The competitive advantage of technologies is required for survival of enterprises in the social environments which change rapidly. So the strategy of technology development becomes more and more important. For the establishment of strategy, the situational analysis and the forecasting analysis are executed and they include the technology assessment and the technology forecasting. This research is intended to find out the problems and the difficulties in the current Matrix Method, and to improve the method, finally to help the R&D departments of enterprises applying the method. The suggested matrix(TSM : Technology Shift Matrix) method is designed so that one can judge the current situation of technology and future trend, by moving the matrix which is placed to the upside of the basic matrix.

This research analyzed acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment targeting Chungcheongnam-do direct management enterprises. To do this, this research analyzed influence with acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment by composing the area with 5 aspects related to local public enterprise management assessment. More differentiated strategy is required to operate management assessment efficiently, since direct management enterprises have different shape from other public enterprises in respect of organizational structure. In case of water and sewage, it tends to be difficult to return the result of management assessment to the local government organization, so that managers' interest and effort is necessarily required. Also, responsible person's professionalism is required to raise achievement of direct management enterprise through management assessment, politic management plan for this is necessary. Above all, the structure of incentive for management assessment result is difficult in making intended effect as other public enterprises. Therefore, differentiation of compensation system for assessment result is required.

Purpose : This study was to develop the nursing database for gastric cancer patients for clinical application. Method : Nursing data that development of this data base is comprehensive connected with gastric cancer patient nursing process frame to foundation as classification. Result : Each stage was processed based on the System Development Life Cycle. At the Strategy Planning stage, gastric cancer patient nursing process were analyzed. At the system Analysis Stage, database flowchart was drawn up based on frame of nursing process was drawn up. At the system Design Stage, a system was developed based on the flowchart and named the Nursing Database. The Nursing Database consisted of the patient's Basic Information, Patient's Nursing History, Discharge summary, Nursing Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Nursing Intervention/activity, Nursing Evaluation, Statics, Code Registration. Each element in flowchart was coded and made into a database. Nursing Assessment classified according to Gorden's Health Pattern Typology, and nursing diagnosis draws the standard 27 name of Hanguls and connected with nursing assessment. Nursing intervention and nursing activity draw 192 of thing that present in NIC, connected this with nursing assessment. Nursing evaluation is linked with nursing assessment, diagnosis and intervention by achievement availability of nursing goals. Conclusion : The biggest advantage of this database nursing process that can manage nursing information exactly and rapidly to foundation be.

During the last years it became more and more difficult to deal with environmental conflicts using traditional political instruments in industrialized countries. One reason for the occurring problems might be the citizens' awareness of scarceness of nature. Another reason might be the changing legislation with the introduction of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) as an integral part of a project's licensing procedure. The EIA offers new possibilities for citizens to interfere in decision processes and to obstruct projects. The changing situation requires new instruments for conflict solving. Mediation may be considered an alternative or completion to the traditional political instruments. It is a systematic strategy for conflict treatment and. with the support of an independent mediator, allows to reach an agreement among all parties involved. Mediation may be introduced in the EIA One possibility offers the scoping date, which, if the participation of the public is assured, might avoid heavy disputes in the further process. Another connection between the instrument of mediation and the EIA could be the use of the environmental impact study (EIS) as information background for a mediation process. EIA would then be source of information about all environmental aspects. Thus the role of EIA would be extended to being a part of conflict analysis in the alternative dispute resolution process.

The purposes of this study were to: a) develop the quality assessment tool of Web-based Instruction (WBI) for nutrition education, b) evaluate the operated WBI (NutriZone) by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about quality assessment tool for WBI by establishing the instruction and operating strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of WBI for nutrition education was divided into three categories of instruction design, contents and support ＆ operation. And a total of forty items were measured by Likert 5 point scale, computed as one point per item, and amounted to forty points in all. As a result of evaluation, NutriZone got 21.79 out of 40 points and fulfillment rate of 54.5%. The IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was applied to establish the instruction and operating strategies, and nine items characterized as attractiveness, multimedia, and learner-initiative were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up', and so it was regar-ded as program designed with concern in WBI's characteristics unlike the conventional face-to-face education. But twelve items such as 'Errors on switch to other screens are few.', 'Ready correction leads to be out of systemic error.', 'Highlight marks and moving pictures were used in sign of importance.' and etc. that got high importance and low performance needed to be focused in instructional strategy.

In this study, it suggests the High Availability (HA) implementation plan of building a continuous service infrastructure as a strategy ensuring availability, as the importance of availability securing corporate business continuity emerges in the knowledge and information society. However, if the reliability of the criticality assessment of information asset is not ensured, it requires assessment measures for availability that can be managed by mapping with service maintenance assessment items, which are availability criteria based on the asset criticality evaluated through the asset value matrix because it is difficult to maintain security in conjunction with the value of real assets. Therefore, this study suggests the assessment measures for availability of information assets.

Causing by green house gas emission, global warming is being accelerated significantly. This global warming cause world climate to change quiet different than before and we call this phenomenon is Climate Change. Environmental Impact Assessment being implemented in Korea is to prevent predicted environmental impacts from deteriorating within the domestic information and situation. As the climate change is getting severe, new meteorological records can be occurred which is exceeded existing statistical data. According to KMA(Korea Meteorological Administration) data, maximum value of precipitation and temperature in many regions changed with new data within last decade. And these events accompanied with landslides and flooding, and these also affected on water quality in rivers and lakes. According to impacts by climate change, disasters and accidents from heavy rain are the most apprehensive parts. And water pollution caused by overflowed non-point sources during heavy rain fall, fugitive dust caused by long-term drought, and sea level rise and Tsunami may affect on seaside industrial complex should be worth consideration. In this review, necessity of mutual consideration with influences of climate change was considered adding on existing guideline.

Groundwater flow is primarily influenced by the presence of fractures, functioning as conduits. To block the flow, grouting operation is commonly used. Thereby the fractures are then expected to be sealed, which will add to enhance the shear strength in rock. This far, regarding the assessment of grouting efficiency, however, there's been a considerable uncertainty That is, several geophysical methods of high resolution such as tomography, S-wave logging have produced a significant amount of measurable response caused by grouting, but they can inevitably be used only for the qualitative assessment. Thus, this paper deals with an accurate quantitative assessment about the grouting result. In this, a new strategy is introduced, based mainly on evaluating the opening of fractures. For fracture-opening investigation purposes, borehole Televiewer has already proven to be an excellent logging technique that produces both amplitude image and traveltime image. As well known, the traveltime image can be converted to a high precision 3D caliper log with max. 288 arms, which allows to observe the opening of fractures. To evaluate the fracture opening from the traveltime image, an algorithm of practical use was developed, in which image correction due to the borehole deviation, feature discrimination of wall roughness from fractures, automatic evaluation procedure etc. were considered. Field examples are shown to confirm the efficiency of the suggested method.

This study, focusing on the area expansion of limestone mines, identifies the problems of Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) and what impact the current problems exert on another mines developing process. The legal relations analysis reveals that the Management of Mountainous Districts Act and other related laws effect on EIA process, especially the case of area expansion of limestone mines excluded from EIA. However, these problems can create mismatch with the policy goal of EIA system and have a negative impact on the environment in the future. A series of indepth interviews with managers in related agencies found that those agencies have been unaware of the seriousness of the problem. Without any strategy, negative result made by development activities would get more serious and sustainable development may not be possible at all. In order to solve these problems, government should modify the current interdependent legal provision and create the incentive structure to participate actively related agency in the EIA system.
