골프 코스관리 비용 분석 (Analysis of Maintenance Expense in various Golf Courses)

  • 본 연구는 골프장의 적정 코스관리 비용을 구명하고 국내 골프장 29개의 홀당 내장객당 비용과 골프장 8개의 항목별 및 장소별 비용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 홀 당 내장객이 증가할수록 홀 내장객당 비용이 감소하는 경향을 보여 주었다. 2. 골프장 코스관리 비용을 결정하는 인자는 연 내장객, 코스면적, 운영형태, 코스자동화 시설 등이다. 3. 골프장의 단위면적당 코스관리 비용은 869원이었다. 4. 8개 골프장의 홀 당 평균 코스관리 비용은 44,325,000원이었다. 5. 골프장 코스관리 비용 중 인건비 비중이 가장 높았으며 인건비중 그린의 볼마크 보수 인건비가 홀 당 평균 4,163,000원 (26%)으로 가장 높았다. 6. 골프장 총 코스면적의 평균 30% 정도를 차지하는 페어웨이에 사용되는 재료비가 총 재료비용의 $22%{\sim}44%$이며 그중 수입비료, 병충해 방제농약, 배토용 모래등의 구입비가 가장 많았다. 7. 총 코스면적의 평균 2% 정도를 차지하는 그린에 사용되는 재료비가 총 재료비용의 $28%{\sim}36%$이며, 입자형 비료, 미량원소비료, 토양개량제 등의 수입 제품으로 인해 그 구입비가 가장 많았다. 8. 농약 대용으로 미생물, 키토산 등의 친환경제제가 대신 사용된 경우 비용에서는 큰 차이가 없었다.

냉각시스템에 의한 태양광 발전의 효율 개선 (Solar Photovoltaic According to Installation of Cooling System)

  • 태양광 발전은 일사량이 높을수록 발전량이 증가된다. 그러나 일사량이 높아짐에 따라 셀의 온도도 같이 증가해 발전 효율은 감소하게 된다. 냉각시스템의 설치는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 적절한 방법이 될 수 있으나 냉각시스템 설치 후 태양광 발전량의 증가량, 냉각시스템의 설치비용, 냉각시스템의 유지 보수비용 등 실용화에 필요한 내용은 논의되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 냉각시스템의 효과 및 상용화 가능성에 대해 기술하였다. 실험결과 냉각시스템 설치 후, 연평균 약 5.76[%]의 발전량 증가를 기대할 수 있다.

HSDI 경유승용차 도입의 경제적 효과분석 (Effect of Economic Analysis an Introduction HSDI Diesel Passenger Cars)

  • 본 연구는 경유승용차(HSDI 경유엔진) 도입에 대해 소비자 측면, 사회적 측면의 경제적 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저, 생애비용을 고려한 소비자 경제성분석 결과 승용차 수명 10년, 연간 평균 주행거리를 20.000km로 가정할 때 승용차 1대당 연료비 절감액은 13,836천원으로 추정된다. 사회적 편익은 평균 주행거리 20,000km 기준 경유승용차 관매 10% 증가 전제시 휘발유 승용차 대비 2002년부터 이익이 실현되기 시작하여 2010년에 1,541억원의 편익이 발생하는 것으로 추산된다. 사회적 누적편익은 판매량 10% 증가 가정시 20,000km 주행시 2010년까지 6,368억원의 편익이 발생할 것으로 보인다.

연근해어업 어선감척 적정 목표량 산정 및 감척효과 분석 (Direct Economic Effects and Optimal Vessel Reduction Scales in Coastal and Offshore Fisheries)

  • The aims of this study are to estimate the optimal vessel reduction scales and these direct economic effects of coastal and offshore fisheries in the Republic of Korea. To estimate respectively optimal fishing efforts of individual fishery by species in coastal and offshore fisheries, we adopted appropriate fishing power of each species published by National Fisheries Research and Development Institute and also considered biological and socio-economic factors such as the bycatch rate, the profit rate, the efficiency of resource use, the average age of fishing vessel, the intention of vessel reduction, and the annual changes in vessels by other factors. The direct economic effects of the optimal vessel reduction in coastal and offshore fisheries based on maximum sustainable yield and 2/3 maximum sustainable yield was calculated by a cost-benefit analysis. This study showed that optimal reduction numbers of vessels engaged in coastal and offshore fisheries were 4,431 and 374 vessels and the direct economic effects in coastal and offshore fisheries were about 371.7 and 569.4 billion won and these NPV and BCR were 111.7 billion won and 1.65 and 342.6 billion won and 4.97 respectively.

