주의력결핍 과잉행동장애와 우울장애 아동 집단의 부모 양육태도 (Parents' Rearing Attitude of Children with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Depressive Disorder)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to compare the mothers' rearing attitude of ADHD children and that of children with depressive disorder. Methods: The participant consisted of 58 school-aged children diagnosed as ADHD, 14 children diagnosed as depressive disorder based on DSM-IV criteria. Normal control group consisted of 34 school-aged children who are free of any diagnosis of psychiatric disorders. Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire, Parenting Style Questionnaire, Children's Depression Inventory, Marital Satisfaction Scale, Beck's Depression Inventory were administered to all children and their mothers. Results: The parents of ADHD children showed more aggressive/hostile, neglecting/indifferent and less warm/affectionate parenting styles to their children than those of the depression and control groups. The depressive group perceived their parents as more rejecting than the control groups. Conclusion: The externalizing symptoms of ADHD might provoke parental distress and make it difficult for the parents to show positive rearing attitude toward their children. The depressive children might be more sensitive and perceptive to the negative sign of their parents' rearing attitude.

어머니의 우울과 양육행동이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mother's Depression and Parenting Behavior on Children's Problem Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 유아의 문제행동에 대한 어머니의 우울과 어머니의 양육행동 유형의 상대적 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울특별시와 경기도 유치원과 어린이집의 만 3~5세 유아와 그들의 어머니 203명이며, 우울증 척도(Beck Depression Inventory: BDI), 어머니 양육행동 척도(Maternal Behavior Research Instrument), 한국판 유아행동평가 척도 부모용(K-CBCL)을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 하였고, 단계적 중다회귀(Stepwise Multi-Regression)을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 내재화 문제행동 및 외현화 문제행동은 어머니의 우울, 거부적, 통제적 양육행동과는 정적 상관을 보였으며, 어머니의 애정적, 자율적 양육행동과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 또한 유아의 내재화, 외현화 문제행동에 대한 어머니의 우울과 양육행동 유형별 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 어머니의 우울이 가장 강력한 예측변인이라는 연구결과가 나타났으며, 어머니의 양육행동 중 거부적 양육행동이 추가적인 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아의 문제행동에 대한 어머니의 우울 감소 프로그램 및 거부적 양육행동과 같은 부정적 양육행동의 감소를 위한 부모교육의 필요성을 시사한다.

가상 커뮤니티 이용 욕구(needs)와 행위(behavior)에 관한 연구: 대학생들의 인터넷 카페 이용을 중심으로 (A Study of Needs and Behavior on a Virtual Community: Focused on College Student's Internet Cafe Activities)

  • 본 논문은 가상 커뮤니티 이용과 관련된 이용 욕구(needs) 유형들을 살펴보고 이용행위에 영향을 미치는 동기적 그리고 비동기적 요인들이 성별에 따라 차이가 있는지 여부를 분석하고 있다. 또한 동기적 요인인 이용 욕구와 비동기적 요인인 '지각된 행위통제(perceived behavior control)'에 따른 가상 커뮤니티 이용 행위 과정을 살펴보고자 하였다. 가상 커뮤니티와 관련된 연구문제들을 위해서 인터넷 카페와 동호회 활동을 하는 230명의 지역 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었다. 연구결과에 의하면 가상 커뮤니티 이용 욕구로 '관계지향성 욕구', '오락 욕구, 그리고 '도구적 욕구' 요인이 추출되었다. 그러나 이용 욕구나 '지각된 행위통제'에 대한 성별 변인의 영향은 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가상 커뮤니티 이용 행위와 관련된 경로분석은 동기적 요인이 비동기적 요인보다 행위에 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 보여주었다. 또한 동기적 요인 가운데 오락적 욕구는 이용 행위에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정보기술을 통한 공동체 회복이 가능한가에 대해 다소 부정적인 결과를 보여주는 것이다.

