Currently many researches are going on a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) which can handle a large number of image data very efficiently. However, the price of those systems are very expensive to a small and medium hospital. In this paper, we developed a PC based Mini-PACS at a low price with a high performance. The main components of the designed system are: Image processing and display for a diagnosis, Client/Server database management system, Multi-monitor display system, Connection through the World Wide Web with Common Gateway Interface.

The mobile terminal system plays a key role in medical industries which require in fast and accurate diagnosis from heterogeneous acquisition equipment. The demand for PACS (picture archiving and communication systems) has continued to increase in major hospitals and private clinics. Patient care depends on how fast the medical imaging system provides images and how accurately the images are interpreted by physicians. In this paper, we propose an efficient method to decipher the hundreds of images required by physicians to accurately diagnose patients. By exploring Motion- JPEG (M-JPEG), this paper has demonstrates the possibilities for efficient management of medical images with a newly designed image file format and improvement in imaging diagnoses through the replaying of moving pictures of a patient in a mobile environment.

GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) Ground Station performs GNSS signal acquisition and processing. This system generates error correction information and distributes them to GNSS users. GNSS Ground Station consists of sensor station which contains receiver and meteorological sensor, monitoring and control subsystem which monitors and controls sensor station, control center which generates error correction information, and uplink station which transmits correction information to navigation satellites. Monitoring and control subsystem acquires and processes navigation data from sensor station. The processed data is transmitted to GNSS control center. Monitoring and control subsystem consists of data acquisition module, data formatting and archiving module, data error correction module, navigation determination module, independent quality monitoring module, and system maintenance and management module. The independent quality monitoring module inspects navigation signal, data, and measurement. This paper introduces independent quality monitoring and performs the analysis using measurement data.

통신기술과 의료장비의 발달은 환자에 대한 의료혜택의 기회를 확대하고, 최상의 의료서비스를 제공하려는 병원들에 있어서 전산 시스템은 빼놓을 수 없는 병원내 주요 기반시설로서 등장하게 되었다. 멀티미디어 기술과 정보통신의 발달은 의료분야의 정보화 및 자동화 기술 발전에 커다란 영향을 주어 의료 영상 및 각종 의료정보를 고속의 네트워킹 올 통해 전송할 수 있는 PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications System)의 개발을 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 무선네트워크의 발달과 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)의 보편화에 따라 PDA를 이용하여 HIS(Hospital Information System)/RIS(Radiology Information System)/PACS의 자료를 검색 및 갱신할 수 있도록 설계하고, 현재 병원의 데이터베이스와 PDA의 연동이 가능하도록 병원관리 에이전트를 분석 및 설계하였다.

국회 기록관리는 입법정보화담당관실의 기록업무 이용제공과 국회기록보존소의 기록보존업무가 분산 추진되어 기록관리의 조직과 업무에 대한 명확한 분석이 필요하다. 또 올 하반기에 입법조사처의 신설이 예정되고 장기적으로 국회통합전산센터의 운영방안이 도출되어 국회 정보화의 정책이 크게 수정되고 있다. 국회는 국회 정보화와 관련하여 국회 전산센터 운영 및 향후 발전방향을 한국전자정부연구원에 연구용역을 의뢰하였고 연구결과 네 가지 전산센터 운영방안을 제시받았다. 한국전자정부연구원이 제시한 네가지 전산센터 운영방안을 토대로 국회 기록관리 체제방안에 대해 바람직한 방향을 모색하였다. 국회기록 관리체제정비 방안은 국회기록보존소 위상과 관련하여 고려하였다.

