To Manage the Defense Acquisition Process more efficiently, DAPA has looked over the applying SE process to the Eagle Acquisition Program. Based on comparing 'Requirement' with 'items suggested in the proposal' in RFP and analyzing the result by using Cradle, those items have been discovered with IPT, actualized and corrected. In addition, the computerized data base system makes easier to trace all changed and more efficiency to manage programs. Therefore, this study using SE in other acquisition program.

The purpose of Defense Acquisition Project is that the superior weapons validated needs and performance are supplied to military user with limited financial resources and time. The Warship Acquisition Project is not only like this, But also has special characteristics of long project period and first-constructed ship's operation employment. So, The Warship Acquisition Project need systematic and efficient procedure & management. And this paper researches System engineering application of imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project based Systems Engineering Handbook ver.3.1 published by INCOSE, the lead of field. The Imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project applied the four processes(technical project, Enterprise & Agreement, Enabling Systems), the basis of INCOSE Engineering Handbook ver.3.1, and the each process output compared with DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration)'s warship acquisition procedure.

Systematic performance evaluation of the Defense Acquisition Program is very important, since they are directly related to national security. In this paper, we reviewed various performance evaluation models from a methodological perspective for pragmatic performance evaluation, and the limitations of each model. In order to evaluate the performance of the Defense acquisition program efficiently, especially for the Naval ship Projects and considering their unique characteristics, both various stakeholders' participation, standard indicators for performance measurement, and tailoring them considering the projects' circumstances are necessary. We also propose indicators, contents, and detailed criteria example for the Requirements management. This approach enables a pragmatic and consistent evaluation of defense projects, and through this, meaningful insights could be acquired with accumulate data.

국방무기체계획득사업 관리의 목적은 궁극적으로 요구된 성능, 예산, 전력화시기를 충족시키는 것이다. 2006년 출범한 방위사업청은 무기체계 획득사업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서 통합사업관리제를 도입하여, 방위력개선사업 관리를 위한 프로젝트 조직이 61개가 운영 중에 있다. 하지만 한국적인 국방획득환경에서의 프로젝트 관리 측면에서 실증적인 분석연구가 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 무기체계획득사업관리를 하나의 프로젝트로 인식하고, 프로젝트관리 연구에서 제시된 프로젝트 성공요인(CSF : Critical Success Factors)과 무기체계획득사업관리의 관계에 대해서 알아보았다. 연구 결과 전체적으로는 의사소통, 사용자 참여, 명확한 요구사항 변수가 프로젝트 성공에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. CSF 요소는 사업추진단계별, 사업의 특성, 규모에 따라서 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향이 각각 다르다는 것을 실증적으로 증명하였다. 이번 연구 결과를 통해서 통합사업관리팀이 무기체계획득사업 수행 시 사업 단계, 특성, 규모에 따라서 중점 관리 분야를 식별한 것이 이 논문의 의의라고 생각한다.

Coalition loyalty programs, loyalty cash-back programs that enable their members to accrue and redeem points at a wide-range of affiliated outlets, are emerging. In a coalition loyalty program, unlike in a single-brand loyalty program, points accrued from one outlet can be redeemed in other outlets which even may be of other brands than the very one where the points were from. However, in spite of such systematic characteristic of coalition loyalty programs, there is only little research on the effect of the program. The present study is aimed at examining the difference between the effects of a coalition and a single-brand loyalty program in terms of acquisition and retention of customers and tries to provide strategic implications for a firm to run a loyalty program. We classify purchase conditions into two types-acquisition vs. retention. Then we compare the effects of a coalition and a single-brand loyalty program on the purchase intention, under both the acquisition and the retention conditions. The result shows that the effect of the coalition loyalty program is stronger than that of the single-brand loyalty program under the acquisition condition. On the other hands, the single-brand loyalty program is more effective than the coalition loyalty program under the retention condition, at least for the minor brand.

To develop reliable 3D face recognition system, many researchers also have focused on 3D face data acquisition system. Previous many 3D face acquisition systems use visible patterns to solve corresponding problem, and this pattern made anyone who wants to be verified uncomfortable. In this paper, we propose a new invisible infrared line-laser pattern for 3D face data acquisition.

The defense industry export of Korea has been steadily risen since 2006. It is attained $340million, the highest export amounts ever, in 2013. As the defense industry export increase, Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) built defense industry export and import management system to assist export and to protect defense technologies. In this paper, we study factors to activate the defense industry export and import management system using Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) in compulsive usage environment. The significance of this study is as follows: First, we prove the reliability and feasibility of measurement variables in defense industry of compulsive usage environment. Second, we suggest factors to activate the defense industry export and import management system. Third, we present methodology to find factors in computation systems of public institute using TAM.

Performance of conventional PN acquisition schemes deteriorates when it is used in a fading channel. A new modified PN acquisition scheme is proposed to improve that performance in a frequency-selective fading channel. Simulation is used for verifying the performance which shows that the new scheme outper-forms the convention PN acquisition scheme using similar hardware.

The 4th Industrial Revolution and the continuous development of Science and Technology have also required a speedy business promotion method in the defense industry. Advanced countries including the United States are already boldly innovating the existing high-cost and long-term acquisition system with the highest priority in weapons development to cope with the military rise of Russia and China. The Ministry of National Defense and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration have also recently introduced a quick acquisition system and are applying it to business promotion. In addition, some small-scale projects and weapons systems are being reorganized so that they can be managed by the units demanding them. After an organizational diagnosis of the Project Acquisition Group by the Ministry of National Defense in 2020, it has been reassigned as a subordinate unit of the Army Logistics Command from a direct unit managed by the Army HQ. As a result, problems such as work conflict or redundancy have been identified. In addition, a system has been implemented to shorten the acquisition period by applying a rapid acquisition program in the field of weapons systems by benchmarking the rapid acquisition program of advanced countries. The force support system project process will also need to introduce such a quick acquisition system. In addition, the Ministry of National Defense is considering ways to delegate some weapon systems to each military, which will then carry out tasks ranging from requirements determination to project management. Accordingly, it is now time to expand the organization for the management of the Army's weapons system acquisition project. Therefore, in this paper, the Army Project Acquisition Group was analyzed on its organization, acquisition procedures, and cooperation systems, with presentations of development plans for each field.

방위사업청은 방위력개선업무의 투명성, 효율성, 전문성을 제고하는 한편, 방산 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 "통합사업관리정보체계" 구축 사업을 추진 중이다. 동 체계는 전사적개념으로 국방사업관리 전반에 BPM을 적용한 최초의 사례로서, 이의 적용을 통해 업무정보의 효율적인 공유, 신속한 업무처리, 효율적인 협업 및 의사소통이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 "통합사업관리정보체계"에 BPM을 도입하는 과정을 소개하는 한편, 이를 통한 업무에 대한 면밀한 분석 및 통합, 업무 프로세스의 표준화 및 체계 구현 결과를 기술하고, 동 체계내 BPMS 구축과정에서 발생한 이론과 실제의 차이와 교훈, 발전방향을 도출한다.
