Recently, Korean economy is boosted by the active introduction of many venture businesses full of entrepreneurship. It has been widely accepted implicitly that success of the venture business originates from unique style of knowledge management. This assumption looks natural when we consider the fact that success of the venture business heavily depends on differentiated intelligent asset or knowledge. However, such implicit belief has never been tested empirically. To fill the research void like this, this paper proposes an empirical derivation of key success factors from the venture businesses listed in KOSDAQ. To add rigor to our results, we performed regression analysis by using the derived key success factors as independent variables, and introducing organization efficiency, job satisfaction, and accomplishment motivation as dependent variables. Regression results showed that our approach is justified from the statistical perspective.

Recently the advent of web 2.0 era is an important trend in the business environmental change. Web 2.0 era means users' active participation, share, and openness, develop 'Internet penetration into everyday life,' and change many aspects of our society. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the socioeconomic aspects: 1) acceleration of system shift to a small quantity of multi-species production system 2) growing influence of on-line channel/information to consumers 3) various minorities' power increase in the socioeconomic sector. Web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the firms' strategies for information management: 1) increase of external knowledge and information utilization 2) amplification and reproduction of information from customers 3) change of information distribution: pursuit of two-way communication with customers 4) integration of different information/services for business transformation. Firms must squarely look at socioeconomic changes owing to web 2.0, and utilize them for firms' effective information management.

Collaborative filtering, among other recommender systems, has been known as the most successful recommendation technique. However, it requires the user-item rating data, which may not be easily available. As an alternative, some collaborative filtering algorithms have been developed recently by utilizing the market basket data in the form of the binary user-item matrix. Viewing the recommendation scheme as a two-class classification problem, we proposed a new collaborative filtering scheme using a regularized discriminant analysis applied to the binary user-item data. The proposed discriminant model was built in terms of the major principal components and was used for predicting the probability of purchasing a particular item by an active user. The proposed scheme was illustrated with two modified real data sets and its performance was compared with the existing user-based approach in terms of the recommendation precision.

In recent years, environments of business are changing due to epoch-making development of information technology and the advent of digital economy ages. It is an active confrontation as to the environments for information. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

The half of njuries by carrying-unloading machinery was injuries due to crane. The purpose of this study was to analyze present condition of injuries by the crane, to investigate hazard management model, injury prevention technique, and to suggest safety countermeasures of crane working. The hazard management model is composed of 5 rules and 10 methods. The rules are to remove, separate, protect, make up and correspond. Prior to this crane countermeasures, general protection for head, foot and hand are needed. Hazard prevention affects on industrial management economically and psychologically. The preparation of safety countermeasures are very important for the prevention of industrial injuries, The countermeasures are setting-up of safety culture, active and rationale safety education. As the industrial safety and health system should be performed for the employees' health and life, the industrial competitive power and productivity would be improved.

In this paper, an integrated management software is developed to promote the business competitive power. The interoperability among the software accounts for an ever growing performance of petrochemical plant project. If the interoperability is built up, company has taken advantages of quality, schedule, cost, and safety by active communication. The advantage of an integrated management software is examined in three aspects. In efficiency aspect, It takes advantage of the saving about the various information and the standard of project performance procedure. In quality, the integration gave aid to a quality improvement through team collaboration and data management within project life cycle. In cost, poor communications between systems waste 30% of project costs. If information could be inputted once and used by all, reductions in delivery time up to 40% were possible. Therefore, 10% savings of engineering cost was also possible.

Many corporations are accepting various kinds of business reform techniques to be adapted and overcome in this e-Business period. Among these techniques, team-organization is selected most in person/organization field. The introduction of team-organization is more needed and spread, so many corporations actually constructed team-organization formation form. But the result has not been active. Therefore after team-organization is introduced to improve the performance evaluation of team management, the result of team management performance should be correctly measured to find out and settle the problems of team-organization. The purpose of this research presents the development of the model of team-management performance evaluation and the method of the proper measurement based on BSC.

Purpose : The aim of this article is to describe the nurses' experiential learning mechanism on patient safety. Methods : To analyze nurses' learning experiences on patient safety cases, a focus-group interview method was used. The Kolb's experiential learning model was used as a reference model. Findings : Without deep reflective reasoning about specific experiences, there is no creative or innovative solutions to experiment actively. Nurses are likely to be reluctant learners when there is no systemic support from formal departments which is in charge of patient safety and quality of care. Conclusion : In order to build patient safety culture in hospital, there should be efforts to make nurses as active learners on patient safety as well as to build learning environments in medical units.

This thesis aimed examine the relationship between the health characteristics (musculoskeletal, respiratory, skin, digestive, nervous mental system) of cosmetologists and their demographic, health management, and working environment characteristics to help cosmetologists maintain a healthy work life while solving health problems. These research was carried out via survey and statistics analysis. A total of 279 cosmetologists living in Seoul, Kyeongkido, and Choongchungdo from 8 July to 30 August, 2014 were surveyed. Frequency, mean, factor, and regression analysis were carried out on the data with SPSS(V. 14). The results were as follows; (1) a relationship between health & the demographic characteristics of gender was found;- (2) health and the health management characteristics of interest in health problem prevention, active exterior health support, muscular exercise, interior health support, and stress management were found to be related;- (3) health and working the environment characteristics of working time per day, and work days per week were related.
