This paper suggests the simple form of a fuzzy PID controller and describes the design principle, tracking performance, stability analysis and changes of parameters of a suggested fuzzy PID controller. A fuzzy PID controller is derived from the design procedure of fuzzy control. It is well known that a fuzzy PID controller has a simple structure of the conventional PID controller but posses its self-tuning control capability and the gains of a fuzzy PID controller become nonlinear functions of the inputs. Nonlinear calculation during fuzzification, defuzzification and the fuzzy inference require more time in computation. To increase the applicability of a fuzzy PID controller to digital computer, a simple form of a fuzzy PID controller is introduced by the backward difference mapping and the analysis of the fuzzy input space. To guarantee the BIBO stability of a suggested fuzzy PID controller, ‘small gain theorem’ which proves the BIBO stability of a fuzzy PI and a fuzzy PD controller is used. After a detailed stability analysis using ‘small gain theorem’, from which a simple and practical method to decide the parameters of a fuzzy PID controller is derived. Through the computer simulations for the linear and nonlinear plants, the performance of a suggested fuzzy PID controller will be assured and the variation of the gains of a fuzzy PID controller will be investigated.

이 연구는 고흥군 신금마을 당산숲의 특성, 관리실태를 파악하고, 관리 개선방안 고찰을 통해 농촌마을 활력을 제고하고자 한 것이다. 해안가마을인 신금리의 당산숲은 비보숲과의 조합으로 이루어진 '당산숲+비보숲' 유형을 갖고 있다. 천연기념물 제362호 '고흥 외나로도 상록수림'으로 지정되어 있는 당산숲 안에는 학생수련장 건물이 들어서면서 훼손되고, 둘레에 철책이 설치되면서 마을주민들 조차 출입이 금지되어 1년에 한번 당산제를 지낼 때에만 출입할 수 있다. 또한, 비보숲은 나로도 해수욕장으로 이용되면서, 관리 부재로 인해 훼손되고 있는 등 천연기념물로서 당산숲의 명칭, 이용행태에서 많은 문제점과 함께 올바로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 신금마을의 당산숲이 현재까지 수백 년간 그 아름다움을 유지해 온 원동력은 당산제 등을 통해 마을주민들이 지키고 보호해 왔기 때문이다. 현재 마을이장 홀로 당산제를 지내며 마을 성지(聖地)로서의 위상이 소멸될 위험에 처해 있는 실정이다. 신금마을 당산숲은, 전통문화경관으로서의 가치를 높일 필요가 있으며, 관리 문제 개선을 통해 마을의 활력 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

There are stone sculptures diversely shaped in several parts of Gyeongbokgung. Geunjeongjeon is a place where the stone sculptures are intensively placed among the various palace buildings of Gyeongbokgung, and it is more important because it contains the phases of the age of the dynasty and the symbolism of governing philosophy. What can be seen in the structure of auspicious animal sculptures is based on the form of instinctive thought that the heavenly and human order systems are in an organic correspondence with each other, especially with regard to astronomical events such as Samwon Sasin 12jisin 28su. The parts that have been interpreted only in Sasin and 12jisin in the interpretations such as wild dogs, Gyoryong, camels, wolves, and apes were able to clarify the contents by revealing the form of 28su. In particular, as Beopsu Ssangbeopsu at the corner may be related to the guardian deity who governs water, called Yimun, Chimi, and Chimun, it is one of Bibo's ways to protect the palace that was vulnerable to fire. In addition, the shape of the existing 28su placed Dambi, but Ha Woldae at the Geunjeongjeon was assumed to have a camel statue and a planned arrangement of double meaning with the Bibo form of Pungsu Sasinsa, and it is also a feature of the arrangement of Woldae at the Geunjeongjeon. The actual composition of auspicious animals at the Nambogye of Geunjeongjeon was in the order of Haechi, wild dogs, horses and Jujak, and the contents of "Gyeongbokgung Construction Daily Record" were in the order of Haechi, horses, wild dogs, and Jujak. As to different composition layouts, based on the contents of the "Gyeongbok palace Construction Daily Record", the composition of Samjae Cheonjiin (天地人) was interpreted differently from the conventional interpretation of the arrangement of Woldae. All of these forms are associated with defense systems in the four directions and have become animal representations of each direction. The auspicious animal statues placed on the railing of Geunjeongjeon Woldae can be seen as reflected in a single building with the three dimensional personality that includes Pungsu's Bibo personality with the symbolic meaning that reveals the centrality as Jeong Jeon, the nation's best politics let alone the ideological system of the ancient astronomical of the East called Men Heaven Unity.

In this paper an FIR(finite impulse response) filter and smoother are introduced for discrete time-invariant state-space models with driving noises. The FIR structure not only quarantees the BIBO stability and the robustness to parameter changes but also improves the filter divergence problem. It is shown that the impulse responses of the FIR filter and the smoother are obtained by Riccati-type difference equations and that they are to be time-invariant and reduced to very simple forms. For implementational purpose, recursive forms of the FIR filler and smoother are derived with each other used as the adjoint variable.

