지역 인문학 생태계 활성화 지원방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Support Plan for Revitalizing the Local Humanities Ecosystem)

  • 본 연구는 지역 인문학 생태계 조사와 지역 인문학 활용에 대한 조사를 하였다. 이를 통해 지역민들을 위한 인문학 생태계 활성화 방안에 대해 제시하였다. 연구내용으로 첫째, 지역 인문학 지원방안은 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 둘째, 지역 인문학 발전을 위한 연구인력 활용사업 방안을 찾고자 하였고 셋째, 지역 인문학 생태계 발전 연구인력 양성 방안을 연구하였다. 넷째, 지역 인문학 발전을 위한 일자리 창출 방안에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석은 지역만의 고유한 문화와 특수함이 부여된 지역 인문학 생태계 연구 활성화를 위한 지원방안을 확립하는 데 있다.

  • To keep pace with other powerful nations in this era of the era of digitalization and to emerge stronger in the world, the defense forces of South Korea aim to innovate and prepare themselves for digital battlefields of possible wars in the future. The resources in the defense sector, which is the core of defense intelligence, is based on an intelligent mission collaboration tactical network system via cyber, command, control, communication, and computer (C4), and military and non-human weapons. Defense intelligence depends on the degree of the convergence of advanced Information and communication technologies (ICTs). Considering this aspect of defense intelligence, We plan to determine the application status of defense blockchain technology and examine the feasibility of applying blockchain technology and the core of applied technology. Generally, a key feature of blockchain technology is its data integrity in untrusted environments. There are various types of core technologies for the blockchain depending on the target areas of application in the defense sector, and it is also essential to derive new application strategies for core technologies that are applied in combination with other ICT technologies. We plan to demonstrate new defense ICT converged technologies (DNAB2: Data, Network, AI, BigData, Blockchain) and DNAB2-As-Services in the defense strategy.

역사문화자원의 경관계획 활용방안에 관한 연구 - 청주시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Historic and Cultural Resources for Landscape Planning - A Case of Cheongju City -)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the application plan for the landscape planning after grasping the current situation of the historical and cultural resources in Cheongju city and closely examining their conservation and use state. Concerning the method of the study, I considered the resources related concepts and came up with the characteristics of the historical and cultural resources and the application planning as landscape factors after the research on the actual condition and their present situation. Regarding the study or research, I studied the cultural assets, historical and cultural resources, historical and cultural planning, and further examined the historical and cultural resources by dividing them diversely and further, studied the current situation of their system and the related law. For the current situation of the historical and cultural landscape resource in Cheongju city I conducted the assessment of the landscape resources by areas, types, locations. On the basis of this study I came up with the basic direction for the application plan and the solution to the management of the landscape and think that these plans or suggestions will make a contribution to the establishment of their identity by regions.

  • 키 값들을 대응하기 위해서. 데이터들은 칼럼-패밀리 저장소에 보존되는데, 빅데이터 환경에서 주로 사용되는 도구들은 Cassandra, HBase, Hypertable, and Amazon Simple DB 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Cassandra를 참조하여, 칼럼-패밀리 저장소와 그 구조를 정의하고, 그 특징들에 대해 살펴보기로 하겠다. 일관성, 트랜잭션, 가용성, 확장성 등에 대해 알아보고, CQL이라는 Cassandra 질의어를 이용한 기본 질의와 고급 질의를 살펴보겠다. 아울러, 본 칼럼-패밀리 저장소를 적용해야 할 분야와 적용하지 말아야 할 분야에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

  • 오랜 기간 동안, 관계형 데이터베이스는 많은 기업에서 널리 사용되어왔다. 데이터베이스의 표준모형으로서, 데이터 저장과 동시성 제어에서의 뛰어난 영향에도 불구하고, 객체와 관계에서의 불일치에 있어서는 단점이 존재한다. 이러한 배경을 극복하기 위해서, 스키마가 없이도 작동하는 빅 데이터를 위한 새로운 해결책으로 NoSQL이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관계형 데이터베이스의 장단점뿐만 아니라, 애플리케이션 데이터베이스와 통합 데이터베이스 간의 비교를 연구하려고 한다. 그리고, 빅데이터를 위한 NoSQL을 정의하고 그 특징을 살펴보겠다.

  • 관계형 데이터베이스가 많은 기업에서 널리 사용되고 있지만, 개체간의 관계를 효과적이고 효율적으로 관리하지는 못하고 있다. 빅데이터를 분석하기 위해서는 다양한 개체간의 관계를 그래프로 표현할 필요가 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 그래프 데이터베이스와 그의 구조를 정의하고, 트랜잭션, 일관성, 가용성, 검색 기능 및 확장 등의 그 특성에 대해 살펴본다. 또한, 그래프 데이터베이스를 적용해야할 분야와 적용하지 말아야 할 분야에 대해 살펴본다.

