Given operators X and Y acting on a Hilbert space H, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that AX = Y. An interpolating operator for n-operators satisfies the equation $AX_i=Y_i$, for i = 1,2,...,n. In this article, we showed the following: Let L, be a subspace lattice on a Hilbert space H and let X and Y be operators in B(H). Then the following are equivalent: (1) $$sup\{\frac{{\parallel}E^{\bot}Yf{\parallel}}{{\overline}{\parallel}E^{\bot}Xf{\parallel}}\;:\;f{\epsilon}H,\;E{\epsilon}L}\}\;<\;{\infty},\;sup\{\frac{{\parallel}Xf{\parallel}}{{\overline}{\parallel}Yf{\parallel}}\;:\;f{\epsilon}H\}\;<\;{\infty}$$ and $\bar{range\;X}=H=\bar{range\;Y}$. (2) There exists an invertible operator A in AlgL such that AX=Y.

We study free actions of finite nonabelian groups on 3-dimensional nilmanifolds with the first homology ${\mathbb{Z}}^2{\bigoplus}{\mathbb{Z}}_2$ which yield an orbit manifold reversing fiber orientation, up to topological conjugacy. We show that those nonabelian groups are $D_4$(the dihedral group), $Q_8$(the quaternion group), and $C_8.C_4$(the $1^{st}$ non-split extension by $C_8$ of $C_4$ acting via $C_4/C_2=C_2$).

We show that if a finite group G acts freely with homotopically trivial translations on a 3-dimensional nilmanifold 𝓝_p with the first homology ℤ² ⊕ ℤ_p, then either G is cyclic or there exist finite nonabelian groups acting freely on 𝓝_p which yield orbit manifolds homeomorphic to 𝓝/𝜋₃ or 𝓝/𝜋₄.

An ideal right-angled pentagon in hyperbolic 4-space ${\mathbb{H}}^4$ is a sequence of oriented geodesics ($L_1,{\ldots},L_5$) such that $L_i$ intersects $L_{i+1},i=1,{\ldots},4$, perpendicularly in ${\mathbb{H}}^4$ and the initial point of $L_1$ coincides with the endpoint of $L_5$ in the boundary at infinity ${\partial}{\mathbb{H}}^4$. We study the geometry of such pentagons and the various possible augmentations and prove identities for the associated quaternion half side lengths as well as other geometrically defined invariants of the configurations. As applications we look at two-generator groups ${\langle}A,B{\rangle}$ of isometries acting on hyperbolic 4-space such that A is parabolic, while B and AB are loxodromic.

This thesis examines a significant way to enhancing and improving the term/phenomenon of performer training system in contemporary Korean theatre. To articulate the matters, this research engages in discussing and criticizing those problematic issues that we, as an instructor/trainer, have faced with through the last decades in the field of performer training and education. Specifically, we concern with the necessity of an applicable and appropriate educational/training system where each student-actor would discover his/her own adaptability by evaluating what a specific method and approach is. This atmosphere accurately provided by an instructor/trainer can also facilitate and enhance the young students' potential possibilities and/or talent, that is, as we argue a way to accomplish each performer's true nature. To achieve the goals, we underlie the necessity of establishing and/or settling performer training program/course by means of an alternative path. The research finding shows that within the atmosphere each student could share then interrogate what a possible or ideal way is according to his/her comprehensive understandings with clearer purpose: what kind of performers would you produce, train, and/or educate.

Objective : We assessed the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based intervention in improving positive psychological resources in older people who were affected by the Jeju 4·3 incident. Methods : This study included 25 older people recruited from the Jeju 4·3 Trauma Center. The intervention was conducted on a once-a-week basis for six weeks. All participants completed self-report questionnaires, including the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire Short Form (FFMQ) and Positive Resources Test (POREST). Results : This intervention significantly improved the total score and the nonreactivity, observing, acting with awareness, describing, and nonjudging of inner experience FFMQ scores. The interventions also significantly improved the POREST subscale scores. Conclusion : The mindfulness-based intervention significantly improved positive psychological resources in older people exposed to the Jeju 4·3 incident.

