비정질 실리콘 방사선 촬영기와 기존 X-ray filmrh과의 영상질 비교를 통하여 시스템의 성능을 평가하였다. 다양한 영상질 평가를 위하여 MTF (Modulation Transfer Function), NPS (Noise Power Spectrum), Contrast를 측정하여 계산하였다. 실험 결과 DR의 MTF는 기존 film-screen system과 유사하였다. Noise 특성은 두 시스템 모두 quantum noise가 주를 이뤘으며, 특히 DR 에서는 전기적인 noise가 발견되었다. 또한 우수한 sensitivity 특성과 영상처리를 통하여 DR 시스템이 기존의 film-screen 시스템보다 놀은 대조도를 보였다. 이와 같이 DR에서는 기존 film-screen 시스템과 유사한 해상도와 영상처리를 통해 같은 촬영조건에서도 향상된 대조도의 영상을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 의학적 활용과 관련된DR 시스템의성능에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analysis of the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun". Methods : The herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) and "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are selected by comment on the chief virtue including reference word of corresponded with neuropsychiatry. Results and Conclusion : "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" is a book most people who have a background or career in Han Medicine(韓醫學) would pore over. They corresponded with neuropsychiatry among the herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) are 55 prescriptions that Sang-Tong(上統) is 8 prescriptions, Jung-Tong(中.統) is 23 prescriptions and Ha-Tong(下統) is 24 prescriptions. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are 40 prescriptions. And then the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" received much influence from "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam". Incidentally the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong showed the high percentage in Neurosis. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" showed the high percentage in Psychosis. Besides not only put "Enlargement side prescriptions a premium on "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam", but also made it the herb medications which were recorded on books flowed after "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam" known. It was entered up books quoted from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong but the herb medications were that were not succeeded from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong. Therefore "Enlargement side prescriptions" shows the efforts for supplement of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong.

This study primarily concerns the seller's right to require performance under the United Nations Convention on International Sale of Goods(1980) (here-in-after the CISG). By virtue of art. 62 of the CISG, the seller may require to pay the purchase price, take delivery or perform his other obligations. The right is known as a process whereby the aggrieved seller obtains as nearly as possible the actual subject-matter of his bargain, as opposed to compensation in money for failing to obtain it. The study describes and analyzes the provisions of the CISG as to the seller's right to require performance, focusing on the questions of what the seller can require the buyer to perform, and what the restrictions of his right to require performance are. It particularly deals with main controversial issues among scholars as to whether art. 28 of the CISG is applied to the seller's action for the price and so that it opens the door domestic traditions and national preconditions that prevent judges and enforcement authorities in some contracting states, and whether the seller's to require performance is subject to the duty to mitigate loss within the meaning of art. 77 of the CISG. On the basis of the analysis, the study puts forward the author's arguments criticizing various the existing scholars' views. In addition, this study provides legal and practical advice to the contracting parties when it is expected that the CISG is applicable as the governing law.

탄산칼슘에 계면활성제를 적용 혼합하여 균일하게 분산된 액상칼슘비료를 제조하였다. 2개월간 6회에 걸쳐 최적화된 희석배율로 9종의 과채류에 엽면시비하여 미네랄 up-take 효율을 조사한 결과 칼슘함량이 대조군 대비 양배추와 감자가 각각 155%와 154%로 가장 많이 함유되어 있었으며 평균적으로 약 33% 정도 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 미네랄 증가 뿐 아니라 외형적으로 과채류가 더욱 견고하고 조직감이 증가되어 상품의 부가가치를 향상시키는 결과를 얻었다. 대조군에 비해 123%의 칼슘을 함유한 배추를 이용하여 가공된 김치 시제품의 관능검사 결과 칼슘처리군은 발효 14일에 외관, 냄새, 맛, 조직감, 전반적인 기호도 모두 가장 높은 점수를 받았다.

