계층적 분석과정을 이용한 고무장갑 품질요인 평가 (Evaluation of the Quality Factors of Rubber Gloves with Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • This study gives the quality factor evaluation of rubber gloves manufacturing, including a systematic classification of poor durability(internal quality factors) and look bad(external quality factors) as well as the types of defective items, along with the relationship between quality factors and the defective types. The relationship analysis between quality factors and the defective types are performed with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. The results of our study will be useful for quality management activities and manufacturing process in rubber gloves manufacturing companies.

  • Remodeling is a process which creates a new environment based on the formal building. So we should reflect residents' demands faithfully and complement weak points of the formal building throughly, after grasping many problems, when we have a plan to do a remodeling.   • In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of Digital Camera is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of Digital Camera.

  • Supply Chain Management(SCM) system is a critical investment that can affect future competitiveness and performance of a company. Selection of a right SCM system is one of the critical issues. This paper provides the characteristic factors of SCM system selection and the SCM system evaluation and selection model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to support the business goals. A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in selecting SCM system.

  • The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is a multi-criteria decision methodology developed by T. L. Saaty(1980). The AHP presents flexible, easily understood wily to assist the decision-maker in formulating his problem in a logical and rational manner. This paper addresses the concept of AHP and its application in the selection of radioactive waste disposal concept in Korea.

  • Background: Demands are recently rising for the securement of procedural justification of policy decision-making. This study aims to improve the procedure of making a decision to expand health insurance benefit package from the perspective of building a social consensus. Methods: Major priority principles were firstly derived through literature search. Weights for such principles were calculated through an analytic hierarchy process, based upon the survey conducted for the health policy experts. Priority for 11 non-covered services was assessed by applying the weights as above to the results of the questionnaire survey targeted at people including members of related committees or societies. Results: Weights for priority principles were in the order of 'severity/urgency (0.428)', 'cost-effectiveness (0.318)', 'substitutability (0.164),' and 'accountability (0.090)'. What was obtained by applying these weights to the results of the questionnaire survey was considerably in line with what health experts classified those items into 3 groups depending on their own judgement of service necessity (consistent with 9 services out of 11). Conclusion: Results of the study are suggestive as to how far a brief assessment by experts could be utilized in case there are constraints on time and expenses in implementing all the process to secure procedural justification. Various attempts and endeavors need to be made to secure procedural justification that will not mar efficiency of decision-making in the days to come.

신종 감염병 환자의 효율적 처치를 위한대형병원 응급실 관리요소의 중요도 도출 (Deriving the Effective Improvement Elements of the Emergency Room in Large General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to derive the elements for effectively improving the management of emerging infectious diseases in the emergency room in large general hospitals. Methods: This research involved an analytic hierarchy process analysis of 10 experienced nurses working in a large general hospital located in the Seoul metropolitan area. The weighted values of the criteria for evaluating the importance of the management elements of patients with emerging infectious diseases in the emergency room of large general hospitals were derived using an analytic hierarchy process survey. Results: The results of the analytic hierarchy process analysis showed that experts considers responsiveness (0.291) as most important with respect to the criteria for the policy for isolation and control of infectious patients. The order of importance of the criteria for the policy for isolation and control of infectious patients were as follows: responsiveness (0.291), economical efficiency (0.257), feasibility (0.242), and sustainability (0.209). Subsequently, the weighted values of the management of the policy elements were determined based on the derived importance of the criteria mentioned above. These were, in order of priority, the construction of communication channels with the government authorities when dealing with emerging infectious diseases (15.9%), the equipment and provision of personal protective equipment to protect nurses from infection and dissemination of material (14.6%), and the operation of the isolation room and patient separation systems (14.1%). Conclusion: This study suggests critical strategies for infection control during a pandemic of emerging infectious disease.

AHP기법을 이용한 우리나라 자살예방정책의 우선순위 설정 (Determining the Priorities of Korean Suicide Prevention Policies using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP))

  • 우리나라는 2004년부터 지금까지 OECD 국가 가운데 자살사망률 1위이며, 지속적으로 자살자 수와 자살사망률이 증가하고 있다. 효과적인 자살정책을 확인하기 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 이용하여 자살예방의 주요 접근방법별 세부정책들의 우선순위를 조사하였다. 설문은 2013년 8월 23일, 26일 두 차례에 걸쳐 총 30명을 대상으로 워크숍 형식으로 실시하였다. 이중 학계는 20명(사회복지사 4명, 정신보건학자 7명, 정신의학자 5명, 임상심리학자 4명), 정책결정자는 5명, 공급자는 5명이였다. 2013년 9월 9일부터 12일까지 4일간 이메일로 사회복지분야와 임상심리분야에서 각각 5명씩 추가하여 총 40명을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 세부 정책들의 중요도는 '자살시도자 관리,' '공공자살예방서비스 인프라 구축,' '유가족 지원사업,' '위험집단의 위기관리' 등의 정책에서 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 과거 대부분 하천에 적용된 계획하폭의 결정은 통수단면적 확보 등의 치수적인 목적만 갖고 경험공식과 기술자의 주관이나 경험적 판단으로 계획하폭을 선정하여 왔다. 그러나 현재에는 사회적, 경제적, 기술적, 환경적 요소를 종합적으로 고려된 최적의 계획하폭 선정이 요구되고 있으며, 또한 계획하폭의 계산결과에 따른 하폭거리의 다양성으로 확폭 결정시 객관적이며 정량적인 해석방법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 계획하폭 선정시 문제가 되는 주관적, 경험적 요소를 해결하기 위해 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 이용하여 최적 계획하폭을 선정하기 위한 기준 및 표준화된 절차를 제시하였다. 이는 기술자가 계획하폭을 설계함에 있어 합리적인 판단을 할 수 있도록 의사결정의 근거 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

계층분석법을 이용한 웹 기반 GIS 보행환경측정 시스템 개발 (Development of Web Based Walking Environmental Measurement System Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process Approach)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보행 공간 특성에 따른 보행 환경 구성요소를 정량적 지표로 단순화 시킨 보행 지수를 개발하여, 도시 전체 가로는 물론 도시 내 근린 주거 단위의 전반적인 친 보행 환경 정도(쾌적성, 미관)와 보행자의 이동 편의성을 측정하고 이의 결과 시각화 할 수 있는 웹 기반 GIS 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선, 국내외 선행연구에서 GIS로 정량화 할 수 있는 지표를 반영하여 보행환경 평가가 가능한 지표를 개발하고 적용하였다. 또한, 평가지표 개발을 위해서는 계층분석법(AHP:Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 활용하였으며 GIS 웹 서비스 연동을 통해 연구 지역에 대한 보행환경 평가 결과를 가시화하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 측정 모형은 실제 물리적인 보행 공간을 기반으로 가상의 시스템에 적용되어 보행 이동 패턴의 가시화, 보행 환경의 쾌적성과 편의성 평가, 예측에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
