  • The purpose of this research is to explore what factors affect consumers' purchasing decisions when purchasing artificial intelligence artworks. The research pointed out that in the real shopping model, customer perceived value includes three dimensions: product perceived value, service perceived value and social perceived value. On this basis, an artificial intelligence work purchase decision-making influence model was constructed, and an online survey was attempted to collect data. Through analysis of the reliability, effectiveness and structural equations of SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0, and scientific verification and analysis, we found that product cognitive value and service cognitive value have a positive impact on consumers' purchase intentions, but social cognition Value has no positive effect on consumers' purchasing intentions.

  • Currently, generative artificial intelligence is a hot topic around the world. Generative artificial intelligence creates various images, art, video clips, advertisements, etc. The problem is that it is very difficult to verify the internal work of artificial intelligence. As a requirements engineer, I attempt to create a toon image by applying linguistic mechanisms to the current issue. This is combined with the UML object model through the semantic role analysis technique of linguists Chomsky and Fillmore. Then, the derived properties are linked to the toon creation template. This is to ensure productivity based on reusability rather than creativity in toon engineering. In the future, we plan to increase toon image productivity by incorporating software development processes and reusability.

  • With an explosive increase of data produced annually, researchers have been attempting to develop solutions for systems that can effectively handle large amounts of data. Single-operating-system (OS) non-uniform memory access (NUMA) abstraction technology is an important technology that ensures the compatibility of single-node programming interfaces across multiple nodes owing to its higher cost efficiency compared with scale-up systems. However, existing technologies have not been successful in optimizing user performance. In this paper, we introduce a single-OS NUMA abstraction technology that ensures full compatibility with the existing OS while improving the performance at both hypervisor and guest levels. Benchmark results show that the proposed technique can improve performance by up to 4.74× on average in terms of execution time compared with the existing state-of-the-art opensource technology.

  • In this study, a process of re-creating Jindo Buk Chum, one of the traditional Korean arts, into digital art using various artificial intelligence technologies was proposed. The audience's emotional data, quantified through artificial intelligence language analysis technology, intervenes in various object forms in the projection mapping performance and affects the big story without changing it. If most interactive arts express communication between the performer and the video, this performance becomes a new type of responsive performance that allows the audience to directly communicate with the work, centering on artificial intelligence emotion analysis technology. This starts with 'Chuimsae', a performance that is common only in Korean traditional art, where the audience directly or indirectly intervenes and influences the performance. Based on the emotional information contained in the performer's 'prologue', it is combined with the audience's emotional information and converted into the form of images and particles used in the performance to indirectly participate and change the performance.

  • For autonomous driving without high-definition maps, we present a model capable of generating multiple plausible paths from egocentric images for autonomous vehicles. Our generative model comprises two neural networks: feature extraction network (FEN) and path generation network (PGN). The FEN extracts meaningful features from an egocentric image, whereas the PGN generates multiple paths from the features, given a driving intention and speed. To ensure that the paths generated are plausible and consistent with the intention, we introduce an attentive discriminator and train it with the PGN under a generative adversarial network framework. Furthermore, we devise an interaction model between the positions in the paths and the intentions hidden in the positions and design a novel PGN architecture that reflects the interaction model for improving the accuracy and diversity of the generated paths. Finally, we introduce ETRIDriving, a dataset for autonomous driving, in which the recorded sensor data are labeled with discrete high-level driving actions, and demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of the proposed model on ETRIDriving in terms of accuracy and diversity.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the design direction of artificial intelligence convergence liberal arts subjects based on flip learning and maker education through analysis of learner needs in a non-face-to-face classroom environment caused by COVID-19. To this end, we analyzed the priorities of subject content elements by using the Borich needs assessment and The Locus for Focus model along with students' perceptions of flip learning for students who took and did not take maker education-based liberal arts courses. Based on this, it was used as basic data for designing the curriculum. The study results are as follows. First, the content elements of the artificial intelligence liberal arts curriculum based on maker education consisted of a total of 9 areas and were designed as a class using flip learning. Second, the areas with the highest demand for education are 'Artificial Intelligence Theory', 'Artificial Intelligence Programming Practice', 'Physical Computing Theory', 'Physical Computing Practice', followed by 'Convergence Project', '3D Printing Theory', '3D Printing practice' was decided. Third, most of the questionnaires regarding the application of flip learning in maker education-based artificial intelligence liberal arts subjects showed positive responses regardless of whether they took the course, and the satisfaction of the students was very high. Based on this, an artificial intelligence-based convergence liberal arts curriculum using flip learning and maker education was designed. This is meaningful in that it provides an opportunity to cultivate artificial intelligence literacy for college students by preparing the foundation for artificial intelligence convergence education in liberal arts education by reflecting the needs of students.

  • While artificial intelligence is rapidly replacing human jobs, the art field where human creativity is important is considered an exception. There are currently several AI mastering services in the field of mastering music, a profession at the border between art and technology. In general, the quality of AI mastering is considered to be inferior to the work of a human professional mastering engineer. In this paper, acoustic analysis, listening experiments, and expert interviews were conducted to compare AI and human experts. In the acoustic analysis, In the analysis of audio, there was no significant difference between the results of professional mastering engineers and the results of artificial intelligence. In the listening experiment, the non-musicians could not distinguish between the sound quality of the professional mastering engineer's work and the artificial intelligence work. The group of musicians showed a preference for a specific sound source, but the preference for a specific mastering did not appear significantly. In an expert interview, In expert interviews, respondents answered that there was no significant difference in quality between the two mastering services, and the biggest difference was the communication method between the mastering service provider and the user. In addition, as data increases, it is expected that artificial intelligence mastering will achieve rapid quality improvement and further improvement in communication.

  • This paper presents the artistic background and implementation structure of a conversational artificial intelligence interactive artwork, "An Evolving GAIA". Recent artworks based on artificial intelligence technology are introduced. Development of biomimetics and artificial life technology has burred differentiation of machine and human. In this paper, artworks presenting machine-life metaphor are shown, and the distinct implementation of conversation system is emphasized in detail. The artwork recognizes and follows the movement of audience using its eyes for natural interaction. It listens questions of the audience and replies appropriate answers by text-to-speech voice, using the conversation system implemented with an Android client in the artwork and a webserver based on the question-answering dictionary. The interaction gives to the audience discussion of meaning of life in large scale and draws sympathy for the artwork itself. The paper shows the mechanical structure, the implementation of conversational system of the artwork, and reaction of the audience which can be helpful to direct and make future artificial intelligence interactive artworks.