This study was conducted on the head family house of Panseogong coterie of Andong Kwon clans in Daksil village, Bongwha gun, Kyungbuk: historical sources survey and field visit over four rounds were conducted from March to June 2014. In-depth interview, storytelling, and nutrition facts were used as methods of research using 49 participants, and the potentials of trend goods were the main purpose of this research. The specialties of bongwha prefecture in the Chosun Dynasty were pine nut, manna lichen, ginseng, sweetfish, and wild honey. Ritual food bulcheonwi's offerings a feature in Choongjae Kwonbeol's head family - were sacred wine, me, gang, otang, myun, myunjeok, pyunjeok, pyunchung, pyun, po, chungpomook, dojeok, sookchae, ssam, chimchai, sikhye, chogwa, silgwa, soojunggwa, etc. The ritual foods of bulcheonwi's head family house Choongjae Kwonbeol were commercialized through storytelling. Choongjae Kwonbeol's ritual ceremonies, recognized for their national royalty, were reorganized as the traditional Korean table settings, so that the Korean people could easily access them. The special meal called "Geumgyeporansang" represented the head family house foods' essence to share and serve others through the Dacshil village's natural beauty, Bonghwa's local ingredients, and festivities after the "Chungjae Gwunbal Bulchun" rituals. The ritual foods called "Cheongamjungsang", utilizing "Chungjae Gwunbal Bulchun" rituals, were represented in the form of a lunch box: such foods illustrate the classical scholar's mindset that enjoys the nature and arts through education and virtue.

본 연구는 청소년 대상 소셜 미디어 이용자들이 어떠한 윤리적 책임을 가지고 정보 생산과 공유 과정에 참여하고 있는지, 그들이 인식하는 윤리적 내용은 무엇인지 유형화함으로서 소셜 미디어 이용 행태에 미치는 윤리적 영향을 실증적으로 밝혀내었다. 윤리의 개념 및 구성요인, 윤리적 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해 구조화된 설문지로 조사한 후, 유효한 227건을 통계 분석하였다. 그 결과 '프라이버시 보호', '저작권 보호', '완전성', '정확성', '진실성', '공정성', '각종폐해구제책', '신뢰성', '객관성', '불편부당성' 항목이 포함된 <전통적 정보 윤리>와 '절제', '존중', '자율성', '조절', '해악조심' 항목이 포함된 <사이버 윤리 덕목>, '상호작용성', '복합정체성', '익명성', '정체성변이', '사회공동체' 항목이 포함된 <사이버 정체성>, '투명성', '개방성' 항목이 포함된 <사이버 정보 윤리> 네 가지 유형으로 분석되었고, 이 중에서도 <사이버 윤리 덕목>에 대한 인식이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또 모든 윤리적 요인들은 소셜 미디어를 통한 이용자들의 의견 표명이나 지지, 정보 주도나 탐색 행위와 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며 그 정도에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 특히 소셜 미디어의 이용과 의견 표명 혹은 지지, 정보 주도 혹은 탐색 행위에 가장 영향을 주는 윤리적 요인은 <사이버 정체성>인 것으로 나타났다.

According to a rise in leisure time thanks to a five-day workweek system, the population of golf tends to rise day by day as exercise not extreme and doing together with nature, and as a sport with high concentration degree, by virtue of people who have an interest in health care and who strive to enjoy a leisure life. This study targeted the whole male and female golfers who reside in the areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and are now playing golf, carried out sampling, and finally used 485 sheets for analyzing data. The study results were as follows; First, as a result of analyzing the whole lifestyle propensity depending on golfers' gender, it was shown that, as a result of making it type by factor, a male golfer was classified into shopping intention, fashion intention, family intention and tradition intention, and a female golfer was divided into shopping intention, fashion intention, family intention and man-and-woman equality intention. Second, as a result of analyzing a characteristic of gender depending on the standard of selecting goods, it showed the difference between genders as for the standard of selecting goods in case of purchasing golfwear, and it showed the difference in style/design, physique fitness, wearing of a famous golfer, convenience of laundry and management, and functionality, and male golfers were shown to select after seeing the clothes which a famous golfer did wear, compared to female golfers. Also, it could be seen that there was difference depending on the standard of selecting goods and the purchasing propensity in case of buying golfwear.

