이 연구는 IFLA에서 연구되고 있는 '전거데이터의 기능상의 요건'(FRAD)을 FRAR에서의 변화 양상을 중심으로 명확히 이해하기 위한 것이다. 또한 FRAD가 RDA와 MARC21에 끼친 영향을 분석함으로 FRAD와 관련 규칙과의 관계를 정립하였고, 전거제어를 위한 IFLA의 활동에 비추어 국내 전거제어 관련 목록 규칙과 포맷, 주요 전거DB구축 현황을 검토하였다. 이런 분석을 토대로 국내 전거제어 표준을 위한 고려사항으로 접근점제어방식, 적용범위 확대, 개체-관계 모형과 같은 새로운 접근방식의 도입, 국가서지작성기관의 역할 강화 등을 살펴보았다. 이 연구결과는 전거제어를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study investigated the scope of patient navigation studies on women's health care for maternal health and noncancerous gynecologic conditions and aimed to report the characteristics of the identified patient navigation programs. Methods: A scoping review was conducted following Arksey and O'Malley's framework. Five electronic databases were searched for relevant studies published in English: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, and PsycInfo. There were no restrictions on the publication date and the search was completed in July 2023. Results: This scoping review included 14 studies, which collectively examined seven patient navigation programs. All selected studies were related to maternal health issues (e.g., perinatal health problems and contraception for birth spacing). Close to two-thirds of the patient navigation services were provided by women (n=9, 64.3%) and half by lay navigators (n=7, 50.0%). The majority incorporated the use of mobile health technologies (n=11, 78.6%). All of the patient navigation programs included in the review coordinated the necessary clinical and social support services to improve women's access to care. Conclusion: Patient navigation appears to be in its nascent phase in the field of maternal health. The results of this study suggest that the implementation of patient navigation services could potentially improve access to care for socially disadvantaged women and families. Furthermore, providing patient navigation services that are specifically tailored to meet women's needs could improve the quality of maternity care.

최근 관심이 약화되고 있지만 정보격차는 정보사회 실현의 중요한 장애요인으로 지적되어 왔다. 정보격차에 대한 상반된 설명방식이라고 할 수 있는 낙관론과 비관론은 공통적으로 정보격차를 초래하는 객관적 조건에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 그러나 접근 가능성은 객관적 조건뿐만 아니라 개인적 차원의 필요성에 대한 인식이나 의지와 같은 주관적 조건에 의해서도 달라질 수 있다는 사실은 경시되어 왔다. 인식이나 의지에 따르는 선택은 접속과 비접속을 결정하는 중요한 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 미국의 경우 잠재적 이용자의 50% 이상이 스스로의 의지와 선택에 의해 인터넷을 사용하지 않는 것으로 알려져 있다. 우리나라의 경우에도 인터넷 사용자를 대상으로 한 조사에 따르면 '필요성을 느끼지 못해서'가 인터넷을 이용하지 않는 가장 중요한 이유로 나타났다. '이용할 시간이 없어서'라고 선택한 경우도 지속적으로 감소하고 있기는 하지만 상당한 비율을 차지하고 있으며 비 이용자들 중에서 차지하는 상대적 비중은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 선택에 의한 정보통신 기술의 비 이용자들을 정보격차의 범위에 포함시켜야 할 것인가의 문제가 있기는 하지만 정보사회로의 진행과정에서 선택에 의한 비 이용에 관심을 기울일 필요성은 분명한 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 파리원칙을 대체하고, 기계가독형목록환경에서 제정된 국제목록원칙 2009의 분석을 통해 한국목록규칙의 방향을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 국제목록원칙 2009는 국가의 목록규칙 제정시 일관성을 유지하기 위한 최소한의 원칙으로 RDA, ISBD 2010 등의 목록규칙에 이미 반영되고 있다. 반면, 한국목록규칙은 2003년 제정된 이후 개정작업이 이루어지지 않았으며, 서지기술 부분만 있고 접근점의 선정과 형식은 전거에서 처리하도록 규정하고 있어 개정의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국제목록원칙 2009를 분석하여 한국목록규칙에서 적용할 사항을 파악하고자 한다. 우선 파리원칙과 국제목록원칙 2009를 비교하여 국제목록원칙 2009의 특징을 살펴본 후, 이를 한국목록규칙과 비교하였다. 한국목록규칙과 비교항목은 국제목록원칙 2009의 범위, 원칙, 개체 속성 관계, 목록의 목적과 기능, 서지기술, 접근점, 탐색능력 기반이었다. 그 결과 한국목록규칙의 방향성은 첫째, 기술부분에서 ISBD 2010과 개념모델을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 국제목록원칙 2009에 근거하여 전거형 접근점의 선정과 형식이 규정되어야 한다. 셋째, 저작/표현형의 식별을 위한 필수 접근점을 서지레코드와 전거레코드에 기술해야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국제목록원칙 2009의 측면에서 우리나라 목록규칙의 개정의 방향을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

