총괄계획가 시범사업에서 주민참여 기본계획 사례연구 - 홍성 오누이권역을 대상으로 - (A Case Study on Resident Participative Primary Design of Integrated Rural Development Project with Master Planner - Onui Area in Hong Seong -)

  • The aim of this study is to establish resident-participative primary design of integrated rural development project with master planner by setting principals of open competition and transparent decision-making about village-to-village or business-to-business unit enterprise in Onui area, Hong-seong Gun. For effective processing, software projects such as residents education and rural landscape planning are simultaneously conducted for enhancing project understanding and comprehensive development plan including related post project. Above all, competition teams for individual project were organized to establish the resident-participative primary design using survey tables of residents demand. In 6 months resident-participative processing of primary design, continuous education and visiting to advanced area are conducted in team unit. Strengthened ability of team unit can be used in management and maintenance after project development. To do this, residents with the same opinions gathered as one competition team and identified business plans such as village asset, business location, size, program, and method for land securing. Favorable decision-making process by residents who are audience in project presentation of competition team has conducted. After selecting competition teams, continuos consulting are operated for establishing operation and management for developed or remodeled facilities through repetitive education and visiting advanced area. In this process, unit project suggested by competition team are completed. Preliminary selection was conducted by experts who were entrusted by residents. After residents agreement of project main stream such as major facilities and location, final detailed cost of projects are work out. Suggested process in this study which choose the final project by residents would improve residents' voluntary participation in integrated rural development project through open competition in establishing primary design.

울산지역(蔚山地域) 제당(祭堂)의 건축적(建築的) 특성(特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 웅재면(熊材面)과 강동면(江東面)의 제당(祭堂)을 사례(事例)로 - (A study on the architectural character of JE-DANG in Ulsan)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the architectural character of JE-DAMG at farm village in Ulsan. JE-DANG means the building for DONG-JE (the sacrificial rite of a village). The regions of this study are KANG-DONG MYEN, and UNG-CHON MYEN in Ulsan. The method of this study is the analysis of them after the actual field surveys of 47 JE-DANGs in these regions The survey contains the area, the height, the period of the erection, the architectural structure, the roof shape, the material, the landowner, SHIN-CHE (means a god's name and shape), DANG-SU tree and so on. Methods of the survey are the field survey, the interview of villager, the analysis of reference data and so on. Results of the study are below. JE-DANGs(buildings) of these regions had been built first in the period of Japanese occupancy and erections of them had continued until 1970's. Since then, they have been rebuilt. The primary JE-DANG is characterized by a tiled roof, a wooden post lintel, a mud-plastered wall, and a wooden door. After rebuilding, characters are a flat slab, a tiled roof, a structure of using red bricks, and the area is getting larger than the primary JE-DANG, but 1 KAN persists without variety. Most of houses in the inland area like UNG-CHON MYEN face the south, and ones in the coastal area like KANG-BONG MYEN face the east. Generally there is DANG-SU tree behind JE-DANG. That proves DANG-SU tree to be the object of the rite. The species of DANG-SU is a pine in general ,but various in UNG-CHON MYEN. In general names of the god are DONG-SHIN , DANG-SAN SHIN and SUNG-HWANG SHIN. I think that the landownership of JE-DANG should change the private ownership into the village ownership to preserve JE-DANG though most of lands of JE-DANG are private ones.

주거환경개선지구 지역주민의 마을정비 기대특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Improved Village Image Desired by Local Residents)

  • In urban regeneration, resident participation and respect of residents' need have become a major important issue. The purpose of this study is to identify residential area improvement characteristics expected by local residents. Data used for this study were collected from survey which used questionnaire and village image map construction tool kit, developed for facilitating the residents' participation in an actual housing improvement area at Kwngjoo, Korea. The major contents surveyed through questionnaire were first, future images of the area second, directions of improvement third, preferred architectural types such as high or low rise buildings. and a total of 335 data was collected within 4 days during 12-14 December, 2008. The kit was used by parents of students at a local elementary school, and 205 image maps were collected. Content analysis was to analyse characteristics of villages shown in the constructed image maps. Lynch's five elements were utilized to select areas for analysis. As a result, types of buildings desired by residents at the selected four local areas were identified. In general, residents desired their village to be improved with low and mid rise buildings, respecting existing cultural assets. This study showed that there is certain characteristics in relation to the selected areas. Besides, the tool kit used this study showed the effectiveness in collecting opinions from young households in the improvement area within a short time. The tool is expected to be useful in attracting residents and in facilitating participation of wide range of local residents by improving the constraints stemming from time and space.

