The seasonal adjustment is an essential process in analyzing the time series of economy and business. There are various methods to adjust seasonal effect such as moving average, extrapolation, smoothing and X11. One of the powerful adjustment methods is X11-ARIMA Model which is popularly used in Korea. This method was delivered from Canada. However, this model has been developed to be appropriate for Canadian and American environment. Therefore, we need to review whether the Xl1-ARIMA Model could be used properly in Korea. In this study, we have applied the method to the annual sales of refrigerator sales in A electronic company. We appreciated the adjustment by result analyzing the time series components such as seasonal component, trend-cycle component, and irregular component, with the proposed method.

The study was performed to establish a criteria which can be served as a reference in preparing upland direct payment program in Korea, by analyzing WTO agreement content and by studying about direct payment program in EU and Japan and by slope analysis using GIS. Slope analysis using GIS was operated by 1/5000 digital map, and a field survey was put in practice, and merits and demerits were deduced. We can propose a criteria to select the disadvantaged areas in aspects of physical condition, farming condition. and economical and social condition is important to regionally classify "less-favored area(LFA)" and LFA division by economical and social condition is needed to identify legally. Therefore, we would propose a criteria which can select "less-favored area" by analyzing WTO agreement content and by studying about direct payment program in EU and Japan and slope analysis using GIS and a field survey.

The lack of objective decisive criteria and the absence of analyzing tools accrued from the experiments on various types developed from space design process makes it difficult to select and execute alternatives for them. As an attempt of coping with these problems, the aims of this study is to establish space analysis' models and to propose possibility of analyzing models by utilizing the technology of image process. It is now under study in the field of artificial intelligence based on the accomplishment of digital images. This study focused on establishment an analysis model based on accomplished digital images and image processing framework. It helps utilize various processing technologies that are currently in use of image processes, and problems of the study can be supplemented through further follow-up studies. Finally, analysis model can be constructed gradually huge design data in the analogue data to the digital image database and be proposed with index in design or evaluation step.

In a modern mass society, a theme park satisfies a consumer's desire of being meaningful in such an imaginary space, which is far beyond the real life. The introductory area of the theme park is a boundary between th real and the imaginary spaces and a fundamental spac of realizing the introductory imaginary space. The objective of this study is to suggest an appropriate method of design application by analyzing the characteristics of the theme park with an example, a theoretical background is first presented by examining the characteristics of the introductory are of the theme park. Than, as an example that reflects well its characteristics, 'Global fair' of the Everland is selected and analyzed based on the developed theoretical background.

This study tried to inquire architectural tendencies in public art projects by analyzing projects and public art works designed by Korean architects. First, it described not only the background and the objectives of this study but also the scope and the methods of it. Second, it gave an overview of public art by explaining the concept, the institutions, and the history of it in Korea. Third, it investigated the contents of public art projects in Korea, in which more than two architectural teams participated, analyzing the tendencies of public art works designed by architects. In order to find the architectural tendencies of public art projects, it analyzed the intentions, the contents and the expressions of architects' art works. In conclusion, this study regarded the architectural tendencies as site-specific, space-experiencing, sheltering, multi-purposeful, contextual, recycling, and eco-friendly.

Current socio-demographic change that small households are increasing fast requires new business model in housing industry. Purpose of this study is to suggest a strategic direction to the private constructors by analyzing the condition of small household's housing and small-housing market in Seoul metropolitan area. With referring to literature and analyzing statistical raw data, it was found that residents of small household were residing in different type, scale and occupation of housing depending on their age, gender and region, and small housing market was at the beginning stage so that there was no dominant figure yet. Implications are as follows: private supplier should satisfy the needs of individual subgroups of small household, then should respond to the industrial change towards rental business, finally were suggested to launch a new brand of small housing.

MPLS LER is located at the boundary of MPLS domain as an ingress or an egress router and plays a role in connecting with the existing Internet. Among the components of the MPLS LER, forwarding engine(FE) is a key device which assigns a label to an IP packet by analyzing the destination address of its header in order to enter the MPLS domain, or restructures the cells from MPLS domain into IP packet by reversely processing. In this paper, we investigate the design of FE by analyzing the traffic performance of its components and estimate the IP packet processing capacity of a FE using queueing model and simulation. It is found that the maximum IP packet processing capacity of the Forwarding Engine is about 150,000 packets/sec.

This paper introduces a simulation model which is based on the process analysis of a semiconductor company. The objective of the simulation modelis not only to estimate the overall performancesof the company but also to evaluate the performances of various operation rules for shop floor control. First, in order to develop the simulation model, a time study is performed for each process after analyzing the processes for the company. Second, by using ARENA, a simulation model is constructed based on the process analysis and the time study. After the simulation model is tested and run, its results are discussed.

The objective of this study is developing a classification scheme of the creative employment and analyzing trends of the creative employment in Korea. Many countries have pursued the creative economy to generate new jobs and tried to estimate the creative employment as a way to measure the creative economy. However, the definition of the creative employment is still ambiguous partly because it depends on the characteristics of diverse industries and the direction of economic policies that each country has. Therefore, we propose a classification scheme of the creative employment, which reflects the creative economy in Korea. Then, we examine how the creative employment changes in Korea. Our results show that the jobs requiring the highest level of creative skills increase stably and steadily over the years.

As cultural Heritages are source of the national history and a life transition, their extinction is a fatal shock as result of cutoff the genealogy of the creative national spirit. So, we have necessarily to protect them, and to get the duty and the responsibility which the cultural inheritance hands over tnem to descendants with preserving and meaning safely at present time. In these days, the risk of fire in the Cultural Heritages building is increased because of rash changing environments from the indiscreet development of them. Accordingly, in order to get the original transmission of the Cultural Heritages, this paper involves being intensive the fire safety information of the Cultural Heritage in kyonggi-do province, analyzing their diagnoses, and studying a Fire Safety Prevention Management model to protect and to maintain them continuously. Therefore, it is to contribute from this approach to collecting fire safety information, analyzing diagnostic problems in fire accidents, and to manage the prevention method for protecting and maintaining the Cultural Heritages.
