  • 최근 세월호 침몰사고 등 대규모재난이 끊이지 않고 발생하고 있는 실정이며, 재난현장에서 피해를 감소시키기 위해 대응기관 간 신속한 정보의 전달, 공유는 피해의 규모를 결정하는 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 그러나 긴급하게 대응활동을 실시해야 하는 재난현장에서 재난대응기관 간 적절한 통신이 이루어지지 못하는 상황이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 위기관리체계 확립을 위해 각 기관 간 통신방법, 무선망 등의 운영 실태에 대하여 주목을 하였고, 각 기관의 현황, 업무의 내용파악 등을 통하여 효율적이고 효과적인 통신망 구축방안을 제시하였다.

구성주의 학습이론을 적용한 패션 테크니컬 디자인 교육 모형 (Fashion technical design education models applying the constructivism learning theory)

  • This study aimed to develop methods for technical design education that can be intimately connected to the industrial field. For this, technical design jobs performed in the fields of the domestic and foreign fashion industries and their required competences were examined, and educational methods based on constructivism were proposed. Korean fashion technical designers' works were identified, and then the fashion technical designer's responsibilities and qualifications were collected and analyzed from global employment sites. On the basis of the collection and analysis, hands-on staff members and education experts were interviewed about required competences for the actual business and possible suitable methods for education. The results of research showed that in the case of the US, job systems and relevant duties for technical designers were clearly defined by clothing brands, whereas in Korea, businesses were systematized around vendors, not brands, and as a result the businesses of technical package composition and specification proposals were not performed properly. This study organized the contents of technical design education into fit development and specification, the composition of technical design packages, the evaluation and approval of samples, fit schedule management and fitting, block pattern setting and pattern correction, sewing specifications appropriate for styles and materials, grading, technical terms, and production management. As for the technical design education models, the cognitive apprenticeship model, resource-based learning, the problem-based and anchored model, and the problem-based and resource-based models were proposed.

해군 고정익조종사의 비행 훈련 주기에 따른 비행 효과 분석 (Analysis of Flight Performance and Efficiency according tothe Number of Consecutive Flight of Navy Pilots)

  • In the case of the Navy, if some of the co-pilots are included in the long-term promotion process due to the limited number of co-pilots, operational flight and administrative tasks will be added to the co-pilots not included in the rest of the Pilot in commander process. Therefore, to solve this problem, the co-pilot who has passed the PQS step-by-step process minimizes the personnel gap in the flight operation unit through a system that evaluates whether it is possible to perform its duties as a co-pilot through actual flight after entering the school. The advantage of the PQS course is that you can control flight plans on your own and minimize gaps in flight and ground work while carrying out the curriculum, but you can't focus on education or improve your skills due to irregular training flight cycles. Therefore, in this study, after collecting opinions on effective flight cycles through a survey of pilots of P-3C, the Navy's fixed-wing aircraft representative, we will analyze the association of aircraft volume performance by flight cycle to derive the optimal flight cycle of the P-3C pilot course.

중소규모 화학업종을 위한 자율점검표 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Self-Checklists for Small and Medium-Sized Chemical Industries)

  • Major industrial accidents in which workers die due to fires or explosions while working at chemical substance handling workplaces continue to occur. Among the major industrial accidents that occurred between 2005 and 2021, the accident status by work situation and equipment was analyzed. Through analysis, it was confirmed that storage, reaction, and piping facilities were the main causes of the accident, and a self-checklist for each facility was developed. Verification was conducted through the supply and use groups to evaluate the suitability of the use, duties, and items of the self-checklist. The user group showed higher satisfaction than the supplier group for all three suitability of use, job, and item. In particular, since the inspection items of the self-checklist were organized around the cause of the accident derived through the analysis of actual accident cases, the satisfaction level was high in all groups. It is expected that the self-checklist developed through this study will be useful not only for large companies but also for small and medium-sized chemical industries that lack professional manpower.

호계(虎溪) 신적도(申適道)의 의리사상과 그 사상적 토대 (Hogye Sinjukdo's thoughts of righteousness and its foundations)

