For memory products, it is very important to develop a new production line as soon as possible. All products are inspected to get rid of defected products at the last testing stage. Those inspection data are called FCM. In this paper, based on the FCM data, Area Usage Factor (AUF) analyzing method will be proposed. Process engineers can make up their mind to which direction they should concentrate their analyzing power.

In this paper, comparing and analyzing the distribution of brightness as domestic lamps and Japanese products go thinner and lighter, we set an effective design standard. By comparing and analyzing the feature, brightness, chromaticity and uniformity of domestic LGPs and Japanese products, early home-manufacturing and stabilization in home-manufacturing are possible. By comparing and analyzing the distribution of brightness as sheets are varied, we can design an ideal sheet composition.

LYNX ESM system operates digital receiver for analyzing radar of intrapulse modulation signal. This paper contains DC offset compensation method of IQ channels, imbalancing comensation method of amplitude and phase, precisional PW measurement using adaptive threshold set, analyzing algorithm of intrapulse modulation signals. Its effectiveness was proven by technical and operational test.

본 논문에서는 국산램프(K社)와 일본제품과의 세경화에 따른 휘도 분포를 비교 분석함으로써 고휘도를 구현하기 위한 효율적인 구성 기준을 마련할 수 있다. 국산 LGP(S社)와 일본제품과의 특성, 휘도, 색도 및 균일도를 비교 분석함으로써 조기 국산화 및 국산화 안정화를 시킬 수 있도록 하고, 시트 변화에 따른 휘도 분포를 비교 분석함으로써 이상적인 시트 구성을 하였다.

Data mining and knowledge discovery techniques have shown to be effective in finding hidden underlying rules inside large database in an automated fashion. On the other hand, analyzing, assessing, and applying students' survey data are very important in science and engineering education because of various reasons such as quality improvement, engineering design process, innovative education, etc. Among those surveys, analyzing the students' views on science-technology-society can be helpful to engineering education. Because, although most researches on the philosophy of science have shown that science is one of the most difficult concepts to define precisely, it is still important to have an eye on science, pseudo-science, and scientific misconducts. In this paper, we report the experimental results of applying decision tree induction algorithms for analyzing the questionnaire results of high school students' views on science-technology-society (HS-VOSTS). Empirical results on various settings of decision tree induction on HS-VOSTS results from one South Korean university students indicate that decision tree induction algorithms can be successfully and effectively applied to automated knowledge discovery from students' survey data.

Reliability of the thyristor has a major effects on the high power systems such as HVDC, SVC and FACTs, etc. Therefore, analyzing method for thyristor aging is important to improve the stability of thyristor and high power systems. In this paper, we explain the analyzing method for examine the thyristor aging effect. And also, the thyristor aging experiments were performed to investigate the characteristic degradation due to the aging.

본 연구의 목적은 개방형 과제의 해법 공간을 분석하는 틀을 개발하고 그 유용성과 적용 가능성을 학생들의 해법 공간 분석 사례를 바탕으로 탐색하는 것이다. 문헌검토와 선행연구를 바탕으로, 학생들의 개방형 과제의 해법을 구조적으로 분석하는 틀로 결과 공간(Outcome spaces), 방법 공간(Method spaces), 표현 공간(Representation spaces)의 하위 공간으로 조직화한 해법 공간 분석 틀(OMR-framework)을 개발하였다. 약수와 배수 주제의 개방형 과제 유형 중 역 과제와 구성활동적 과제를 개발하고 초등학교 5~6학년 학생 181명에게 과제를 해결하게 하였다. 해법 공간 분석 틀(OMR-framework)을 적용하여 학생들의 해법 공간을 분석한 결과, 해법 공간과 방법 공간에서 역과제와 구성활동적 과제에 대한 학생의 약수와 배수 개념 이해의 특성과 문제해결에서 사용되는 가역적인 사고 및 조작과 구성의 사고 방법을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 학생의 표현 공간에서 형식적인 수학적 표현 외에 학생들이 구성한 비형식적인 다양한 표현 방식을 분석할 수 있었다. 학생들이 해결한 것을 결과, 방법, 표현의 관점에서 해결의 특징을 분석할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 해법 공간을 이루는 결과 공간, 방법 공간, 표현 공간 사이의 연결성도 탐색할 수 있었다.

생명정보학 분야의 발전에 따라 방대한 양의 DNA서열 데이터를 효율적으로 분석하기 위해 분석도구가 사용되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 분석도구들은 분석하고자 하는 데이터를 찾고, 적용해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 웹2.0기반 RIA(Rich Internet Application) 방식으로 구현한 분석도구를 제안한다. RIA방식을 적용한 분석도구는 기존 웹 방식의 문제점을 보완한 웹2.0기반에서 DNA서열 데이터를 찾고, 실시간으로 분석내용을 보여준다. 개발된 웹 에플리케이션은 윈도우 시스템 상에서 Flex2를 이용하였다.

In former times, It is obvious that the earth retaining cantilever wall using stabilizing piles is definitely superior to the other methods due to economical efficiency and the efficiency of construction through model tests using a soil tank and practical application(Kim, 2006). However, this method was not proved in theoretical basis from the viewpoint of geotechnical engineering. Accordingly, a variety of model experiments in order to analyze the behavior of the earth retaining cantilever wall and stabilizing piles according to excavation step and earth pressure and stress acting on stabilizing piles according to excavation step were performed. On the basis of analyzing the result of model tests using a soil tank, this study suggests failure mechanism of clods and a method calculating virtual supported point. In addition, this study contributes to developing the analyzing method of retaining piles, stabilizing piles and beams connecting two piles and, this study helps this method to be established as a new design method through analyzing the results of model tests using a soil tank.
