레스토랑에서의 윤리적 리더십에 관한 연구 (The Antecedents and Consequences of Ethical Leadership in the Restaurant Industry -Focused on Ethical Context, Personality, and Job Satisfaction-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how organization's ethical context, leader's agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism affected his (or her) ethical leadership, and how leader's ethical leadership influenced subordinates' job satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The model was tested in hotel restaurants and family restaurants using a sample of employees in Pusan, Daegu and Gyeongsangbukdo. Empirical results confirmed that organization's ethical context, leader's agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism influenced his (or her) ethical leadership, and leader's ethical leadership affected subordinates' job satisfaction. This research findings implied managerially that firstly, top management should establish employees' ethical regulations and motivate them to work ethically through training, incentives and punishment and secondly, should employee agreeable, conscientious and anti-neurotic person through aptitude test, if possible. In the future, restaurant's successful operations and management depends on partly its ethical status.

기업환경변화에 따른 산학협동현장실습의 활성화 방안 (A Study on the Activation Program of Field-Training with the Change of Economical Environment)

  • The purpose of industry-education cooperation field training is improving students' abilities & skills by working at industrial companies and experiencing how to apply their school knowledge to a real work for some period of time. The followings are recommendable ways of industry-education cooperation field training management to improve the students' adaptability of industrial companies with the most effectiveness (1) Prior to everything, setting the industry-education cooperation field training program to have extreme efficient and managing it with exhaustiveness & intensiveness is necessary. (2) Before sending students to industrial companies for education, the committee must make an inspection of industrial companies to decide whether they have the fine educational value. (3) To assign eve student to proper industrial companies, school authorities must survey the aptitude, desire and ability of each students and peculiarities of each industrial companies. (4) Figure out a way to increase the students' adaptability with a highest degree. (5) To help the employment of students who finished the industry-education cooperation field training with on admirable record, the committee must discuss that matter with industrial companies & students.

운수종사자시스템을 활용한 사업용 고령운전자의 위험성 분석 (Analysis of Commercial Older Drivers Riskiness using Transport Workers Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 운수종사자시스템과 운행기록분석시스템을 활용하여 시내버스 고령운전자 운전적성정밀검사의 신규검사결과, 사고 및 벌점현황, 운행기록자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 시내버스 고령운전자를 사고수가 많은 관심대상 운수회사와 관리가 잘 되고 있는 교통안전 우수회사와 비교했을 경우 운전적성정밀검사의 결과는 비슷하였으나 최근 5년 동안 운행하면서 발생한 총 벌점은 상당한 차이를 보였고 사고의 경우 평균 중상자수와 경상자의 수도 적은 것으로 확인됐다. 또한 운행 100km당 위험운전행동 횟수를 비교해보면 우수회사의 고령운전자는 다른 고령운전자와 비고령운전자와 비교해서도 위험운전행동 횟수가 상당히 적은데 잘못된 운전습관의 교정결과에 따른 것으로 나타났다.

문제극복 모형의 적합성과 정보화 교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Appropriateness of he Problem-Solving Models and the Information Literacy Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 문제 극복에 관한 인지 과정 모형인 INSTRAT 모형과 기능적 접근 모형인 Big6 모형을 대상으로 이 모형을 인간의 정보활동 또는 정보능력 개발학습에 적용시킬 경우 그 적합성에 대한 분석을 하였다. INSTRAT 모형은 논리적 해석을 통해 그 적합성을 분석하였으며, Big6 모형의 적합성은 Sense-Making 방법중의 하나인 Micro-moment Time-line 기법을 사용한 면답조사를 토대로 분석하였다. 분석결과 INSTRAT 모형은 정보행위시 도움을 요구하는 단계적 상황에 유효한 정보시스템 개발에 적합한 것으로 평가되며, Big6모형은 정보화 교육 또는 정보능력 개발학습에 사용하기에 적합한 것으로 평가되었다. 특히 본 연구는 정보문제 해결과 관련된 인간의 행동은 Big6 과정을 거친다는 사실을 처음으로 입증하였다.

임상입문 특별실습교육프로그램의 운영 및 효과 (The Effects of Introductory Clinical Practice Education Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of introductory clinical practice education program for nursing students. The nursing students of 94 participated the introductory education program of 80 hours. The questionnaire survey on self efficacy and clinical competency were conducted 3 times(before education, after education, 2 months after education) to the nursing students. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 17.0 program. The results were as follows; The self efficacy and the clinical competency score showed a significant change in the posttest. Self efficacy and clinical competency have significant relationships with college life satisfaction, interpersonal relationship and academic aptitude satisfaction. Also, self efficacy has significant relationship with clinical competency and clinical practice satisfaction. As a result, the introductory clinical practice education program can be helpful to adjustment for nursing students before clinical practice.

