통합실업보험제의 후생분석 (Integration of Unemployment Insurance with Retirement Insurance and Its Welfare Analysis)

  • 본고는 실업보험과 연금을 통합시켜 실직자가 실업급여 이외에 자신의 미래 연금을 담보로 대출을 받게 되는 통합실업보험제의 후생효과를 분석하고 있다. 특히 본고에서는 통합실업보헙제가 기존 실업보험제에 비해 후생을 증가시키는 경우를 제시하고 구체적으로 이 제도하에서 실업급여와 연금담보대출의 적정수준을 결정하는 요인을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 통합실업보험제가 기존 실업보험제에 비해 후생적으로우월하고 실업급여 수준은 근로자 위험기피도, 구직유인의 중요성 그리고 실업기간의 상대적 크기에 따라 달라짐을 보이고 있다. 그밖에 본고에서는 같은 원리에 의해 연금을 실업보험 뿐아니라 다른 사회보험과도 동시에 통합하는 것이 후생적으로 바람직함을 강조하고 있다.

사회 환경교육 지도자의 자격 제도 개발 (Development of the Certification System for Non-formal Environmental Education Educators)

  • This study is designed to develop a certification system for non-formal environmental education educators as part of efforts to nurture non-formal environmental education educators, increase public trust in non-formal environmental education educators and secure structure and sustainability of non-formal environmental education. The job of non-formal environmental education educators-distant from technical expertise functions that are dealt with by existing certification system - belongs to education and service industry, And the certification system I try to develop is different from existing exclusive certification system based on written tests. It is rather an authentication system based on capability development. So its components are somewhat different from those of existing certification system. However, I also tried to ensure that the system should include components which were supposed to be part of basic certification system. The certification system for non-formal environmental education educators in the study is focused on developing a framework for basic certification system. Therefore, I believe that follow up studies may be needed to address execution, i.e., specific evaluation criteria to select organizations in charge of certification system and education course/program respectively, criteria to select instructors who will lead training course/program and decision on whether experiences as eco-guide or nature experience guide should be recognized as experiences for non-formal environmental education educator etc.

태권도공원 계획 (Planning for Taekwondo Park)

  • Taekwondo, Korean traditional martial art as one of the ten Korean cultural symbols, has acquired a reputation for introducing and globalizing Korean culture together with its standing as official Olympic Game in 2000, Sydney, Australia. Nevertheless the World Taekwondo Headquarters, Kukkiwon, which is an exclusive Taekwondo institution only accommodates for three thousand persons. Considering the worldwide reputation of Taekwondo, the scale of Kukkiwon leaves a big supply problem. This study therefore suggests the plan to design Taekwondo park that playa major role of Taekwondo development in the 21st century and represent the cultural heartland of Taekwondo. The study considers four points. The points are as follows: 1) Necessary programs drawn by analyzing and assessing Muju city as a site for Taekwondo park, then a survey conducted for potential visitors to a Taekwondo park. Under the theme of "A World Cultural Heritage Upon Our Own Lives", the park plan intends to become a shrine of Taekwondo as well as a big tourist attraction. 2) Programs are appropriate for the terms of the investment under the auspices of government, by considering potential visits and the site conditions. 3) The meaning of Taekwondo and its history should be reflected in the space distribution and facilities allotment. Three meaningful zones: symbolic zone, training zone and culture zone are considered in planning program and space distribution. 4) The plan also intends to harmonize with local development by groping Muju city's uplifting, not only designs a Taekwondo park.

Relationship between University students' Marriage View and Quality of Life

  • This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study that analyzed the effect of quality of life on marriage views in college students. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between quality of life and marriage view. The study targets were 195 male and female university students aged between 20 and 25. The data collection was done only by those who voluntarily agreed to the study using online questionnaires, and the data collection period was from October 1 to October 30, 2020. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 for frequency analysis, χ2 analysis, Pearson correction, t-test, and simple regression analysis. The result of the study that men had higher conservative marriage view (M=3.22, SD=.716) than women (M=2.21, SD=.903, p<0.01), women had higher active marriages (M=3.94, SD=.955) than men (M=3.41, SD=.933, p<0.01), and women had higher exclusive marriage views (M=3.94, SD=.955) than men (M=3.41, SD=.933, p<0.01). And people with high quality of life positively influenced romantic marriage view (R2=.029, p<0.05), but negatively affected passive marriage view (R2=.029, p<0.05) and conservative marriage view (R2=.034, p<0.05). Based on the results of this study, a program is needed to create a positive marriage view for the married age group, create an environment for married people to positively engage in social and economic activities, and propose a program for creating healthy family relationships.

