쇼핑 가치 추구 성향에 따른 쇼핑 목표와 공유 의도 차이에 관한 연구 - 전자제품 구매고객을 중심으로 (Shopping Value, Shopping Goal and WOM - Focused on Electronic-goods Buyers)

  • The interplay between hedonic and utilitarian attributes has assumed special significance in recent years; it has been proposed that consumption offerings should be viewed as experiences that stimulate both cognitions and feelings rather than as mere products or services. This research builds on previous work on hedonic versus utilitarian benefits, regulatory focus theory, customer satisfaction to address two question: (1) Is the shopping goal at the point of purchase different from the shopping value? and (2) Is the customer loyalty after the use different from the shopping value and shopping goal? We surveyed 345 peoples those who have bought the electronic-goods within 6 months. This research dealt with the shopping value which is consisted of 2 types, hedonic and utilitarian. Those who pursue the hedonic shopping value may prefer the pleasure of purchasing experience to the product itself. They tend to prefer atmosphere, arousal of the shopping experience. Consistent with previous research, we use the term "hedonic" to refer to their aesthetic, experiential and enjoyment-related value. On the contrary, Those who pursue the utilitarian shopping value may prefer the reasonable buying. It may be more functional. Consistent with previous research, we use the term "utilitarian" to refer to the functional, instrumental, and practical value of consumption offerings. Holbrook(1999) notes that consumer value is an experience that results from the consumption of such benefits. In the context of cell phones for example, the phone's battery life and sound volume are utilitarian benefits, whereas aesthetic appeal from its shape and color are hedonic benefits. Likewise, in the case of a car, fuel economics and safety are utilitarian benefits whereas the sunroof and the luxurious interior are hedonic benefits. The shopping goals are consisted of the promotion focus goal and the prevention focus goal, based on the self-regulatory focus theory. The promotion focus is characterized into focusing ideal self because they are oriented to wishes and vision. The promotion focused individuals are tend to be more risk taking. They are more sensitive to hope and achievement. On the contrary, the prevention focused individuals are characterized into focusing the responsibilities because they are oriented to safety. The prevention focused individuals are tend to be more risk avoiding. We wanted to test the relation among the shopping value, shopping goal and customer loyalty. Customers show the positive or negative feelings comparing with the expectation level which customers have at the point of the purchase. If the result were bigger than the expectation, customers may feel positive feeling such as delight or satisfaction and they would want to share their feelings with other people. And they want to buy those products again in the future time. There is converging evidence that the types of goals consumers expect to be fulfilled by the utilitarian dimension of a product are different from those they seek from the hedonic dimension (Chernev 2004). Specifically, whereas consumers expect the fulfillment of product prevention goals on the utilitarian dimension, they expect the fulfillment of promotion goals on the hedonic dimension (Chernev 2004; Chitturi, Raghunathan, and Majahan 2007; Higgins 1997, 2001) According to the regulatory focus theory, prevention goals are those that ought to be met. Fulfillment of prevention goals in the context of product consumption eliminates or significantly reduces the probability of a painful experience, thus making consumers experience emotions that result from fulfillment of prevention goals such as confidence and securities. On the contrary, fulfillment of promotion goals are those that a person aspires to meet, such as "looking cool" or "being sophisticated." Fulfillment of promotion goals in the context of product consumption significantly increases the probability of a pleasurable experience, thus enabling consumers to experience emotions that result from the fulfillment of promotion goals. The proposed conceptual framework captures that the relationships among hedonic versus utilitarian shopping values and promotion versus prevention shopping goals respectively. An analysis of the consequence of the fulfillment and frustration of utilitarian and hedonic value is theoretically worthwhile. It is also substantively relevant because it helps predict post-consumption behavior such as the promotion versus prevention shopping goals orientation. Because our primary goal is to understand how the post consumption