본 논문에서는 광학적으로 비등방성인 폴리머를 이용하여 $90^{\circ}$ TN(Twisted Nematic) 액정셀의 응답시간을 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 액정과 비등방성 폴리머를 일정 비율로 혼합하여 TN 액정셀에 주입한 뒤 UV를 조사하여 폴리머 네트워크를 형성시킴으로써 투과율에 영향을 주지 않고 응답시간을 향상시킬 수 있다. 폴리머 네트워크가 형성되지 않은 TN 액정셀의 turn-off 시간이 16 ms인데 반해 제안된 방법에서는 액정과 비등방성 폴리머의 혼합 비율이 3, 5, 10 wt%로 증가할 때 12, 11, 9 ms로 고속 turn-off가 구현될 수 있다. 또한, turn-off 동작 시 TN 액정셀에서 발생하였던 delay time과 backflow가 폴리머 네트워크의 형성에 의해 크게 개선됨을 확인하였다.

This study is to find out that the effect of science class applied Jigsaw cooperative learning to study achievement and Creative personality. The class section of this study is 5th grade 1 semester of science 2 chapters, 'the solar system and the stars' This study has been aimed at 2 class 40 students of 5th grade in D metropolitan city G elementary school in 2015, one class 20 students are the research group to apply science class using a Jigsaw cooperative learning techniques, another class 20 students were comparison groups to apply general science classes. Research result and conclusion obtained through the discussion are as follows. First, science class using Jigsaw cooperative learning technique was not effective. Even though the science class with jigsaw cooperation education could not achieve the beneficial academic achievement, which is the cognition factor, when it comes to precedent study, the definition factors such as teamwork, consideration and readership show great effects. Second, science class using Jigsaw cooperative learning technique was effective in cultivating creative personality. This can be interpreted that the science class applied the jigsaw cooperation study help the creativity development. Third, after the science class applied jigsaw cooperation study, the students' perceptions also have changed in positive way. They were tend to care each other and cooperate with others. That means the class is good way to cultivate collective intelligence, which is a virtue of community.

About 600 strains of bacteria which can utilize methanol as the sole source of carbon were isolated from natrual sources, and their ability to produce amino acids on the medium containing methanol as the sole source of carbon was tested by paper chromatography, by which 3 strains were screened by virtue of their relatively shperior amino acid production. These were tentatively identified as follows ; one strain belonged to the genus methylomonas, while the remaining two were members of the genus Hyphomicrobium. Further studies on their growth characteristics were carried out with relation to amino acid production. According to these experiments, the following results were obtained. 1) No vitamin added was effective for the growth enhancement. 2) Optimum initial concnetration of methanol was proved to be one per cent (v/v), and no conspicuous effect of feeding methanol on the growth of these bacteria ould be observed, provide that the initial methanol concentration was controlled to 1 per cent. 3) Among the nitrogen sources tested, 0.1 per cent of ${(NH_4)}_2SO_4$ enabled the best growth. 4) Addition of 0.001 per cent $MgSO_4.$ $7H_2O$ largely increased the growth of all three strains. Other metal ions tested were either not effective or strongly inhibitory for the growth. 5) Addition of 0.1 per cent each of yeast extract, corn steep liquor, beef extract, and peptone also increased the growth markedly. 6) About $75{\mu}$g/ml of alanine could be obtained finally after 64 hr culture of Hypm. A on the medium lcontaining 0.1 per cent yeast extract and 1 percent methanol. Approximately $40.{\mu}$g/ml of glutamic acid by Hypm. GA and $43.{\mu}$g/ml of alanine by Mtlm. A were produced at the same culture conditions.
