To build up the military strength based on information oriented armed forces, the Korean ministry of national defense (MND) promotes the defense CALS (Continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support) initiative for the reductions of acquisition times, improvements of system qualities, and reductions of costs. These defense CALS activities are the major component of the underlying mid and long term defense digitization program and the ultimate goal of program is to bring a quick victory by providing real-time battlefield intelligence and the economical operations of the military. The concept of defense CALS is to automate the acquisition and disposition of defense systems throughout their life cycle. For implementing defense CALS, the technology for exchange and sharing CALS standard data that is created once and used many times should be considered. In order to develop an efficient CALS information exchange and sharing system, it is required to integrate distributed and heterogeneous data sources and provide systematic search tools for those data. In this study, we developed a content based search engine technology which is essential for the construction of integrated data environments. The developed technology provides the environment of sharing the CALS standard data such as SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) and STEP(Standard for The Exchange of Product model data). Utilizing this technology, users can find and access distributed and heterogeneous data sources without knowing its actual location.

본 논문은 정보통신기술, 특히 인터넷 스트리밍의 등장이 미디어산업에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 이를 어떻게 재편해오고 있는가라는 측면에서 최근 디즈니사의 폭스사 인수를 고찰한다. 이를 통해 디즈니가 점증하는 스트리밍 서비스의 도전과 변화하는 미디어 환경에 어떻게 대응하는지 살펴본다. 논문은 먼저 디즈니의 폭스 인수와 스트리밍 서비스가 영화 및 미디어 산업에 가져온 변화와 도전을 고찰한다. 그리고 이에 대응하여 2019년 말에 시작될 디즈니의 자체 스트리밍 서비스를 고찰한다. 마지막으로 디즈니의 스트리밍 서비스 진출이 한편으로는 소비자들에게 직접 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 커다란 이윤을 약속하지만 다른 한편으로는 현재 디즈니가 기반을 둔 기존 미디어 산업의 변화를 더욱 가속화시킬 것임을 지적한다.

The purpose of this research is to construct real-time image acquisition system for a line-scan inspection system as a computer vision system. To construct the line-scan inspection system, many problem arise. However, problems of image acquisitions using linear CCD are practically studied in this paper. These problems are concerned to proper lighting systems, relations with handling system, camera systems, and impacts due to the noise of environment. These problems are examined separately, and proper configurations for each case are suggested to construct the line-scan image acquisition system.

This paper presents an advanced method of simulation for EM(electromagnetic) environment that affects on mobile receivers. A new calibration algorithm in the process of simulation is introduced. With a proposed calibration method, the time required for simulation is reduced and this makes it possible to simulate a near-real time EM environment in a shielded anechoic chamber. EM environment data acquisition and logging techniques with GPS for simulation were developed.

본 연구에서는 기기의 감시 및 분석을 위해 필요한 데이터 획득 시스템의 개발에 관해 논의한다 선박에서의 회전기기 및 운전기기의 운전상태 감시와 분석을 위해서는 시스템에 적합한 데이터 획득시스템을 구축하여야 하고 이러한 데이터 획득 시스템을 간단하고 경제적으로 구성하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 아울러 사용 환경 혹은 사용자 인터페이스를 사용자의 의도에 따라 손쉽게 변경할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 데이터 획득 시스템을 구성하기 위한 기본적인 요소들에 대해 살펴보고, 일정시간 동안 자동적으로 데이터를 저장하는 방법과 네트웍을 통해 데이터를 획득하는 시스템 구성에 관해 논의한다. 최종적으로 실제 계측을 통해 구성된 데이터획득 시스템이 유용성을 확인한다.

