Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at an acupoint, HT8(Sobu), on normal humans by using power spectral analysis. We examined the effect on the Heart Rate Variability(HRV), and the balance of the autonomic nervous system. Methods : Thirty-two healthy volunteers participated in this study. EEG(Electroencephalogram) power spectrum exhibits site-specific and state-related differences in specific frequency bands. A thirty-two channel EEG study was carried out on thirty-two subjects(14 males; mean age=23.5 years old, 18 females; mean age=21.5 years old). HRV and EEG were simultaneously recorded before and after acupuncture. Results : In the ${\alpha}$(alpha) band, during the HT8-acupoint treatment, the power values in the ${\alpha}$(alpha) band significantly decreased(p<0.05) at 28 channels. In the ${\beta}$(beta) band significantly decreased(p<0.05) at 26 channels. In ${\delta}$(delta) band significantly decreased(p<0.05) at 18 channels. In ${\theta}$(theta) band significantly decreased(p<0.05) at 20 channels. ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ values were increased at 6 channels and decreased at 10 channels.${\beta}/{\theta}$ values were increased at 10 channels and decreased at 19 channels. Mean-RR(RR-interval), Complexity, RMSSD(Root mean square of successive differences), SDSD(Standard deviations differences between adjacent normal R-R intervals), norm HF showed a significantly increased and mean-HRV, norm LF, LHR(LF/HF Ratio) showed a significantly decreased after HT8-acupoint treatment(p<0.05). Conclusions : These results suggest that EA at the HT8 mostly causes significant changes on alpha(28 channels), beta(26 channels), delta(18 channels), theta(20 channels) bands and mean-HRV, mean-RR, complexity, RMSSD, SDSD, norm LF, norm HF and LHR. If practicing EA at the HT8, it will regulate the function of the cerebral cortex, decrease activity of the sympathetic and increase parasympathetic nervous activity.

본 연구는 1/f fluctuation의 ${\alpha}$기울기 따라 구성된 사운드를 들었을 때 감정 스트레스 업무에 종사하고 있는 피험자들의 심박 변화를 확인하고자 하였다. 기존의 연구에서는 주로 사용자의 심리상태 안정시키는 효과 또는 생리적 안정성에 1/f fluctuation의 ${\alpha}$기울기가 관계가 있는 것으로 보고되었다. 본 연구에서는 1/f fluctuation 수준을 총 3가지 나누어 제작한 사운드를 독립변수로 사용하였다. 독립변수는 감정노동 종사자에게 제시하여 그에 따른 심장반응을 측정하였다. 종속변수는 네 가지로 BPM(Beat Per Minute), VLF(Very Low Frequency), SDNN(Standard Deviation of NN intervals), 그리고 HF(High Frequency) 파워(Power)값을 확인하였다. 분석결과 기울기가 3인 1/fluctuation 사운드는 각성효과를 보였다. 기울기 1, 2인 사운드는 이완효과가 있는 것을 통계적으로 검증하였다. 이러한 1/f fluctuation 사운드의 특성을 활용해 감정 노동자들의 스트레스를 완화시키기 위한 서비스에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Objectives : The aim of this thesis is to examine the effect of acupuncture treatment at the GB37 on normal humans by using the power spectral analysis of the EEG. Methods : EEG (Electroencephalogram) power spectrum exhibits site-specific and state-related differences in specific frequency bands. In this thesis, the power spectrum was measured by the complexity. the 32 channels EEG study was carried out in the 13 subjects (12 males ; age=22.58 years old, 1 females ; 22 years old). Results : In the ${\alpha}$ (alpha) band, the power values at F7, F3, F4, F8, FTC2, C4, T4, CP1, CP2, TCP2, TT2, Pz, P4, Po1, Po2, O1, Oz, O2 channels (p<0.05) during the GB37-acupoint treatment were significantly changed. And in many channels were decreased. In the ${\beta}$ (beta) band, the power values at Cz, C4, T4, Tcp1, T6, Po1, O1, Oz, O2 channels (p<0.05) during the GB37-acupoint treatment were significantly changed. And in many channels were decreased. In the ${\delta}$(delta) band, the power values at Fp1, TT2 channels (p<0.05) during the GB37-acupoint treatment were significantly changed. And in many channels were decreased. In the $\theta$ (theta) band, the power values at Fp1, F8, FTC2, Pz channels (p<0.05) during the GB37-acupoint treatment were significantly changed. And in many channels were decreased. Conclusions : This results suggest that the acupuncture treatment at the GB37 significantly mostly change the power spectrum value on the alpha (18 channels), beta (9 channels) bands.

유연탄을 연소하는 화력발전소의 탈황설비에서 생산된 배연탈황석고를 대상으로 가압반응기를 이용하여 수열반응을 통한 알파형 반수석고의 생성과정을 살펴보았다. 실험 결과 첨가제를 사용하지 않아도 반응온도 $120{\sim}140^{\circ}C$ 범위 하에서는 용해-재석출 기구에 의하여 알파형 반수석고가 생성되었으나 아스펙트 비가 매우 높은 침상형 결정이 생성되었다. 호박산나트륨을 첨가제로 주입한 결과 결정형상은 침상형에서 각주형으로 변화되었으며 혼수 비(water/powder ratio)는 33%까지 감소하였다. 호박산나트륨의 농도는 20 mM이 적정하였으며 반응도중 성형체의 붕괴를 방지하고 성형체의 기공부피에 의한 모세관 효과를 최대화하기 위한 최적의 성형체 성형압력은 $30kgf/cm^2$이었다.

