경량전철의 도시별 적용실태조사와 적정성에 관한 연구 - 수도권을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Application Status and Appropriateness of Light Railway Systems - In the Seoul Metropolitan Area -)

  • 우리나라는 1990년대부터 도시공간구조 재배치와 지역 간 균형발전계획에 따라, 경전철, 모노레일, 자기부상열차, 간선급행버스 등 신교통수단 도입이 구체적으로 논의되어 왔고 일부는 건설 중에 있다. 그러나 경량전철 사업추진과정에서 일관성 있게 조율할 수 있는 전담기구역할이 부족하여 사업주체간에 심각한 혼선을 빗고 있으며, KDI 공공투자관리센터에서 시행하고 있는 예비타당성조사도 경제성(B/C)에만 비중을 두고 사업을 시행하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 경량전철형식에 대한 적정성 연구가 필요함으로 도시별 유형과 특성에 맞는 효율적인 경량전철형식을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서울과 경기도의 지역을 요인분석을 이용하여 6개 군집으로 분류하고 각 군집에 적합한 경량전철을 선정하기 위해 선호도 분석을 실시하였다.

프로젝트 단계별 리스크 요인들의 우선순위 분석 : ICT(정보통신기술)산업 분야의 신제품 개발 프로젝트를 중심으로 (Priority Analysis of Project Stage-wise Risk Factors : Focusing on New Product Development Projects in ICT Industry)

  • In this paper, we identify risk factors that are likely to occur during the lifecycle of a new product development (NPD) project from the literatures, and identify the three objectives or three constraints that will ultimately be achieved for project success in the ICT industry : performance (scope/quality), schedule (time), and cost. Firstly, we interviewed the project experts to classify the risk factors according that the final project objectives are changeable based on scope/quality, time and cost budget constraints. Secondly, the survey for pairwise comparisons between the risk factors was asked to the project managers and members who had ever actually participated in the NPD projects of ICT industry to determine the priority ranks on relative importance using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The risk factors negatively affecting the goals of projects were analyzed by using the AHP respectively in four project stages during the life cycle of the project. The comparison of risk factors within each stage is a different approach unlike the literatures which have covered project's overall risk assessment. There is an advantage that risk management can be effectively performed with priorities according to each stage from the start to the end of the project. In other words, it is necessary to identify what risk factors will occur in each stage, and to have ideas at each stage with the priorities so that they can be mitigated and eliminated before actual occurrence. As a result, risks on scope & quality changes were found to be the most important considerations for initiative stage of NPD projects in the ICT industry, whereas in the final stage, risks on schedule (time) changes were the most important priorities. Among the ICT industry product categories, 'communication and broadcasting devices' and 'IT and communication based devices' generally have a high priority in terms of risks on scope & quality changes when initiating the project. At the closing stage of the project, however, considering that schedule (time) changeable risk is getting higher, these products tend to target at B2B market rather than B2C because the new products must be delivered and launched in time as customer firm required.

항만물류서비스의 평가에 관하여 (On the Evaluation of Physical Distribution Service in Ports)