고지도를 보면 한양에 동지, 서지, 남지 등 큰 연못이 표기되었는데, 이는 궁궐이나 공해시설, 일반 민간 저택 내 원지들과는 달리 국가 소유의 필지였으나 공공에게 개방된 연못이었다. 동지, 서지, 남지는 한양도성과 연결된 연지로, 본 연구는 여러 지도 및 도면 자료와 회화 자료, 고문헌, 문학작품을 수집해 종합 분석하여 물리적 차원에서의 연지의 조영 경위와 이후의 운영상황, 연지의 입지 및 공간 특성을 고찰하고자 했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 서지와 남지는 비보, 명당수 확보, 화기 진압, 방화수, 수경시설로의 목적 하에 조영되었고 동지는 비보, 명당수 확보 외에도 수구막이로서의 기능이 중시되었다. 둘째, 주변 지형과 연지의 수원을 보았을 때 서지는 계류와, 동지, 남지는 구거와 연결되어 연못의 수량 확보에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 서지와 남지는 도시지역에, 동지는 전원지역에 위치하였는데 이 같은 입지적 특성은 연지를 이용하는 방식에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 연지의 형태는 모서리가 둥근 방형이나 자유로운 형상으로 궁궐이나 공해시설의 원지와 구분된다. 다섯째, 연지는 지속적인 유지 관리를 통해서만 유지될 수 있었고, 조선시대 매몰과 수축의 과정이 반복되었다. 길게는 오백 년 이상 동안 유지되었던 조선시대 한양도성의 연지들은 개국 초기에는 비보풍수적 의미가 강조되면서 조성되었지만, 점차 도시에서 넓은 수공간이라는 공공 오픈스페이스로서의 가치를 인정받아 거주민과 행락객들이 애착을 갖는 문화공간으로 운영되었던 것으로 판단된다.

In our traditional living lives, our ancestors have been succeeded in and developed the shortage-replenishing materials to balance with the nature and supplement the condition of geography by the measures, called the BiBo, in order to be harmonized with the nature. This study is purposed to find the meaning and quality of the BiBo materials distributed throughout the agriculture village in Yeoungdong area, Gangwon province in terms of scenery perspectives. It is found that there are 56 village forests, 18 BiBo symbolic properties and 2 BiBo ponds in Yeoungdong area, Gangwon province. Among these, village forests are largely consisting of pine trees and most of them are functioned for water-entrance defender. Including these village forests, the BiBo symbolic properties are important historic and cultural resources in this area and expected to be used as the income-source of the farm village.

본 논문은 상태 변수 모델 하에서 유도된 최적 FIR 필터의 해를 이용한 새로운 이산 퓨리에 변환 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 측정 잡음 하에서 시변 하모닉스 성분을 추정하는데 특히 유용하여, 기존의 이산 퓨리에 변환 보다 훨씬 효과적인 노이즈 억제성능을 얻을 수 있으며 또한 칼만 필터를 사용한 하모닉스 추정 방법에서 발생하는 발산 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 그것은 유일한 필터 구간 내에서 BIBO 안정도를 향상 보장하는 FIR필터의 구조에서 야기된다. 한편 기존의 하모닉스 추정 방법들과 여러 가지 측면의 성능 비교가 있었고 시뮬레이션 예제를 통해 본 논문에서 제시한 방법의 효용성을 입증하였다.

본 논문은 기존의 가중 메디안 필터에 음의 가중치를 갖는 recursive weighted median(RWM) 필터 구조를 소개하고자 한다. 이는 연산과정에 퍼지 클러스터를 적용하여 또 다른 구조의 RWM 필터를 제안하였다. 제안된 RWM 필터는 infinte impulse response(IIR) 선형 필터의 부류로 상사되는 것으로서 기존의 선형 IIR 필터와는 달리 강건한 대역 또는 고역통과 필터의 특성 뿐만 아니라 피드백 되어진 계수 값에 상관없이 항상 BIBO 시스템에서의 안정성과 잡음에 강건한 특성을 나타낸다. 특히 퍼지 클러스터를 적용하여 중앙값 주변의 값을 적절히 취함으로서 신뢰성과 보다 빠른 연산속도의 성능을 여러 다른 구조의 필터들과 성능 비교 실험을 통해 입증하였다.

The self-tuning control theory which has so far been studied has the type of a moving average noise mode. In this paper we propose a self-tuning munimum varinace control of the plant with an autoregressive noise model. New identities are introduced to find a munimum variance control input, and the stability and convergence properties in a closed loop system are studied using the BIBO concepts and ODE method. Also the proposed algorithm is compared withe that of the original self-tuning control by computer simulation.