  • 많은 기업들은 경영활동 중에 매우 많은 데이터를 생성하고 관리하고 있다. 그러나, 관계형 데이터베이스, 계층형 데이터베이스, 네트워크 데이터베이스 같은 일반적인 데이터베이스로, 이러한 다량의 문서 데이터를 효과적이고 효율적으로 관리하고 분석하는 것은 불가능에 가깝다. 그래서, 본 논문에서는, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 우선 문서 데이터베이스를 정의하고, 일관성이나 트랜잭션 같은 특성들을 살펴본 후, 문서 데이터베이스를 적용해야 할 분야와 적용하지 말아야 할 분야에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

Establishing Application System of KOMPSAT-1

  • Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-l (KOMPSAT-l) has been developed by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) with the aid of TRW and will be launched on the December 21, 1999 at the Vandenberg Air Base in CA, U.S. Now, the satellite application group in KARI is preparing for the service with the KOMPSAT-l satellite data. For the purpose of supplying good service to the users, data application planning has to be established before launching satellite. To use satellite data effectively, KARI makes a plan for data policy, data price, mission planning, and commercializing strategy. This study was carried out with the purpose of effective use of satellite data. For this purpose, KARI, first, made 60 user groups to use KOMPSAT-l data for public welfare and research sectors. These user groups include government, public corporations, institutes, and universities. KARI will offer the service to users through online using Internet. Secondly, KARI made a policy for the priority of KOMPSAT-l missions. These are classified by the mission priority, payloads, and operational states etc. Thirdly, KARI will make data policy and data price of KOMPSAT-l based on the basic master plan. Especially, data price will be determined at the KOMPSAT-l committee including Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). KARI is also trying to commercialize the data with the domestic and foreign companies to expand the use of KOMPSAT-l data in the industries sector. Afterward in this study, KARI will continue the improvement for the effective distribution of KOMPSAT-l data for all users.

안전한 고객수송서비스를 위한 KTX-II RAMS 적용기준 (KTX-II RAMS Application Standard for Safety of Passenger Transportation Service)

  • Currently, it has been a fashion to include RAMS of rolling stock in the order for purchasing the rolling stock. However, it's only to suggest a qualitative value or an ideal target without giving or demonstrating actual RAMS target, with only demonstrating passive RAMS by the data provided by the manufacturer. In the case of KTX project of 100 cars of KTX-II contracted in June 2006, their target has been suggested from the previous RAMS application standard and it aimed to achieve the reliability level of equivalent high speed rolling stock. Afterward, as actual KTX-II RAMS Plan and RAMS Demonstration Plan has been prepared and approved, it has been the first problem to secure the reliability and safety in order to introduce the new high speed rolling stock(KTX-II) successfully and we actually tried to apply overseas RAMS standard, KTX samples, electric railcar MTRC and rolling stock samples. This Report was dealt world trends of Railway RAMS standard, KTX-II RAMS Specifications, the present condition of KTX-II RAMS performance and development a way of KTX-II RAMS, We hope the "KTX-II RAMS Application Standard for Safety of Passenger Transportation Service" is served as an opportunity for the basic research for establishing and demonstrating RAMS target of components or parts composing the rolling stock system.

유니버설 디자인 개념을 적용한 "가족 생활과 주거 공간"단원의 협동학습 수업지도안 개발 및 적용 (A Study of the Development and the Application of the Concept of Universal Design into the LT Lesson Plan for the Chapter "Family life and Housing")

  • The purpose of this study is to develop lesson plan and to evaluate its application for the chapter of 'family life and housing'in the class of Home Economics in the third grade of middle school through the application of the Universal Design. This study has been done in three phases : analysis. development. and evaluation phase. The results of this study were as follows : First. in the development of the concept of the Universal Design. the objective of learning aimed to build the housing and utilities for all family members. Moreover. the various learning materials such as computer program. video materials. and worksheets of the group work were utilized to enhance the effectiveness of the lesson plan. Second. the evaluation of the students was examined through the assessment of the concept of the design. and the degree of class participation of student at the end of class. The LT cooperative learning as an instructional method was perceived to be appropriate and the participation of the cooperative work was also enhanced. The use of the computer programs. and video tapes was considered to be useful. Third. the response of the teachers was found to be both positive and negative. Teachers'positive reactions indicated that the use of the Universal Design facilitated student's participation in class stimulating their motivations and creative ideas not only in the classroom but also in the real life as for the negative reactions. teachers perceived understanding of the concept of the Universal Design. the activities of the students and class hours were relatively shout. These should be added to by the further study with the teachers endeavor.