Simulation-based acquisition(SBA)는 획득의 제단계에 모델링 및 시뮬레이션(M&S)를 적용함으로써 획득기간을 단축하고 무기체계 총 소유비용을 낮추며 소요군이 요구하는 성능목표를 가진 무기체계를 획득하고자 하는 새로운 획득 패러다임이다. 우리 군이 SBA의 정착을 위해 다각도의 노력을 기울이고 있음에도 불구하고 SBA의 성공적인 실행을 보장해 주는 청사진 역할을 하는 SBA 아키텍처 프레임워크에 대한 연구는 미진한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 MND-AF를 기반으로 SBA 아키텍처 프레임워크 개념모델을 제안하였으며, 우리 군의 획득 프로세스를 근간으로 운영 뷰에 대한 모델링을 수행하였다. 또한 운영 뷰에 포함된 각종 운영활동들이 임무 완수를 위해 활용하게 될 도구와 기술을 식별했으며, 데이터들간의 상호운용성을 보장해주는 표준화된 데이터 모델을 제안해 시스템 뷰에 포함시켰다. 특히 시스템 뷰에는 통합사업 관리팀과 운영활동의 주체들이 분산되어 있는 M&S 도구들을 활용할 수 있는 SBA AF 포털이 포함되어 있다. 또한 SBA 아키텍처 프레임워크 개념모델에는 기술 뷰와 아키텍처 구축을 위한 최상위 지침서로서의 역할을 하는 올 뷰가 포함되어 있다.

This study analyzed mothers' beliefs and practices for children's literacy acquisition by investigating the actual conditions of the literacy environment at home. The aim of this study is to understand what mothers believe about literacy, to recognize that children's literacy development is attained by activities done at home, and to provide basic data about parents' roles and guides for the development of a literacy education program for mothers and literacy development for children. As results of this study will show firstly that the actual conditions of the literacy environment for children at home begin before children are six months old, as most of mothers read to their children 2 or 3 times per week for more than 40-50 minutes. In addition, the study illustrate significant differences in mothers' literacy beliefs and practices according to the age of each child and the mothers educational background. A Third point that will be outlined is the way in which the developmental literacy belief among mothers' beliefs was related to the constructions and practices of mothers literacy environment. finally, the study will look at the influence of developmental literacy belief among mothers beliefs on practices of mothers literacy environments.

After North Korea's sixth nuclear test, the operational environment on the Korean Peninsula has fundamentally changed, and the South Korean military faces various security challenges, including a reduction in military service resources and shorter military service periods. In particular, the South Korean military is seeking a new paradigm in military construction amid changes in the defense acquisition environment linked to the push for defense reform 2.0 and the utilization of the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, this study considered strategies for improving the operational test and evaluation of weapons systems suitable for changes in the defense acquisition environment to effectively prepare for existing military threats and future warfare patterns. For this purpose, external environment analysis and internal capabilities were diagnosed using PEST Analysis and SPRO Analysis, and improvement strategies were derived through SWOT analysis.

The purpose of this study is to substantiate the affecting factors of informal learning outcomes for professions in various dimensions of an individual and organization. In specific, the study analyzed the effects of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment which have on task-related knowledge acquisition, adapting to organization and understanding contexts, relationship formation, and improving self-development-ability. The participants of the study were 261 professionals working at four major accounting firms in South Korea. Multiple regression models were applied step by step for analysis. In this study, the informal learning of professionals working at four major accounting firms is influenced by various factors of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment. The detailed analysis results were as follows. Firstly, peer-support showed the most positive effect on task-related knowledge acquisition. Secondly, for adapting to organization and understanding contexts, task autonomy showed the greatest effect. Thirdly, peer-support was found to be the most important factor for relationship formation. Fourthly, for improving self-development ability, learning goal orientation showed to be the most important factor. The various factors facilitated the professional learning by empirical identification. The study presented practical implications for creating an effective informal learning support environment.

The risk analysis plays an important role in weapon system acquisition project due to uncertainties in the acquisition process. But in domestic, studies on risk analysis are insufficient and risk cost is not included in acquisition budget in policy. Therefore, in this study, we suggest a method that measures risk or success probability of project using the stochastic model. In particular, in order to calculate the success probability, we apply the joint probability distribution model of cost and schedule that are critical factors influencing the project risk. And also we verify the applicability of this model in Korean defence industry environment through case studies.
