  • We become an industry information society which is advanced to the altitude with the today. The information to be loading various goods each other together at a circumstance environment is increasing extremely. The restriction recognizes the data of many Quantity and it follows because the human deals the task to classify. The development of a mathematical formulation for solving a problem like this is often very difficult. But Artificial intelligent systems such as neural networks have been successfully applied to solving complex problems in the area of pattern recognition and classification. So, in this paper a neural network approach is used to recognize and classification problem was broken into two steps. The first step consist of using a neural network to recognize the existence of purpose pattern. The second step consist of a neural network to classify the kind of the first step pattern. The neural network leaning algorithm is to use error back-propagation algorithm and to find the weight and the bias of optimum. Finally two step simulation are presented showing the efficacy of using neural networks for purpose recognition and classification.

  • The peanut-shaped cloth diaper has cut uncomfortable crotch region off the square-shaped cloth diaper into a peanut-shape, and finished the edge by bias with multi-layers of fabric. This study has the purpose on providing the basic data for designing the peanut-shaped cloth diaper. For this purpose, the peanut-shaped cloth diapers on market were collected and analyzed by their shape and size, and also the patterns and differences in making were compared. 26 products from 17 brands were collected as samples. The analysis factors are the shape and size of the peanut-shaped cloth diaper, and characteristics and patterns in making. Among the samples, only 3 diapers were straight-shaped; the rest of them were peanut-shaped. The size difference between the big and small peanut-shaped cloth diapers was very large; the total length of the small one was 36.5cm-39cm which was very common, and the total length of the big one was more than 44cm. All diapers had longer width in the back than the front. The width of the front and back was different for each sample, therefore, it seemed to have some difficulties to set the standard. The peanut-shaped cloth diaper had different make-up depending on its characteristics including. absorbance, washing and drying. It was usually made by cotton woven of diamond jacquard or knit, and finished the edge by woven bias or knit bias. The peanut-shaped cloth diapers were various including a sheet of diaper, two sheets of diapers fixed with velcro, three sheets of diapers, and etc. For the patterns of the diapers, only two samples out of all had three dimensional shape, and the rest were produced using flat shape. There were no distinction between the diapers of girls and boys. Therefore, it is necessary to make the product based on scientific data about the peanut-shaped cloth diaper.

  • Oxide semiconductors such as zinc tin oxide (ZTO) or indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) have attracted a lot of research interest owing to their high potential for application as thin film transistors (TFTs) [1,2]. However, the instability of oxide TFTs remains as an obstacle to overcome for practical applications to electronic devices. Several studies have reported that the electrical characteristics of ZnO-based transistors are very sensitive to oxygen, hydrogen, and water [3,4,5]. To improve the reliability issue for the amorphous InGaZnO (a-IGZO) thin-film transistor, back channel passivation layer is essential for the long term bias stability. In this study, we investigated the instability of amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (IGZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) by the back channel contaminations. The effect of back channel contaminations (humidity or oxygen) on oxide transistor is of importance because it might affect the transistor performance. To remove this environmental condition, we performed vacuum seasoning before the deposition of hybrid passivation layer and acquired improved stability. It was found that vacuum seasoning can remove the back channel contamination if a-IGZO film. Therefore, to achieve highly stable oxide TFTs we suggest that adsorbed chemical gas molecules have to be eliminated from the back-channel prior to forming the passivation layers.

  • For time series analysis, power transformation (especially log-transformation) is widely used for variance stabilization or normalization for stationary ARMA(p, q) model. A simple and naive back transformed forecast is obtained by taking the inverse function of expectation. However, this back transformed forecast has a bias. Under the assumption that the log-transformed data is normally distributed. The unbiased back transformed forecast can be obtained by the expectation of log-normal distribution; consequently, the property of this back transformation was studied by Granger and Newbold (1976). We investigate the sensitivity of back transformed forecasts under several different underlying distributions using simulation studies.

  • Background: Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) including laser acupuncture (LA) has been widely used to treat chronic low back pain (CLBP), but there is no critically appraised evidence of the potential benefits. The purpose of this protocol for a systematic review was to enable the evaluation of the effectiveness of LLLT including LA for non-specific CLBP to identify the potential benefits. Methods: The electronic databases MEDLINE (PubMed), Embase (Ovid), the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Korean medical databases (KoreaMed, KMBASE, KISS, NDSL, KISTI, OASIS), the Chinese database (CNKI), and Japanese databases (CiNII, J-STAGE) are recommended. Results: Randomized controlled trials in LLLT including LA should be included in the searches. All data synthesis and subgroup analyses should be conducted using a Review Manager software. The Cochrane risk of bias tool can be used to evaluate methodological quality of the studies. A risk ratio or mean difference with a 95% confidence interval will show the effects of LLLT including LA. Conclusion: The primary outcome would be pain intensity and functional status/disability due to low back pain. The secondary outcome would be a global measurement of recovery or improvement, quality of life and adverse event.

  • In this paper, We play it for the purpose of study about the power amplifier which applied DGS and adaptive bias circuit structure to general Doherty amplifier for the efficiency of a RF power amplifier and a linearity improvement in the WiBro band. As for the IMD3, 3.4dBc was improved with -26.3dBc when we did the measurement result existing Doherty power amplifier and comparison of the Doherty power amplifier which applied an adaptive bias circuit and the DGS which proposed in this paper, and the mean power efficiency verified what was increased in 37%. Also, we were able to know PAE of 36.6% with output power 34.0dBm in P1dB when magnitude of an input signal was 25.6dBm. we did 6dB back off in output P1dB in order to confirm the ACPR which was a nonlinear characteristic and measured the ACPR. we showed the -34.55dBc which was a value of -34.5dBc or below in the 4.77MHz off-set that was a transmission standard. Therefore, we were able to know that we were satisfied with a spectrum mask standard.

  • In this paper, we introduce the method that reduces the bias when the transformation and back-transformation approach is applied in GARCH models. A parametric bootstrap is employed to compute the conditional expectation which is the prediction value to minimize mean square errors in the original scale. Through the analyese of returns of KOSPI and KOSDAQ, we verified that the proposed method provides a bias-reduced estimation for the prediction value.

  • This paper presents a design and implementation of a PID feedback control loop for micro gyroscope. The feedback control loop improves the gyroscope performance such as linearity, bandwidth, and bias stability for micro gyroscope which is basically a high-Q system and exhibits a low performance with an open loop control. The designed and implemented feed-back control loop is applied to the SNU-Bosch MEMS gyroscope to demonstrate the improvement with the feedback control loop. The bandwidth is improved to 60Hz from 25Hz of open loop control. The linearity becomes 0.5% from 1%. The bias stability is improved to 0.03 deg/sec from 0.06 deg/sec.

  • Novel structured thin film transistors (TFTs) of amorphous silicon zinc tin oxide (a-SZTO) were designed and fabricated with a thin metal layer between the source and drain electrodes. A SZTO channel was annealed at $500^{\circ}C$. A Ti/Au electrode was used on the SZTO channel. Metals are deposited between the source and drain in this novel structured TFTs. The mobility of the was improved from $14.77cm^2/Vs$ to $35.59cm^2/Vs$ simply by adopting the novel structure without changing any other processing parameters, such as annealing condition, sputtering power or processing pressure. In addition, stability was improved under the positive bias thermal stress and negative bias thermal stress applied to the novel structured TFTs. Finally, this novel structured TFT was observed to be less affected by back-channel effect.
