This paper is a study on the earth volume calculation using CAD and LISP(LIST Processing) in the route alignment. The utility enlargement in the industry field and the considerable progress of computer make the automatic design and manufacture for the development of CAD/CAM/CAE technique possible, and the automatic design of civil engineering works is continuously progressive. In this study we are intend to improve an effect of civil engineering work by the automatic earth volume calculation in route alignment. This paper aims to construct the automatic design system of civil engineering work and the procedures; (1) The programming of the self-scanning program of the land information introducing Digital Terrain Model concept in the map (2) Systematic algorithm construction using LISP and grafting CAD system (3) Automatic design and calculation of the mass curve and earth volume.

Recently, reduction of road traffic noise in residential buildings has become one of the most important subjects. To reduce the road traffic noise, noise impact assessment by the road traffic prediction model is required before building construction. For reasonable road traffic noise prediction, it is required to analysis of various factors in road traffic prediction models. This paper was studied the road traffic noise propagation factors such as distance from road to building, receiver height, alignment angle of building and reflection coefficient of the building facade by two calculation models, RLS-90 and CRTN. The result showed that noise reduction was generally higher at bottom stories by ground absorption effect. The reflection coefficient of the building facade was affect of additional sound pressure level by facade reflecting. And alignment angle of building at $90^{\circ}$ was performed effective noise reduction better than $0^{\circ}$.

This paper proposes a framework to automatically align Dental range image captured by depth sensors like the Microsoft Kinect. Aligning dental images by intraoral scanning technology is a difficult problem for applications requiring accurate model of dental-scan datasets with efficiency in computation time. The most important thing in dental scanning system is accuracy of the dental prosthesis. Previous approaches in intraoral scanning uses a Z-buffer ICP algorithm for fast registration, but it is relatively not accurate and it may cause cumulative errors. This paper proposes additional Alignment using the rough result comes after intraoral scanning alignment. It requires that Each Depth Image of the total set shares some overlap with at least one other Depth image. This research implements the automatically additional alignment system that aligns all depth images into Completed model by computing a network of pairwise registrations. The order of the each individual transformation is derived from a global network and AABB box overlap detection methods.

We present an English-Korean speech translation corpus, named EnKoST-C. End-to-end model training for speech translation tasks often suffers from a lack of parallel data, such as speech data in the source language and equivalent text data in the target language. Most available public speech translation corpora were developed for European languages, and there is currently no public corpus for English-Korean end-to-end speech translation. Thus, we created an EnKoST-C centered on TED Talks. In this process, we enhance the sentence alignment approach using the subtitle time information and bilingual sentence embedding information. As a result, we built a 559-h English-Korean speech translation corpus. The proposed sentence alignment approach showed excellent performance of 0.96 f-measure score. We also show the baseline performance of an English-Korean speech translation model trained with EnKoST-C. The EnKoST-C is freely available on a Korean government open data hub site.

The nonlinear observers are proposed for a nonlinear system. To improve the characteristics such as stability, convergence, and $H^{\infty}$ filter performance criterion, we utilize an $H^{\infty}$ filter Riccati equation or a modified $H^{\infty}$ filter Riccati equation with a freedom parameter. Using the Lyapunov function method, the characteristics of the observers are analyzed. Then the in-flight alignment for a strapdown inertial navigation system(SDINS) is designed using the proposed observer. And the additive quaternion error model is especially used to reduce the uncertainty of the SDINS error model. Simulation results show that the observer with the modified $H^{\infty}$ filter Riccati equation effectively improves the performance of the in-flight alignment.
Objectives: This paper aims to compare the intervention development steps of the revised PRECEDE-PROCEED model and the Intervention Mapping model. Methods: Concepts and structure of the intervention development step of each model are reviewed with examples. Results: The revised PRECEDE-PROCEED model and the Intervention Mapping model share characteristics in intervention development in employing PRECEDE assessments, applying a social ecological framework and behavior theories for intervention building, emphasizing multi-interventions at multiple levels, and involving stakeholders and existing resources in intervention development. A detailed explanation of the intervention alignment and matrix building is provided with illustration of examples. Conclusion: Intervention development should not be done compartmentally but in line with other steps in a planning model to sustain the program logic. For successful application of planning models for intervention development, solid understanding of the models and behavior theories are required. Multisectoral collaboration is also critical for the successful application.
In this paper, we studied the four stages of quality related education and training and identified alignment factors that have influence on successful TQM education and training. Based on extensive literature reviews the four stages are extracted such as quality concepts training, quality tools training, special topics training, and leadership training. Also we determine the alignment factors. A framewok of research model including above factors is developed and tested statistically. The perceived data are collected from managers of quality departments of 140 Korean firms through survey. The results show that alignment factors which achieve success in Quality related education training are using relevant examples and implementing training at the top in quality concepts training, providing time and opportunity to master skills in quality tools training, organizing courses into a logical curriculum in special topics training, and providing ongoing feedback in leadership training. We also offered numerous suggestions that can help organizations develop effective training programs to meet their objectives.
Presented in this paper is a complete error covariance analysis for strapdown inertial navigation system(SDINS). We have found that in SDINS the cross-coupling terms in gyrocompass alignment errors can significantly influence the SDINS error propagation. Initial heading error has a close correlation with the east component of gyro bias erro, while initial level tilt errors are closely related to accelerometer bias errors. In addition, pseudo-state variables are introduced in covariance analysis for SDINS utilizing the characteristics of gyrocompass alignment errors. This approach simplifies the covariance analysis because it makes the initial error covariance matrix to a diagonal form. Thus a real implementation becomes easier. The approach is conformed by comparing the results for a simplified case with the covariance analysis obtained from the conventional SDINS error model.

The objective of this study was presented with a prediction on the alignment of cementite in pearlite lamella structure of high carbon steel by means of finite-element method(FEM) simulation. Pearlite strcuture was characterized by its nano-sized microstructure feature of alternation ferrite and cementite. FEM simulations were performed based on a suitable FE model describing the boundary conditions and the material behavior. With the alignment of lamella structure in high carbon pearlite steel wire, material plastic behavior was taken into account on plastic deformation and alignment of cementite. The effects of many important parameters(reduction in area, semi-die angle, initial angle of cementite ) on wire drawing process were predicted by DEFORM-2D. As the results, the possibility of wire fracture could be considerably reduced and the productivity of final product could be more increased than before.

When aligning catoptric or catadioptric telescopes for space cameras, it is difficult to align precisely if the field of view is large or there are several reflective surfaces. The quantitative knowledge of mirror misalignments greatly helps align a misaligned telescope precisely, and also reduce the alignment time. This paper describes a generalized reverse-optimization alignment solution algorithm using Zernike sensitivity, and proposes the minimum number of fields to take interferograms. This method was successfully applied on a Cassegrain telescope design for Earth observation from space with arbitrary misalignments and a model including some primary mirror deformation.