  • It is required to consider pricing and non-pricing factors and external economy in order to achieve the objects of physical distribution system in a port. Recently, among the three factors, much attention has been paid to non-pricing factor in the system. Although physical distribution service in a port(PDSP)has been frequently mentioned in documents and literature related to port and shipping studies, few study on it has not been systematically and scientifically made due to the following problems; $\circ$ there are not proper criteria to evaluate level and quality of PDSP and as a result it is difficult to set up a unified standard for doing so. $\circ$ algorithms to evaluate problems with complex and ambiguous attributes and multiple levels in PDSP are not available. This thesis aims to establish a paradigm to evaluate PDSP and to abvance existing decision making methods to deal with complex and ambiguous problems in PDSP. To tackle the first purpose, extensive and thorough literature survey was carried out on general physical distribution service, which is a corner stone to handle PDSp. In addition, through interviews and questionnaire to the expert, it have extracted 82 factors of physical distribution service in a port. They have been classified into 6 groups by KJ method and each group defined by the expert's advice as follows; a. Potentiality b. Exactness c. safety d. Speediness e. Convenience f. Linkage Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in PDSP. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a method to evaluate them but it is not applicable to PDSP that have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probablility measure can not be used to evaluate PDSP but fuzzy measure is required. Hierarchical fuzzy integral method, which is merged AHP with fuzzy measure, is also not effective method to evaluate attributes because it has vary complicated way to calculate fuzzy measure identification coefficient of attributes. A new evaluation algorithm has been introduced to solve problems with multi-attribute and multi-level hierarchy, which is called hierarchy fuzzy process(HFP).Analysis on ambiguous aspects of PDSP under study which is not easy to be defined is prerequisite to evaluate it. HFP is different from algorithm existed in that it clarified the relationship between fuzzy measure and probability measure adopted in AHP and that it directly calculates the family of fuzzy measure from overlapping coefficient and probability measure to treat and evaluate ambiguous and complex aspects of PDSP. A new evaluation algorithm HFP was applied to evaluate level of physical distribution service in the biggest twenty container port in the world. The ranks of the ports are as follows; 1.   • Conventional marketing research generally focuses on a single layer's benefit. A notable example is the consumer layer providing managers with partial market information to evaluate relevant strategies. As generally known, marketing management encounters complex supply and demand behaviors, thereby necessitation that a successful marketing strategy adopt multi-layer considerations, such as the consumer layer, channel-retailer layer, and marketing planner layer. In light of above situation, this study applies fuzzy theory and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) technique to analyze the performances of marketing strategies under multi-layer benefits, In addition, conventional marketing research has difficulty in efficiently allocating the limited budget so that each desired criterion can be significantly enhanced by a group of events. Therefore, a weighting structure among the goal, layers, criteria, and strategies(i.e. a group of events) is also developed herein to trace the influential process and assist marketing managers in efficiently allocating resources(i.e.budget).

  • The high cost in maintaining complex manufacturing process makes it necessary to enhance an efficient maintenance system. For the effective maintenance of manufacturing process, precise fault diagnosis should be performed and an appropriate maintenance action should be executed. This paper suggests an intelligent fault diagnosis system using hybrid data mining. In this system, the rules for the fault diagnosis are generated by hybrid decision tree/genetic algorithm and the most effective maintenance action is selected by decision network and AHP. To verify the proposed intelligent fault diagnosis system, we compared the accuracy of the hybrid decision tree/genetic algorithm with one of the general decision tree learning algorithm(C4.5) by data collected from a coil-spring manufacturing process.

  • As disposal packaging concepts of spent fuels generated from the domestic NPP, two types, one is to package PWR and CANDU spent fuels in different containers and the other is to package them together, were proposed. The configuration of the containers and the layout of underground repository, such as the container spacing and the deposition tunnel spacing, were developed. The layout of underground repository satisfies the thermal constraint of the bentonite buffer surrounding disposal container, which should be lower than $100^{\circ}C$ in order to keep the physical and chemical properties of bentonite From the spent fuel packaging concepts and container emplacement methods, seven options were developed. With a typical pair-wise comparison methods, AHP, the most promising disposal concept was selected based on the technology Point of view.

A novel heuristic for handover priority in mobile heterogeneous networks based on a multimodule Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy system

  • H2RDC (heuristic handover based on RCC-DTSK-C), a heuristic algorithm based on a highly interpretable deep Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy classifier, is proposed for suppressing the mobile heterogeneous networks problem of frequent handover and handover ping-pong in the multibase-station scenario. This classifier uses a stack structure between subsystems to form a deep classifier before generating a base station (BS) priority sequence during the handover process, and adaptive handover hysteresis is calculated. Simulation results show that H2RDC allows user equipment to switch to the best antenna at the optimal time. In high-BS density load and mobility scenarios, the proposed algorithm's handover success rate is similar to those of classic algorithms such as best connection (BC), self tuning handover algorithm (STHA), and heuristic for handover based on AHP-TOPSIS-FUZZY (H2ATF). Moreover, the handover rate is 83% lower under H2RDC than under BC, whereas the handover ping-pong rate is 76% lower.

