To investigate how personality test items are understood by participants, their semantic representations were explored by Latent Semantic Analysis, In this thesis, Semantic Similarity Matrix was proposed, which contains cosine similarity of semantic representations between test items and personality traits. The matrix was compared to traditional factor loading matrix. In preliminary study, semantic space was constructed from the passages describing the five traits, collected from 154 undergraduate participants. In study 1, positive correlation was observed between the factor loading matrix of Korean shorten BFI and its semantic similarity matrix. In study 2, short personality test was constructed from semantic similarity matrix, and observed that its factor loading matrix was positively correlated with the semantic similarity matrix as well. In conclusion, the results implies that the factor structure of personality test can be inferred from semantic similarity between the items and factors.

The Film Development Fund was established in 2007 to improve the quality of film arts and promote the Korean film and video industry. As a key resource operated by the Korean Film Council, the film development fund provides various projects including support for the promotion of Korean film creation and production, funding in video-specialized investment associations, export and international exchanges of Korean films, and production of small-scale or short films. This study aims to propose ways to reinvent the film development fund, which is in danger of being depleted. Based on such purpose this study examined the status and problems of the current film development fund and reviewed previous literatures and related discussions. Furthermore, the policies of similar overseas organizations for film promotion including French National Film/Video Center (Centre National du Cinema et de l'image $anim{\acute{e}}e$, CNC) and the British Film Institute (BFI) were reviewed to draw a multi-faceted way to replenish the source of revenue for Korean film development fund.

Objective: Jowiseunggi-tang (JWSGT) is a traditional herbal medicine commonly used for purgative activity in constipation. This study evaluates JWSGT for the treatment of opioid-induced constipation (OIC), the most common and debilitating gastrointestinal effect of opioid use. Methods: A 64-year-old man with floor of mouth cancer was hospitalized for OIC, and JWSGT was administered orally twice a day for 10 days, along with acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping. The primary outcome measures were defecation type according to the Bristol Stool Form Scale (BSFS) and the frequency of bowel movements. The Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI) and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General (FACT-G) were used as secondary measures. Results: After three days of JWSGT administration, spontaneous bowel movements were observed two to three times per week with improved BSFS from type 2 to 4. A reduction in BFI score (8.7 to 2.0) and an increase in FACT-G score (44.3 to 59.0) suggested an improvement in fatigue level and quality of life. Conclusion: This is the first report to assess the efficacy of JWSGT for the management of OIC in patients with cancer, and JWSGT may be an effective option to improve symptoms and quality of life in this group.

Objective: This study reported the improved symptoms of integrative Korean medicine-based treatment in a patient diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) who persistently complained of fatigue and chest tightness. Methods: A 51-year-old female SLE patient persistently complaining of fatigue and chest tightness underwent an 18-day treatment with Kracie Shihogayonggolmoryo-tang, Cheongpajeon-H, Gwanjeol-go, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, cupping therapy, deep tissue meridian hot pack therapy, manual therapy, Interferential Current Therapy, and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy. The Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI) and Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for each symptom were measured on admission, at one week, two weeks of hospitalization, and upon discharge. Clinical outcomes were assessed using these two figures. Results: After treatment, there was a reduction in the BFI score (7 to 3). The NRS score of chest tightness with hot flashes decreased from 8 to 5, neck pain lessened from 7 to 5, pain in both ankles diminished from 6 to 4, the cold hypersensitivity of both feet fell from 6 to 4, and heartburn decreased from 5 to 2. In order, the biggest clinical improvement was to heartburn, fatigue, and chest tightness with hot flashes. Conclusion: This case study shows that integrative Korean medicine-based treatment can improve symptoms of a Systemic Lupus Erythematosus patient persistently complaining of fatigue and chest tightness with hot flashes and suggests that Shihogayonggolmoryo-tang may be an effective option for managing and treating SLE patients.

