일부 병원행정직의 조직시민행동과 관련된 융복합 요인의 관련성 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between the Convergence Factors Related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Some Hospital Administrative Staffs)

  • 본 논문은 병원행정직원의 조직시민행동과 관련된 융복합적인 요인을 찾아보고자 시도되었다. 설문조사는 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하여 임의로 선정된 J지역 22개 병원의 행정직원 274명에 대하여 시행되었다. 설문조사 기간은 2019년 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지 약 한 달간 소요되었다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 조직공정성의 하위영역인 절차공정성이 높을수록, 집단내신뢰가 높을수록, 조직헌신도가 높을수록 조직시민행동이 높았으며, 이들의 설명력은 41.9%이었다. 이러한 분석결과를 볼 때, 병원행정직원의 조직시민행동을 높이기 위해서는 조직공정성의 하위영역인 절차공정성 및 분배공정성을 높이고, 집단내신뢰를 높이고, 조직헌신도를 높이는 노력이 필요하다. 이상의 결과는 병원행정직원의 조직시민행동을 높이는 의료기관의 인적자원관리 및 산업보건교육에 활용이 기대된다. 추후연구에서는 병원행정직원의 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 구조방정식 모형의 수립이 필요하다.

평생교육기관 교육서비스품질이 성인학습자의 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Educational Service Quality of Lifelong Education Institutions on Job Preparation Behavior of Adult Learners)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the educational service quality of lifelong education institutions on the job preparation behavior of adult learners, and to suggest important factors that enhance the job preparation behavior of adult learners and ways to contribute to the improvement of educational service quality. Methods: In this study, 260 adult learners using lifelong educational institutions located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were statistically analyzed with SPSS 22.0 as a study sample. Results: First, lecturer expertise, educational environment, educational programs, and administrative services of instructors, which are sub-factors of educational service quality, were all adopted as positive (+) influences on educational satisfaction. Second, the lecturer expertise and educational programs were adopted due to the positive (+) effect on job search efficacy, but the educational environment and administrative services were rejected. Third, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job search efficacy. Fourth, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job preparation behavior. Fifth, job search efficacy was adopted as a positive effect on job preparation behavior. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it suggests that educational satisfaction and job search efficacy are important variables for adult learners using lifelong education institutions, and provides basic data on variables necessary to increase their job effectiveness in a rapidly changing job environment.

Effect of Consulting on Microcredit Repayment in Korea

  • This study examines the effect of a one-on-one outsourced pre-lending consulting service on the repayment behavior of microcredit borrowers in Korea with administrative data from the Smile Microcredit Bank. A random change in the cut-off loan amount for mandatory consulting is utilized as an identification strategy. This three-day pre-lending business consulting service is effective in encouraging repayment behavior of existing businesses but it has no significant effect on start-up loans. The effectiveness of the consulting service in deterring delinquency with regard to existing loans is greater among male borrowers than among females.

병원 행정직의 직무스트레스와 관련된 요인 (Factors Related to Occupational Stress among Hospital Administrative Staff)

  • 본 연구는 병원행정직 근무자들의 직무스트레스와 관련된 요인들을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 전라북도 지역의 30개 병원에서 임의로 선정된 재직자 189명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2014년 6월 1일부터 두달 동안에 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 남성보다는 여성에서, A형 행동유형 점수가 높을수록, 우연신념이 높을수록, 외적통제신념이 낮을수록, 자아존중감이 낮을수록, 사회심리적 스트레스 수준이 높을수록, 우울수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 유의하게 높았으며, 투입된 변수들의 설명력은 55.8%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 병원행정직 근무자들의 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해서는 A형 행동유형 및 통제신념을 관리하고, 자아존중감을 높이고, 사회심리적 스트레스 및 우울수준울 낮추는 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

지역 보건서비스의 산출에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Determinants of the Community Health Service Utilization)

  • This study focuses on the determinants of the community health service utilization. Theories suggest seven models for community health service utilization, which are divided largely into two groups such as Health Service Supply Model and Health Service Demand Model: Supply Model includes Medical Implements Model, Personnel and Budget Model, Management System Model, Staffs' Behavior Model, Service Quality Model; Demand Model includes Area Model and Clients' Characteristics Model. This paper tests how the above models influence on the community health service utilization. After interviewing some administrative staffs of the Community Health Service Center at Pusan, questionnaires were made and mailed to the staffs of 198 Korean Community Health Service Center as a universe, among which from 98 centers we got response. Analyzing the data from the questionnaires, we found "the number of personnels in the health service center" and "demands for medical service" as important variables to affect the utilization of the community health service center. These two variables are typical factors representing Supply Model and Demand Model each. However, the variables selected from Management System Model, Administrative Behavior Model, Service Quality Model and Area model are not significant in a statistical sense. The paper suggests that to recruit the personnels, especially nurses, and to make out the demands of the clients for health service be the precedent conditions to increase the utilization of the Community Health Service Centers in Korea.ce Centers in Korea.