놀이를 통한 부모교육 프로그램이 어머니-자녀 관계 증진에 미치는 효과 (The Effectiveness of the Parent Education Program through Play in Improving the Relationships between Mothers and Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the parent education program through play to improve the relationships between mothers and children. The subject of this study consisted of 30 mothers with 4-7 aged child attending S-day-care center located in Ik-San. In order to examine the effectiveness of the parent education program through play, two groups were divided into 15 participants each. The experimental group participated in the parent education program for total 8 sessions(2 sessions per week over the 4 weeks) while the control group didn't. The instrument were 'Maternal Affection & Control Resources Scale developed by Cho, Bok Hee(1991) and 'Teacher-Child relationship Scale' by Pinata & Steinberg. Teacher-Child relationship Scale was modified to be appropriate for use with this program. Parental acceptance level was measured by modified Parental Acceptance Scale (P.P.A.S.) by porter(1954). The data were analyzed by SPSSWIN program. The statistical methods for data analysis were frequency, t-test. paired t-test. The main results of this study were as follows : First, the mothers who participated in the parent education program through play showed improvement in affectionate attitudes than before. Second, the mothers who participated in the parent education program through play have been improved in familiarity and have been decreased in conflict of relationships of mother-child than those who did not participated in. Third, the mothers who participated in parent education program through play improve the recognition on respect to children's emotion, emotional expression right, uniqueness of children's temperament and needs to children's independency and autonomy.

주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동 어머니의 대상관계와 부모양육행동 (The Relationship between Object Relations and Parenting Behavior of Mothers of ADHD Children)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to compare the object relations and parenting behavior of the mothers of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with that of the mothers with normal children. Methods : In this study, we studied 64 mothers of children who were diagnosed with ADHD and 90 mothers of normal children. The mothers completed the Bell Object Relations Inventory (BORI), the Parenting Behavior Inventory (PBI), the Parenting Stress Index (PSI) and the Parenting Sense of Competence (PSOC) scale. Results : As compared with the mothers of normal children, the mothers of children with ADHD showed significantly different results for the parenting stress and parenting efficacy. For parenting behavior, the mothers of children with ADHD perceived their mothering as being more neglectful. On the other hand, the mothers of the normal control group perceived their mothering as being more affectionate and the fathers as being more reasonable and monitoring. Conclusion : This study suggests there is a significant difference of object relation between the mothers of children with ADHD and the mothers with normal children. The object relation pathology of the mothers of children with ADHD might contribute to impaired parenting behavior. The result of the present study indicate that inadequate grandparental rearing behavior affects the insecure object relation of their child (the mother), and a mother's insecure object relation affects their parental stress and parenting efficacy.

  • Objectives : This study examined maternal object relations, child's and mother's perception on rearing attitude, and children's self-esteem in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and their mothers. Methods : 64 children with ADHD and their mothers were included in the study group. In the control group, there were 85 children and their mothers. Mothers completed the following tests : Bell object relation inventory (BORI), maternal behavior research instrument (MBRI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and Korean ADHD Rating Scale (K-ARS). Children completed Children's Report of Parental Behavior Inventory (CRPBI) and Rosenberg self-esteem scale. Results : Mothers of ADHD children displayed more rejecting and controlling parenting style than mothers in the control group. ADHD children showed lower self-esteem and perceived their parents as not affectionate, but rejecting and controlling. Mothers with ADHD children who belonged to object relations pathological group showed more rejecting rearing attitude and their children believed that they were more controlling, compared with children and mothers in other conditions. Among factors in mother's object relations, insecure attachment and ego-centricity impacted the rearing attitude. In turn, affective rearing attitude mainly influenced children's self-esteem. Conclusion : This study suggests that the approach focused on mother's object relations may help with the treatment of children with ADHD.

