In the face of recent digital and digital transformation, companies and industries are trying to be agile to adapt and respond to change. Agile paradigm is spreading beyond the boundaries of existing applications such as IT-related projects and software development. In this regard, this study, we analyzed the diffusion of agile paradigm by text mining abstracts of research papers from 2001 to 2019. In addition, we discussed agile transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through this study, we confirmed that we are studying agile transformation in various fields such as business environment, corporate organizational culture, manufacturing industry, and supply chain. The results of this study will contribute to understanding the meaning and role of agile as a basic paradigm for digital transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Most enterprises today work on digital transformation projects to cope with uncertainties caused by the rapid change and cutting-edge technology. The key point is they need to take a novel approach on new projects for high performance. In this context, there is a growing interest in utilizing agile method; however, many studies on Impact of Digital Transformation on the Results of Innovation do not deal with agile methodology. The research specifies the case of Seoul Metro, regarded as best-practice on digital transformation, based on the agile way of working. The case study is based on in-depth interview with Seoul Metro's executives and employees, and the interview is analyzed using keywords from the 12 Agile Principles. Thus, among the 12 Agile Principles, Motivation and Trust, Face-to-face Interactions, Continuous Attention to Technical excellence and good design, Self-Organizing Team contributed the most to successful digital transformation projects. In addition, based on Requirements Uncertainty and Technical Degree of Uncertainty, they carry different kinds of traits. For instance, the higher the uncertainty toward requirements and required technology is, the more technological development pace is maintained. Given the conservative nature of public corporations, it is necessary to adopt the agile way of working, such as improving employees' technological capabilities and allowing teams to be organized within themselves, in a bid to produce successful innovation outcome.

Various studies have proven that human is the biggest challenge in the process of transitioning to agile. Culture and mindset are two critical elements of human factors causing issues in agile environment. This study involved thirty-two (32) agile practitioners from nineteen (19) country to validate the issues from human factors. The purpose of the study is to discover human factors that required more attention and factors that give a low impact on the agile environment. Furthermore, this paper presents research analysis on some of popular human factors such as collaboration, hierarchy, communication and other critical factors which company may face. The results of this analysis can be used as a guide for IT organization to consider the critical challenges they may encounter.
Prevalence of Agile methods in software companies is increasing dramatically. Software companies need to employ these methods to overcome the inherent challenges of traditional methods. However, transitioning to Agile approach is a topic of debate and there is no unique and well-defined transition model or framework yet. Although some research studies have addressed barriers and strengths behind the successful Agile deployment, it seems that this process still needs to be studied more in depth. The rationale behind this is the socio-technical nature of Agile transition and adoption. Particularly, the challenges and problems that software companies are facing during Agile transition, show that this process in more difficult than expected. Conducting a large-scale research study revealed that Agile transition and adoption process needs to be supported by several critical prerequisites. This study adopted a Ground Theory with the participation of 49 Agile experts from 13 different countries and empirically identified seven transition prerequisites. These prerequisites focus on the different aspects of the transition. The main aim of this paper is proposing these prerequisites and theoretical and practical implication of these prerequisites. Providing these prerequisites before moving to Agile increases chance of success in Agile transition and adoption and leads to fewer challenges during the change process.
The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of perceived agile culture(empowerment, continuous learning, personal communication Intensification) on job performance(task, contextual, adaptive) and to explore the moderating effect of individual capability(knowledge, skill). For the empirical analysis, data were collected from convenient sample of 219 employees working at enterprise in China. The analysis of validity and reliability of variables and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21. The results of this research as followed: firstly, the positive perceived agile culture and job performance were statistically supported. Secondly, the individual capability played as a partial moderator on the relationship between the perceived agile culture and the job performance. The factors that constitute the perceived agile culture can present the research directions for the transformation into the agile organization.

This paper analyzes the effect on productivity by measuring Function Point per MM(man-month) in a software development project and code inspection which performed in Agile methodology, and introduce the method of applying MDA/MDD technology in the e-government standard framework project. MDA/MDD which recently raising its head is technology that increase software development productivity through automatic transformation form abstract model into lower abstract model, or from model to code. but, many Lessons obtained through the case studies, the analysis suggests a limited effect measurements. In this study, efficient development methodology and utilizing a e-government framework to measure the effectiveness of the MDD to the new measures through a case study applied to real information system development process. In addition to, managing information modeling through integrated repository presents a traceability and visibility.

With the full-fledged start of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the quality of administrative services through intelligent information technology and demand increased rapidly. Accordingly, the government is in full swing to establish a "digital platform government" through digital innovation in existing e-government operations such as organizational operations and administrative services. As local governments also promoted the establishment of a digital-based Agile government as a key strategy, this study investigated and analyzed the operation of informatization experts in metropolitan and basic local governments to support digital transformation policies and projects through intelligent informatization. Through this, the necessity and implications of expanding the size of human resources for successful digital transformation were derived, and two measures were proposed to enhance capabilities and expertise in the process of securing new manpower.

As digital transformation accelerates, the proportion of non-face-to-face services in financial services is also increasing. Recently, user experience has emerged to secure competitiveness in mobile services, and analysis techniques to improve user experience have emerged. User review data, one of the data used for quantitative evaluation, contains a lot of unnecessary information, which is time-consuming to derive improvement directions. Therefore, this study aims to develop a UX analysis system based on the hierarchy of UX needs by using a cosine similarity algorithm and analyze user review data of Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank, Kakao Bank, and Toss for verification. This study proved that the developed UX analysis system is a system that can effectively analyze UX through the analysis of user review data. The system of this study is expected to be easily used to identify improvement plans for the hierarchy of UX needs in an agile organization that needs to quickly reflect customer feedback.
The paradigm of warfare is undergoing a revolutionary transformation due to the advancements in technology brought forth by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Specifically, the U.S. military has introduced the concept of mosaic warfare as a means of military innovation, aiming to integrate diverse resources and capabilities, including various weapons, platforms, information systems, and artificial intelligence. This integration enhances the ability to conduct agile operations and respond effectively to dynamic situations. The incorporation of mosaic warfare could facilitate efficient and rapid command and control by integrating AI staff with human commanders. Ukrainian military operations have already employed mosaic warfare in response to Russian aggression. This paper focuses on the mosaic war fare concept, which is being proposed as a model for future warfare, and suggests the strategy for introducing the Korean mosaic warfare concept in light of the changing battlefield paradigm.
This study was conducted to derive theoretical and practical implications in situations where innovation of the business is desperate in the face of the emergence of agile organizations and digital transformation. To do so, we tried to verify the correlation between negative feedback-seeking behavior and innovative behavior and whether the learning goal orientation of these two variables has a moderated mediating effect by coaching leadership. It analyzed the collected questionnaire from 381 members working in domestic companies; SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, and Process Macro 3.0 were used. The analysis result showed that the negative feedback seeking behavior had a positive effect on the learning goal orientation, and the leader's coaching leadership found to have a moderating effect between the negative feedback seeking behavior and the learning goal orientation. Learning goal orientation has been found to have a moderated mediating effect between negative feedback seeking behavior and innovative behavior. This study is significant in the sense that it reveals the process of how members seeking negative feedback in the organization could be led to innovative behavior and shows the necessity of organizational support for coaching leadership for the vitalization of innovative behavior.
