Due to dramatic changes in the trend of corporate management in economics, labor and government, companies are being asked to adapt creative and innovative organizational culture in order to keep sustainability. Under the circumstances, flexible working hour becomes one of very effective method for organization culture improvement. Recently, M company has introduced the new policy of working hours that employees can choose a couple of different time options depending on their personal situations. And it turns out to be very effective to work & life balance, increasing organizational vitality, improving efficiency of business and productivity, recruitment of core human resources, and prevention of deviation; both team and personal performance levels has significantly improved. Therefore, it is highly recommended to adapt flexible working policies for companies seeking for a long term, sustainable corporate vision.

Experts have designed popular and successful model architectures, which, however, were not the optimal option for different scenarios. Despite the remarkable performances achieved by deep neural networks, manually designed networks for classification tasks are the backbone of object detection. One major challenge is the ImageNet pre-training of the search space representation; moreover, the searched network incurs huge computational cost. Therefore, to overcome the obstacle of the pre-training process, we introduce a network adaptation technique using a pre-trained backbone model tested on ImageNet. The adaptation method can efficiently adapt the manually designed network on ImageNet to the new object-detection task. Neural architecture search (NAS) is adopted to adapt the architecture of the network. The adaptation is conducted on the MobileNetV2 network. The proposed NAS is tested using SSDLite detector. The results demonstrate increased performance compared to existing network architecture in terms of search cost, total number of adder arithmetics (Madds), and mean Average Precision(mAP). The total computational cost of the proposed NAS is much less than that of the State Of The Art (SOTA) NAS method.

While economic incentives have led to migration, the failure to adapt to a new city and to ease the financial burden to support families have raised migrants' intention to return to their hometowns. Using the 2016 China Migrants Dynamic Survey, this study investigates determinants of migrants' intention to return. Migration at a young age, which is associated with lower barriers to the new culture, and intraprovince migration requiring less effort to adapt to the new city, were associated with lower intention to return. Also, migrants with less burden to support a family tend to have a higher intention to return to rural hometowns. Specifically, migrants with children over 18 years old and fewer family members are likely to return to their hometowns. To revitalize rural economy and reduce the rural-urban disparity, a policy to support migrants with high intention to return will be needed.

최근 대학교육은 내용중심 교육에서 학생들에게 지식의 전달보다는 학생 스스로 지식을 발견하고 이를 적용할 수 있는 능력을 배양하는 학습자중심 교육으로 변화하면서 학생들의 인지적, 정서적 발달을 중요시하게 되었다. 또한 대학의 양적인 팽창과 교수들의 연구업적 평가의 강화, 대학조직의 학부제로의 전환으로 인해 대학생들의 성공적인 대학생활 적응이 각 대학에서 중요한 사안으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 대학교육의 흐름에 따라 학생에게 필요한 학사관련 정보제공 뿐 아니라, 학생의 잠재력 개발과 진로 및 생애계획을 통합적으로 지도하여 대학생활의 적응을 돕는 학사지도제도가 대학교육의 중요한 분야로 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 학사지도제도의 정착화를 이루고 있는 미국대학의 학사지도제도를 살펴보고, 동국대학교 파라미타칼리지의 학사지도제도 운영현황을 알아봄으로써 국내대학의 학사지도제도 체계화 및 구축방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

This study focused on the adjustment of family living culture in relation to women who have immigrated for marriage. Specifically, it sought to determine how Vietnamese immigrant women understand and adapt to the culture of family life in Seoul, Korea. The investigation was conducted from 2 May to 30 May 2014, with 28 Vietnamese immigrant women as participants. Personal, family, social, and cultural factors affecting family life and culture were considered. It was determined that Vietnamese women can easily adapt to life in Korea to provide; the results of the material analysis are described below. First, Vietnamese immigrant women are satisfied with their economic life in Korea. In Vietnam, women have the right to marry Korean men if they want to. Vietnamese women are encouraged to marry want to marry a Korean man. Because they are satisfied with the present marriage. Second, migrant women learn to adapt to South Korean culture and food. However, cultural differences between a woman's husband and mother-in-law can become a source of conflict. Third, children of multicultural families easily accept Vietnamese people, since they are educated to do so through their Vietnamese mothers Vietnamese woman wants to teach their children the Vietnamese food and culture. Fourth, the Vietnamese immigrant women also participate in multicultural family support centers and communities. They want to become productive members of society through employment opportunities in South Korea. Fifth, the cultural and welfare policies of the government should be carried on so that migrant women are able to study cultural adaptation. This case study examined difficulties that Vietnamese immigrant women have in adjusting to life and culture in Korea. The findings could be used as a resource to help Vietnamese women living in Korea.

Purpose: This descriptive phenomenological study aimed to explore the lived experience and meaning of pregnant women's adaptation. Methods: Ten pregnant women from an ongoing Pregnant Couples' Cohort Study agreed to participate in this study. The data were collected through telephone in-depth interviews regarding what they experienced and felt about pregnancy adaptation. The qualitative data were analyzed using Giorgi's method of descriptive phenomenology. Results: Five core situation components were extracted from the raw data, along with 12 themes and 33 focal meanings. The five core situations were 1) first recognizing the pregnancy, 2) pregnancy-related changes, (3) the upcoming birth, 4) the postpartum period, and 5) parenting. The 12 themes were as follows: "anxiety, pressure, and embarrassment due to pregnancy," "efforts to adapt to physical changes," "efforts to adapt to the psychological difficulties of pregnancy," "efforts to adapt to the financial burden and role changes caused by pregnancy," "connecting with the fetus," "adapting to a new marital relationship centering on the baby," "the frustration of childbirth," "fear of childbirth," "postpartum care, need help with lactation planning," "parenting beyond what I imagined," "dad's willingness to participate in parenting," and "career disconnect and consideration of workplace needs." Conclusion: We identified that pregnant women experience adaptation in physical, psychological, relational, and social aspects. The thematic clusters identified can be used to develop nursing interventions to promote women's adaptation to pregnancy.

In this paper, we establish a multiple existence result of T-periodic solutions for the semilinear parabolic boundary value problem with sublinear growth nonlinearities. We adapt sub-supersolution scheme and topological argument based on variational structure of functionals.
