공연예술 콘텐츠 검색을 위한 패싯 내비게이션 인터페이스 구현 (Implementing the Faceted Navigation Interface for Searching Performing Arts Contents)

  • 공연예술 콘텐츠의 효과적인 검색은 특화된 메타데이터를 근간으로 다양한 접근점을 제공할 때 이루어진다. 본 연구는 이용자가 찾고자하는 공연예술 콘텐츠에 대한 정확한 지식이 없더라도 쉽게 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 찾을 수 있는 검색 시스템을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 공연예술 국내외 사이트가 제공하고 있는 접근점 요소와 내비게이션 요소를 파악하고 연극, 무용 음악을 전공하는 대학생들이 원하는 공연예술 검색 접근점 및 브라우징 요소를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 분석을 토대로 공연예술 콘텐츠 검색에 적합한 9개 패싯요소 즉, '공연예술장르', '공연예술가', '공연예술단체', '자료유형', '언어', '주대상관객', '이벤트', '장소', '시기'를 제안하였다. 또한, 다각적인 패싯 내비게이션이 가능하도록 공연예술 콘텐츠 기술요소 27개를 선정하였고 내비게이션이 이루어질 수 있는 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 이를 근거로 하여 3,360건의 실험 데이터를 구축하고 실제 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 마지막으로 전문가의 심층 인터뷰 결과, 본 연구에서 구축한 시스템이 이용자가 원하는 패싯을 제공하여 만족스러운 브라우징을 수행할 수 있었으며 정보조우가 가능한 인터페이스임을 증명하였다. 공연예술 도메인에서 패싯 내비게이션 검색 기법의 응용은 이용자의 요구를 충족시키며 더 나아가 공연예술 정보에의 접근 및 활용에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.

Understanding Abusive Supervision: The Impacts of Abusive Supervision on Employees' Engagement and Organizational Commitment in the Deluxe Hotel

  • This study examines the effect of abusive supervision on employees' engagement and commitment in the deluxe hotel. Based on total 272 hotel employees obtained from the empirical research, this study verified total 3 hypotheses. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using structural equation modelling. Abusive supervision perceived by employees had negative effect on engagement and employees' engagement had positive effect on organizational commitment. Also, abusive supervision perceived by employees did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, full mediation effect through engagement existed. The study results are expected to be used as data for searching for effective responding ways at an organizational level and find practical ways to further increase employees' positive organizational behavior.

쌀가루를 농후제로 사용한 호박 크림수프의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Pumpkin Cream Soup Adding Rice Powder as a Thickening Agent)

  • This study investigated the utilization of pumpkin cream soup mixture of pumpkin P1(sweet pumpkin 25%, pumpkin 75%), and S1(rice flour 100%) and S3(rice powder 50%, glutinous rice powder 50%) as thickening agents showed highest preference for pumpkin cream soup. Rice powder was used in pumpkin cream soup as a thickening agent. Hunter's color marked the lowest value in using group of flour roux, in contrast with the highest value in using glutinous rice powder roux. The results of viscosity were diverse according to the condition of relationships between the percentage of contents flour, rice and glutinous rice control. For the sensory evaluation, parameters such as appearance, color, viscosity and savory taste increased significantly from the control at glutinous rice roux, and overall acceptability marked the lowest result in flour roux control.

  • Knowledge Management (KM) has become a fundamental process for all types of institutions in society. Academic libraries are also an integral part of the knowledge system, these institutions being one of the forms that contribute to knowledge development. This study aims to find out the challenges and opportunities associated with KM practices in Dhaka University Library (DUL). The specific objectives were to ascertain the understanding of KM concepts among library professionals of DUL, to explore an overview of KM and its role, and to identify the rationale behind not practicing KM properly at DUL. Appropriate methods were employed. The findings indicate that limited expertise and lack of clear guidelines are the major challenges for the implementation of KM in DUL.

  • The rapid development of technology, the spread of information, and the implementation of the government's start-up support policy exponentially increase the number of start-up companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate each company's cultural capital's effect on organization performance by promoting knowledge management activities and forming organization habitus based on Cultural Reproduction Theory and Cultural Mobility Theory. As a result of the study, it confirmed that the relationship between cultural capital, knowledge management activities, habitus, and organization performance was significant. The results of this study have academic implications as follows: First, the field of research has expanded by studying the effects of cultural capital on business administration, which is less active than existing education and sociology. Second, it accepts and supports Cultural Reproduction Theory and Cultural Mobility Theory from different perspectives.