Researchers in science and technology has broadened the scope of research in order to solve complex problems, academic exchange has also been actively carried out. If the paper which is a mean of interdisciplinary approach has a limited term and the formula, it can act as barriers to access for many researchers in various fields. This paper proposes a cross-validation method for eliminating documentary barriers based on discrete event system formalism. We expect that our proposed method will improve a cross-validation considering researchers in another fields.

The advance of All-IP digital convergence is now triggering fundamental changes in the media industry. This article analyzes the evolution of the media industry based on a value chain model, with a special emphasis placed on the impact of digital technology on the structure of media production, distribution, and consumption. As the Internet has evolved into an access channel for all forms of media, the boundaries of the media industry remain unclear and open thus enabling anyone to become a creator of media. Furthermore, the scope of media continues to become more dynamic as competition grows between older and more innovative forms of media. In this light, adapting to innovative technologies and more effectively meeting the needs of customers represent key factors for the continued evolution of the media.

Recently the international transfer pricing became the most popular topic in accounting of the research as well as of the practice. Modern corporations have been experiencing a lot of changes in managerial control technique as their scale and scope of activities grows and the environment in which they operate changes rapidly. If there are internal transactions in a decentralized firm, the necessity of coordination among the divisions is inevitable. Transfer pricing in a decentalized company provides an excellent example of the coordinating role of information. One of the most important reason for a form to have a decentalized structure is the improved decision making at the lower level due to better access to information. International transfer pricing is not merely a problem of pricing but coordination of transfers and other collective or individual actions to derive rents from intergration. Such coordination can be achived through the performance evaluation scheme which is partly based upon transfer price.

Virtualisation in cloud computing is vital for maintaining maximum resource utilization and easy access to operation and storage management of components. Platform virtualisation technology has the potential to be easily implemented with the support of scalability and security, which are the most important components for cloud-based services. Virtual resources must be allocated to a centralized pool called the cloud, and it is considered as cloud computing only when the virtual resources are orchestrated through management and automation software. Therefore, research and development on the latest technology for such a virtualisation platform provides both academia and industry the scope to deploy the fastest and most reliable technology in limited hardware resource. In this research, we reviewed and compared the popular current technologies for network and service management and automation technology.

우리나라는 전기통신 관련법의 개정을 통하여 2000년 1월1일부터 보편적 서비스 제도를 명시화하여 실시하고 있다 그러나 경쟁환경에 더욱 적합하고 국민의 통신서비스 수요를 충족시키기 위해 아직도 검토되어야 할 사항이 많은 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본고에서는 주요 선진국의 사례를 토대로 우리 나라의 보편적 서비스에 대한 몇 가지 정책 대안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

As digital audio video data compression and transmission techniques are matured, huge amount of digital multimedia material is produced and delivered via broadcasting, digital storage media and world-wide web(WWW). Thus it became very important to provide a standardized way of multimedia data content description, so that efficient and effective access and reuse of valuable multimedia information can be possible. In this paper, enabling core technologies and our research directions on this are presented with brief introduction on the scope of the multimedia content description interface, called MPEG-7, in terms of objective, application and requirements.
