This research is aimed at providing the possibility for overcoming the current people's status of exclusion and fragmented spaces of urban regions. In this context, it needs to be considered that how the social movements, which are in collusion with spatial characteristics, are proceeding in urban societies. In order to find the clue to such problems, this study is going to investigate the social practice especially based on Lefebvre's theory. Because of the abstract characteristics of Lefebvre's issue, an explicit case of that social theory must be contemplated for practical use of his concepts. For the purpose of proposing such practices, this research has been striving to analyze the case of Mullae Art Village through the method of intelviewing the artists of that place and using the statistical data. And then this research has tried to draw the clue about how to overcome the status of exclusion by considering their spatial movements.
Purposes: Organizational socialization introductory education for new members is a representative organizational socialization program that enables new members to become true members of an organization and grow into the people they expect from the organization. I analyzed the case of Pop Art Cooperative Learning introductory education for the socialization of the entire organization, which was conducted by Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital of Catholic University, in 13 steps, one month before its opening on April 1, 2019. Methodology: In order to analyze the case, the case study was analyzed in order from education planning to preparation, implementation and evaluation. The important point in this process is that all the members to be input at the start of the treatment are not included in the position and occupation. In the composition of education contents, the core keywords for achieving the vision are derived through each group activity and strategies for achieving spirituality, vision, and vision of Hospital are made and the ideal image of Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital is completed using the pop art technique. All the works produced by each group will be shared by all attendees of the relevant education level and the whole picture of each education order will be completed again with the big picture called - The heart of Jesus Christ the healer♥ - Respectively. Findings: Education Results All the participants showed high satisfaction and they shared the vision and mission of Eunpyeong St. Mary 's Hospital as well as the formation of intimacy and belonging to each other. They recognized the future direction and goal. And contribute to tissue stabilization. Practical Implications: Through this case study, it will be possible to contribute to establishment and implementation of introductory education plan for new members' socialization to new hospitals.

This research aims at developing human resources who will serve as flexible mediators in the future national or cultural conflict situations. The primary learning contents approach the class by selecting the upcycling design activities, in which the students recognize the problem of waste that is for all and study representative characteristics and backgrounds of each culture. The classes were held centering around the student members of GunpoYMCA, and the culturally characteristic materials were made through upcycling design. The activities included making giraffes in Africa with plastic bottles, Mongolian tents with wooden posts, snow globes with sauce pots, patchworks and rugs with shirts and textiles, and garlands with banners, which helped students learn the new term upcycling as well as get interested in the environmental problems. Also, they could understand other cultures by creating materials that represent each culture and studying their origins and historical backgrounds. In conclusion, this research offers value by developing abilities to cope with not only conflicts between cultures but confrontations between nations in the larger scope.

The uncertainty of start-ups are factors that weaken the entrepreneurial intentions of college students and prospective founders, and are also the cause of the low rate of entrepreneurship among art college students. This study tried to identify the effect of subjective norms entrepreneurial efficacy on start-up intentions. Studies have shown that entrepreneurial efficacy and subjective norms have a significant impact on start-up intentions. In addition, start-up education support has been shown to control the impact of subjective norms on start-up intentions, and start-up activity support has been shown to control the impact of subjective norms on start-up intentions, while start-up commercialization support does not control the impact of start-up efficacy or subjective norms on start-up intentions. In order to revitalize the start-up and effectively guide the start-up of art college students, it is necessary to show the social support of the people around them for the start-up and to enhance the efficacy of the start-up by supporting the prototyping activities.
