The objective of this study is to propose the basic design plan of system by comparing and analyzing application environment of lift and elevator group control system, as preliminary study for the application of group control system to lifts for high-rise construction. The basic design plan is suggested in terms of group control algorithm, hall call system type, operation information recording device, information communication method, and operation method. The results of this study can be used as basic data for software and hardware design for application of group control technology of lifts for super tall building construction and ultimately contribute to improve the operation efficiency of lift for high-rise construction.

When the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of an development project is performed, the noise prediction model is used to evaluate the noise impact and prepare the noise reduction measures according to the implementation of an development project. Especially, the application of a 3-d noise prediction model is increased to describe the complex noise environment including high-rise living accommodations. Therefore, this paper suggests the application plan of a 3-d noise predicton model for the road noise impact assessment of a development project.

Float has been just recognized spare time for disposing of unexpected conditions as by-product of CPM(critical-path-method) calculations, in spite of important method for construction period, taking in material, human supply and cost reducation in construction process management. Also float necessary follow method of contract by ownership problem and effect construct management of use. The purpose of this study was to examine current recognition and application grade of float in construction project. In addition, the study proposes improvement strategies of float application for efficient progress plan and control.

Railload line design of the railroad construction project should be planed considering the variety of quantitative and qualitative factors, and needs to be selected the optimum altinative weighing from VE/LCC analysis of the planned design. The purpose of this research is for showing selecting plan of the optimum railload line and railway bridge applying VE/LCC analysis in selecting the optimum altinative of railroad construction based on quantitative and qualitative factors, such as initial construction cost, maintenance cost, owner and user's requirements. In this research showed the application plan by each stage using data analysis, function analysis, and alternative evaluation of VE/LCC analysis with AHP and LCC analysis program for the selection. This research is proved the rationality and application of the course of selecting the optimum alternative through case application

The purpose of this study is to suggest a writing education paradigm appropriate for the ideology and ideal persons of Christian universities, and to show the effective application plan. For this, this study utilizes the ideas of digital writing in the concept of digital literacy education. The paradigm of "the digital writing education using bible storytelling" consists of two activities. The first one is 'bible listening and observation,' and the second one is 'media text creation and sharing'. In the first activity, there are two steps: 'listening and observation of bible storytelling' and 'exploration and meditation.' In the second activity, there are also two steps: 'application and action,' and 'sharing in communities.' After the suggestion, this study proposes the application plan for the paradigm. They are 'the utilization of various media and the merit of interaction,' healing effectiveness in an individual and a community,' 'building expertises in both letter writing and Christian education(Divinity),' 'building expertises in both letter writing and media literacy,' and 'expanded application toward diverse patterns of writing.'

This study is to suggest the concrete application plan of BIBFRAME under the development of BIBFRAME as library specific ontology for linked open data. The several research methods are used as the literature reviews, the case study of LC and LD4P, and the survey of cataloging librarians which is to grasp understanding level of the linked data related terms and requirements for constructing LOD. The application plan is suggested as follows. First, publishing name authority data and subject heading in LOD are prominent as the startup with creating terms list or vocabulary in LOD that has been used in library for controlled vocabulary and data value. Second, it is needed to develop BIBFRAME application and extension modeling in Korea, to map KORMARC and the properties and classes of BIBFRAME, and to develop the editor and MARC to BIBFRAME Transformation Tools. Third, the systematical training for cataloging librarians is designed to regard BIBFRAME related works as the librarian's main field. Therefore, this study would contribute to seek the practical application plan for BIBFRAME in Korea.

The long term plan for apartment housing has a important role to make a decision making whether a repair work should be done or not. But, items for repair works are so various that field workers could not understand the context or plan the repair cost and time. These difficulties are drawn from the number of repair items, duplicated application and meaning, new material application and technology time-gap. Therefore, it needs to change or coordinate the repair items to improve the repair condition, reflecting the current material level or repair technologies. In this paper, it aimed at coordination of the repair items through the repair recording sheet which was surveyed in 22 metropolitan areas of Seoul, conducted between 2011 and 2014. The surveyed data are classified into six categories such as building exterior, building interior and so on, according to long term repair plan and the number of data are 1,918. It analyzed the appearing word for repair-concerned and compared the existing items of the long term plan. Items of building exterior are proposed as roof, exterior wall and painting. Building interior has a little meaning to propose the repair items. The water supply facilities are proper to keep the existing repair items. Items of the outdoor facilities could not need a sign board, drainage root and PVC sheath. Through this study, we can coordinate the repair items in apartment and provide the repair item and cost level.

It has been found that implementing the function analysis is very important in terms of accomplishing successful Value Engineering(VE), and the function definition is a basic activity at design VE phase. In spite of the importance, the real function analysis activities in the VE are not regard as consequence. In this regard, this paper attempts to use the campus mater plan to lead an effective function analysis. So, the purpose of this value engineering study is to provide the criteria to develop the campus mater plan. This value engineering study used as a guide for the standardization of the campus mater plan. In addition, broader application is possible through the analysis throughout the different ways of the project.

Traditionally, nurses keep the written patient records, which are referred as nursing care plan. Nursing care plan reports are one of the most important documents in the application of nursing processes. Typically, nurses prepare the plans by including general patient information as well as the patient's medical history information. In addition, the patient's developmental history and other specific health related information are part of the plans. The plans are usually concluded with the goals of the nursing care plan, nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes of the care, and possible nursing interventions. The nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions are defined by North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA). This means that the nurses will select the appropriate diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions from an approved set. We developed a web-based nursing care plan generation system. In this paper, we report our work on developing a visual interface to the NANDA nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions database as a part of the web-based nursing care plan generation system.

Business process reengineering(BPR) aims at a radical redesign of our business processes in order to achieve dramatic improvements in their performance. However, the fact that many BPR projects have failed hesitates the companies who have started to use BPR or who are planning to do so. Implementing a radical plan from a cross-functional perspective needs a more careful consideration of process vision, preventive measures and contigency plan. Our research suggests to use a visual decision making process (VDMP) in the development of a process vision and implementation plan. A BPR project of Carlaon School of Mnagement (CSOM) at the University of Minnesota is illustrated to show our suggested methodology.
