses to represent formality and elegance. In the above results, there are variable fashion styles in one Hip Hop music genre and also fashion style is changed with musical inclination. This thesis is an important guide to produce variable and creative Hip Hop fashion styles in Korean Hip Hop culture.