  • 호계(虎溪) 신적도(申適道)(1574-1663)는 정묘, 병자호란시 의성지역의 의병장으로 활동한 창의지사(倡義之士)이다. 그는 평생을 벼슬하지 않고 산림에 은둔해 있던 산림처사로서 정묘, 병자년 두차례나 기의(起義)하였으며, 병자년의 굴욕적인 강화 이후 미곡(薇谷)에 은둔하여 책을 읽고 후생을 교육하는 것으로 여생을 보냄으로써 유가적인 의리실천을 행동으로 보여주었다. 호계는 당시 관학의 지위에 있던 주자학을 의리와 강상의 실천을 중심으로 이해하고, 그것의 구체적인 실천은 군신부자의 윤리에 근본하여 효제충신의 실천을 다하는 것에 있을 뿐이라고 생각하였다. 따라서 의리란 간위(艱危)의 때에 오직 자식은 효를 위해 죽고 신하는 충을 위해 죽는 것임을 강조하고, 이런 의리정신이 바로 임란 때 왜병을 물리친 정신이었으며, 그 정신으로 당시의 외적을 물리쳐야함을 역설하였던 것이다. 이런 그의 의리실천은 인간의 도덕성에 기초하여 인륜과 강상을 실천하는 것을 핵심으로 하는 조선유학의 도학정신에 기초하고 있다. 또한 그의 존명의리의 실천은 당시 조선인이 가지고 있던 문화적인 자부심에 기초한 소중화의식과 그 사상적 토대로서의 도덕중심적이며 인륜중심적인 조선유학의 특징을 잘 보여준다. 나아가 호계에게서 보여진 이런 우리 민족의 자부심과 인륜과 강상을 지켜나간다는 도덕의식은 이후 조선말의 위기에 척사위정운동 및 의병활동, 민족종교운동 등으로 전개될 수 있는 바탕이었다는 점에서 조선조 유학이 지닌 사회, 역사적인 의미를 확인 할 수 있다.

시간제 간호사 및 인턴간호사의 직무만족도에 관한 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Job Satisfaction of Part-time Nurses and Internship Nurses)

  • Recently, Korean health care industry managers are paying more attention to customer oriented service, the rationalization of business administration, and quality control of service to adjust their business to outer environment since IMF bailout program. They are focusing on the cost reduction through remodeling the size and structure of man power, viz. labor flexibility. Nurses are not free from this juncture and contingent nurses are increasing fast. This article intends to verify the actual condition of two types of contingent nurses -part-time nurses and internship nurses-and to compare their job satisfaction to provide basic resource for efficient management of nurse man power. The concrete goals of this article are; Firstly, to verify the actual condition of their employment. Secondly, to compare their job satisfaction. And Thirdly, to the relation between employment condition and job satisfaction. To accomplish these research goals, a statistical survey was executed, in which 384 questionnaires - 66 for manager nurses, 318 for contingent nurses-were given to nurses working at 66 general hospitals-which have at least 100 beds-in Seoul. Among them, 121 questionnaires-of 28 general hospitals-were returned. Then, the data coded and submitted to mean, standard deviation, T-test, variance analysis (ANOVA), correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis with SAS program. The research results of the contingent nurses are followings: 1. Two types of contingent nurses shows similar age spans: they are mostly 21 - 30 years old and unmarried. But internship nurses have high level of educational career. Part - time nurses spread at general beds, out -patient part, intensive care part, operation part, etc, but internship nurses work mostly at general beds. 2. Two groups shows difference in actual employment condition: average employment career of part -time nurses is 7.0 months but internship nurses' is 2.0 months: average duty-on days per month of part - time nurses are 23.7 days but internship nurses' are 24.8 days. But there are little difference in average working time per day: 7.7 hours for part -time nurses and 0 hours for internship nurses. 3. The average wage per month for part -time nurses is 836,026 won but for internship nurses is 557,428 won-66.7% of part-time nurses'. Both groups are enjoying little additional pay. 4. Both groups are getting job not so much through advertisement of newspaper or hospitals as through acquainted person or college. 5. Both groups show very high level of job satisfaction: 3.2195 for part -time nurses and 3.2881 for internship nurses. But they show very low satisfaction on payment level compared with other categories and two groups show meaningful difference(P<.0001). 6. The multiple regression test reveals the factors related with job satisfaction: wage level, working part(OR or ICU), age, job career, and motive of contingent job-taking('because I can take care of family duties at the same time') influence positively: motive of contingent job-taking('because I can work regularly without alternation') influences negatively.

Evaluation Indicators for Green Libraries and Library Eco-friendliness

  • This study aimed to determine eco-friendly factors on the aspects of library service, materials provided or handled by the library, and programs including educational programs. Furthermore, it was setup to perform a trial evaluation for the eco-friendliness of the library based on the determined evaluation standards by this study. Results are as follows; First, regarding the question of 'Do employees of the library think that establishment of green libraries is necessary?', the employees of the libraries responded yes by 65.52%, but only 4.6% responded that it would not be necessary. Second, in analyzing the most important evaluation areas of green libraries according to the opinions of the libraries' employees, they were ranked in order: the indoor environment, energy and prevention of environmental pollution, and material and resource areas. Third, 11 areas were determined to evaluate the level of greening in the libraries; the highest averages were scored 510 for the area of energy and prevention of environmental pollution, 415 for the area of library resource, and 320 for the area of indoor environment. Last, the libraries were graded based on actual data according to the results to measure the level of greening, two libraries were graded as Diamond, the highest grade, accounting for 15.39% of all libraries; Gold and Silver grades accounted for another 15.39%, together five Certified graded libraries accounted for 38.46%, which was the highest rate among the libraries. Any library scoring less than 20% when compared to the full score was graded as Non-certified, and one library, which scored 15.06% fell into this category. The results of this study set up to serve as basic data for the direction of development for green libraries in our country, as well as reference for the employees of libraries in constructing or remodeling library buildings, establishing service infrastructure, providing information service, and planning library duties in an eco-friendly way.

