This study is an analysis of the user experience of online hobby class platform, focusing on the art field, which reduces space-time constraints and lowers accessibility. To this end, I investigated cases of online hobby class platforms and conducted surveys to measure user experience for university students and office workers in their 20s and 30s in Korea. As a result, we found the gap between the elements satisfying the user experience and the current domestic service, and suggested a way to narrow it down. This study is meaningful in that it proposed ways to further promote online hobby class platforms in the future leisure culture market. It is hoped that this study will be used as data on the user experience of future online hobby platforms and further help discuss practical activation measures.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of mobilization of the sciatic nerve on hamstring flexibility, lower limb strength, and gait performance in patients with chronic stroke. This study was a randomized clinical trial with a crossover design. Sixteen subjects were recruited for this study. The subjects were randomly divided into two intervention groups and underwent either of the following two interventions: sciatic nerve mobilization or static stretching of the hamstring. We assessed hamstring flexibility, lower limb strength, and gait performance using a digital inclinometer, a hand-held dynamometer, and the 10-meter walk test, respectively. Subjects had a 24-hour rest period between each session in order to minimize carryover effects. Measurements for each test were assessed prior to and immediately after the intervention sessions. Using a two-way analysis of variance test with repeated measures, data from the two trials were analyzed by comparing the differences between both techniques. The level of statistical significance was set at .05. Sciatic nerve mobilization resulted in significantly better knee extensor strength (p=.023, from $15.32{\pm}5.98$ to $18.16{\pm}6.95kg$) and knee flexor strength (p=.011, from $7.80{\pm}4.80$ to $8.15{\pm}4.24kg$) in the experimental group than in the control group. However, no significant effects of static stretching of the hamstring were observed on hamstring flexibility from the ankle plantar flexion (p=.966) and ankle neutral positions (p=.210) and on gait performance (p=.396). This study indicated that the sciatic nerve mobilization technique may be more effective in muscle activation of the knee extensor muscle and knee flexor muscle than hamstring static stretching technique in patients with chronic stroke.

Purpose. This study aims to explore Situations and Problems of the Community Senior Citizen Center as the senior health care and the Elderly's Leisure status. Then, aims to arrange Activation Vitalization Plan of the senior's leisure in Community Senior Citizen Center. Methods. The literature and data used in this study was based on a questionnaire survey, mostly from Gyeongki-Do Community Senior Citizen Center Branch and statistical research data. Literature review and analysis frequency was by reference to the paperback and academic papers related to the senior health welfare. Results. First, the period of the seniors with the Community Senior Citizen Center as health facilities has appeared in 6-10years(32.8%), followed by the response showing that more than 10years(32.4%). Therefore, it reveals that the senior live in the same region in the long term. Second, the number of days that the senior health care the Community Senior Citizen Center has been used by the senior was over 5days. This result was supported by 608people(61.7%). Both men and women replied that they use the health center more than five days. Third, the number of the senior who responded that they use the Community Senior Citizen Center as health facilities 629people(63.9%). They replied that they use the facilities mostly afternoon. The senior use the facilities all day appeared to 263people(26.7%). Conclusions. It seems like that there needs to be a variety of personalized programs that can be added to increase the life satisfaction of the senior participation in leisure programs for the Community Senior Citizen Center as senior health facilities in the future. Additionally, the government needs to require a wide range of financial support for the Community Senior Citizen Center as senior health care and devise the strategies that will lead the health center for the senior need to be actively utilized.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of strategic measures for the application and growth potential of care farming as a healing for office workers. Therefore this study was investigated the relationship between supply conditions and offer programs for the activation of care farming and the intention of participants to use. The analysis results of the survey conducted for general office workers are as follows. Frist, there was a significant positive correlation between all sub-factors and intention to use. Second, the higher the awareness about the convenience of using healing facilities among supply conditions of healing farming and the necessity of medical service, the higher the intention to use. Third, the higher the awareness about the necessity of cultivation of crops, animal mediation, natural activities, and cultural activities among supply conditions of healing farming, the higher the intention to use. Based on the above analysis results, this study discussed the differences from previous studies and also derived insights for establishing a strategic plan to promote care farming.

