혈청 amylase는 침샘 및 췌장에서 주로 분비되는 대표적인 효소로 침샘의 염증으로 인한 침샘 기능 저하와 질병 활성도는 혈청 amylase에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있어, 쇼그렌 증후군에서 이들의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 혈청 amylase 측정의 임상적 의의를 알아보고자 하였다. 쇼그렌 증후군으로 진단받았으나, 혈청 amylase치에 영향을 미치는 동반 질환이 없는 여자 환자 70명을 대상으로 하였으며, 비자극 침샘 유속(U-SFR)과 자극 침샘 유속(S-SFR), 침샘 스캔 검사, 질병 활성도 표지자(ESSDAI와 ESSPRI), 혈액검사로 자가항체, 면역글로불린, amylase, 염증 표지자 검사를 시행하였다. 혈청 amylase치는 U-SFR 및 S-SFR과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 침샘 스캔 검사에서 귀밑샘의 분출분획이 높을수록 혈청 amylase치가 증가하였다. 그러나, 혈청 amylase와 질병 활성도 표지자 및 염증 표지자 결과는 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 혈청 amylase 평균치를 기준으로 두 군으로 나누어 분석한 결과, 혈청 amylase치가 높은 환자 군에서 S-SFR과 귀밑샘 분출 분획이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가되어 있었다. 결론적으로, 혈청 amylase는 침 분비 능과 침샘 스캔 검사에서 귀밑샘의 분출 분획과 유의한 상관관계를 보여 쇼그렌 증후군에서 침샘 기능이 이상이 없다는 것을 시사하였다.

Todays, L/C transactions in international trade are governed by UCP 500 and eUCP. But UCP 500 and eUCP do not cover all legal problem of L/C transactions. Therefore choice of laws in international L/C transactions are occurred. U.S.A. has an enacted law (UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit) to govern L/C transaction. But other countries has no special enacted law to govern L/C transaction. The reason is that there are difference between legal attitude of U.S.A. and other countries. American law considers L/C as a special device made by merchants. Therefore U.S.A. applies UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit instead of general contract law. UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit includes provisions of warranties, remedies, and so on that UCP 500 and eUCP do not include. But the liabilities of the Issuing Bank on the wrongful dishonor in L/C transaction is very important legal problem. First, this study is to justify concepts of honor and dishonor, and sufficient conditions for dishonor of the issuing bank. in UCC. Second, this study is to examine closely the liabilities of the Issuing Bank on the wrongful dishonor in L/C transaction. Third, this study is suggest distinctive features on the Liabilities to wrongful dishonor of the issuing bank in UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit and our trader's matters to be attended to L/C transactions governed by UCC.

The purpose of this study was to develop and make the head form by setting the region of the head for detailed measurement of the head to make the type of closely fit hat and typifying the head form of Korean women's with each region of the head based on the measurements of each region of the head according characteristics. A total of 285 Korean women's in the age group of 18 to 35 years old. It were measured through the direct measurement method by selecting 67 measurement items. As a result of the findings obtained from cluster analysis could be classified into 3 type. Type 1($46\%$) is U-shaped form, that is high in head height on sides and circumference is smallest, whose facial region and occiput is flattest of three types. Type 2($22.4\%$) is inverted triangle form, that is flat in head ridge, low in head height on sides and wide in the frontal width. Type 3($31.6\%$) is oval form, that is largest in size, has the projected occiput and is of three-dimensional form.

최근 언제 어디서나 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경이 많은 분야에서 개발되고 있으며 u-Healthcare의 관심이 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 환경에서 ECG 센서와 Zigbee 통신모듈로 BAN(Body Area Network)를 이용하여 사용자의 생체신호를 측정하였다, 측정된 생체신호를 3G(WCDMA) 통신을 이용하여 전문가나 의사가 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한, 환자에게 응급상황 발생시 스마트폰의 GPS모듈을 이용한 위치 검색까지 설계하였다. 센서 모듈간 데이터 필드를 정의하고 설계된 시스템 구조를 기반으로, 최근 스마트폰 중에 각광받고 있는 iPhone 플랫폼에서 구현하였다.

The thermophilic fungus Thermoascus aurantiacus 179-5 produced large quantities of a glucosidase which preferentially hydrolyzed maltose over starch. Enzyme production was high in submerged fermentation, with a maximal activity of 30 U/ml after 336 h of fermentation. In solid-state fermentation, the activity of the enzyme was 22 U/ml at 144 h in medium containing wheat bran and 5.8 U/ml at 48 h when cassava pulp was used as the culture medium. The enzyme was specific for maltose, very slowly hydrolyzed starch, dextrins (2-7G) and the synthetic substrate (${\alpha}$-PNPG), and did not hydrolyze sucrose. These properties suggest that the enzyme is a type II ${\alpha}$-glucosidase. The optimum temperature of the enzyme was $70^{\circ}C$. In addition, the enzyme was highly thermostable (100% stability for 10 h at $60^{\circ}C$ and a half-life of 15 min at $80^{\circ}C$), and stable within a wide pH range.

A novel microstrip low-pass filter is presented to achieve an ultra-wide stopband with 11 harmonic suppression and very sharp skirt characteristics. The filter is composed of a modified U-shaped resonator (which creates two fully adjustable transmission zeroes), a T-shaped resonator (which determines a cut-off frequency), and four radial stubs (which provide a wider stopband). The operating mechanism of the filter is investigated based on a proposed equivalent-circuit model, and the role of each section of the proposed filter in creating null points is theoretically discussed in detail. The presented filter with 3 dB cut-off frequency ($f_c=2.35GHz$) has been fabricated and measured. Results show that a relative stopband bandwidth of 164% (referred to as a 22 dB suppression) is obtained while achieving a high figure-of-merit of 15,221.

The periodic multilayer is considered as the X-ray reflection mirror. High X-ray reflectivity from the incident angle greater than the grazing critical angle can be obtained by the periodic multilayer structure. The Optical constants are investigated in order to determine the material for X-ray reflection mirror. The X-ray reflection mirror is designed for W, Si using computer simulation. The reflectivity is calculated for various incident angles and ratio of thickness.

The author had observed 48 cases diagnosed as oral malignancies of the patients who visited to the infirmary of Dental College of Seoul National University from 1973 to July 1976. The following results were obtained. 1. 5 decades age group showed the highest incidence and there was hardly difference in sex. 2. From the histopathological view point, most of cases were squamous cell carcinoma. 3. Most of cases were considerably in advance and showed the bony destruction not only primary site, but of surrounding structures.

Four new dammarnae-glycosides named ginsenosides Rgs, Rh4, RsB and Rf2 have been isolated 1'rom Korean red ginseng, the root of Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer (Araliaceae) and their chemical structures have been elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods, including'H-'H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY, as 3-0- [$\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl(1 ~2)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl] dammar-20(22) , B4-diene-3P,12P-diol (ginsenoside Rgs),6-0-$\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl-dammar-20(22),24-diene-3P,6P, 12P-triol (ginsenoside Rh4),3-0- [6" -0-acetyl-D-glucopyranosyl(1 ~2)--D-glucopyranosyl] 20(5)- protopanaxadiol (ginsenoside Rs3) and 6-0- [u-L-rhamno-pyranosyl(1 ~2)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl] dammarane -3$\beta$, 6a, 12 $\beta$, 20(R),25-pentol(ginsenoslde Rfa). The absolute stereo structure of a double bond at C-20(22) was determined as entgegen type by applying NOESY.OESY.