예산 오산리 사례를 통해서 본 근기권(近畿圈) 종족촌락 형성의 정치.경제적 배경 (Political and Economical Background of Formation of a Lineage Village in the Vicinity of Seoul: A Case Study of Osan-ri, Yesan)

  • 종족촌락이 일정한 시기에 전국적으로 일반화되었다는 사실은 이것이 등장했던 당시의 사회적 상황을 반영한 결과물입을 의미한다. 따라서 당시의 사회적 배경, 특히 지배집단으로서 사대부계급의 정치적 입장의 변화 및 강력한 혈연 공동제의 물적 기반이 되었던 토지제도와의 관련성 속에서 종족촌락의 발생과 발달을 살펴보는 것은 종족촌락을 이해하는 한가지 방법이 될 수 있다. 정치적 갈등이 지속되면서 사대부들은 학연, 지연뿐만 아니라 혈연을 중요한 정치적 배경으로 활용하였으며, 사적 토지 소유를 확대함으로써 종족촌락의 형성과 확대를 위한 물적 토대를 확보했기 때문이다. 근기권(近畿圈)의 종족촌락들은 한양에 근거를 두고 있던 유력 가문들의 경제적 근거로 활용되었으며 이러한 근거를 확보해 가는 과정에서 정치권력이 중요한 배경으로 작용하였다. 정치적 갈등으로 오산리에 입향한 영산신씨 가문은 사적 토지 소유와 가문 출신의 현달한 관료를 배경으로 17세기 후반에 이르러 안정된 종족촌락으로 발달하였다.

경기도 내 자연 휴식공간의 네트워크화 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement and Networking for the Natural leisure areas in Gyeonggi-do)

  • This study is to enhance the provincial leisure plans through various programs and infrastructure facilities and to establish a network of natural leisure areas in Gyeonggi-do. According to the result, first, in terms of analyzing the locations of natural leisure areas by types, the rest of urban parks is formed in the Capital area outside Seoul as centering around the central area. Moreover, with regard to the rest of forest and the rest of natural ecology learning, the area of the detention exceeds the total area of Gyeonggi-do. The rest of valleys and swamps showed a dotted pattern of the detention area while the rest of tideland and fishing village experience indicated a distribution of the detention area along the West Coast as an axis. Second, according to result of analyzing the accessibility of natural leisure areas by types, the rest of valleys and swamps showed the highest accessibility among the natural leisure areas : the rest of natural ecology learning had the medium level of accessibility; the rest of forest indicated the lowest accessibility. Therefore, it is necessary to create more leisure areas concerning the futures demands. In addition, they should be constructed in the places adjacent to the urban district area exhibiting higher usability and accessibility. In the places where there are many natural leisure area with higher utility, management plans should be deliberated as well. Based on the result of analyzing the rest of valleys and swamps and the rest of tideland and fishing village experience, it was found that the natural leisure area should improve the quality of water intensively and hydrophile property and create hydrophilic spaces. The development of natural leisure areas need to be carried out under the principle of environmental protection while considering historic sites and nearby rivers and lakes. Moreover, water leisure programs should be developed actively as well with further utilization of water resources in order to enhance the usability of natural leisure.

친환경 농촌마을계획을 위한 재생에너지 활용방안 연구 - 태양에너지 자원분석 - (A Study on Application of New & Renewable Energy for Environmental-friendly Planning of Rural Villages - Analysis of Solar Energy Resources -)

  • Solar energy, which is one of renewable energy, would be the most useful resources that can be applied to making energy recycling villages without using fossil energy. This study analyzed energy potential on solar energy considering weather condition in three traditional villages and compared with energy consumption surveyed. A photovoltaic system having 3.0kWp capacity of unit module can generate 182.5%, 96.1% and 170.9% of the yearly mean consumption of electric power in Makhyun, Boojang, and Soso, respectively. A flat-plate solar collector having $2.64m^2$ area of unit module can generate warm water of $142{\ell}$/day, $89{\ell}$/day, and $173{\ell}$/day, respectively in three study villages. In Makhyun and Soso, photovoltaic power and warm water produced by solar energy were sufficient to supply required amount of electric power and warm water. However, both electric power and warm water produced by unit solar module were not sufficient in Boojang area, and so it is required to increase the module area by more than 50%. According to the results of this study, the appropriate combination of energy resources can be applied to rural green-village planning if the characteristic of energy potential for each local area is considered.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find out and discuss methods of development applicable in rural agricultural area. It is expected that rural economy will decrease in the future because of the structural problems of agricultural economy itself. The demands of rural communities for an improvement in the living standards should continue to increase but the present living environments remain poor and are at a relatively low level. This investigation focuses on the analysis of development types in rural areas in Japan. Various methods of development must be used considering specific features of each rural village. The village people's participation must be needed for success of certain methods of development. An example is the type of greentourism and type of exchange between the urban and the rural areas. Other types of development require enormous expense for construction of facilities. Various strategies and methods of development are needed in rural agricutural area in Korea. The simple method of development that is widely used currently is not really helpful to the development of rural agricultural economy.

