인플루언서의 '뒷광고' 논란 전,후에 대한 댓글 비교 분석:LDA와 Word2vec을 중심으로 (A Comparative Analysis of Comments Before and After the Controversy Over the 'Back Advertisng' of Influencers : Focused on LDA and Word2vec)

  • 최근 유명 유튜버들이 간접광고(PPL)등 협찬, 광고를 받은 영상을 제작, 방영하면서 유료광고라고 밝히지 않은 일명 '뒷광고' 논란이 이어지며 유명 유튜버뿐만 아니라 연예인들까지 논란 속에 속해 있어 진실성에 대한 대중들의 혼란을 야기시키고 있다. 본 연구는 유튜버들의 '뒷광고' 논란의 전과 후의 대중들의 반응을 댓글분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 구체적으로 R 프로그램을 활용한 텍스트 분석 중 워드 클라우드, LDA, 딥러닝 기법 word2vec 분석과 같은 다양한 방식으로 분석하고자 한다. 분석 대상은 '뒷광고' 유튜버 논란에 속해 있고 '사과 영상'을 업로드한 3명의 유튜버 채널을 분석해 보기로 했다. 가장 먼저 논란되었던 슈스스 TV의 한혜연 스타일리스트와 콘텐츠 성향이 비슷하면서 100만 명이 넘는 구독자 수를 보유한 먹방 유튜버 문복희와 다양한 콘텐츠를 선보인 유튜버 양팡의 가장 최신 영상 5개(2020년 08월 09일 기준)와 처음에 올린 영상 5개를 기준으로 댓글을 분석하였다. 연구결과 논란 전에는 대부분 긍정적인 반응을 보인 댓글들이 대부분이었으나, 논란 후에는 부정적인 반응이 대부분을 차지하였고, 예전의 논란까지 같이 나타나고 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 R프로그램을 이용한 다양한 분석을 통해 '뒷광고' 논란 이후에 인플루언서에 대한 대중들의 변화 정도를 댓글을 통해 알아봄과 동시에 앞으로는 인플루언서들의 뒷광고가 발생하지 않도록 다양한 방안을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.

  • 스마트폰은 사용자 상황인지를 통해 개인 소비자들의 행동을 쉽게 예측할 수 있고 그들의 행동에 대한 즉각적인 피드백을 가능하게 한다. 이 같은 디지털 기기들은 소비자가 관심 있는 광고를 구매시점에 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 광고 매체로 각광받는 스마트 폰과 인터넷 기반 TV의 동향을 알아보고 스마트 공간내의 N-screen을 포함 다양한 기기를 통해 획득한 사용자 융합 상황정보로 소비자에게 관심 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 효과적인 광고 방법인 스마트 광고 모델을 제시해 본다. 이는 광고의 홍수 속에서 살고 있는 현대인들에게 관심 있는 광고 컨텐츠를 제공함으로써 구매유도를 촉진시킨다.

  • 유비쿼터스 위치기반 서비스는 언제 어디서나 사람과 사물 같은 객체의 위치를 인식하고, 이를 기반으로 유용한 서비스를 제공하는 중요한 서비스로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대폰의 위치 기반 정보(Location-Based Service)를 이용하여 사용자의 휴대단말기로 전달 받을 수 있는 차별화된 실시간 1:1 e-CRM 시스템을 구현하였다. 설계된 시스템을 통하여 적용가능한 여러가지 시나리오 중 고객이 대형 할인마트 인접 지역에 접근하였을 때 쇼핑 정보 및 할인정보를 SMS를 통해 제공하고 Call Back을 통해 할인쿠폰을 다운로드 받는 시나리오를 바탕으로 개발 및 테스트가 진행하였다. 제안된 시스템은 향 후 다양한 서비스의 이벤트를 적용함으로써 사용자의 활동 영역 따른 개인화된 차별적 실시간 마케팅 방법으로 활용이 가능할 것이다.