4년제 대학에서 문화예술경영 NCS 교육과정도입과 융합의 필요성 (The necessity of the NCS curriculum introducing & Convergence for culture and arts management at a four-year college)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 4년제 대학에서 문화예술경영 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성과 NCS 교육이 취업과 자격증 취득에 도움이 되는지 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구모형 "문화예술경영 NCS 교육에 관심, 4년제 대학에서 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성, 취업 및 자격증 취득에 도움"을 설정하고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 Chronbach's Alpha 계수 값이 0.821, 0.807, 0.830로 산출되어 내적 일관성을 확보한 것으로 나타났다. 측정변수의 타당성분석도 모두 기준치(0.5) 이상 산출되었으며 집중타당성과 판별타당성도 모두 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 0.608과 0.977로 나타나 두 가설 모두 양(+)의 관계를 보여 주었다. 따라서 각 연구가설은 높은 상호 연관성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

교양 과목에서의 온라인 수업 학습자 만족에 관한 연구 - 녹화 동영상 수업을 위주로 (A Study on the Learner's Satisfaction of on-line Classes in Liberal Arts course - Focusing on on-line recorded video lectures)

  • The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of non-face-to-face on-line classes, such as on-line real time class and on-line recorded video class. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. Even though COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress during the early stage of COVID-19, both students and faculties have gradually become familiar with on-line environment. As students have got accustomed to the online environment, on-line recorded lectures are shown to be more preferred rather than on-line real time class. Researches regarding the learner's satisfaction of on-line classes during the COVID-19 indicate that systematic and good quality contents and interaction by instructor are important factors. This study, therefore, investigate the learner's satisfaction of online classes in Liberal Arts course using recorded video contents in terms of contents and interaction. The results of empirical analysis reveal that systematic and good quality contents are likely to predict learner's satisfaction and interaction plays a great role in providing those contents. These findings provide insights that preparing systematic contents and interaction are key to enhancing learner's satisfaction of on-line classes in Liberal Arts course.

중학교 ‘기술.가정’ 교과 교육내용의 통합적 접근에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Integrated Approach for the Contents of Industrial Arts.Home Economics in Middle School)

  • This study was conducted to identify a problem of Industrial Arts$.$Home Economics subjects, and to improve its curriculum contents. In order to have accomplished the above objectives, the experts were gained about ideas and methods about organization of the curriculum contents of Industrial Arts$.$Home Economics subjects. In second questionnaire, based on the curriculum contents of Industriasl Arts$.$Home Economics subjects draw from the above review of literatures, the opinions of the experts were investigated about review of literatures, the opinions of the experts were investigated about the selection of the contents of Home Economics, Industrial Arts, respectively. The selected data in first questionnaire was manipulated by the frequency and percent. The curriculum contents in second questionnaire was selected above the sum total 80 in Home Economics subjects and above the sum total 61 in Industrial Arts subjects. The distinction of curriculum contents selected by the each domain were as follows. (1) The daily life as a consumer and the importance of home management were emphasized in the curriculum contents selected in the domains of consuming and management. (2) The vocational investigation, the course education, and the development of the young generation were emphasized in the curriculum contents selected in the domains of the family living and human development. (3) The basic Knowledge of nutrition and cooking and the contents related to the food choice were emphasized in the curriculum selected in the nutrition and food. (4) The choice and care of clothing a proper personal appearance, and the contents related to the machinery and tools were emphasized in the curriculum contents selected in the clothing and textiles. (5) The economical aspects of housing, the contents of the reasonable housing choics, and the contents for vital skills were emphasized in the housing and instruments.