Marine Technology is the last hope of mankind for resolving predestined issues of food, resources, and environmental problems. facing and realizing this great challenge, domestic industrial, academic and research institutional experts participated in formulating the Marine Technology development plan, and the national science and technology committee chaired by the president passed this important plan thus setting the foundation for activating and promoting MT development. A project to develop Marine Technology Road Map(MTRM) has been carried out since June of 2005 for effective execution of the plan 1his paper reviewed current issues of MT and contents of MTRM, and proposed alternative measures for MT activation and promotion such as the establishment of special institutes for managing MT research and development and the fund raising for MT budget.

This study set out to analyze donation cases at public libraries, to propose plans to overcome their limitations of deficient operation budgets, and to vitalize donations at libraries. The investigator conducted a survey on the perceptions of donation activities at public libraries with a group of staff members in charge at public libraries that participated in the distribution project of books donated by publishers led by the Korean Library Association. In addition to the outcomes of project participation, the study also examined and analyzed the perceptions of in-house donation activities at public libraries in 2016. Furthermore, it looked into previous studies and cases of library donations home and abroad, identifying limitations and improvement measures of donation activities at public libraries and proposing plans to overcome them.

In this study, we analyzed risks of the fabrication process equipment and cleanroom for semiconductor/flat panel display (FPD) manufacturing facilities and studied the fundamental safety measures for the risk factors. We examined the explosion proof design models considering the specificity of equipment and environment, and planned to utilize the findings to provide technical standards and grounds for designing and manufacturing related equipment. We believe that this study will contribute to the establishment of technical standards for semiconductor/FPD industry and businesses in many different ways by providing optimized modeling of high-risk explosion site detection, developing safety standards and hazard countermeasures and voluntary activation of safety certification system for operation of fabrication process equipment.

The development of IT technology help citizens demand information and public services through internet that they want, and the changes also help the government converge public opinions and become important measures for citizens to participate in deciding governmental policies. So, this thesis makes an overture of a possibility for utilizing PCRM, a way for citizens to participate in Police Administration, by utilizing IT technologies in which everybody can participate without difficulty. The utilization ways are, on a large scale, classified with a macroscopic aspect and microscopic aspect. One of the macroscopic aspects is, first, the consideration of access to services and convenience in utilization. Second, services should have a both-sidedproperty. Ultimately, citizens'participation should have a positive mutual participation level. One of the microscopic aspects is, first, that the police organizations have to establish a strategy to analyze and fractionate customers. Second, the police organizations have to make an effort to develop policy services and P.R strategies. Third, police organizations have to make an effort to manage customers. Fourth, police organizations have to execute customer management in general. So, all of the police organizations have to maintain unity, to some extent, about citizen participation plazas. In addition, at the same time, consciousness aspects have to be accompanied for the reasonable utilization of PCRM. Citizens have to cultivate citizen consciousness, ownership consciousness for society, and positive participation consciousness to solve social problems.

This study was designed to investigate the protective effect of Sanyakbojungbangam-tang Ethanol Extracts (SB Et-OH) on the cisplatin-induced apoptosis of human endothelial cell line ECV304 cells. After cells were treated with cisplatin, MTT assay was performed for cell viability test. To explore the mechanism of cytotoxicity, we used the several measures of apoptosis to determine whether this processes was involved in cisplatin-induced cell damage in ECV304 cells. Also, cells were treated with SB Et-OH and then, followed by the addition of cisplatin. Cisplatin decreased the viability of ECV304 cells in a dose-dependent manner and increased the caspase-3 enzyme activity ECV304 cells treated cisplatin were revealed as apoptosis characterized by nuclear staining. SB Et-OH protected ECV304 cells from cisplatin-induced nuclear fragmentation and chromatin condensation. Also, SB Et-OH inhibited the activation of caspase-3 pretense and the cleavage of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) in cisplatin-treated ECV304 cells. According to above results, SB Et-OH may protect ECV304 cells from the apoptosis induced by cisplatin.

This study attempts to diagnose the trend of operation of small libraries and suggest direction for promoting them through a fact-finding survey on small libraries. According to the study results, it was important to make efforts for improvement such as reflecting the trend of increasing number of small public libraries and apartment libraries of small private libraries, enhancing substantiality of small libraries, human resource allocation for enhancing professionalism of running libraries, introducing activation measures that can consider the current operation situation of public and private libraries, establishing cooperative system between public and small libraries and enhancing accuracy of statistics data. As for the ways of promoting small libraries, change of direction toward qualitative operation support rather than quantitative increase, attempts to stabilizing operation of public small libraries, enhancement of specialty of private small libraries and establishment of cooperative system, strengthening of legal standard for small library and induction of corporate participation through campaigns were suggested.