항공안전법상 운항규정의 사법적 판단에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Judicial Judgment of Flight Regulations under the Aviation Safety Act)

  • The traditional safety management method starts with the misconception that similar accidents will recur if the inappropriate behavior of the person who caused the accident is investigated and punishment is not judged. However, in modern safety management, incidents or situations occur when negative conditions latent in the system are mutually influenced and triggered. The precedent for revoking the disposition of suspension of first officer A of Eastar Jet, which won a legal lawsuit against the administrative regulatory authority, is a representative example that will serve as an opportunity for the administrative regulatory authority to break away from the punishment-oriented safety management method of the past. On the other hand, airmans and air carriers also need to have a clear understanding of flight regulations, and when judicial judgment is required, predictable and effective legal effects can be obtained by preparing clear standards for flight regulations. In addition, administrative regulatory authorities expect a change from the punishment-oriented safety management policy of the past to a systematic safety management policy.

학령후기 아동의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Health Promotion Behaviors of Upper Grade Elementary Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting health promotion behaviors of upper grade elementary students. Methods: A descriptive study was carried out with 282 fifth or sixth elementary school students from two cities, Korea. Data were collected using self-administrative questionnaires containing items on health knowledge, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and health promotion behavior, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant positive correlations between health promotion behavior and health knowledge (r=.36, p<.001), attitudes (r=.41, p<.001), subjective norms (r=.36, p<.001), perceived behavior control (r=.49, p<.001). Perceived behavior control (${\beta}=.38$, p<.001), health knowledge (${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), perceived health status - good (${\beta}=.15$, p=.005) were significant factors affecting health promotion behavior and explained 31%(F=43.29, p<.001) of variance. Conclusion: Results indicate that level of health promotion behavior is appropriate and perceived behavior control is the most important factor for health promotion behavior among the predictors. These findings also suggest that it is necessary to promote perceived behavior control and health knowledge in developing health promotion intervention programs for these students, as well as a need to strengthen education on sex behavior and health, accident prevention and first aid.

병원행정직의 직무소진과 관련된 융복합적 요인 (Convergent Factors Related to Job Burnout among Hospital Administrative Staff)

  • 본 연구는 병원행정직의 직무소진(MBI-GS: Maslach Bunout Inventory-General Survey)과 관련된 융복합적 요인들을 조사하고자 수행되었다. 조사대상은 임의로 선정된 J지역 9개 종합병원의 재직자 201명으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2017년 7월 3일부터 2017년 7월 29일까지 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 조직헌신(OCQ: Organizational Commitment Questionnaire) 점수가 낮을수록, A형행동유형(TABP: Type A Behavior Pattern) 점수가 높을수록, 우울수준(CES-D: Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale)이 높을수록 직무소진이 높았으며 이들의 설명력은 52.1%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 병원행정직의 직무소진을 낮추기 위해서는 조직헌신을 높이고, A형행동유형과 우울수준을 낮추는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 병원행정직의 직무소진을 낮추는 프로그램 및 인적자원관리에 활용이 기대된다. 향후연구에서는 병원행정직의 직무소진에 영향을 미치는 추가요인에 대한 구조방정식 모형의 분석이 필요하다.

학교내 영상정보처리기기 업무 처리 실태 및 개선을 위한 소고 : 세종시 공립학교 공문서 처리행태를 중심으로 (Perception of CCTV operation through administrative action in schools : Focus on public schools in Sejong)

  • 본 연구는 학교 안전 관련 관심과 대응 정책이 증대되는 시점에 학교 내 CCTV 운영 사례를 바탕으로 교사와 행정직원들의 CCTV에 대한 행동양태를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 교직원의 공문처리 행태변화를 가져올 수 있는 교육당국의 여러 시도를 통해 드러난 주요 시사점을 비교분석하였다. 학교급별·교직원별 영상정보처리기기관련 업무 배분을 정량적인 자료, 즉 공문처리에 의한 행정행위의 결과를 원시자료로써 활용하면서 변화를 파악하였다. 교육청 공문서에 의해 단위학교의 행동양태의 유의미한 변화가 있음을 발견하였다. 첫째 학교급별로 개인정보 관련 공문처리자 지정 시 행태의 변화도가 높았다. 둘째 유치원을 대상으로 한 유아안전관련 공문처리자 지정 시 공문서에 의한 변화도가 낮았다. 학교급별 교직원의 CCTV 업무 처리행태를 공문서 접수처리를 통해 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 학교 내 민감한 주제인 CCTV(영상정보처리기기) 업무에 대한 주제를 선정하였으며, 진행된 자료나 조사 내용은 구체적인 상기주제를 다룬 행정 절차와 관련 규정 등의 내용이다. CCTV(영상정보처리기기 업무)라는 민감한 주제를 통해 발생할 수 있는 갈등 해결책 모색을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구결과는 교육청과 학교현장의 명확한 업무분장을 위하여 유용하게 활용할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), and the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior as well as to test the moderating effects of the Locus of Control(LOC) as the personal characteristics variable. The sample for this study consisted of 356 administrative employees from 18 universities located in Chung-Nam Province. Cronbach's alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for the statistical methods. The practical implications of the findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.