고흥군 신금마을 당산숲의 관리 개선을 통한 농촌마을 활력 제고방안 고찰 (Perspectives on the Revitalization of Rural Village by Improving Management Scheme for the Dangsan Forest in Singeum Village, Goheung-gun)

  • 이 연구는 고흥군 신금마을 당산숲의 특성, 관리실태를 파악하고, 관리 개선방안 고찰을 통해 농촌마을 활력을 제고하고자 한 것이다. 해안가마을인 신금리의 당산숲은 비보숲과의 조합으로 이루어진 '당산숲+비보숲' 유형을 갖고 있다. 천연기념물 제362호 '고흥 외나로도 상록수림'으로 지정되어 있는 당산숲 안에는 학생수련장 건물이 들어서면서 훼손되고, 둘레에 철책이 설치되면서 마을주민들 조차 출입이 금지되어 1년에 한번 당산제를 지낼 때에만 출입할 수 있다. 또한, 비보숲은 나로도 해수욕장으로 이용되면서, 관리 부재로 인해 훼손되고 있는 등 천연기념물로서 당산숲의 명칭, 이용행태에서 많은 문제점과 함께 올바로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 신금마을의 당산숲이 현재까지 수백 년간 그 아름다움을 유지해 온 원동력은 당산제 등을 통해 마을주민들이 지키고 보호해 왔기 때문이다. 현재 마을이장 홀로 당산제를 지내며 마을 성지(聖地)로서의 위상이 소멸될 위험에 처해 있는 실정이다. 신금마을 당산숲은, 전통문화경관으로서의 가치를 높일 필요가 있으며, 관리 문제 개선을 통해 마을의 활력 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

관광 및 주거지역 구분을 위한 건축용도별 색채 디자인에 관한 연구 - 한국 부산 흰여울문화마을의 건축 색채를 중심으로 (Research on the Color Design by Building Use for the Classification of Tourism and Residential Areas - On Example of Building Color of Huinnyeoul Culture Village in Busan, Korea)

  • 건축 외립면의 색채 디자인은 건축 스타일을 나타내는 중요한 표현이다. 국내에는 '마을예술' 프로젝트가 추진되면서 많은 마을이 관광명소로 자리 잡았으며, 이 때문에 건축색채 디자인을 통하여 주민들의 생활 패턴과 관광객의 관광 수요를 가늠하는 것을 마을 건설의 중점이 된다. 본 논문은 먼저 문헌조사를 통하여 건축물의 사용기능과 외부색채의 향토적 역할을 분석하였으며, 부산 흰여울문화마을을 대상으로 주거건축, 상업건축, 레저구역건축과 공중화장실 등 4종류의 건축물에 대한 현지 고차를 실시하고, KSCA 측색분석시스템, 설문조사를 통하여 건축물 외벽면의 색채계획을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 흰여울문화마을의 건축물 외벽면의 주조색이 차지하는 면적은 가장 크게 증가시키며, 전체적인 통일성을 증진시켜 고명도, 저채도 색채의 경향으로 만족시켜야 한다. 둘째, 레저구역은 고채도의 소형 건축물 색채는 시각적 가이드로서의 역할을 할 수 있다. 셋째, 상업 구역와 주거 구역은 색채의 차이가 비교적 크므로서 주조색이 고명도, 고채도, 다색상의 색채범위를 취한다. 넷째, 공중화장실은 주조색은 주거지역, 레저구역의 주조색 범위를 위주로 하여 시각적 안정감을 제공한다.

  • This study aims at finding out the characteristics of the spatial organization for the private house and housing environment of an old village ‘Moo-Yee Ma-Yul’, Sun-san, KyungBuk, Korea. This village has sheltered since 5~600 years ago and is located geometrical on the buffer area between Southen and Northen area of South Korea, and is composed by two types of housing form; one is southen type and the other Northen. The housing was definded on scale with the ecinomical basement, and is changing rapidly on the quality of its environments such as the city-life housing style with the recently increasing income. The surveying time on the site was october 25th-30th and June 21st-22nd, 1996