feelings influence the variable customer loyalty: word of mouth (Jacoby and Chestnut 1978). This research result is that the utilitarian shopping value gives the positive influence to both of the promotion and prevention goal. However the influence to the prevention goal is stronger. On the contrary, hedonic shopping value gives influence to the promotion focus goal only. Additionally, both of the promotion and prevention goal show the positive relation with customer loyalty. However, the positive relation with promotion goal and customer loyalty is much stronger. The promotion focus goal gives the influence to the customer loyalty. On the contrary, the prevention focus goal relates at the low level of relation with customer loyalty than that of the promotion goal. It could be explained that it is apt to get framed the compliment of people into 'gain-non gain' situation. As the result, for those who have the promotion focus are motivated to deliver their own feeling to other people eagerly. Conversely the prevention focused individual are more sensitive to the 'loss-non loss' situation. The research result is consistent with pre-existent researches. There is a conceptual parallel between necessities-needs-utilitarian benefits and luxuries-wants-hedonic benefits (Chernev 2004; Chitturi, Raghunathan and Majaha 2007; Higginns 1997; Kivetz and Simonson 2002b). In addition, Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the precedence principle contends luxuries-wants-hedonic benefits higher than necessities-needs-utilitarian benefits. Chitturi, Raghunathan and Majaha (2007) show that consumers are focused more on the utilitarian benefits than on the hedonic benefits of a product until their minimum expectation of fulfilling prevention goals are met. Furthermore, a utilitarian benefit is a promise of a certain level of functionality by the manufacturer or the retailer. When the promise is not fulfilled, customers blame the retailer and/or the manufacturer. When negative feelings are attributable to an entity, customers feel angry. However in the case of hedonic benefit, the customer, not the manufacturer, determines at the time of purchase whether the product is stylish and attractive. Under such circumstances, customers are more likely to blame themselves than the manufacturer if their friends do not find the product stylish and attractive. Therefore, not meeting minimum utilitarian expectations of functionality generates a much more intense negative feelings, such as anger than a less intense feeling such as disappointment or dissatisfactions. The additional multi group analysis of this research shows the same result. Those who are unsatisfactory customers who have the prevention focused goal shows higher relation with WOM, comparing with satisfactory customers. The research findings in this article could have significant implication for the personal selling fields to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency of the sales such that they can develop the sales presentation strategy for the customers. For those who are the hedonic customers may be apt to show more interest to the promotion goal. Therefore it may work to strengthen the design, style or new technology of the products to the hedonic customers. On the contrary for the utilitarian customers, it may work to strengthen the price competitiveness. On the basis of the result from our studies, we demonstrated a correspondence among hedonic versus utilitarian and promotion versus prevention goal, WOM. Similarly, we also found evidence of the moderator effects of satisfaction after use, between the prevention goal and WOM. Even though the prevention goal has the low level of relation to WOM, those who are not satisfied show higher relation to WOM. The relation between the prevention goal and WOM is significantly different according to the satisfaction versus unsatisfaction. In addition, improving the promotion emotions of cheerfulness and excitement and the prevention emotion of confidence and security will further improve customer loyalty. A related potential further research could be to examine whether hedonic versus utilitarian, promotion versus prevention goals improve customer loyalty for services as well. Under the budget and time constraints, designers and managers are often compelling to choose among various attributes. If there is no budget or time constraints, perhaps the best solution is to maximize both hedonic and utilitarian dimension of benefits. However, they have to make trad-off process between various attributes. For the designers and managers have to keep in mind that without hedonic benefit satisfaction of the product it may hard to lead the customers to the customer loyalty.