예비품(豫備品) 재고관리(在庫管理)를 위한 정량발주모형(定量發注模型) (A FOQ Model for Spare-Part Inventory Control)

  • This paper deals with a FOQ( ; fixed-order quantity) model for spare-part inventory control. In a spare-part inventory problem, stock depletion arises not from external market demand but from internal demand resulting from failures of parts in use. The problem differs from the classical inventory problem in that the demand for a failed part never arises more during stockout period, since the unit remains inoperative when stockout occurs until the failed part is replaced by new one. In the problem under consideration, n identical units are operating simultaneously and failed one is replaced immediately by new one if on-hand spares remain. In order to replenish spares, an order with quantity Q is placed whenever the number of on-hand spares falls to levels. The average annual cost of operating the spare-part inventory system is derived under the assumption that both lifetime of a part and replenishment lead-time distributions are exponential.

  • This paper presents a stochastic partial inventory model for the situation in which demand is deterministic, lead time follows normal distribution and backorder ratio during the stockout period decreases exponentially according to the length of backorder period. In this situation, an objective function is formulated to minimize the average annual cost, which is the sum of the ordering, carrying time-proportional backordering, quantity-proportional backordering and lost sales costs. And then the procedure of iterative solution method for the model is developed to find optimal reorder point and order quantity and numerical example to illustrate the proposed method is presented.

Effectiveness of strake installation for traffic signal structure fatigue mitigation

  • Across-wind response is often the cause of significant structural vibrations that in turn cause fatigue damage to welded and other connections. The efficacy of low-cost helical strakes to mitigate such adverse response is presented for a traffic signal structure. Field observations are made on a prototype structure in a natural wind environment without and with helical strakes installed on the cantilevered arm. Through continuous monitoring, the strakes were found to be effective in reducing across-wind response at wind speeds less than 10 m/s. Estimates of fatigue life are made for four different geographical locations and wind environments. Results for the class of traffic signal structure show that helical arm strakes are most effective in locations with benign wind environments where the average annual wind speed is not more than the vortex shedding wind speed, which for this investigation is 5 m/s. It is concluded that while strakes may be effective, it is not the panacea to mitigating connection fatigue at all locations.

경제성 기준 선망어업의 최적선단 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimum Formation of Fleet in Purse Seiner Fishing System)

  • The purpose of this study is to set up the optimum economical formation of the purse seiner fishing system. For this task, the characteristics of existing purse-seiner fishing system were reviewed, and the possible formations of the fleet in tile purse-seiner fishing system were examined through the reallocation of function for each individual vessel. In addition, economic evaluations of the possible formations of the fleet are carried out. Consequently, it was found that 2-vessel formations have the most economic efficiency. Then, a conceptual system design for the main vessel in the 2-vessel formations was performed. As a result, this paper can be used as a helpful guideline to develop the most profitable and economical fishing system in the fleet type fishery.

여가활성화 방안 모색을 위한 여가실태 및 요구에 관한 연구 - 중년층을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Actual Status and Needs of Leisure of Middle Age)

  • The propose of this study is to grasp actual status and needs of leisure of middle age. The questionnaire survey is used, the subjects are middle age from 40${\sim}$50's living in big city. The questionnaire consists of leisure, leisure actual condition, leisure satisfaction and need. Frequency, percent, average, x2-test, t-test and ANOVA are used for data analysis. The results of this study are as following; First, leisure is necessary to elevate Quality of life in terms of spiritual , psychological stability and physical health. Second, subjects have more leisure time in weekend the characteristics of leisure time are scattered in woman. Third, in the future the subjects wish to have leisure with family. Therefore, it is necessary to develop leisure program and facilities to promote family leisure. Fourth, the subjects are not satisfied with current leisure for unsufficiency of leisure time, cost, facility and program. Fifth, present leisure behavior characteristics are restrictive and passive. In the near future, however, they showed desire to engage in divers forms of leisure including active and participant leisure.

수리 가능 시스템의 신뢰성 분석 절차 및 사례 연구 (Reliability Analysis Procedures for Repairable Systems and Related Case Studies)

  • The purpose of this paper is to present reliability analysis procedures for repairable systems and apply the procedures for assessing the reliabilities of two subsystems of a specific group of military equipment based on field failure data. The mean cumulative function, M(t), the average repair rate, ARR(t), and analytic test methods are used to determine whether a failure process follows a renewal or non-renewal process. For subsystem A, the failure process turns out to follow a homogeneous Poisson process, and subsequently, its mean time between failures, availability, and the necessary number of spares are estimated. For subsystem B, the corresponding M(t) plot shows an increasing trend, indicating that its failure process follows a non-renewal process. Therefore, its M(t) is modeled as a power function of t, and a preventive maintenance policy is proposed based on the annual mean repair cost.