This paper presents a new dual loop control using novel vector phase locked loop(VP-PLL) for a high power static var compensator(SVC) with three-level GTO voltage source inverter(VSI). Through circuit DQ-transformation, a simple dq-axis equivalent circuit is obtained. From this, DC analysis is carried out to obtain maximum controllable phase angle ${\alpha}_{max}$ per unit current between the three phase source and the switching function of inverter, and AC open-loop transfer function is given. Because ${\alpha}_{max}$ becomes small in high power SVC, this paper proposes VP-PLL for more accurate $\alpha$-control. As a result, the overall control loop has dual loop structure, which consists of inner VP-PLL for synchronizing the phase angle with source and outer Q-loop for compensating reactive power of load. Finally, the validity of the proposed control method is verified through the experimental results.

For a solid-state transformer (SST), some factors, such as signal delay, switching loss and differences in the system parameters, lead to unbalanced DC-link voltages among the cascaded H-bridges (CHB). With a control method implemented in the ${\alpha}{\beta}$ frame, the DC-link voltages are balanced, and the reactive power is equally distributed among all of the H-bridges. Based on the ${\alpha}{\beta}$ frame control, the system can achieve independent active current and reactive current control. In addition, the control method of the high-voltage stage is easy to implement without decoupling or a phase-locked loop. Furthermore, the method can eliminate additional current delays during transients and get the dynamic response rapidly without an imaginary current component. In order to carry out the controller design, the vector refactoring relations that are used to balance DC-link voltages are derived. Different strategies are discussed and simulated under the unbalanced load condition. Finally, a three-cell CHB rectifier is constructed to conduct further research, and the steady and transient experimental results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method.

In this paper, We show that the bandpass random signals of the form ∑$_{\alpha}$$\alpha$$_{\alpha}$ a Sin(2$\pi$f$_{\alpha}$t + b$_{\alpha}$) where a$_{\alpha}$ being a random number in [0,1], f$_{\alpha}$ a random integer in a given frequency band, and b$_{\alpha}$ a random number in [0, 2$\pi$], generate Gaussian white noise signals and hence they are adequate for simulating Continuous Markov processes. We apply the result to the fluctuation-dissipation formula for the Johnson noise and show that the probability distribution for the long term average of the power of the Johnson noise is a X$^2$ distribution and that the relative error of the long term average is (equation omitted) where N is the number of blocks used in the average.error of the long term average is (equation omitted) where N is the number of blocks used in the average.

The objective of this study was to find useful fungi with ${\alpha}$-amylase activity from the Korean traditional nuruk for the quality of traditional Korean alcoholic beverage. In this study, 165 samples of traditional nuruk were collected from 170 regions throughout Korea and the fungi were isolated to a total of 384 strains. In order to investigate the effect of microflora on nuruk, ${\alpha}$-amylase activity, saccharogenic power (SP), starch hydrolysis activity and acid producing activity were evaluated. Ten strains were selected by ${\alpha}$-amylase activity, which ranged from 458.47 to 1,202.75 U/g. The size of the discolored zone for the starch hydrolysis activity of each fungus ranged from 0.3 to 2 cm. The SP of the 10 strains ranged from 228.8 to 433.4 SP. Of the 10 stains, three were identified as Aspergillus oryzae, two as Aspergillus flavus, two as Lichtheimia sp., one as Rhizopus oryzae and two as other strains. The total aflatoxins present in the nuruks were examined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The 10 nuruks had less than 1.11 ppb of aflatoxins.

3MeV에 서 5.4MeV 사이의 $\alpha$-입자에 대한 저지능과 저지 단면적을 He, Ar, 및 $N_2$ 가스에 대해서 측정했다. Srivastava의 저지능 공식을 본 실험결과에 적용시켜 그 타당성을 알아보았다. 그결과 Ar의 경우는 매우 잘 일치됨을 보여주며, He의 경우는 27-28%, $N_2$의 경우는 13-26%의 불일치를 보여주고 있다.

뇌파에 관한 연구는 의학 및 공학 분야에서 많이 활성화 되어 있지만, 침구학에서의 뇌파분석에 과한 연구는 아직 많이 이루어져야 할 부분 중 하나이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 침구요법 중 간접 뜸 자극에 의한 뇌파를 분석하고 자율신경계와의 상관관계를 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실험은 간접 쑥 뜸을 인체의 중완, 신궐, 관원의 경혈 점에 자극하고, 자극 전, 자극 중, 자극 후 1시간, 그리고 자극 후 2시간 일 때의 뇌파를 측정한다. 그리고 측정된 데이타는 Matlab 7.0을 이용하여 FFT 및 주파수 파워 스펙트럼을 적용하여 ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$, ${\delta}$, ${\theta}$파 성분을 자극 단계별로 나누어 주파수 각 성분 비율의 변화, 그리고 진폭의 크기변화량에 대하여 분석 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과, EEG 데이터를 FFT를 적용하여 ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$, ${\delta}$, ${\theta}$파의 비율을 분석한 결과 ${\alpha}$파가 자극 전보다 자극 후 약 2배 정도 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 전체의 파워스펙트럼 분석에서 ${\alpha}$파, ${\beta}$파의 에너지가 전체적으로 감소하므로 부교감신경이 활성화됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구와 기존 연구의 결과를 비교해 보면, 간접 뜸 자극은 자율신경계의 변화에 영향을 줄 수 있으며 ${\alpha}$파의 비율적 증가로 긴장 상태나 스트레스 상태의 사람에게 안정을 가져다 줄 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.