Molecular Cloning of Adipose Tissue-specific Genes by cDNA Microarray

  • In an attempt to isolate novel molecules that may play a regulatory role in adipocyte differentiation, we devised an experimental strategy to identify adipose tissue-specific genes by modifying cDNA microarray technique. We used genefilter membranes containing approximately 15,000 rat non-redundant EST clones of which 4,000 EST were representative clones of known genes and 11,000 ESTs were uncharacterized clones. A series of hybridization of genefilter membranes with cDNA probes prepared from various rat tissues and nucleic acids sequence analysis allowed us to identify two adipose-tissue specific genes, adipocyte-specific secretory factor (ADSF) and H-rev107. Verification of tissue-specific expression patterns of these two genes by Northern blot analysis showed that ADSF mRNA is exclusive expressed in adipose tissue and the H-rev107 mRNA is predominantly expressed in adipose tissue. Further analysis of gene expression of ADSF and H-rev107 during 3T3-L1 adipocyte differentiation revealed that the ADSF and H-rev107 gene expression patterns are closely associated with the adipocyte differentiation program, indicating their possible role in the regulation of adipose tissue development. Overall, we demonstrated an application of modified cDNA microarray technique in molecular cloning, resulting in identification of two novel adipose tissue-specific genes. This technique will also be used as a useful tool in identifying novel genes expressed in a tissue-specific manner.

대만 고등교육평가체제의 분석 (Analysis of the Higher Education Evaluation Accreditation System in Taiwan)

  • 본고는 대만고등교육 평가체제를 대상으로 심아 이를 심층적으로 이해하는데 목적을 두었다. 대만은 2005년 고등교육평가중심기금회(Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan)라는 전담독립기구를 신설하여 평가를 수행하고 있다. 평가의 종류는 대학경영 전체를 평가하는 대학종합평가(校務評鑑), 학문분야평가(系所評鑑), 그리고 특정항목의 산출결과를 통계화하여 대학간 우열을 비교하는 업적평가(績效評鑑)의 세 가지 방식으로 수행하고 있다. 인증제는 학문분야평가에만 적용하고 있다. 평가방법은 먼저 자체평가보고서를 제출한 후 방문평가를 거쳐 평가보고서를 작성하고 결과를 공포하는 일반적인 순서로 접근하고 있다. 평가결과는 통과, 대기관찰, 미통과의 3개로 구분되는데 2008년 6월의 발표에 의하면 미통과 비율이 총 15.7%에 달하였다. 미통과된 대학은 입학정원에 있어 불이익을 받으며 다음해에 추수평가를 받도록 하고 있다. 한편 평가결과에 대한 도태제 적용, 업적평가의 순위 발표에 대한 논란이 제기되고 있으며, 평가위원의 자질 향상, 평가지표의 불합리 등에 대한 문제도 제기되고 있다. 대만의 이러한 특성과 문제는 우리 고등교육평가에도 유의한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

A Study on Realization of Visible Light Communication System for Power Line Communication Using 8-bit Microcontroller

  • The purpose of this study is to solve the problems of radio frequency bandwidth frequency depletion, confusion possibilities, and security that are in current wireless communications systems, and to confirm the possibility of applying those solutions for the next generation network. To solve the problems of the current wireless communications system, a visible light communications system for power line communication (PLC) via 8-bit microcontroller is created and the capacity is analyzed. The exclusive PLC chip APLC-485MA, an 8-bit ATmega16 microcontroller, high brightness 5pi light emitting diodes (LEDs), and the LLS08-A1 visible light-receiving sensor were used for the transmitter and receiver. The performance was analyzed using a designed program and an oscilloscope. The voltage change was measured as a function of distance from 10-50 cm. Blue LEDs showed the best performance among the measured LED types, with 0.47 V of voltage loss, but for a distance over 50 cm, precise data was not easy to obtain due to the weak light. To overcome these types of problems, specific values such as the changing conditions and efficiency value relevant to the light emitting parts and the visible light-receiving sensor should be calculated, and continuous study and improvements should also be realized for better communication conditions.