In this paper, we propose a motion picture processor for CSTN-LCD without gamut problem. The proposed method employed CDF(Cumulative Density Function) in order to perform a mutual independent in image gradation and color balance. In addition, the proposed method has solved a gamut problem used by conversion of RGB system and CMY system. Also, we apply the BFI (Black Field Insertion) to the design to compensate for response time of a LC (Liquid Crystal). The proposed hardware architecture has been implemented and verified using a FPGA on prototype board. Visual test and standard deviation of histogram were introduced to evaluate the result of the proposed method and the original ones.

Finding reasonable flexural modes from the full vehicle modal testing has always been a difficult job to N&V engineers due to FRF inconsistency, nonlinearity, heavy damping and, in many cases, interactions between global body structural modes and massive isolate/non-isolated subsystem modes. This paper provides a brier overview of the mode map validation using single-run FRF measurement with highly sensitive accelerometers fur the full vehicle modal analysis and then it can be used to characterize the vehicle's global/local vibration performances, especially customer perceived "structural feel" typically below 40Hz.

We perform seismological diagnostics of the physical parameters in umbral photospheres and G-band bright points. The technique is based on the theory of slow magneto-acoustic waves in a non-isothermally stratified photosphere with uniform vertical magnetic fields. For the seismology of sunspot umbrae, we calculate the weighted frequency of three-minute oscillations observed by SDO/HMI continuum and use it to estimate the Alfvn speed and plasma-beta, which range 7.5-10.5 km/s and 0.65-1.15, respectively. We identify and track bright points in the G-band movie by using a 3D region growing method. Then we apply the seismological diagnostics to the bright points in the Hinode/BFI Blue continuum. We will present the Alfvn speed and plasma-beta in the bright points.

이 논문은 사람의 성격과 나이, 직업, 결혼 유무, 최종학력, 전공, 종교, 월수입, 통근 수단 등 총 14가지로 이루어진 사람의 특징 데이터와 자주 방문하는 선호 장소에 대한 데이터의 상관관계를 분석하고, 어떠한 요인이 가장 크게 영향을 미치는가에 대해 분석하였다. 분석에는 17명의 실험자가 참여하였고, 분석 방법으로는 Boosting 기법을 사용하였다. 성격 데이터는 Big Five Inventory (BFI)를 통해 얻었고, 나머지 특징들에 대한 데이터는 직접 만든 설문지를 통해 얻었으며, 장소 데이터는 Swarm 애플리케이션을 통해 얻었다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cultural empathy, and personalities on cultural competence among university students of occupational therapy. Methods : One-hundred and fifty-five university students of occupational therapy in Jeollanamdo and Gwangju completed questionnaires consisting of a demographic questionnaire, the Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy(SEE), Big Fie Inventory(BFI), and (CCAI). To determine the relationships among demographic variables, cultural empathy, personalities, and cultural competence, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis were analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Results : The results of the study showed the differences in neuroticism and conscientiousness by gender. Also, there were positive correlations between cultural empathy, personality, and cultural competence. Lastly, cultural empathy(β=.357), openness(β=.252), and school year(β=-.148)were significant predictors of cultural competence. Conclusion : The results of this study clarified the relationships among cultural empathy, personality, and cultural competence, and will provide data for the education program to enhance the cultural competence of undergraduates of occupational therapy.

Purpose : The aim of this study was to investigate the influences of personality traits on depression and quality of life of stroke outpatients receiving rehabilitation therapy. Methods : The current study included 52 outpatients who received occupational therapy in a rehabilitative and general hospital located in Incheon. Their personality traits were assessed using the Big Five Inventory-Korean Version (BFI-K), and depression was measured using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). Quality of life was evaluated using the Stroke Specific Quality of Life (SS-QOL) scale. The collected data were analyzed to identify the effects of personality traits on depression and quality of life using a multiple regression analysis. Result : Neuroticism and depression were significantly correlated (p<.05), and neuroticism and agreeableness were significantly correlated with quality of life (p<.05). Additionally, depression and quality of life were significantly correlated (p<.05). Neuroticism affected depression significantly ($R^2=.503$, p<.05). Among the five personality traits, neuroticism, agreeableness, and extraversion had a significant effect on quality of life ($R^2=.474$, p<.05). Conclusion : These findings suggest that personality traits need to be considered in order to improve the quality of life of stroke patients.