The purpose of this study was to provide the design guidelines for the activity spaces in the skilled nursing facilities for the elderly through the investigation of the spatial characteristics and using behavior The researcher interviewed the staff regarding programs in 15 facilities, investigated and observed the use of the spaces from 15th of December, 2004 to 19th of February, 2005. The programs in facilities were categorized into human knowledge, arts, music, exercise, recreation, cooking gardening, religious and social activities, and those were peformed once to 4 times a day. They were conducted in the elderly individual rooms, lounges, program rooms, dining room, or(and) auditorium. The results of the study were as follows: First, investigating the activity spaces, the lounges and elderly individual rooms were mostly on the same floor so that the elderly had no big trouble in access to the lounge. The program rooms of the facilities in suburban and rural area were on the same floor as the elderly individual rooms and they were likely to combine with another usage, compared to those On city were mostly separated from the residence floor. Most of dining rooms and auditorium were on the basement or on the 1st floor. Second, in the programs by the activity spaces, elderly individual room and the program room were used more for the human knowledge and art programs with small group. The lounges were for recreation and social activities with (both of) small or(and) big group and dining rooms were mainly used for cooking programs. In auditorium, recreation, religious and social activity were performed with big group. Third, the individual rooms for the elderly had more capacity if those did not have any beds, but often had a trouble in making a passage way. The lounges needed to remove decorations and displayed furniture obstructing the passages and to arrange both of the western and eastern type of tables for the efficient use of the spaces. It took a long time in preparation of the furniture and other equipment if the program room was with another usage.

Purpose: Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are capable of degrading extracellular matrix, and they are inducible enzymes depending on an inflammatory environment such as periodontitis and bacterial infection in periodontal tissue. Gingival inflammation has been postulated to be correlated with the production of MMP-2 and MMP-9. The objective of this study was to quantify the expression and activity of MMP-9 and -2, and to determine the correlation between activity and expression of these MMPs in human gingival tissues with periodontitis. Methods: The gingival tissues of 13 patients were homogenized in $500{\mu}L$ of phosphate buffered saline with a protease inhibitor cocktail. The expression and activity of MMP-2 and -9 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Western blot analysis, and quantified by a densitometer. For the correlation line, statistical analysis was performed using the Systat software package. Results: MMP-9 was highly expressed in all gingival tissue samples, whereas MMP-2 was underexpressed compared with MMP-9. MMP-9 activity increased together with the MMP-9 expression level, with a positive correlation (r=0.793, P=0.01). The correlation was not observed in MMP-2. Conclusions: The expression of MMP-2 and -9 might contribute to periodontal physiological and pathological processes, and the degree of MMP-9 expression and activity are predictive indicators relevant to the progression of periodontitis.
For evaluating the suitability of human follicular fluid(HFF) as protein supplement in ART, this preliminary study was performed to examine the maturation promoting activity of HFF on mouse follicular oocytes in vitro. Mouse follicular oocytes were collected from ovaries of 21-28 day old ICR mice by puncturing the antral follicles with fine needle at 48 hours after PMSG injection. The oocytes were rinsed and cultured in modified Whittingham's $T_6$ medium containing purines or dbcAMP to maintain meiotic arrest, and different concentrations of HFF were added into the culture medium to examine the effect of HFF on releasing the oocytes from the suppressive influence of the meiotic inhibitors. As a control for HFF, the maturation promoting activity of human fetal cord serum(HFCS) was investigated and compared with the activity of HFF. While HFF was separated, by molecular weight(M.W), into high M.W. fraction(M.W>30,000) and low M.W. fraction(M.W<30,000) and the effects of the fractions on meiotic resumption were investigated in the presence of the meiotic inhibitors. Also hormone analysis was performed to compare the content of hormones in HFF with that in HFCS. Same concentrations of HFF and HFCS induced similar germinal vesicle break down(GVBD) rates of the oocytes meiotic arrested by purines(4mM hypoxanthine+0.75mM adenosine), but the extrusion rate of 1st polar body(PB) of the oocytes cultured in HFF(65.0%, P<0.05) was significantly higher than that(51.6%) in HFCS. While, in the presence of 200 M dbcAMP, the maturation promoting activity of HFF (GVBD: 70.5%, $p<10^{-6}$; 1st PB extrusion: 67.1%, $p<10^{-3}$) was significantly greater than that of HFCS(GVBD: 35.2%; 1st PB extrusion: 41.1%). The oocytes cultured in the fraction of HFF containing high M.W. components showed higher meiotic maturation rates than the oocytes cultured in the low M.W. fraction of HFF. Gonadotropins and $E_2$ were known to improve the completion of maturation changes, and the levels of these hormones were higher in HFF than in HFCS. Therefore, HFF was more effective than HFCS to use for promoting meiotic resumption of mouse oocytes in vitro.