  • 제품의 복잡성이 증대될수록 기업의 전략은 나홀로(stand-alone)전략과 경쟁중심 전략에서 기업생태계 전략과 협력전략으로 이행할 필요성이 높아진다. 기업의 상생경영 및 동반성장이란 기업생태계 협력전략을 통해 대기업과 협력기업간의 기업건강성을 추구하여 장기적으로 지속가능한 성장을 하기 위한 노력이다. 본 연구는 기업 간 상생경영 및 동반성장 전략을 통해 기업생태계가 건강해질 수 있다는 이론적 명제를 삼성전자 협력업체의 사례분석과 종단적 자료에 기반한 추세분석을 통해 검증해보고자 한 것이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 중소기업생태계의 취약점의 하나인 글로벌화와 해외시장개척의 정도를 주요한 성과척도로 활용하였다. 왜냐하면 한국중소기업들이 연구개발과 창조성노력이 해외시장개척으로 연결되지 못하고 있는 연구개발 패러독스에 빠져있는 경우가 많기 때문이다. 그러므로 해외시장 개척없이는 기업생태계의 건강성 유지가 어려우며, 협력기업들은 글로벌 시장개척여부가 강소기업으로 가는 진화경로의 핵심이기 때문이다. 이를 위해 기업생태계 건강성의 특성을 나타내는 COPP 모델의 4대요소를 중심으로 분석하였다. COPP 모델이란 창조성(Creativity), 시장성(Opportunity), 생산성(Productivity), 그리고 선제적 대응성(Proactivity)이 선순환 해야 기업생태계의 지속가능성장이 만들어 질 수 있다는 것이다. 선제적 대응성(Proactivity) 이란 현재 만들어진 이익을 미래환경변화에 미래 선제적으로 투자하려는 기업가정신의 발로이며, 이러한 미래투자 없이는 현재의 저주(Curse of Incumbency)를 극복하기 어렵기 때문이다. 이 모델을 중심으로 삼성전자 동반성장의 주요 성과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시장성이 창조성, 생산성, 그리고 수익창출의 매개변수가 되고 있음을 발견 하였다. 즉, 수출(시장성)하는 협력기업일수록 연구개발투자(창조성)가 기업의 생산성, 수익성으로 연결되고 있었다. 반면 수출을 하지 않는 협력업체일수록 연구개발투자가 수익 성과로 연결되지 않는다는 것을 발견하였다. 둘째, 창조성, 시장성, 생산성, 미래 선제적 대응성의 순환 구조에 있어서, 선제적 대응성의 결과인 미래를 위한 연구개발비 투자를 많이 할수록(선제적 대응성) 특허를 많이 등록(창조성)하고, 특허를 많이 등록한 기업은 수출을 많이 하고(시장성), 수출을 많이 하는 기업은 영업이익(생산성, 수익성)이 높다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 이제 중소기업은 글로벌시장에 진출할 수 있는 경쟁력 보완 없이 지속적인 성장은 어렵다. 본 연구의 결과, 미래를 위한 투자인 선제적 대응성이 높은 기업일수록 창조성-시장성-생산성의 선순환이 이루어지고, 이것이 글로벌강소기업으로 진화하는 길임을 보여주는 전략적 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

가정교과를 적용한 결혼이주여성 대상 가정생활문화교육 프로그램 개발과 효과 (Development and Effects Family Life Education for Marriage Immigrant Women Applying Home Economics)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 가정생활의 향상 및 실천 능력의 증진을 위하여 가정생활문화교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 가정생활문화교육 프로그램 내용은 가정교과서의 가정생활문화 단원을 바탕으로 구성되었다. 프로그램 내용의 타당성은 2명의 전문가에게 검증받았다. 연구대상자는 서울시 J구에 거주하는 14명의 결혼이주여성이며, 프로그램은 서울 J다문화가족지원센터에서 2014. 9.16-10.7일까지 총 3일에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 프로그램의 평가는 객관적 평가와 주관적 평가(반구조화된 면접 및 설문조사)를 통해 실시하였으며, 객관적 평가 문항은 선행연구 및 가정교과서를 바탕으로 연구자가 구성하였고, 그 내용은 전문가 2인으로부터 검증받았다. 이 연구의 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학교 가정교과서 '가족이 여는 행복한 가정생활문화 단원'을 중심으로 총 8회기로 구성된 가정생활문화교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성을 위한 가정생활문화교육 프로그램은 우리나라 전통문화의 이해 및 자신들 모국의 가족문화의 이해를 도모할 수 있도록 하였고, 나아가 가족생활문화의 다양성을 존중하는 태도를 기르고자 하였다. 셋째, 프로그램 효과성 결과를 살펴보면, 사전-사후 검사를 통한 객관적 평가에서 프로그램의 효과성이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또 주관적 평가 결과, 모든 참여자가 프로그램 목표달성, 프로그램 내용과 활동의 적절성, 운영만족도에서 4.0점 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였다. 반구조화된 면접을 통한 주관적 평가의 결과, 결혼이주여성들은 가정생활문화와 관련 심화된 내용을 지속적으로 배우고 싶다는 의지에서 가정생활문화교육에 대한 높은 욕구를 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과는 가정교과를 활용한 가정생활문화교육 프로그램이 결혼이주여성의 건강한 가정생활문화 구현에 주요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 대한지리학회가 1945년 9월 11일에 창립되어 50주년을 맞았다. 이를 기념하기 위하 여 국제지리학술대회를 1995년 10월 13일, 14일 이틀에 걸쳐 서울대학교 교수회관에서 개최 하기로 결정하였다. 이 대회에서 논의될 주제는 분단국토의 현실과 통일국토의 미래상, 21세 기 한국 지리학의 도전, 한국 지리학의 반세기-회고와 전망이라는 3가지가 중심이 된다. 이 번 학술대회를 통하여 2000년에 개최할 IGC서울대회를 성공적으로 이끌 역량을 축적하고, 지리학의 연구내용이 결국 인간생활의 질을 향상시키는데 기여해야만 학문적 영속성과 가치 를 인정받을 수 있다는 진실을 인식하는 계기가 되어야 한다.