  • Menu is regarded as the main factor for management of hotel and restaurant. Menu design was affected by many factors, but there are some items should be considered carefully for development of menu, such as a good understandings of consumers' demand. considering of the regional characteristics, establishing of the exact target, and careful thinking of a unit cost. At last, the most important factor is careful evaluation of developed menu and it have to be continuously reformed by feed back of these factors. Food service industries should create an independent menu(including restaurant layout, consumer level, marketing and advertising) rather than copying other restaurant' menu. Also. we have to design an efficient menu with useful information through the best of menu.

전통복식 문화원형 콘텐츠의 디지털 활용 현황과 제언 (Digital Application and Suggestions of Cultural Prototypes in Traditional Costumes)

  • This study is intended to analyze current status of costume in the cultural industry and explore feasibility of integrating costume as important cultural contents in the digital era. Among the websites for contents as the cultural archetypes, some have strong foundations while others don't. First, as for various archetypal characters restored based on the Korean history, most of their clothes focus on shapes and colors but lack details. They should be produced in 3D to provide back views or textile patterns to users. To ease understanding of the history of costume, user-friendly services such as launch of a pop-up window when users click on specific contents in question should be available for detailed information. At least there should be a link to other related sites where users can conveniently find more details. Second, some sites have too much data under one subject, increasing complexity and undermining orderliness. As a result, it takes long time to identify the site map. In this case, it is required to rearrange the contents with Quick View by subject and related links for in-depth study. Third, each subject is important to develop the archetypes for a variety of purposes. Creation of design derived from them or their commercialization can be an example but these activities should not restrict imagination of users or degrade the value of the archetypes. Last, it is needed to adopt validation system to detect the needs for a regular update (renewal) and to fix errors. We found many servers whose operation is not stable in general. When these technical issues are addressed for stable operation, users will rely on the sites to utilize them for their purpose of developing the cultural archetypes. In conclusion, advancement of www.culturecontent.com is essential. Based on efficient management and operation of the system, the quality of contents would be increased and multi-faceted advertising campaigns focusing on needs should be launched, to promote application of the contents. This is the recommendation for the future of the cultural archetype industry in Korea.

  • The purpose of this study was to illuminate eroticism represented din modern fashion. Art based on sex is very important like all of the other cultural values. But we feel that erotic art, neglected, suppressed , and persecuted for centuries, has an important contribution to make to the understanding of art, the social history of mankind, and human happiness and progress. It is our deep personal conviction that erotic art serves important social and therapeutic functions. Erotic art expresses the demand for sexual freedom-a freedom vital to individual happiness and mental well-being, And sexual freedom, in turn, cannot exist without a high degree of political and economic freedom as well. In that sense , erotic art came a truly revolutionaly message ; it demands no less than extension of freedom , not only in the sexual are, but in every sphere of social life. The eroticism expressed in Pop Art calls the modern's attentions to their devastated minds, taking advantage of the commercialized sex. Fashion has developed constantly reflecting the spiritual aspiration and social and cultural phenomona of man , and artistic steam. Eroticism in fashion is the style which expresses the internal meanings of sexuality through the texture, color, pattern , silhouette etc.

  • 아주캐피탈의 경우에는 M&A 이후에 사용된 브랜드 전략은 두 회사 브랜드 중에서 하나의 브랜드만을 사용하는 단일 브랜드(one brand) 전략을 사용하는 것으로 결정하였다. 이를 위해서 M&A 이후에도 충분한 브랜드 이전 기간을 가지면서 기존의 대우캐피탈과 관련된 마케팅 하부구조(infrastructure)를 이전시키는 작업을 효과적으로 진행하였다. 흡수합병과정에서 아주캐피탈은 피 합병브랜드인 대우캐피탈을 우선적으로 사용하고 이전 단계를 거쳐서 아주캐피탈로 단일 브랜드로 운용하는 전략을 결정하였다. 즉 대우캐피탈이 아주그룹에 편입된 시기는 2005년이지만 적절한 때 사명을 바꿔 '대우'의 긍정적 브랜드 이미지를 이어가면서 '아주'의 론칭효과를 극대화했다. 이를 위해서 아주캐피탈은 조심스럽고 정교한 브랜드 이전전략을 수립하였다. 1) 대우캐피탈의 개별 상품 브랜드 "내게론" 강화를 통한 브랜드 연결화(Brand bridge) 전략 2) 고객에 대한 고객만족의 강화를 통한 아주캐피탈의 브랜드 이미지 구축 3) 아주 캐피탈 브랜드 단일화 단계 (2009년 9월-현재)를 거쳐 브랜드 이전 작업을 완성하였다. 현재 아주캐피탈 영업부문은 전문화를 통해 질적 성장을 구현하고 있다. 기존에 한 지점에서 여러 상품을 취급하던 것을 각 상품별로 전문화해 체계적인 양질의 영업 포트폴리오를 구축한다는 전략이다. 2009년에는 강남 지역에 수입차 전문 지점을 오픈했고 중고차는 6개의 전문 지점으로 확대했다. 아울러 개인신용대출 '내게론'의 영업지점을 3개에서 11개로 대폭 확대하기도 했다. 최근에는 주력인 오토금융 외에도 개인 및 기업금융에 활력을 불어 넣을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