This study intended to analyze picture books and activity contents of Book Start Program targeting infants and preschooler. Target objects were 244 picture books with their activities contained on casebook of Book Start Program. First, the study outcome showed that the most type of its picture books in general was fantasy, while, by ages, play books for those in 6~18 months, information books for those in 19~35 months, and fantasy books for those in 36 months~before going to school were the most. Second, contents of the picture books showed the most order of nature exploration, social relationship, art experience, while by ages, contents on nature exploration were the most in all ages, while social relationship and art experience showed statistically significant difference by ages. Third, the outcome of activity contents utilizing the books showed drawing activities were the most, while activities other than drawing showed statistically significant difference by ages. This result shows that they chose a picture book suitable for the developmental characteristics of the infants and preschoolers, but that the contents of the picture book were not closely associated with the activities. The outcome of this study lies in offering information and basis on ways to choose effective picture books and their activities to those planning and running Book Start Program in the future.

The number of the disabled person had been increased for the industrial accident and the environmental pollution. Especially, developmental disability has the high prevalence rate between 5% and 10% of the whole children. The children with a developmental disability can be treated by the physical therapy, the occupational therapy, the psychology therapy, speech therapy, and art therapy. Visual preception which is function to recognize the external environment through the optic organ could be related to most behaviors on the everyday life. But because the children with disability could not develop the visual-preception enough, they came to have difficulties in executing daily life project. For this reason, it is most important to understand the estimation and the cure on the visual-preception in the pediatric occupational therapy. To improve the visual-preception power, we have many kind of methods including sensory integration, training program for the visual-perception and art-craft program. Particularly, the art-craft which is the representative activity for making something by hands, can be applied to anyone. As the study on the brain has been activated, it was proved that handicraft actives could have an good effect on the brain function and using brain. When the fine motor exercise and more delicate and accurate motion were carried, these motions need the essential help of the visual-perception. So it could be expected that using the repetitive hand function by art-craft makes the brain function improve, when a activity that needs a fine motor exercise and more delicate, accurate motion was carried, It also indicates that the art-craft program has a clear treatment value. Though the intervention between visual-perception development and visual-perception disability have a majority in the field of occupational therapy, there is a few study yet. Therefore, this study tried to look back on the necessity of applying the art-craft program to the children with disability as the prestudy for preliminary validity of the master's thesis.
The purpose of this study is to present foundational data to promote the cultural welfare status of youth. The actual condition of the youth's cultural welfare was investigated by investigating the degree of youth's cultural welfare satisfaction and needs by regional groups. A total of 1486 questionnaires were used for the final data analysis. The analysis revealed the following results. 1. Actual conditions of adolescents cultural welfare. 1) Among various cultural activities, adolescents find leisure and social activity, artistic, mass media and video-media activities very boring and one-sided, Instead, they have greater interest in computer- and Internet-related activities, such as getting and sharing information and communication. 2) While adolescents living in urban areas benefit from well developed social infra-structure, those living in rural areas seldom take advantage of it. 3) The obstacles against cultural welfare of the youth can be categorized as: 'lack of money,' 'lack of time,' and 'lack of cultural facilities. ' In urban areas 'lack of time' becomes an issue, whereas in rural areas 'lack of money' and 'lack of cultual facilities' are important. 2. Degree of cultural welfare satisfaction of the youths. Youths generally appear either 'unsatisfied' or 'neutral' concerning their satisfaction degree about leisure and social activity parts, and art and play-activity paris. On the other hand, they appear 'neutral' concerning their satisfaction degree about computer- and Internet-related information and communication parts, and mass- and video-media activity parts. In addition, urban youths show a higher degree of satisfaction than rural youths. 3. What the youths need To improve their culture welfare status, they need a lot of supplements for cultural activity in the form of cultural infra-structure. Regarding the cultural infra-structure, rural youths need more than urban youths.