간호대학생의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on Factors Influencing Quality of Life of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 경로모형 연구이다. 연구대상은 B시와 G시에 소재하고 있는 간호학과 재학중인 학생 209명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 Amos 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 삶의 질에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변수로는 건강상태, 스트레스였으며, 스트레스에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변수는 경제상태, 건강상태로 확인되었다. 즉, 경제상태가 낮을수록(${\beta}=-,067$ p=.030), 건강상태가 나쁠수록(${\beta}=-.109$, p=.003) 스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 건강상태가 좋을수록(${\beta}=.083$, p=.013) 스트레스가 적을수록(${\beta}=.-213$, p=.001) 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 정보적 지지와 정서적 지지를 고려한 교육 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 하겠다.

부모의 양육태도와 아동의 구강보건 행동의 관련성 (The Relation Between Parenting Attitudes and Child's Oral Health Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 구강관리습관이 형성되는 초등학교 저학년 학생들에게 부모의 양육태도가 구강보건행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 초등학교 저학년 366명으로 하였고 연구도구는 본 목적에 적합하도록 수정·보완된 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하였다. 부모의 양육태도와 초등학교 저학년 구강보건행동은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 특히 애정적, 자율적, 합리적 양육태도가 구강보건행동과 높은 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 구강보건행동 영향 요인 확인을 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 부모의 양육태도 하위변수인 애정-적대가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 따라서 부모의 양육태도가 아동의 구강건강행동과 연관성이 있으므로 이를 접목하여 향상시킬 수 있는 구강보건교육 활성화 방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

학교 교육과정에서 종교교육의 개념모형 탐색 (A inquiry into the Conceptual model of religious education in school curriculum)

  • This paper is to inquiry into the conceptual model of religious education in school curriculum focused on 7th revised curriculum, subject matter and teacher training system. We have to consider the related variables for the operation of school curriculum: student, school, teacher. In school curricula of Korea, religious education can be practiced as a elective course of subject, discretion activity and special activity, latent curriculum etc. And also it should be considered student's right of option and autonomy of private school, because at least those are the important variables effect upon the religious education in school curriculum. Now I'd like to abstract results of this paper as followed. First, it should be considered student's right of option for religious education in private school curriculum. But at this case, also under the name of education it should be justified precondition of purpose, content, approach method. If not, it easy to access to pejorative meaning as a religious indoctrination. Second, in case of conflict between student and school, I think that a proper method is to adjust the related variables. Third, if the purpose of religious education in school based on religiosity, it can be cover the understanding of religious culture, affectionate domain of religiosity, behavioral religiosity. Finally, in order to accomplish such an conceptual model of religious education in school, it should be set a condition for teacher training system, subject matter etc.

청년의 형제자매 온정 및 갈등 관련 요인 성별 다층모형 분석: 형제자매 및 부모자녀 특성을 중심으로 (A Multilevel Approach to Sibling Warmth and Conflict among Korean Young Adults by Gender: Roles of Sibling and Parent-Child Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine which sibling and parent-child characteristics were associated with siblisng warmth and conflict among Korean young adults. The data came from an online survey of Koreans aged 19-34 years who had at least one sibling and two living parents. We conducted a multilevel regression analysis using data from 193 men with 305 siblings and 203 women with 286 siblings. The results showed that, for men, the levels of warmth were higher when the sibling was younger, when they received more frequent financial and instrumental support from the sibling, and when maternal favoritism was relatively lower. Women reported higher levels of warmth when the sibling was a sister, when they provided more frequent support for the sibling, when they had a more affectionate relationship with the mother, and when paternal favoritism was lower. As for sibling conflict, the number of siblings was positively associated with the levels of conflict among both men and women. Maternal affection was negatively related with conflict for men, and paternal favoritism was positively related to conflict for women. Interestingly, women's sibling warmth and conflict were both higher when the sibling was a sister, which meant that relationships between sisters tended to be ambivalent. This study contributes to our understandings of Koreans' sibling relationships in young adulthood.
