피보나치 수열의 일반화에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Generalized Fibonacci Sequence)

  • 본 연구에서는 유명한 피보나치 수열을 일반화하는 g-피보나치 수열 $\{g_n\}$={a, b, a+b, a+2b, 2a+3b, 3a+5b,...}의 여러 가지 성질과 특성을 조사한다. 특히, g-피보나치 수열의 합에 관한 항등식과 제 n항 $g_n$(비네의 공식의 일반화)을 구체적으로 구한다. 또한 피보나치 수열에 관한 카타란의 항등식의 일반화된 항등식과 A. Tagiuri의 항등식을 구하고 $g_n$과 파스칼 삼각형과의 관계식과 g-피보나치 수 $g_n$이 얼마나 빨리 커지는가를 조사한다. 아울러 g-피보나치 수열의 초항과 둘째 항이 서로 소일 때 연속하는 두 항은 서로 소이며, 연속하는 두 항의 비율 $\{\frac{g_{n+1}}{g_n}\}$은 황금비 $\frac{1+\sqrt5}2$ 수렴함을 밝히고자한다.

  • Let a and b be nonnegative integers with 2 $\leq$ a < b, and let G be a Hamiltonian graph of order n with n > $\frac{(a+b-5)(a+b-3)}{b-2}$. An [a, b]-factor F of G is called a Hamiltonian [a, b]-factor if F contains a Hamiltonian cycle. In this paper, it is proved that G has a Hamiltonian [a, b]-factor if $\delta(G)\;\geq\;\frac{(a-1)n+a+b-3)}{a+b-3}$ and $\delta(G)$ > $\frac{(a-2)n+2{\alpha}(G)-1)}{a+b-4}$.

  • The consumption of catchup is increasing due to the raising of income level and food industry and westernization of dietary life followed by economic growth. In this paper I picked up three kinds of food produced by two foreign food companies and three kinds of food by two domestic companies. BINDING NUMBER AND HAMILTONIAN (g, f)-FACTORS IN GRAPHS

  • A (g, f)-factor F of a graph G is Called a Hamiltonian (g, f)-factor if F contains a Hamiltonian cycle. The binding number of G is defined by $bind(G)\;=\;{min}\;\{\;{\frac{{\mid}N_GX{\mid}}{{\mid}X{\mid}}}\;{\mid}\;{\emptyset}\;{\neq}\;X\;{\subset}\;V(G)},\;{N_G(X)\;{\neq}\;V(G)}\;\}$. Let G be a connected graph, and let a and b be integers such that $4\;{\leq}\;a\;<\;b$. Let g, f be positive integer-valued functions defined on V(G) such that $a\;{\leq}\;g(x)\;<\;f(x)\;{\leq}\;b$ for every $x\;{\in}\;V(G)$. In this paper, it is proved that if $bind(G)\;{\geq}\;{\frac{(a+b-5)(n-1)}{(a-2)n-3(a+b-5)},}\;{\nu}(G)\;{\geq}\;{\frac{(a+b-5)^2}{a-2}}$ and for any nonempty independent subset X of V(G), ${\mid}\;N_{G}(X)\;{\mid}\;{\geq}\;{\frac{(b-3)n+(2a+2b-9){\mid}X{\mid}}{a+b-5}}$, then G has a Hamiltonian (g, f)-factor.

  • In this note we present a short proof of the following result by Zhou, Liu and Xu. Let G be a graph of order n, and let a and b be two integers with 1 $\leq$ a < b and b $\geq$ 3, and let g and f be two integer-valued functions defined on V(G) such that a $\leq$ g(x) < f(x) $\leq$ b for each $x\;{\in}\;V(G)$ and f(V(G)) - V(G) even. If $n\;{\geq}\;\frac{(a+b-1)^2+1}{a}$ and $\delta(G)\;{\geq}\;\frac{(b-1)n}{a+b-1}$,then G has a connected (g, f)-factor.

콩 코오지의 최적 제조조건 설정 (Establishment of optimal soybean Koji manufacturing conditions)