건축문화재 기록은 건축문화재 관리 업무의 과정과 결과로 만들어지며, 문화재청 및 지방자치단체 그리고 문화재수리업자와 같은 복수의 주체가 동일 문화재의 관리 업무를 각각 담당한다. 또한 업무의 특성상 설계도면 등의 특수한 성격의 기록과 다수의 사진, 동영상 기록 등을 포함하므로, 건축문화재에 대한 관리 업무의 절차와 그 기록의 특수성을 파악하는 것이 전제되어야 하고, 이에 따라 생산되고 관리되어야만 건축문화재 기록의 가치를 상실하지 않게 된다. 본 연구는 건축문화재 관리 업무 현장의 현실에 맞는 기록관리의 방법을 제안하고, 건축문화재 기록을 효율적으로 관리하고 차후에 활용하기 위해 지정문화재와 등록문화재를 대상으로 하여 건축문화재 관리업무 및 생성 기록의 특성을 파악함과 동시에 이러한 특성에 맞는 통합적이고도 과학적인 기록관리의 방안을 제안하는 것이 목표이다. 연구결과 건축문화재 기록의 관리에 있어서 가장 큰 문제점은 기관별로 분산되어 있는 관리체계이다. 이에 기록 생산 기관인 문화재청, 지방자치단체, 문화재수리업자 각각이 기록을 분산 관리하되 통일된 시스템에 기록을 등록 관리하는 네트워킹 체계를 구축하는 방안과 전문 시설과 인력을 갖춘 전문적인 기록물 관리기관으로서의 건축문화재 전문 아카이브즈를 만들어 이를 통해 기록들을 통합 관리하는 방안을 제안한다.

Modern hospitals have been greatly facilitated with information technology (IT) such as hospital information system (HIS). One of the most prominent achievements is medical imaging and image data management so-called Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Due to inevitable use of diagnostic images (such as X-ray, CT, MRI), PACS made tremendous impact not only on radiology department but also nearly all clinical departments for exchange and sharing image related clinical information. There is no doubt that better use of PACS leads to highly efficient clinical administration and hospital management. However, due to rapid and widespread acceptance of PACS storage and management of digitized image data in hospital introduces overhead and bottleneck when transferring images among clinical departments within and/or across hospitals. Despite numerous technical difficulties, financing for installing PACS is a major hindrance to overcome. In addition, a mirroring or a clustering backup can be used to maximize security and efficiency, which may not be considered as cost-effective approach because of extra hardware expenses. In this study therefore we have developed a new based on grid of distributed PACS in order to balance between the cost and network performance among multiple hospitals.

웹툰은 웹과 카툰의 합성어로, 정보 기술 발전에 따라 등장한 만화의 유형이다. 웹툰은 만화로만 이용되고 있는 것이 아니라 영화, 드라마, 게임 등의 문화 산업에서 활용되는 OSMU(One Source Multi Use)이다. 웹툰의 가치가 증대되고 있으나, 웹툰을 기록으로 보존 및 관리하고자 하는 움직임은 느린 편이다. 장기적 보존 가치가 있는 디지털 콘텐츠이자 웹 기록인 웹툰을 효과적으로 보존하기 위해서는 웹툰 아카이브의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구는 웹툰의 특징과 유형을 분석하고 디지털 아카이브 사례들을 통해 웹툰을 아카이빙하기 위한 제반 사항들을 파악하였다. 나아가 OAIS 참조 모형 바탕의 웹툰 아카이브의 구성요소들을 통해 웹툰 아카이브의 설계 및 개발 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

의료산업 분야가 정보화되고 원격진료와 같은 네트웍에 기반한 차세대 의료서비스 시대가 가능하게 되면서 병원간의 진료 정보 공유 및 교환이 중요해졌다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 심전도 장비 업체들은 디지털 장비를 생산하고 자사 장비를 위한 관리 시스템을 제공하고 있지만, 소수의 자사 장비용으로 국한하며 범용적인 표준 ECC 데이터 표준의 부재로 데이터 및 임상 정보의 호환이 불가능한 상태에 놓여있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 심장병학 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 심전도 데이터 및 판독지를 전자적으로 교환하기 위해 의료정보 표준의 양대 산맥인 HL7의 CDA와 DICOM을 기반으로 한 심전도 데이터를 획득, 지장, 조회, 전승이 가능한 심전도관리시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 전자문서를 안전하게 보관하는 국가로부터 인증 받은 제3의 기관인 공인전자문서 보관소에 대해 고찰하고, 공인전자문서보관소 제도가 활성화될 수 있도록 서비스에 대한 발전방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 국내 사업자 3곳과 외국의 유사사례를 조사하고, 서비스를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 공인전자문서보관소에서 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 IT 시스템 위주의 기본서비스에서 발전하여 각 보관소별 특화영역 발굴, 기록관리 컨설팅 업무, 위기관리서비스 실시등의 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기업기록 보존을 위한 공인전자문서보관소 시장을 확대할 수 있는 다양한 비즈니스 모델을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.
