Facilities with high risk of a disaster or requiring continuous safety management are designated as class-III facility. In order to designate a class-III facility, it is evaluated based on the safety status of the facility, the risk to the building users, and the number of years elapsed of the facility, etc. and this shall be referred to the actual condition survey for the designation of a class-III facility. In the actual condition survey conducted to designate the safety status is calculated by the checklist based on the evaluation scores consisting of five stages each item, and is evaluated in three stages by 'good', 'careful observation', and 'designated review' through the average of the combined scores. Currently, the actual condition survey being conducted applies only structural stability, and the risk factors such as damage to the finish, the risk of cracking, and the type and weight of major structures are not included in the checklist for the actual condition survey, so even if experts think it is dangerous, scores cannot be reflected. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the problems of checklist of the actual condition survey for the designation of class-III facility and to propose an improvement plan for the checklist for the actual condition survey.

Recently, although researching and developing of safety and maintenance on domestic infrastructure facilities in KOREA are important, there has been very little research regarding on a comprehensive and integrated survey of actual condition. Therefore this study asserts the necessity of the survey process of actual condition by period planning(short-term, middle-term, long-term). The purpose of this study is to investigate current situation and to suggest the whole process method, and to establish survey process of actual condition on domestic infrastructure facilities.

The rebar work is very related to the safety and durability of the building. Recently, the rebar work is produced some serious problems due to the lack of skillful crafts-man and the rising cost of rebar materials. Many papers have dealt with the rebar work of the manufacturing system in plants with a view to improvement those problems. But, the research on the rebar work of the manufacturing system in field is in a insignificant condition. This study presents the following improvement schemes as a result. First, the education strengthening for evaluation on practical affairs, second, the reinforcement of drawing & management in shop drawing and finally the simplification of apartment rebar work in slab. Also, this paper aims at advancing apartment rebar work by the actual condition survey in slab work. The further research will be needed about the whole structure parts such as foundation, wall, girder and rebar truss-deck plate as one of the improvement methods.

In this study was to survey method of national/public land actual condition survey to utilization of UAV, in order to evaluate the economic and accuracy. we carried out the comparative evaluation of the cadastral status surveying in terms of accuracy of parcel checkpoint, economical costs. The results are summarized as follows. First, average position error of the orthoimage was 0.033m in X error, 0.023m in Y error when the RMSE average calculated 0.046m from the intersection of plane distance connections. Secondly, it was appeared the accuracy of the orthophotograph is 0.076m at the maximum RMSE of the UAV orthoimage check point and 0.042m at the minimum RMSE compared with the VRS-GNSS survey results. Thirdly, when the allowable error specified in the implementing regulation of the current cadastral survey is applied, all of the checkpoint of 0.360m tolerance corresponding to the scale of 1/1,200 is satisfied. Finally, UAV utilization method in national/public land actual condition survey is 26,497,436(KRW) cheaper than cadastral survey method for In the economic evaluation of national/public land actual condition survey. Therefore, as a result of this study shows that the method of utilizing UAV in the national/public land actual condition survey satisfies legal standards in terms of accuracy and economical aspect is a way to further reduce the local government budget.

We need to recognize the overall changes in Korean society with understanding the situation of the characteristic and actual living condition of the elderly, so to prepare efficient and active policies at the moment from aging society to aged society. Based on the 2008 national survey data of the actual living condition of the elderly and welfare need, the living condition of the elderly for household and individual information is identified and the effects on the life satisfaction of these variables are statistically analyzed. Therefore, this paper might help to establish the aged social policies with realistic validity and suitability and extend the academical understanding of Korean society.

The primary objectives of this research are to survey actual condition and propose the improved standard size for office chairs. In order to accomplish this objectives, questionnaire method was used. The subjects for investigation are 271 office sedentary workers from 19 office workplaces. The survey of a actual condition showed that the office chairs included many contr- oversial points which cause occupational health problems. The main causes of office sedentary worker's health problems are insufficient adjustabilities and inappropriate design specifications. Expecially, insufficient adjustabilities led harmful sitting postures. To improve the existing Korean standard size for office chairs, anthropometric procedure was developed. In this approach, six design factors were determined, that is, seat pan height, seat pan width, seat pan depth, seat pan inclination, armrest height and width. The study found that improved Korean staneard size was strikingly different from existing standard.

The concrete structures are hardly ever built under ideal conditions. So many defects may occur for a various reasons such as unsuitable and defective materials, construction methods, poor workmanship, particular structural form and prevailing weather conditions. Some structural form can greatly increase the risk of occurrence of defects. Therefore we investigated the actual condition of the deterioration factors for reinforced concrete apartment, which was composed of 85 apartments with various building ages in different regions with five evaluation the deterioration factors of apartment building to establish the overall evaluation system of deterioration degree for reinforced concrete apartment in Korea.

This study was conducted to find out the actual condition of dining-out and the propensity to dinning-out at luncheon time according to gender, occupation and age in Busan area. The survey was conducted on 564 peoples who live or work, including students acted more than 4th grade in elementary school in Busan area. The results of the questionaires are as follows ; The place to eating-out at luncheon time in order of "about the office or the school" and "about the house". Restaurants used frequently were in order of "Flour food shop", "Korean-style food shop" and " "Chinese-style food shop". Partner to eating-out were in order of "friend", "fellow worker" and "family" But. the results of the place to eating-out, restaurants used frequently and partner to eating-out at luncheon time were different according to sex, occupation and age groups.

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

The questionaire survey in this study was obtained from 1256 upper elementary children in a certain elementary school in In-Cheon city from May 1 to May 31 1993. The purpose of this study was to promote an understanding on the Actual condition of oral health management and to plan a desirable solution for oral health program by surveying the current status of oarl health management. The survey was carried out by using the questionaire after being modified and complemented which was used for the survey of the study on the actual condition of oral health management by Sin Seon Hang (1989). The major results are summarized as follows: 1. General tooth brushing of respondents. 1) As for frequency, 2 times it day is highest. 2) After breakfast meal and below 3 minutes is high. 3) Respondents brushed only teeth with the direction of up and down, left and right side. 4) The period of using for one tooth brush is from 4 months to 6 months. 2. The degree of recognition on oral health knowledge is low. 3. 1) The degree of dental examine's experience with scaling experience are 26.83%. 2) Respondents who experience dental treatment are 57.88%. 3) In oral disease, dental caries is highest. 4) Great difficulty of going to the dentists' is psychological thread and next is lack of time.
