This study was carried out to evaluate annual growth of fairy ring of Tricholoma matsutake. The edge growth of active mycelial zone of fairy ring during $1999{\sim}2000$ and the distance between sporocarp-fruiting positions of four years ($1997{\sim}2000$) and the edge of fairy ring of 2000 were measured. The fairy ring of T. matsutake moved outward about 11.3 cm annually ($1999{\sim}2000$) in the 65 years old P. densiflora stand, and the growth was coincided with the average distance of sporocarp-fruiting positions for four years ($1997{\sim}2000$). In addition, the sporocarp-fruiting positions were about 13.8 cm apart from the edge of active mycelial zone in year of 2000. Therefore, the sporocarp-fruiting position in this year was within the mycelial region one year ago. It is strongly recommended that the sporocarp of T. matsutake should be harvested apart about 50 cm from sporocarp in order to protect the fairy ring.
Neurotransmitter release is regulated by various proteins of the active zone in the presynaptic nerve terminals. Dopamine (DA) is an essential neurotransmitter associated with the pathophysiology of diverse behavioral and mental illness such as schizophrenia and drug addiction. We measured synaptosomal DA release of knockout (KO) mice which lacked major genes related to neurotransmitter release. Synaptosomal DA uptake and release were performed and measured using [$^3H$]-DA and superfusion experiments. 3 of the 17 KO mice exhibited altered DA release compared to their littermate controls. In $Rim1{\alpha}$ KO, [$^3H$]-DA release evoked by membrane depolarization significantly decreased. Both basal (physiological buffer-evoked) and membrane depolarization-evoked DA release significantly decreased in dopaminergic conditional KO of $Rim1{\alpha}{\beta}$. Dopaminergic conditional KO of neurexin3 demonstrated a significant increase of membrane depolarization-evoked DA release. These data explain the similarities and distinctions between DA and other classical neurotransmitters such as glutamate and GABA ($\gamma$-aminobutyric acid) release. In conclusion, $Rim1{\alpha}$ and neurexin3 may be important regulators of presynaptic DA release and related to disorders of the nervous system.
The ultrastructural parameters related to synaptic release of endings which are presynaptic to tooth pulp afferent terminals (p-endings) were analyzed to understand the underlying mechanism for presynaptic modulation of tooth pulp afferents. Tooth pulp afferents were labelled by applying wheat-germ agglutinin conjugated horseradish peroxidase to the rat right lower incisor, whereafter electron microscopic morphometric analysis with serial section and reconstruction of p-endings in the trigeminal oral nucleus was performed. The results obtained from 15 p-endings presynaptic to 11 labeled tooth pulp afferent terminals were as follows. P-endings contained pleomorphic vesicles and made symmetrical synaptic contacts with labeled terminals. The p-endings showed small synaptic release-related ultrastructural parameters: volume, $0.82{\pm}0.45{\mu}m^3$ ($mean{\pm}SD$); surface area, $4.50{\pm}1.76{\mu}m^2$; mitochondrial volume, $0.15{\pm}0.07{\mu}m^3$; total apposed surface area, $0.69{\pm}0.24{\mu}m^2$; active zone area, $0.10{\pm}0.04{\mu}m^2$; total vesicle number, $1045{\pm}668.86$; and vesicle density, $1677{\pm}684/{\mu}m^2$. The volume of the p-endings showed strong positive correlation with the following parameters: surface area (r=0.97, P<0.01), mitochondrial volume (r=0.56, P<0.05), and total vesicle number (r=0.73, P<0.05). However, the volume of p-endings did not positively correlate or was very weakly correlated with the apposed surface area (r=-0.12, P=0.675) and active zone area (r=0.46, P=0.084). These results show that some synaptic release-related ultrastructural parameters of p-endings on the tooth pulp afferent terminals follow the "size principle" of Pierce and Mendell (1993) in the trigeminal nucleus oralis, but other parameters do not. Our findings may demonstrate a characteristic feature of synaptic release associated with p-endings.

The study aimed at trying to contribute to domestic floral designers by analyzing colors' images of 60 floral designs of British floral designers, Shane Connolly and Paula Pryke, as the basis for color scheme of floral space design. The result of color analysis, Shane Connolly uses colors in the frequency of color order of the GY>Y>RP>YR>P>P>PB and Paula Pryke uses colors in the frequency of color order of the GY>RP>P>YR,Y>G>PB. The result of coordinate analysis of hue, value, chrome, Shane Connolly's works showed high frequency in the YtoGY color, the middle and high of value and the middle and high of chrome. Paula Pryke's works showed high frequency in the GY color and PtoRP color, the wide areas of the 3.8 ~9 stages of value, and the middle and high of chrome. The result of adjective image scale, Shane Connolly's works were found to be in between soft and static adjective zone, and Paula Pryke's works were distributed in between soft and active zone.
Although the supply of public parking lots in major cities is steadily increasing, there is still a shortage of parking spaces that take into account the characteristics of actual available parking spaces. These parking problems are caused by conflicts between users, illegal occupation and privatization of roads, interference with traffic roads, and business stagnation in commercial areas and illegal parking problems. In addition, despite various parking demand management policies and continuous supply of public parking facilities, the solution to the parking problem is uneasy due to increased construction costs and changes in social conditions. In order to solve this problem, it was judged that it would be necessary to utilize the existing public parking lots efficiently. Therefore, we collect the variables expected to affect the turnover, and use multiple regression models. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, public parking lots can be classified into four types using utilization rate and turnover rate. Secondly, influencing factors are found including index of public transportation usage convenience, index of illegal parking, and land use characteristics in central commercial district. Thirdly, it was shown that there was little impact by the size of public parking lots, separation distance to subway distance, separation distance to bus stops, transfer zone, residential zone, and second-rated lots by parking costs. Finally, it is found that public parking lots can be improved by proving accessibility of public transit, enforcement of illegal parking, active approaches supporting public parking lots. It is also recommended that public parking cost rating system based mainly on land use characteristics should be remedied and rearranged.