온라인 데이터베이스 탐색자의 탐색 행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Searching Behavior of the Online Database Searchers)

  • 본 논문은 탐색자의 개인적 특성이 온라인 서지 데이터베이스 탐색과정 및 탐색 성 과에 미치는 영향을 구명하여 탐색 행태에 관한 모형을 구축하기 위한 것이다. 도서관학과 재학생들을 피험자(N=67)로 하여 측정한 적성, 성격, 정규 교육, 온라인 탐색 교육 효과, 탐 색 과정, 탐색 성과에 대한 29가지 요소를 기초로 하여 9개의 변인을 구성한 후, 12개의 가 설을 검증하여 영향인자를 식별하였고, 경로 분석을 수행하여 5가지의 인과 모형을 구축하 였다.

학교 환경교육관련 업무현황과 개선방향 - 서울시 소재 중학교를 중심으로 - (The present status of environmental education administration in the middle schools of Seoul City)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the present status of environmental education administration in the middle schools of Seoul City and to find problems to be solved environmental education in middle schools. To accomplish these purpose surveys for middle school teachers in Seoul was conducted, and evaluation reports of school environmental education of 1998 were analyzed. The results indicated that both schools and Ministry of Education offered few evaluation standards related to environmental education. Most schools abolished division of environmental affairs because of the reorganization of school system, which focuses on subject and aptitude-based education. In addition, environmental education and related activities were maily the responsibilities of division of science education. The teachers responded that such activities as organization and management of mothers'social service, management of environment day, use of environmental conservation card, and establishment of conservation area were not effective and should be abolished. The conclusion from this study are that environmental education can be effective only when goals of environmental education are included in school evaluation, and the division of environmental affairs should be revived and systematically operated in school.

미국 회계교육연구의 동향 및 함의 (A Study on the Review and Implication of Accounting Education Research in America)

  • Accounting education research addresses a wide range of topics related to students, educational processes, educational outcomes, faculty, administrative structures, and the programs and constituents of accounting education. This study examines accounting education researches for the purpose of identifying changes in this research literature and opportunities for enhancing its development. The total number of accounting articles published each year has increased. More significant is the increase in the portion of articles based on empirical research and the decrease in the portion of non-empirical articles. And the empirical studies were classified by type of study, by type of statistics used in the study, and by whether the study referred to other accounting or non-accounting literature. These analysis suggests a number of opportunities for the development of future accounting education research: (1) review relevant non-accounting literature, (2) seek empirical tests of fundamental relationships, (3) design multi-institutional and longitudinal tests, (4) provide for aptitude-treatment interactions, and (5) focus on educational outcomes.

  • This study was purposed to explore how the information society effects on the working life of the married women. To answer the question, with theroetical background, 6 married women's cases which were selected through women's portal internet site were analysed. As results, these married women had contracting base, part-time jobs. Their jobs were chacterized by computerizing. They were different with traditional jobs in the industrial society. Internet sites were effectively used for work information network by them. So, in the future, many married women will be able to find working opportunity in a home-based part-time job through internet. And they presented aptitude for their work. Her children and husband were proud of her. They had confidence in their working ability Many women had a project publishing a book, owning a business, and making new products by her own's idea.

부산지역 아동센터 복지교사의 직업인식 (Vocation Recognition of the Welfare Teachers Dispatched to the Region Children Centers in Busan)

  • 본 논문은 지역아동센터 파견 아동복지교사의 직무 만족도 및 적성/직업 인식도를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 보다 나은 아동복지정책의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 먼저 연구대상자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 파견 아동복지교사 직무만족도의 인식차이는 성별에 따라서는 상사와의 관계(p<.01), 파견 아동복지교사직에 대한 만족(p<.01), 제공지식정보에 대한 만족(p<.05) 및 전체적인 파견 아동복지교사의 직무만족도에 대해서 유의한 인식의 차이가 나타났다. 적성 및 직업인식도에 대한 인식조사결과, 보다 나은 직장을 얻기 위하여 현재 노력하는지 여부는 학력에 따라서 다소 유의한 인식의 차이가 나타났다. 파견 아동복지교사에 대한 긍지는 현재의 직업에 뚜렷한 사명감과 목표 의식을 가지고 있다는 의견은 27.5%로 나타나 파견 아동복지교사에 대해서는 학생교육을 통한 즐거움과 보람을 통하여 긍지를 느끼는 것으로 인식하였다. 지역아동센터 아동지도프로그램 운영상 어려움은 교육교재부족과 설비부족, 부모님의 참여와 이해부족을 가장 문제점으로 인식하였다.