도서원현상을 통해 본 공공도서관 이용자에 대한 인식의 문제 (Problems in defining public library users as viewed through the 'book-room' phenomenon in Pusan)

  • This study, that is made by an on-the-spot survey and a library survey, is aimed at finding some problems in the recognition regarding public library users and suggesting the clue to solve the problems revealed in the way of having compared with 'Book-Room' and Public Library. Poor material was always a troublemaker in this study. Especially the part of 'Book-Room' phenomenon is wholly dependent upon a field survey, that is, interview with a 'book-room' clerks, gathering the advertising leaflets, a close observation on 'Book-Room', etc. There are little printed materials, much less precedent research theses. In the other parts of this paper, there are needed good statistical materials, but the nortion presented in the public library user statistics-for example pupil, students, housewives, old men, the generality of people, etc.- is so vague that it is insufficient and unhelpful for this study. In my judgment, with all these limitations, this article gets some results as follows : 1. 'Book-Room' is the cultural organization which is being operated by, for, of the community inhabitants and it takes on the character of movement - labor movement, cultural movement, and community movement. 2. The pioneer of the Book-Room is 'Yangso Hyupdong chohap' (which means good book- cooperative association) lasted from 1978 to the next year. 3. 'Arom'(means learning) Book-Room is the first real Book-Room at Seomyon district in Pusan established in 1987. 4. Book-Room can be classified by its character as 'Labor BookRoom' and 'Cultural Book-Room'. There are 10 Labor BookRooms and 4 Cultural Book-Rooms in Pusan. 5. Labor Book-Rooms organized themselves to 'Labor Book-Room conference'. 6. Book-Rooms have done their best to extort the needs and interests of the community inhabitants, but relatively public libraries do not, hence the majority of residents are neglected from the public library service. This is at Book-Rooms' back to have been spread so quickly. 7. There is a very large gap between the component ratio of community inhabitants by class and that of public library users by same criterion, that is, in the case of the former, the labor class goes beyond a half point, in the latter, the majority of public library user is composed of students and housewives. 8. Researchers and librarians have concentrated their attention and effort not upon whole residents in community but upon existing users at present time. They do not try to develope potential users. So, researchers' and librarians' recognition regarding the public library users needs to be changed. 9. The concept of 'core-user' may be the key to solve the problems related with public library users. For the purpose of ensuring the 'core-user', it is necessary to study the community and inhabitants.

실용적 쇼핑가치와 지각된 품질에 따른 PB제품에 대한 소비자태도에 관한 연구 (Research on Practical Shopping Value and Consumer Attitudes on PB Products According to Perceived Quality)