  • Fertilized egg, by successive cell divisions, differentiates into different tissues and organs with various structures and functions. Different cells and tissues contain different proteins, products of selective gene expression. Not all the genes in any genomes are equally active, temporal and spatial gene expression being the general rule. Present paper attempts to review the tanscriptional mechanisms or the initiations of transcription from several angles. In some of the organisms the genes in the process of transcription or the genes in the inactive state can be seen under the light microscope. Some bands of Drosophila polytene chromosomes may exhibit a swollen or puff appearance under certain conditions. A puff, unfolded or decondensed form of chromomere, represents sets of intense transcriptional activity or RNA synthesis. The heterochromatic X chromosome whose genes remain inactive in the female mammals can be visualized as a dark staining structure called Barr body, Configuration of chromatin differs between transcribed and nontranscribed chromatin. Modification to the chromatin facilitates RNA synthesis. The movement of large polymerase molecule along the DNA would probably be facilitated if some modifications of the chromatin configuration is effected. Methylation of cytosines in CG sequences is associated with inactive genes. Methylation can play a role in determination of mammalian cells during embryogenesis. Demethylation is necessary for the gene to be expressed during development A histone modification that is also known to be correlated with transcriptional capacity of chromatin is acetylation of the lysine residues of the core histones. Chromatin containing a high level of histone acetylation is very sensitive to DNase 1. For the transcription to occur TBP must first bind to the TATA box. Another TF, TF IIB, then binds to the promoter-TBP complex, facilitating the access of RNA polymerase to the transcription initiation site. As recently as eight years ago researchers assumed that histones were irrelevant to the regulation of gene expression. Histones combine with the DNA to form nucleosome of the chromatin. Histones are vital participant in gene regulation. Histone and basal factors compete for access to TATA box. When DNA is exposed to basal factors before histones are introduced, the basal factors assemble on TATA boxes preventing the access of histones, allowing transcription to occur, for transcription to begin, activator protein at the upstream activation sequence or enhancer must interact with the tail of histone H4 at TATA box and cause the histone role particle to dissociate from the TATA box leading to partial breakup of the histone core particle and allowing the basal factors to bind to the TATA box. New concept of genomic flux in contrast to the old concept of static genome has been developed based on the powerful new molecular techniques. Genomic changes such as repetitive DNAs and transposable elements, it is assumed but not yet proved, may affect some of the developmental patterns that characterize particular cells, tissues, organs, and organisms. In the last decade or so remarkable achievement have been made in the researches of the structures and functions of TFs and the specific target sequences located in promoters or enhancers where these TFs bind. TFs have independent domains that bind DNA and that activate transcription. DNA binding domain of TFs serves to bring the protein into the right location. There are many types of DNA binding domains. Common types of motifs can be found that are responsible for binding to DNA. The motifs are usually quite short and comprise only a small part of the protein structure. Steroid receptors have domains for hormone binding, DNA binding, and activating transcription. The zinc finger motif comprises a DNA binding domain. Leucine zipper consist of a stretch of amino acids with a leucine residue in every seventh position Two proteins form a dimer because they interact by means of leucine zippers on similar α-helical domain. This positions their DNA binding basic domains for interaction with the two halves of a DNA sequence with dyad symmetry of TGACTCA, ACTGAGT.

