Over-weight vehicles give the structure of the road an impact overly and shorten the life of the pavements. But unfortuntely so far there has been no clear regulation to implement over weight vehicles. So I suggest that the fining should be evaluated differently according to the size of axle loads. In addition I adapt our study to Pusan city and propose an adequate regulation against over weigtht vehicles.

Advances in information technology (IT) are becoming one of the most significant driving forces changing the structure of global financial management. This phenomenon is occurring in all industries ; the hotel industry is no exception and must quickly adapt to this new trend. This study discusses IT investment in the hospitality industry with a particular emphasis on assessing the value of IT investment and its investment strategy.

In this paper, we first adapt Runge's Theorem to work on certain domains in any complex Banach space. Then, using this result, we extend Birkhoff's Theorem on the hypercyclicity of translations on $H(\mathbb{C})$ and Costakis' and Sambarino's result on the existence of common hypercyclic functions for uncountable families of translations on $H(\mathbb{C})$ to subs paces of $H_b(E)$ (in some cases all of $H_{b}$(E)), E being in a large class of Banach spaces.

Music query by humming is a challenging problem since the humming signal inevitably contains much variation and inaccuracy. In this paper, we suggest an algorithm for querying a wanted song from music database by humming its melody. In order to suit or adapt the inaccurate peoples humming, a new melody representation technique is proposed. Our algorithm is basically a pitch and duration information-based one and performs fairly well. 85% of correct query rate of the song is achieved for the top 3 matches when tested with 20 songs.

Neural network models, also known as connectionist models or PDP models, simulate some functions of the brain and may promise to give insight in understanding the cognitive brain functions. The models composed of neuron-like elements that are linked into circuits can learn and adapt to its environment in a trial and error fashion. In this article, the history and principles of the neural network modeling are briefly reviewed, and its applications to psychiatry are discussed.

The trend of well-being image in this 21st century has been developed by issuing 'Health and Long life' integrating the quality. We are characterize the colors of the nature with emotional feelings of Korean people with respect to Korea four seasons and adapt it into choosing subtle colors in interior design for the good space of well-being image.

This paper describer a design expert system which determines the design values of shadow mask using Case-Based Reasoning. In Case-Based Reasoning, it is important to both retrieve similar cases and adapt the cases to meet the design specifications exactly. Especially, the difficulty in automating the adaptation process will prevent the designers from using the design expert systems efficiently and easily. This paper explains knowledge-based design support systems for shadow mask through neural network-based case adaptation. Specifically, we developed 1) representing design knowledge and 2) adaptive case-based reasoning method using RBFN (Radial Basis Function Network).