치과의료 영역에서 진료보조에 대한 고찰 (A study of dental assistance in dental care)

  • Objectives: This study aims to establish the concept of "dental assistance" within the dental field and to identify the scope of dental assistance, which can be utilized in order to distinguish the scope of work between jobs. Methods: The literature on dental hygienist work and dental assistance was reviewed, and the laws and precedents related to dental assistance were examined. Results: The criteria for judging the legitimacy of dental assistance included the following: whether the performance was conducted under the guidance and supervision of a doctor; whether there was a possibility of an aftereffect or side effects of the procedure; whether education was conducted within the curriculum; and whether it was evaluated in the national licensing examination. In addition, the work of the assistant in dental surgery and treatment is judged comprehensively by considering the type of dental surgery and treatment, invasive degree, necessity of expertise, and work proficiency of the dental hygienist. Therefore, it is suggested that dental hygienists may be of assistance for dental treatment/surgery because they meet the requirements of dental professionals, such as dental hygiene curriculum, national licensing examination, duties in the field of dentistry, and work proficiency. Conclusions: Dental assistance (including assistance in dental surgery) for dental treatment, dental/medical history taking, taking vital signs, and blood glucose monitoring should be permitted within the realm of dental hygienist work. Therefore, the actual expertise of dental hygienists should be reflected legally and the work of dental hygienists should be realized.

교육과정 개선을 위한 방사선사 직무분석 (Job Analysis for Curriculum Improvement of Radiologic technologist)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방사선사의 직무를 분석하고, 현재의 방사선(학)과의 교육과정과 비교하여 방사선사 교육과정 개선과 개발의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 데이컴(DACUM: Development A Curriculum) 방법으로 방사선사의 직무를 분석하였고, 분석 결과 방사선사의 직업은 직무(duty) 8개, 수행 작업(task)이 59개로 구성되었다. 중요도가 가장 높다고 인식한 임무는 '피폭관리(M=4.72)', 난이도가 가장 높다고 인식한 임무는 '방사선 치료(M=4.29)'였으며, 수행 빈도가 가장 높은 임무는 '방사선 검사(M=4.19)'였다. 직무분석 결과와 교육과정을 비교한 결과 첫째, '환자간호' 직무가 방사선사의 주요한 직무로 분석되었으나 환자간호 직무 수행을 위해 필요한 내용을 학습할 수 있는 교과목이 교육과정에 있는 학교는 전체 7개 학교 중 4곳(57.1%) 뿐이었다. 둘째, '심전도 검사하기', '체열진단 검사하기', '뇌혈류 초음파 검사하기' 등이 작업으로 분석되었으나 현 교육과정에서는 이런 작업에 대한 실무능력을 교육하는 교과목이 없었고, '비 전리 방사선 검사' 직무에 대한 작업 요소들도 고려되고 있지 않았다. 연구 결과로 학교교육과 실제 수행업무가 일치하지 않는 부분이 존재하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 이론 중심의 대학교육이 현장업무를 수행하기 위한 실무능력을 갖추기에는 부족한 면이 있어 직무분석 결과를 반영한 교육과정을 편성할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

원문정보 공개제도에 대한 공무원들의 인식조사 연구 (A Study on the Government Full-text Information Disclosure System through the Survey on the Government Officials' Perceptions)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 원문정보 공개제도의 운영 실태를 분석하고, 원문정보의 생산자이며 의사결정자인 공무원을 대상으로 원문정보 공개제도에 대한 이해도, 제도의 순기능 및 역기능, 제도의 발전을 저해하는 요인 및 활성화를 위한 요인에 대하여 조사하였다. 분석결과, 공무원들의 원문정보 공개제도 이해는 제도의 법적 근거, 공개절차 부분에서 상대적 낮은 결과가 나타났다. 원문정보 공개제도의 순기능과 역기능은 행정의 투명성 확보, 국정운영 참여 활성화, 국민의 삶의 질 향상 측면에서 순기능적 기대치가 높았으며, 행정적인 업무 부담 증가, 공무원의 사기저하, 국민사이의 정보격차 발생을 역기능으로 우려하였다. 원문정보 공개제도의 발전을 저해하는 요인은 민원인에 의한 원문정보 오남용, 제도 확대에 따른 업무량 과다, 원문정보 공개에 따른 심리적 부담감, 기관마다 상이한 원문정보 기준 순으로 나타났다. 원문정보 공개제도 활성화 요인으로 원문정보 오남용 방지 대책 마련, 원문정보 공개 절차 및 원칙에 대한 사전 교육, 비공개 원문정보 공개 대상에 대한 구체적인 기준 제시, 공무원 대상 교육 및 부정적인 인식 개선 등이 제시되었다.
