In male reproducible health, fertility and IVF (in-vitro fertilization), semen analysis has been most important. Semen analysis can be divided into concentration, motional and morphological analysis of sperm. The existing method which was developed earlier to analyze semen concentrated on the sperm motility analysis. To provide more useful and precise solutions for clinical problems such as infertility, semen analysis must include sperm morphological analysis. But the traditional tools for semen analysis are subjective, imprecise, inaccurate, difficult to standardize, and difficult to reproduce. Therefore, with the help of development of microcomputers and image processing techniques, we developed a new sperm morphology analyzer to overcome these problems. In this study the agreement on percent normal morphology was studied between different observers and a computerized sperm morphology analyzer on a slide-by-slide basis using strict criteria. Slides from 30 different patients from the SNUH andrology laboratory were selected randomly. Microscopic fields and sperm cells were chosen randomly and percent normal morphology was recorded. The ability of sperm morphology analyzer to repeat the same reading for normal and abnormal cells was studied. The results showed that there was no significant bias between two experienced observers. The limits of agreement were 4.1%${\sim}$-3.8%. The Pearson correlation coefficient between readers was 0.79. Between the manual and sperm morphology analyzer, the same findings were reported. In this experiments the slides were stained by two different methods, PAP and Diff-Quik staining methods. The limits of agreement were 7.2%${\sim}$-5.7% and 6.0%${\sim}$-6.3%, respectively. The Pearson correlation coefficients ware 0.76 and 0.91, respectively. The limits of agreement was tighter below 20% normal forms. In the experiments of repeatability, 52 cells stained by PAP and Diff-Quik staining methods were analyzed three times in succession. Estimating pairwise agreement, the kappa statistic for the pairs were 0.76, 0.81, 0.86, and 0.75, 0.88, 0.88 respectively. In this study it was shown that there was good agreement between manual and computerized assessment of normal and abnormal cells. The repeatability and agreement per slide of computerized sperm morphology analyzer was excellent. The computer's ability to classify normal morphology per slide is promising. Based on results obtained, this system can be of clinical value both in andrology laboratories and IVF units.

An experimental study is carried out to investigate the effect of jet stream in the gab of rectangular cylinders with different length in a parallel arrangement by using PIV method in a circulating water channel. The height(h) of the rectangular cylinder and the gap between the cylinder is 10mm, and the width(B) which is 300mm. The length of the model for flow direction was applied to 30mm, 60mm, 90mm & 120mm, The aspect ratio of a model on the basis of height(H=30mm) is 1, 2, 3 and 4. Reynolds number $Re=1.4{\times}10^4$, $Re=2.0{\times}10^4$, $Re=2.9{\times}10^4$ based on the height(H) of model for the distance of tidal distributions as of water depth have been applied during the whole experiments. The measurement area was set to 5H rear of the cylinder. As a result, Vortex size in the wake area were increased as velocity increased. and high aspect ratio increased through-flow velocity component in the near wake. Velocity deficit increased highly after near-wake area and low aspect ratio.
Disaster management using VHR (very high resolution) satellite images supports rapid damage assessment and also offers detailed information of the damages. However, the acquisition of pre-event VHR satellite images is usually limited due to the long revisit time of VHR satellites. The absence of the pre-event data can reduce the accuracy of damage assessment since it is difficult to distinguish the changed region from the unchanged region with only post-event data. To address this limitation, in this study, we conducted the wildfire-induced change detection on national wildfire cases using post-fire VHR satellite images and GIS (Geographic Information System) data. For GIS data, a national land cover map was selected to simulate the pre-fire NIR (near-infrared) images using the spatial information of the pre-fire land cover. Then, the simulated pre-fire NIR images were used to analyze bi-temporal NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) correlation for unsupervised change detection. The whole process of change detection was performed on a superpixel basis considering the advantages of superpixels being able to reduce the complexity of the image processing while preserving the details of the VHR images. The proposed method was validated on the 2019 Gangwon wildfire cases and showed a high overall accuracy over 98% and a high F1-score over 0.97 for both study sites.

The core of this analysis is to attempt to analyze contents concentrating on the recognition exploration of the Sinmyung sentiment and the body expression through sound and breathing. In conclusion, for college students majoring in musical, the expression recognition of the experience of the Sinmyung and the movement in the Korean dance contributes to the improvement of creative thinking through body perception, and the practical use of the capacity of image expression through concentration of sound and breathing. Finally, the results of this research could articulate with the value of body expression and the creative factors of college students majoring in musical.
Recently, research to classify human activity using imagery has been actively conducted for the purpose of crime prevention and facility safety in public places and facilities. In order to improve the performance of human activity classification, most studies have applied deep learning based-transfer learning. However, despite the increase in the number of backbone network models that are the basis of deep learning as well as the diversification of architectures, research on finding a backbone network model suitable for the purpose of operation is insufficient due to the atmosphere of using a certain model. Thus, this study applies the transfer learning into recently developed deep learning backborn network models to build an intelligent system that classifies human activity using imagery. For this, 12 types of active and high-contact human activities based on sports, not basic human behaviors, were determined and 7,200 images were collected. After 20 epochs of transfer learning were equally applied to five backbone network models, we quantitatively analyzed them to find the best backbone network model for human activity classification in terms of learning process and resultant performance. As a result, XceptionNet model demonstrated 0.99 and 0.91 in training and validation accuracy, 0.96 and 0.91 in Top 2 accuracy and average precision, 1,566 sec in train process time and 260.4MB in model memory size. It was confirmed that the performance of XceptionNet was higher than that of other models.