Comparison of Experienced and Inexperienced Consumers' Utilisation of Extrinsic Cues in Product Evaluation: Evidence from the Korean Fine Arts Market

  • This study compares experienced and inexperienced consumers' patterns in cue utilisation in product evaluations in the arts market. Borrowing the notion of high- and low-scope cues introduced by the cue-diagnosticity framework, we differentiate between the two most readily discernible extrinsic cues in the fine arts market - an art gallery's brand reputation (a high-scope cue) and certificates of authenticity (a low-scope cue). These two cues are different in nature; the former is more abstract, intangible, and rich in content, so is more difficult to interpret than the latter. Given the differences in experienced and inexperienced consumers' information processing styles, we hypothesise that experienced arts consumers form perceived credibility of and purchase intentions towards artworks based on high-scope cues, whereas inexperienced consumers do so based on low-scope cues. To test our hypothesis, we conducted a consumer intercept study at Korea's two most representative art fairs. The survey participants were categorised into either experienced or inexperienced consumers based on their prior purchase experience, and their responses to a set of attribute combinations about two artworks created by the same artist were collected. The results indicate that experienced participants show higher purchase intentions when an art gallery's reputation is very high, whereas inexperienced participants show higher purchase intentions when artworks are accompanied by certificates of authenticity. This congruency effect between prior experience and cue type is mediated by the perceived credibility of the artworks. The findings suggest a correspondence between a consumer's prior experience and the types of extrinsic cues that are important in product evaluations. To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first attempt ever to investigate the role of prior experience in determining when to use high- or low-scope cues. It also provides a useful frame of reference to advise marketers on the effective sales approach based on a client's prior purchase experience.

  • 1999년 "공공기관의기록물관리에관한법률"이 제정되고 난 후 10년이 지난 현재, 기록관리에 대한 관심은 공공분야에서 문화예술분야로 점차 넓어지고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 문화예술분야 기록의 중요성에 대한 인식이 부족하여 정보의 산재, 기록의 유실 등이 빈번하게 일어나고 있다. 하나의 예로, 국내의 많은 문화재는 정확한 매매계약이나 증여증서가 없어 이를 추적하기가 매우 어려운 현실이고, 이러한 문화예술 창작품은 도굴이나 비공개 경매, 공식적이지 않은 유통경로를 통해 떠돌아다니고 있다. 문화예술 창작품은 그 나라의 문화수준을 반영하기에, 유통경로를 아는 것은 그 나라의 문화수준을 가늠하는 척도가 된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점에서 출발하였다. 경제의 성장과 문화예술에 대한 관심의 증대로 시각예술작품에 대한 중요성 인식이나 가치를 인정하는 사회가 되었으나, 작품에 대한 미적가치만을 앞세우는 작품만능주의 팽배로 시각예술작품의 맥락을 보여주거나 사회와의 소통 과정에서 생산된 기록정보들은 도외시 되었다. 문화예술 선진국에 비하여 국내에서는 유명 작가에 관한 기록, 작품에 녹아 있는 철학 담론에 대한 기록정보들은 흔히 찾아볼 수 없다. 작품을 전시하고 난 후 생산된 기록정보 또한 전시에 앞서 홍보자료나 참고자료로만 이용될 뿐 이를 남기려는 노력은 부족하다. 이에 시각예술기록정보에 대한 중요성을 인식하고, 후대에 예술사적 가치뿐만 아니라 역사적 가치를 전해주기 위해 체계적인 관리가 필요하다고 판단하였다. 최근 시각예술작품이나 시각예술기록정보가 전자적으로 생산된 것이 아니라 하더라도, 작품이나 기록에 대한 관리는 모두 기관의 시스템에서 이루어지고 있기 때문에 메타데이터는 체계적 관리의 필수적인 방안이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 시각예술기록정보의 특성을 반영한 다중 엔티티 데이터모델 설계로 시각예술기록을 체계적으로 관리하려 하였다. 메타데이터는 기록이 입수되는 시점부터 관리, 보존 및 활용되는 기록의 모든 과정에서 필요로 한다. 시각예술기록은 객체, 행위주체, 업무, 규정 등과 유기적인 관계를 가질 때 그 가치가 풍부해지진다. 시각예술기록정보 관리를 위한 다양한 맥락정보는 다양한 엔티티들과 함께 관계를 맺는 다중 엔티티 모델로 설계되어야 관리의 효율성이 높아지고, 기록정보에 대한 설명성 또한 높아진다. 때문에 이들을 각자 독립적인 엔티티로 설계하고, 이들의 관계를 지정해주는 방식으로 데이터모델을 설계하여 체계적으로 시각예술기록정보를 관리할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다.