수학적 사고력에 관한 인지신경학적 연구 개관 (A Review of the Neurocognitive Mechanisms for Mathematical Thinking Ability)

  • 수학적 사고력은 STEM(science, technology, engineering, mathematics) 분야에서의 학업적인 성취와 과학기술의 혁신에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학제 간 연구 분야인 수 인지(numerical cognition) 및 수학적 인지와 관련된 최근의 인지신경학적 연구 결과들을 종합하여 개관하였다. 첫째로 수학적 사고의 기초가 되는 뇌 기제의 위치와 정보처리 메커니즘을 확인하였다. 수학적 사고는 영역 특정적(domain specific)인 기능인 수 감각과 시공간적 능력뿐만 아니라 영역 일반적(domain general)인 기능인 언어, 장기기억, 작업 기억(working memory) 등을 기초로 하며 이를 토대로 추상화, 추론 등의 고차원적인 사고를 한다. 이 중에서 수 감각과 시공간적 능력은 두정엽(parietal lobe)을 기반으로 한다. 두 번째로는 수학적 사고 능력에서 관찰되는 개인 차이에 대하여 고찰하였다. 특히 수학 영재들의 신경학적인 특성을 신경망 효율성(neural efficiency)의 관점에서 고찰해 보았다. 그 결과 높은 지능이란 두뇌가 얼마나 많이 일하느냐가 아니라 얼마나 효율적으로 일하는가에 달렸다는 사실을 확인하였다. 수학 영재들의 또 다른 특성은 좌반구와 우반구 간의 연결과 반구 내에서 전두엽과 두정엽의 연결이 뛰어나다는 사실이다. 세 번째로는 학습과 훈련, 그리고 성장에 따른 변화 및 발전에 대한 분석이다. 개인이 성장하며, 수학 학습과 훈련을 하게 될 때 이에 따라 두뇌 피질에서도 변화가 반영되어 나타난다. 그 변화를 피질에서의 활성화 수준의 변화, 재분배, 구조적 변화라는 관점에서 해석하였다. 이 중에서 구조적 변화는 결국 신경 가소성(neural plasticity)을 의미한다. 마지막으로 수학적 창의성은 수학적 지식(개념)을 기초로 하여 수학적 개념들을 결합하는 단계가 요구되며, 그 후 결합된 개념들 중에서 심미적인 선택을 통해 수학적 발명(발견)으로 연결된다. 전문성이 높아질수록 결합과 선택이라는 두 단계가 더욱 중요해진다.

한국 지역사회영양의 현황과 전망 (Current Status and Prospects of Community Nutrition in Korea)

  • The nutritional status is strictly related with flood production, flood processing, and distribution along with habits, education and technological achievement, adapted and adjusted to socio-economic conditions. All these factors are independently affecting the nutritional status of populations. In addition to the above mentioned factors launch of it is useful to consider two points ; unification of the South and the North Korea and WTO. The present study gives and overview of basic knowledge about nutritional status of Korean by using availab1e data in relation to nutrition. The basic characteristics of Korean diet with proportions high in carbohydrate and low in fat, have been relatively constant for the past two decades. The average daily flood intake in terms of weight of flood per person is relatively constant throughout the years. Although the proportion of animal food intake tends to increase recently, the Korean diet is still insufficient in meat, eggs, milk, and fish. Moreover because milk has not been accustomed flood with the general population and not much used in traditional flood preparation in Korea, milk consumption was especially low in comparison with western countries. The total energy intake was relatively constant throughout the years from 1969 to 1993. However, changes in the composition have occurred in the past two decades. The amount and proportions of fat have been s1ightly increasing while the total amount of carbohydrate has been decreasing. The nutrition preblems of Korea have changed over the past severa1 decades. The general adequacy of protein and energy existing after Korean War(1950) was resolved now. Since then the average diet appears to be nearly desirable in terms of rapid rates of growth during childhood and attainment of progressively stature and body weight at maturity. The dietary habits of some young people in these days seem to be taking a more western style diets. This trends if established by habit may lead to a marked change in the traditional diet and health. I think Korean nutritional experiences have potential values for tole other countries in Asia and in western countries. Korean diet illustrates a high level of nutritional status and health attainable will a largely vegetable diet : high in complex carbohydrates, and dietary fibre, and low in tat, and reasonable amount of total protein. This is significant for developing and developed countries that must select specific goals fir adequate nutrition for the people. Compared to the western countries, Koreas different incidence of coronary heart disease and malignancy demonstrates the significance of environment and probably the prominent role of diet in the development of these diseases. The changes occurring in the Korean diet of fir the unusual opportunity to assess the effect of diet upon chronic degenerative disease. In the future, the Korean diet might be continue to change significantly These changes are being influenced by socioeconomic factors that have been emerging and growing stronger since mid-l980 and that probably continue to be potent. The expanded purchasing power of the consumer results in increased discretionary purchases. In the case of foodstuffs, the consumer demands appear to be directed toward items of higher protein content, which, being primarily animal products, are inevitably accompanied by an increased consumption of fat. The continued availability of these more expensive flood items depends upon the balance of foreign trade favouring their importation and domestic production. A regression of foreign trade could result in a decreased supply for the consumer, whereas continued growth of trade iou]d provide freedom for increasing availability to the consumer. In this latter situation the exact choice of foodstuffs is depending upon comsumer tastes and the pressures that may influence it.