Gas-liquid contact tests above a perforated-plate were conducted with air and water at flooding gas-flow conditions in order to study two-phase flow characteristics in a limestone-gypsum SO2 absorber. Gas layers were in the form of air pockets and confined to the limited areas around each duct pipe, while the remaining tary area were in the wet condition. The liquid above the tray was always in the flooded and even fluidized conditions at gas flows over the range studied, although vigorous bubbly or churn-turbulent two-phase regime was only observed in the immediate vicinity of the gas hole exit at low gas loads. The froth zone was extremely active to provide intimate contact between gas and liquid so that the necessary mass transfer operation can take place, which is the primary purpose of high-performance SO2 absorbers. Howefer, the absorber $\Delta$P was 250mmH2O for the initial water level at 150mm, which is an important issue to be resolved for economical operation of the SO2 absorber. It was seen in the liquid level-and gas flow-transient tests that changes in the absorber liquid inventory were much more pronounced for intimate gas-liquid contact than changes in the gas flow. Based on the 4- and 8-duct pipe test results, grouping the duct pipes near the center of the test tray seemed to promote better recirulation of liquid from gas-liquid contact zone back to the reaction tank so that the absorbed SO2 can be neutralized.

In a redox transition zone, geochemical reactions are facilitated by active bacteria that mediate reactions involving electrons, and arsenic (As) and iron (Fe) cycles are the major electron transfer reactions occurring at such a site. In this study, the effect of repetitive redox changes on soil bacterial community in As-contaminated soil was investigated. The results revealed that bacterial community changed actively in response to redox changes, and bacterial diversity gradually decreased as the cycle repeated. Proportion of strict aerobes and anaerobes decreased, while microaerophilic species such as Azospirillum oryzae group became the predominant species, accounting for 72.7% of the total counts after four weeks of incubation. Bacterial species capable of reducing Fe or As (e.g., Clostridium, Desulfitobacterium) belonging to diverse phylogenetic groups were detected. Indices representing richness (i.e., Chao 1) and phylogenetic diversity decreased from 1,868 and 1,926 to 848 and 1,121, respectively. Principle component analysis suggests that repetitive redox fluctuation, rather than oxic or anoxic status itself, is an important factor in determining the change of soil bacterial community, which in turn affects the cycling of As and Fe in redox transition zones.
In according as the social action of women is active, the average life span is longer than male, not only woman's social position is higher, but also the construction of the more professional woman special hospital Is increased. In occasion to the recent woman special hospital, give medical treatment about pediatrics and the breast surgery as well, and the sphere is increasing as compose the variety network, from the health medical center to check the woman's physical to the postpartum care center. The trend of the lobby is arranged the more service area as the concept of the woman hospital is changed, the sphere is increasing. Accordingly, this study research and analyze the service zone and design elements on the focus the lobby of the internal woman special hospital, have an intention of guideline about the interior design of the after woman hospital. As the subject of study, selected the hospital that lobby serves to show the identity of total space, and the woman special hospital that is introduced to the relation journal with architecture or interior design, is opened after 2000 years, below the 100 bed. Recently, RF energy harvesting technology is a promising technology for small-size IoT(Internet of Things) devices such as sensor to resolve battery scarcity problem. When applied to existing cognitive radio networks, this technology can be expected to increase network throughput through the increase of cognitive user's operating time. This paper proposes a optimal channel-selection policy for RF energy harvesting CR networks model where cognitive users in harvesting zone harvest ambient RF energy from transmission by nearby active primary users and the others in non-harvesting zone choose the channel and communicate with their receiver. We consider that primary users and secondary users are distributed as Poisson point processes and contact with their intended receivers at fixed distances. Finally we can derive the optimal frame duration, transmission power and density of secondary user from the proposed model that can maximize the secondary users's throughput under the given several conditions and suggest future directions of research.
Hawaii Island makes up of five volcanos of Kohala, Mauna Kea, Hualalai, Mauna Loa, and Kilauea. They are big shield volcanoes rising above the Pacific ocean floor and final two volcanoes provide a natural laboratory for the study of active volcanoes. Mauna Loa is the largest single volcano on earth. At the submmit is an oval-shaped Mokuaweoweo caldera, from which two rift zones extend to the southwest and northeast, and in the medial part are the longest lava tube systems in the world. Kilauea has been formed largely by eruption along southwest and eastern rift zones extending from Kilauea caldera at the submmit. On the eastern rift zone, spectacularly, the 1989-1974 eruption of Kilauea at Mauna Ulu crater formed the Mauna Ulu lava flow field. The 1983-1986 eruption of aa flows at Puu Oo crater, and the activities of pahoehoe flows during 1986-1990 at Kupaianaha crater and during 1991-recent at the Puu Oo has produced the Puu Oo and Kupaianaha lava flow field.