This article examines how Brecht's Gestus is borrowed and transformed into the film. I examined the critical debates on the film's use of Brecht and the style of Brecht's acting adopted in radical experimental films and Hollywood films. In addition, through the case of Korean film actor/ress, I sought to apply the Brechtian theory. First, despite the criticism that the film's acceptance of Brecht is overly formal and mechanical, film theory and practice reflect Brecht's ideas. In particular, regardless of the socio-political situation of Brecht's day, his Gestus is suitable and useful for film acting. Brecht's thought was realized by technological innovations such as montage and computer special effects, and above all, the social attitude of the actor was popularized through the education of the audience. Second, his strategy on performance is no longer unfamiliar, and goes beyond the boundaries of contradictory daily life and art, and becomes the pleasure of popular film. Although the intentions of naturalism and anti-naturalism in acting arts are different, the process and effects look at the same point. Third, through the case of Korean film actor/ress as an attempt of popular understanding about Brecht strategy, I could confirm the possibility of searching identity of Korean film actor/ress.

Purpose - This study empirically analyzes the effect of improvements in the quality of service management performance of college education on traders' conscious change of business management innovation and diverse sales expertise for a year. The use of traders' conscious changes and sales expertise as variables for the verification of the effects of parameters related to the active trader's traditional education market is a desirable direction. The method of research reflects the quality of education service, management result, traders' conscious changes, and sales expertise to understand the precise essence and definition of teaching quality at merchant colleges through theoretical consideration. Moreover, its impact on traders' conscious changes and sales expertise in empirical analysis acts as an intermediary. Research design, data, methodology - The hypothesis of this study leverages the SPSS statistical program. To gather actual proof, sample survey for theoretical research examined 262 valid papers of the 300 papers written by 10 merchants who graduated from merchant's university. First, using the SERVQUAL model, Parasuraman et al. (1996) indicated that for quality of education service, the configuration of factors is the same as the sympathetic performance, that is, responsiveness and empathy, and traders are aware of these elements. However, our preliminary investigation revealed that traders' university education has been excluded as a component of quality of service in the earlier studies. Moreover, we found that certainty of knowledge, reliability, and sympathy are influenced by challenges and by the changing intentions of merchant consciousness. In addition, our study confirms that improvements in convincing abilities and sales technique have a positive impact. Second, merchants' and traders' expertise are proven to affect business performance. In other words, university education of traders and merchants affects the consciousness of consumers, and changes patterns of sales. Third, the quality of service management education and change in the consciousness has a considerable impact on the trader, thereby maximizing business performance and acting as an intermediary for verification. Fourth, the quality of service management education affects the trader's sales expertise to maximize business performance. Results - To summarize, the quality of college educational services relates to the improvement of business performance and the role of the resulting virtuous cycle. Consequently, we can look for suggestions in the traditional markets, where the Government pays attention to the exterior environmental factors as well as to the changing business environment. However, the most important aspect is the merchant awareness. That is, a merchant should understand the distribution environment. Several competitor and trend analyses should be conducted to meet customers' expectations positively and proactively cope with any challenges related to changes. Further, expertise in sales and marketing skills need to be acquired to improve customer convincing abilities and develop a customer-oriented mindset. Conclusions - According to the changes in consumption trends of business enterprises, new management techniques are required to survive competition by improving traditional markets, which will necessitate more competitive education programs in merchant universities.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a Design Thinking-based Maker education program utilizing Arduino for middle school students. The study progress was made in four stages of preparation, development, implementation and evaluation according to the PDIE model. In this study, experts were verified for validity and pre-applied to students to improve the maker education program developed based on literature review. Then, it was applied to middle school club classes to check the effects through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. In addition, the development of the program was completed by supplementing the improvements found in the course. The results of this study are as follows. First, the topics of the maker education program that can be used in middle schools were selected in consideration of the analysis of the 2015 revised curriculum, methods to using the Arduino, and social interest. Second, the program developed based on the selected topic consists of 4 classes of maker basic learning and 16 classes of design thinking-based maker activities. Third, the developed maker education program had a significant effect in improving STEAM literacy of middle school students, but did not have any significant effect in the interest in technology and orientation towards an engineering career. Fourth, learners were interested in the activities of designing and freely making by themselves, and they positively evaluated the experience of realizing the physical computing with Arduino. In addition, they practiced the spirit of a maker, such as autonomously collecting data and sharing them with colleagues, etc. while acting as a maker.