  • 곰팡이 및 세균을 이용한 콩 코오지의 최적 제조조건을 설정하기 위하여 재래식 메주로부터 분리한 A. oryzae 6-M-1과 B. subtilis 3-B-1을 이용하여 콩 코오지를 제조하였다. 콩 코오지를 7일간 제조하면서 아미노태질소 함량은 A. oryzae 6-M-1로 제조한 코오지의 경우 686.16 mg%(w/w), B. subtilis 3-B-1로 제조한 코오지는 643.46 mg%(w/w)를 생성하고 있었다. ${\alpha}$-Amylase activity는 제국 7일째에 A. oryzae 6-M-1로 제조한 코오지에서는 1472.54 unit/g이었고 B. subtilis 3-B-1로 제조한 코오지에서는 791.00 unit/g이었다. ${\beta}$-Amylase activity는 제국 7일째에 A. oryzae 6-M-1로 제조한 코오지에서는 598.98 unit/g이었고B. subtilis 3-B-1로 제조한 코오지에서는 503.26 unit/g이었다. 산성 protease activity는 제국 7일째에 A. oryzae 6-M-1로 제조한 코오지에서는 309.00 unit/g이었고 B. subtilis 3-B-1로 제조한 코오지에서는 135.88 unit/g이었다. 콩 코오지의 아미노태질소 및 효소 역가는 공장에서 생산되는 밀가루 코오지보다 높았으며 제국 기간은 4일이면 충분하였다. 콩 코오지로 만든 된장과 시판된장의 맛, 향, 색 및 전체적인 기호도에서는 5% 수준에서 유의성이 인정되지 않아 콩 코오지를 이용하여 된장을 제조하는 것이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

HPLC에 의한 aflatoxin 분석법에 관한 연구-형광검출의 최적조건 (Determination of Aflatoxins Using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Optimized Fluorescence Detection)

  • HPLCdp 의한 주요 afltoxins(aflatoxins $B_1,\;B_2,\;G_1\;및\;G_2$)의 동시 분석에서 postcolumn 유도체화법을 시도하였다. Electrochemical cell (Kobra-cell)을 사용한 postcolumn 유도체화법은 기존의 precolumn 유도체화법보다 분석시간을 단축하였으며 (약 1/2 단축), 더 안전하고 , 향상된 분석능을 보였다. Aflatoxin $B_1과\;G_1의$ 경우 10~100ppb에서, 그리고 B_2와\;G_2의$ 경우 3~30 ppb에서 직선성을 나타내었다. Aflatoxin $B_1과\;G_1은$ 각각 88.9% 및 100.5%로 양호한 회수율을 보였다. Aflatoxin $B_2와\;G_2의$ 경우 분리도는 우수하였으나 회수율에있어서 변이가 크게 나타났다.

STABLE CLASS OF EQUIVARIANT ALGEBRAIC VECTOR BUNDLES OVER REPRESENTATIONS

  • Let G be a reductive algebraic group and let B, F be G-modules. We denote by $VEC_{G}$ (B, F) the set of isomorphism classes in algebraic G-vector bundles over B with F as the fiber over the origin of B. Schwarz (or Karft-Schwarz) shows that $VEC_{G}$ (B, F) admits an abelian group structure when dim B∥G = 1. In this paper, we introduce a stable functor $VEC_{G}$ (B, $F^{\chi}$) and prove that it is an abelian group for any G-module B. We also show that this stable functor will have nice properties.

  • In this paper we will prove that the simple groups $B_p(3)\;and\;G_p(3)$, p an odd prime number, are 2-recognizable by the set of their order components. More precisely we will prove that if G is a finite group and OC(G) denotes the set of order components of G, then OC(G) = $OC(B_p(3))$ if and only if $G{\cong}B_p(3)\;or\;C_p(3)$.

Oral Concentrated Grape Juice Suppresses Expression of NF-kappa B, TNF-α and iNOS in Experimentally Induced Colorectal Carcinogenesis in Wistar Rats

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of grape juice on colon carcinogenesis induced by azoxymethane (AOM) and expression of NF-kB, iNOS and TNF-${\alpha}$. Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups: G1, control; G2, 15 mg/kg AOM; G3, 1% grape juice 2 weeks before AOM; G4, 2% grape juice 2 weeks before AOM; G5, 1% grape juice 4 weeks after AOM; G6, 2% grape juice 4 weeks after AOM; G7, 2% grape juice without AOM. Histological changes and aberrant crypt foci (ACF) were studied, while RNA expression of NF-kB, TNF- and iNOS was evaluated by qPCR. Results: The number of ACF was higher in G2, and G4 presented a smaller number of crypts per focus than G5 (p=0.009) and G6. Small ACF (1-3) were more frequent in G4 compared to G2, G5 and G6 (p=0.009, p=0.009 and p=0.041, respectively). RNA expression of NF-kB was lower in G3 and G4 compared to G2 (p=0.004 and p=0.002, respectively). A positive correlation was observed between TNF-${\alpha}$ and NF-kB gene expression (p=0.002). In conclusion, the administration of 2% grape juice before AOM reduced the crypt multiplicity, attenuating carcinogenesis. Lower expression of NF-kB was observed in animals exposed to grape juice for a longer period of time, regardless of concentration.