A New Member of Human TSA/AhpC as Thioredoxin-dependent Thiol Peroxidase

  • A new type of the human TSA homologous gene was cloned from a HeLa cell cDNA and characterized. The gene product consists of 161 amino acids with a molecular mass of 16,900. The TSA homologous protein, as a new 6th member of the human TSA (hTSA VI), exerted a thioldependent peroxidase activity with the use of thioredoxin system as a physiological electron donor. The values of $V_{max}/K_m$ of hTSA VI for $H_2O_2$ and t-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BOOH) were calculated as $5.53{\times}10^{-2}$ and $3.70{\times}10^{-2}$, respectively. This implies that hTSA VI is a peroxidase, which reduces $H_2O_2$ and t-BOOH. The mutation of $Cys^{47}$ to serine resulted in a complete loss of the peroxidase activity. This suggests that $Cys^{47}$ acts as a primary site of catalysis. The analysis of the tryptic digest derived from hTSA VI revealed that the $Cys^{47}$ exists as a free thiol form. Taken together, these results suggest that the TSA homologous protein is a new type of the human family, which exerts thioredoxin-linked peroxidase activity toward $H_2O_2$ and alkyl hydroperoxide.

  • 지방간선노선은 대체로 적자운영을 함에도 불구하고 철도운영자는 공공복리 차원에서 적자상태인 지방간선노선의 운영을 수행한다. 따라서 철도 운영자는 적자운영노선에서 운영자입장에서의 최적의 자산운용을 열차 편성 수 또는 열차운행 횟수를 조정하는 방식으로 최소화하려고 한다. 이때 열차운행 횟수나 편성수를 결정하는 지표로 영업계수(비용/수입 비율)가 주로 사용된다. 그러나 이것은 단기적인 수요공급측면의 영향만을 지나치게 반영하여 장기적인 관점에서의 전략적인 열차운영이 고려되지 않는다. 따라서 철도운영의 재정 건전성을 악화시키지 않으면서 이해당사자들의 정책방향과 지역 현황을 반영하는 의사결정이 가능하도록 업계종사자와 전문가를 대상으로 전통적인 경영성과 산정방식인 영업계수 등 주요지표와 이를 보완하는 보조지표 평가항목을 도출할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 평가항목을 도출하고 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 통해 각 평가항목별 중요도를 산정하여 열차운행 의사결정의 명확한 이론적 근거와 계량화된 기준을 제시하고 이를 적용하고자 한다.

저영향개발(Low Impact Development) 기법 적용 지역 토양·지하수 환경 영향 평가 방법론 제안 연구 (Proposed Methodological Framework of Assessing LID (Low Impact Development) Impact on Soil-Groundwater Environmental Quality)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시개발 시 저영향개발(Low Impact Development, LID) 기법을 적용하였을 때, 토양 지하수 환경과 생태경관에 미치는 영향을 총체적으로 평가하는 방법의 framework 구축을 목적으로 문헌조사 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 토양 지하수 환경생태 건강성은 (i) 수리지질학적 지하수 오염 취약성, (ii) 생화학적 오염도와 (iii) 토양의 오염 정화능력의 여러 요소들에 의해서 측정되어 종합 및 평가되는 것이라는 개념을 설정하였고, 이들 각각의 요소에 미치는 영향 평가를 위한 측정 항목 선정과 각 요소의 측정치를 종합화해서 등급화 및 지표화하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 토양 지하수 환경 건강성과 기존의 환경 영향 평가에서 고려하는 생태 및 경관 요소를 GIS(Geographic Information System)와 AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) 기반을 활용 및 접목하여 토양 지하수뿐만 아니라 생태 경관 등 LID의 자연환경에 미치는 영향을 총체적으로 평가하는 측정 항목 및 지표 산정과 그에 따른 활용 방법을 제시하였다. LID 기술의 계획 및 설계 단계에서 활용할 수 있는 최적화를 위해서 LCIA(Life Cycle Impact Assessment) 방법상의 framework로 활용하는 것을 본 연구에서는 제안하였다.