국유림 경영제도에 대한 업무담당자의 인식정도에 관한 연구 (Analysis of the Extent of National Forest-official's Recognition on the National Forest Management System)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 국유림 제도 가운데에서도 2004년도부터 도입된 다자참여가 가능한 산림경영대행제도, 공동산림사업, 국민의숲 제도에 대해 실태를 파악함과 동시에 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 수행하였다. 조사대상은 5개 지방산림청과 27개 국유림관리소 업무담당자를 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하였으며, 제도에 대한 문제점 및 업무 추진에 있어서 중요도와 만족도를 도출하여 활성화 방안을 제언하였다. 그 결과, 국유림 경영제도에 대한 업무의 중요 정도 인식은 협약실적에 따라 그 중요성을 다소 달리 해석하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 산림경영대행제도에 대한 가장 큰 문제점으로는 해당 대상자의 참여 의지 부족(4.13), 공동산림사업 제도에서는 참여자의 수익보장에 대한 한계성(3.69), 국민의숲 제도에서는 참여자의 참여투자 의지 부족(3.90)요인을 지적하였다. 국유림 경영제도에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 조사한 결과, I사면(현 상태 지속적 유지관리)은 5개요인(의사결정자의 업무추진 의지 외), II사면(최우선 투자와 관리)은 2개 요인(참여기회 및 범위확대 외), III사면(현시점에서 고려 대상이 아님)은 6개요인(협약 종료 후 사후관리 규정 마련 외), IV사면(지원 투입자체가 요구됨)은 2개 요인(신규제도 도입에 따른 업무부담 해소 외)으로 분석되었다. 국유림 경영제도의 활성화 방안으로서 국유림 경영제도에 대한 규정의 개선, 민자사업의 유도 등 사업대상자 및 범위 확대, 국유림경영제도를 전담할 수 있는 비정부 전문기관의 설립을 제안하였다.

배선용 차단기 개폐기구의 동특성 향상방안 및 해석 (Study on the Dynamic Modeling of MCCB)

  • 일반적으로 저압 회로 보호용 장치로는 ICCB(Insulated case circuit breakers), PCB(Power circuit breakers) 그리고 MCCB(Molded case circuit breakers)를 들 수 있다. 이들 중 가장 보편적으로 사용되는 배선용 차단기(MCCB)는 휴즈 또는 개폐기의 단점인 안전성, 제어성, 협조성 등을 보완한 것이다. 차단기의 성능은 사고전류 발생 시 트립 동작이 순간적이고, 절연능력이 뛰어나야 하므로 매우 중요하다. 따라서 차단기의 개폐 성능은 매우 중요하므로 개폐 기구부의 접촉자 구조 및 접점 그리고 링크구조 등에 대한 기구학적 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 저압차단기의 기구적 동역학 모델링과 해석을 수행하여 가동자의 개리속도가 빠를수록 차단특성에 유리하다는 결론을 얻었으며, 실제 실험을 통하여 이를 검증하였다.

원자력발전소 PID 공정제어기에 대한 튜닝 최적화 방법 (A Method of Tuning Optimization for PID Controller in Nuclear Power Plants)

  • PID(Proportional, Integral, Derivative) controller is one of the most used process controllers in nuclear power plants. The optimized parameter setting of process controller contributes to the stable operation and efficiency in the operating nuclear power plants. PID parameter setting is tuned when new process control system is established or process control system is changed. It is a burdensome work for I&C(Instrument and Control) engineers to tune the PID controller because it requires a lot of experience and knowledge. When the plant is in operation, inadequate PID parameter setting can be the cause of the unstable process of the plant. Therefore the results of PID parameter setting should be compared, simulated, verified and finally optimized. The practical PID tuning methods used in process controller are tuning operation calculation(Ziegler-Nicholes, Minimum TIAE, Lambda, IMC), exclusive tuning program based on computer and Matlab application. This paper introduces the various tuning methods and suggests an optimized PID tuning process in the operating nuclear power plants.
