This paper proposes a new identification method to be able to meet the design specifications. By introducing a controller factor in Pade apporximation of the previous system identification algorithm, relationships between system identification and design specifications are obtained through the Ziegler-Nickels tuning rule.

Following the collaborator meetings report towards practical engineering education at universities(June 2010), the Pioneering University Reform Project supported by The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology(MEXT) of Japan solicited opinions from industry, professional associations, and academia on the goals of the individual fields, as well as common goals, that could be adaptable and applicable for a broad range of universities and curricula. This paper gives an overview of two surveys that were conducted, as well as a summary of the mechanical engineering goals as an example of the individual fields.

As the effective use of information has gained greater attention over the decade, various conventional AI techniques have been applied to develop expert systems for business applications. Case-based reasoning (CBR) makes data more accessible by organizing it as a set of examples from past experience that can be generalized and applied to current problems. This paper illustrates basic concepts of CBR and addresses the system discussed in this paper can provide a basis for building more flexible and adaptable expert systems for business applications.

본 논문에서는 온라인 신문을 보는 사용자의 취향을 평가하고 취향에 맞는 인터페이스를 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다 신문사, 분류, 키워드 등의 평가요소에 대한 사용자 데이터의 중요도를 이용해 퍼지 측도$\square$적분으로 취향을 평가하여 해당되는 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 추천 받은 인터페이스에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 요소의 선택 빈도와 기사 읽은 시간 그리고 읽은 기사의 수로부터 추론하여 평가하고, 추론된 만족도에 의해 중요도를 변경시킴으로써 변화하는 사용자의 취향에 적응하는 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper, to determine process dynamic characteristics, the correlation method for measuring the impulse response of process using a pseudo-random binary signal as the test signal instead of white noise was studied. The error caused by using the signal of Mesquence signal generator which was built up by the authors was analysed. Experments were performed on the 1st and 2nd order lag systems and the results were in good coincidence with theoretical values. It is expected that applying these results, it may be possible to develop a continuous measuring method adaptable to modern control systems.

많은 웹 기반 정보시스템은 다양한 클라이언트 장치와 사용자, 사용자 작업에 대한 시스템 유저 인터페이스의 적합성을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 개발자가 high-level mark-up 언어를 사용하여 다양한 장치와 사용자, 사용자 작업에 적합한 웹 기반 인터페이스를 명세할 수 있도록 하는 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 시스템을 통한 단일 인터페이스 명세는 실행 시에 다양한 웹 장치에 대한 인터페이스를 자동으로 제공함으로써 시스템 개발에 유연성과 일관성을 부여할 수 있게 된다.

This paper suggests system development method with extended user participation. Context diagram, event diagram, information diagram, management diagram and interface STD are staple products. This method introduces interface STD, management diagram and context diagram with administrator as relator. We adapted to research business of professor and ATM(Automatic Teller machine), when it can be adaptable to business-oriented system.