  • Purpose - The current analysis has been done in order to verify the difference between consumer attitudes on the distributor's PB products in terms of practical shopping value and attitudes about the product according to its perceived quality. Research design, data, and methodology - The target respondents of this study were those who have bought PB products at large-scale discount stores within the past six months. We asked homemakers, office workers, and students who live in Seoul or Daejon to respond to a questionnaire by filling out self-evaluations, and collected the completed questionnaires. To test the hypothesis, a t-test was carried out by group for 25 percent of the high and low rankings, including a quarter of the total respondents, to verify attitudes toward products and brands, purchase satisfaction, and re-purchase intention according to the practical shopping value and recognized quality of PB products. A variance analysis was conducted to see if there were differences among groups in terms of practical shopping value and perceived quality. Scheffe's back testing was used to identify differences between groups. Results - The result of the investigation of consumer attitudes according to practical shopping value is as follows. First, it was verified that consumer attitudes about PB products increase as practical shopping value increases. Second, there was no significant. Third, it was verified that repurchase intentions for PB products get higher as the practical shopping value of the consumer increases. The following is the result of the investigation of consumer attitudes according to the perceived quality of PB products. First, it was verified that the product attitude improves as the perceived quality of PB products increases. Second, the research confirmed that the brand attitude improves as the perceived quality of PB products increases. Third, consumer satisfaction is higher when the perceived quality of PB products is high. Fourth, this study verified that repurchase intentions for PB products are higher as the perceived quality of the product increases. Finally, the results of identifying differences between groups for perceived quality and shopping value are as follows. It was identified that there were differences in shopping value according to the characteristics of the groups. However, perceived quality does not change according to the characteristics of groups. Conclusions - These results have practical implications for the marketing strategy of PB products in order to satisfy consumer demands and provide a differentiated service by the distributor. In addition, it is suggested that a communication strategy may be necessary to increase brand loyalty and ensure the continual growth and value creation of PB products as symbolic products for distributors.

독일 경제아카이브즈의 형성과 유형 (The Formation and Types of Business Archives m Germany)

  • The term 'Business Archives' is not familiar with us in our society. Some cases can be found that materials are collected for publishing the history of a firm on commemoration of some decades of its foundation. However, the appropriate management of these collected materials doesn't seem to be followed in most of companies. The Records and archives management is inevitable in order to maximize the utility of Information and knowledge in the business world. The interest in records management has been grown, especially in the fields of business management and information technology. However, the importance of business archives hasn't been conceived yet. And also no attention has been paid to the business archives as social resources and the responsibility of the society as a whole for their preservation. The company archives doesn't have a long history in Germany although the archives of the nation, the aristocracy, communes and churches have a long tradition. However the company archives of Krupps which was established in 1905, is regarded as the first business archives in the world, It means that Germany has taken a key role to lead the culture of business archives. This paper focuses on the process of the establishment of business archives in Germany and its characteristics. The business archives in Germany can be categorized in three types: company archives, regional business archives and branch archives. It must be noted here that each type of these was generated in the context of the accumulation of the social resources and its effective use. A company archives is established by an individual company for the preservation of and use of the archives that originated in the company. The holdings in the company archives can be used as materials for decision making of policies, reporting, advertising, training of employees etc. They function not only as sources inside the company, but also as raw sources for the scholars, contributing to the study of the social-economic history. Some archives of German companies are known as a center of research. A regional business archives manages materials which originated m commerce chambers, associations and companies in a certain region. There are 6 regional business archives in Germany. They collect business archives which aren't kept in a proper way or are under pressure of damage in the region for which they are responsible. They are also open to the public offering the sources for the study of economic history, social history like company archives, so that they also play a central role as a research center. Branch business archives appeared relatively late in Germany. The first one is established in Bochum in 1969. Its general duties and goals are almost similar with ones of other two types of archives. It has differences in two aspects. One is that the responsibility of the branch business archives covers all the country, while regional business archives collects archives in a particular region. The other is that a branch business archives collects materials from a single industry. For example, the holdings of Bochum archives are related with the mining industry. The mining industry-specialized Bochum archives is run as an organization in combination with a museum, which is called as German mine museum, so that it plays a role as a cultural center with the functions of exhibition and research. The three types of German business archives have their own functions but they are also closely related each other under the German Association of Business Archivists. They are sharing aims to preserve primary materials with historical values in the field of economy and also contribute to keeping the archives as a social resources by having feed back with the public, which leads the archives to be a center of information and research. The German case shows that business archives in a society should be preserved not only for the interest of the companies, but also for the utilities of social resources. It also shows us how business archives could be preserved as a social resource. It is expected that some studies which approach more deeply on this topic will be followed based on the considerations from the German case.