  • 이 연구 논문은 인류 문명사에서 금자탑을 이루는 제 1차 산업혁명을 이끌고 성공적으로 이룬 와트에 관하여 그의 교육환경과 배움의 자세를 문헌을 통하여 살펴보고, 산업혁명의 결과물인 '새로운 증기기관'의 연구 개발 과정과 환경 등을 통하여 산업혁명을 이끄는 기본적인 인적 물적 인프라를 알아보는 데에 있다. 이러한 과정에서 얻어지는 정보는, 우리의 현재 학교교육이 지향하고 있는 '창의성 개발'에 관한 지침을 얻을 수 있다고 본다. 또한 아직은 태동기에 있는 '4차 산업혁명'을 대비하는 데에도 온고지신의 차원에서 많은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 이상의 내용을 종합하여 얻은 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 와트의 부모는 아들이 기계장치 등에 흥미를 가지고 있다는 것을 알고 이 분야의 타고난 재능을 살려주기 위하여 적극적으로 협조하였다. 둘째, 와트는 글라스고우 대학의 교수들과 인연을 맺고 자신의 관심분야를 스스로 개척하며, 자기주도 학습으로 지식을 흡수하였다. 이러한 학문에 관한 끊임없는 능동적인 자세는 그를 이 분야의 기술자 및 이론가로서 성장시켰다. 셋째, 18세기에 신분의 벽을 뛰어넘는 새로운 시대를 주도하는 Lunar society의 연구 환경 인프라는 와트에게 과학적 호기심과 자유로운 탐구 정신을 경험하게 한 협회이다. 자신의 과학기술지식을 발표하고, 서로 이에 대한 의견을 자유롭게 교환하며 집단적 사고방식을 바탕으로 문제-해결의 지식을 축적해 가는 시스템이 있다는 것은 현대의 R & D환경을 만들 때에도 유념하여야 할 사항이다. 넷째, 사업가 볼턴과 같이 기술을 이해하고 그 가치를 파악하는 능력이 구비된 '경영의 귀재'가 연구자들을 재정적으로 지원하는 시스템이 필요하다. 동시에 재정문제를 그다지 걱정하지 않고 기술 자체를 즐기고 연구하는 '기술의 달인' 와트와 같은 사람이 있어야 산업혁명은 잘 이루어질 수 있다.

중학교 가정과교사의 가족가치관과 세 행동체계별 가족생활 영역 목표 요구도 (Middle School Home Economics Teachers 'Family Value and Needs on Learning Objectives of Family Life Area according to the Three Systems of Action)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 가정과교사의 가족가치관과 가족생활 영역 목표의 요구도를 파악하고 이 둘이 어떤 관계가 있는지 밝히는 데 있다. 본 연구 자료는 전국에서 중학교 $\lceil$기술${\cdot}$가정$\rfloor$ 교과의 가족생활 영역을 지도하고 있는 교사를 대상으로 우편을 통한 설문지로 수집되었다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA와 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 교사의 가족가치관은 비교적 근대적인 것으로 나타났으며, 결혼관, 성역할관, 자녀관, 효 및 부양의식, 가족주의 가치관의 모든 하위영역에서도 근대적인 가치관을 지니고 있었다. 둘째, 가정과 교사의 가족생활 영역 목표에 대한 요구도는 해방적 행동체계에 대한 요구도가 가장 높았고 다음으로 기술적 행동체계에 대한 요구도가 높았으나 해석적 행동체계와 비슷하였다. 셋째, 가족가치관과 가족생활 영역 목표의 요구도와의 관계에 있어서는 기술적, 해석적 행동체계의 목표의 요구도는 가족가치관과 상관이 거의 없었으나, 해방적 행동체계의 목표 요구도는 가족가치관이 근대적일수록 높았다. 넷째, 가정과교사의 가족가치관과 가족생활 영역 목표에 대한 요구도에 있어서 여교사, 가정과목 자격 소지 교사, 젊은 교사, 교직경력이 적은 고사가 각각 그렇지 않은 경우보다 더 근대적 가치관을 가지고 있었고 아울러 해방적 행동체계의 목표를 더 많이 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통하여 볼 때, 가정교과가 실천 비판적인 교과라는 본질에 대한 합의를 이루어 가족생활 교육 과정에 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있다. 그러기 위해서는 가정과교사 교육과 재교육 과정을 통해서 성숙된 가족가치관과 가족에 대한 해방적 인식관심을 기를 수 있는 기회가 주어져야 할 것이다. 그리고, $\lceil$기술${\cdot}$가정$\rfloor$ 교과 지도 시에 기술과 가정 영역을 분리하여 가정과교사가 가족생활 영역을 지도하는 것이 실천 비판적 관점에서의 가정과교육의 실현을 위해서 바람직하다.