This paper starts with the recognition of the problem of the need for a link between text-centered acting and body-centered acting. This study is focused on Brecht's theory of acting to overcome loss of presence by repetition which have been discussed many times by not only actors, but also acting educators. Brecht's acting theory has already been mentioned by many researchers as an alternative to conventional actor training. However, not many studies have been conducted on practical applicable methods. The purpose of this study is to provide the basis for the actual practice of Brecht acting and possibility that his acting theory can serve as a link between text and body-centered acting theory. As a research method, we first conduct theoretical considerations on the concepts and limitations of text-centered representational acting and body-centered post-drama acting. Then distinguish between text and body-centered acting tools among Brecht's epic theatre, to summarize the terms and concepts he uses and to identify the existing effects he reaches while acting. Finally, this paper proposes an teaching model that transforms and develops Brecht's acting theory through the writer's teaching experience. However, there are limitations in generalizing its effectiveness because this study is based on the writer's experience. We hope that further research will help the diversity of acting education by developing in-depth insights on Brecht acting theory and various models of acting teaching methods.
After the outbreak of the SARS-CoV2 virus that causes COVID-19, it spreads around the world with the number of infections and deaths rising rapidly caused a shortage of medical resources. As a way to solve this problem, chest X-ray diagnosis using Artificial Intelligence(AI) received attention as a primary diagnostic method. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the detection of COVID-19 via AI. To achieve this purpose, 292 studies were collected through a series of Classification methods. Based on these data, performance measurement information including Accuracy, Precision, Area Under Cover(AUC), Sensitivity, Specificity, F1-score, Recall, K-fold, Architecture and Class were analyzed. As a result, the average Accuracy, Precision, AUC, Sensitivity and Specificity were achieved as 95.2%, 94.81%, 94.01%, 93.5%, and 93.92%, respectively. Although the performance measurement information on a year-on-year basis gradually increased, furthermore, we conducted a study on the rate of change according to the number of Class and image data, the ratio of use of Architecture and about the K-fold. Currently, diagnosis of COVID-19 using AI has several problems to be used independently, however, it is expected that it will be sufficient to be used as a doctor's assistant.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways in which the flower design industry can utilize podcasts that are rapidly growing in recent years. I selected foreign flower podcasts that are ranked on the global podcast chart, and examined the genre, content, components, show hosts and etc. By analyzing the characteristics of the podcast, the type of communication between the host and the audience, the audience interaction, the industry connection, and the media expansion strategy, I tried to derive the possibility of the flower podcast in Korea. As a result of analyzing foreign flower podcasts, podcasters built listener communities based on their rich experience and knowledge through podcasts and used them for education and marketing. They acted as leaders in the industry or led public opinion such as the sustainable flower industry. Podcast shows were repurposed as various content and used to spread flower design culture. In Korea, flower podcasts can be the basis for the formation of a community related to the flower design industry. Flower design experts can use podcasts as a source asset for various content. Listeners within the industry can get hands-on knowledge about the business from flower podcasts. The popular flower podcast will contribute to the vitalization of flower design culture and industry. Flower podcasts can be a starting point to actively cope with the era of personal media.

Paula Pryke's works showed high frequency in the GY color and PtoRP color, the wide areas of the 3.8 ~9 stages of value, and the middle and high of chrome. The result of adjective image scale, Shane Connolly's works were found to be in between soft and static adjective zone, and Paula Pryke's works were distributed in between soft and active zone.
The study aims to provide an academic basis for the preservation and restoration of abandoned paddy wetland and the enhancement of its carbon accumulation function. First, the temporal change of the wetlands was analysed, and a typological classification system for wetlands was attempted with the goal of carbon reduction. The types of wetland were classified based on three variables: hydrological environment, vegetation, and carbon accumulation, with a special attention on the function of carbon accumulation. The types of abandoned paddy wetlands were classified into 12 categories based on hydrologic variables- either high or low levels of water inflow potential-, vegetation variables with either dominance of aquatic plants or terrestrial plants, and three carbon accumulation variables including organic matter production, soil organic carbon accumulation, and decomposition. It was found that the development period of abandoned paddy analyzed with aerial photographs provided by the National Geographic Information Institute happened between 2010 and 2015. In the case of the wetland in Daejeon 1 (DJMN01) farming stopped by 1990 and it appeared to be a similar structure to natural wetlands after 2010 . Over the past 40 years the abandoned paddy wetland changed to a high proportion of forests and agricultural lands. As time went by, such forests and agricultural lands tended to decrease rapidly and the lands were covered by artificial grass and other types of forests.