농촌 일차 보건사업에 있어서 마을건강원 업무량 및 업적에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance and Achievement of Village Health Workers in Rural Primary Health Care Program)

  • It is utmostly important to establish the efficient fitable way of peoples' active participation in primary health care especially in the areas where the public or governmental service input for the basic health care is insufficient like as in rural areas of Korea. In light of above reason, this study focused mainly on the evaluation of roles and activities of village health workers (VHWs) who were selected from grass- root level of village people in order to derive further motivation for active participation. This is believed to be a sort of feedback mechanisms. Actually, the authors collected the activity reports of VHWs who had been devoting themselves in the primary health care services of Jeomdong Area, of Yeoju Gun one of Korea University Community Health Action Programmes and survey record on the VHWs activity from correspondent people. 1 hose data were analyzed through computer programmed package. The activities performed by VHWs were limited to the performance in 1985 for conveniance. The summarized results were as follows; 1) General characteristics of VHWs. Among a total of 28 VHWs in the area, about 39.3g of them have been replaced up to the date since the implementation in 1983, because of moving out, occupational employment and of others. The age of majority (75.0%) lied between the range of 30-50, and educational background of 67.9% belonged to category of primary school graduation, about 50% of them experienced to be or were also entiled "chief of women club" of corresponding villages. 2) Work-load of VHWs. Each VHW was assigned for tasks of health care for average 55 households of 248 persons. They shared approximately 6 days a month for the activity in average and it covered 17 cases of basic health care in a month. A half of the VHWs performed home visits irregularly without solidified schedule. 3) Work performance analysis. Informations collected through VHWs were compared with data from official vital registration at local administration center "Myon Office" in 1985. VHWs collected 100.8 of new born, 116.2 of death, 58.3 of move in and 74.8 of move out in comparison with 100.0 of official registration each. Pregnant women of 79.8% of mothers among the total pregnancy of 94 which were confirmed as normally delivered or aborted cases by all means afterwards had been detected by VHWs as being pregnant and all of them received some of antenatal cares by VHWs. All(100%) of delivered women were detected by VHWs through home visits and they were cared postnatally. Whereas, according to the records of birth registration, the places of delivery were clinic in 33.7%, and mother's home in 66.3%, VHWs reported them to be clinic in 48.9%, midwifery in 20.2%. It was cleared that most of misinformation was caused by uncautious filling of birth registration at notification. Among the total of 717 eligible women under age 44 years, family planning status of 92.6% was reported by VHWs confirming practice of control to be 70.8% of reported fertile women. 4) Attitude of VHW on the roles and functions. Although 92.0% of VHWs expressed VHWs to be worthwhile, only 52.0% of them had dignity and satisfaction in their activity and 44.0% of them had passive attitude of working saying they followed direction regardlessly. Concerning difficulties in performance as a VHW, 60.7% of them pointed out lacking of medical and health related knowledge by themselves. Still, 64.0% of them thought visiting unfamilier house to be awful and 40.0% complained forms of activity to be difficult and hard. It was also revealed that 56.6% confessed lack of interest on community health service itself. Most of VHWs needed more educational training especially on clinical fields such as cares of gynecological diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic diseaes of the aged. Regular on-the-job basic trainings were said to be needed twice a year.
