공공기관에서의 지식관리시스템 수용의 영향요인과 저항의 조절효과 (Factors Accepting KMS and the Moderating Role of Resistance in Public Sector)

  • Knowledge is a fundamental assets, therefore, the ability to create, acquire, integrate, and share knowledge has emerged as a fundamental organizational capability(Sambamurthy and Subramani, 2005). This apaper reports the results of an empirical study investigating the factors of acceptance and the moderating role of resistance in Knowledge Management Systems(KMS). The research model is based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and technology acceptance model(TAM). It includes the perceived usefulness instead of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and intention of acceptance of KMS. Also, three external variables namely task-technology fit, organizational support, and perceived rewards are added. In the research model, all hypothrses of the baseline model and the moderating effects of resistance were found to be significant. The authors also of fred several implications based chi the findings.

  • 공공부문 구성원의 정보기술 사용경로와 영향요인에 대하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 정보기술의 수용이 적극적으로 되어야 활용도 적극적으로 될 수 있다는 점이 나타났다. 당연한 이야기 같지만, 수동적인 수용이 아니라 적극적인 수용이어야 한다는 특징이 있다. 둘째, 업무에 대한 이해, 업무동기, 동료와 의사소통이 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 정보기술사용의 유용성 역시 중요한 것으로 파악되었다. 특히 업무에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 업무관련 정보기술을 더욱 적극적으로 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 순환보직을 하고 있는 공공부문의 현실상황에서 쉽지는 않지만 업무에 대한 이해를 높이는 방안을 강구해야 한다. 셋째, 정보화리더십의 경우 통계적으로 유의미하지 않게 나타났다. 하지만 정보화 추진과정에서 리더십의 중요성을 감안할 때 향후 개별적인 조직 내에서 리더십의 특성이 어떻게 나타나는지에 대한 후속연구의 필요성이 대두되었다. 분석결과의 시사점은 첫째, 조직적 맥락의 중요성을 인식하고 관리적 개입이 중요하다는 점을 들 수 있다. 개인의 정보기술 수용과 활용과정에 대한 기존의 기술수용이론 모델의 한계를 인식하고 이를 확장하여 우리나라 현실에 적합한 정보기술 수용모델을 검토해야 할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 중앙정부차원의 노력과 조직자체적 노력에도 불구하고 정보기술이 활용되지 못한다고 지적받는 이유는 무엇인지에 대하여 고민해야 한다. 이는 기술적 합리성에 과도하게 집착하여 조직적 맥락과 개인행태적 요소를 상당부문 고려하지 못함으로써 정보기술을 활용하게 하는 조직관리적 노력이 부족했던 것은 아닌지 생각해 보게 된다. 지금까지 중앙정부의 노력을 통하여 수동적인 수용을 진행하였다면, 앞으로는 다양한 조직맥락적 요인을 고려하여 적극적인 수용과 능동적인 활용을 이끌어 내어야 한다.

의료서비스 구매시 구전마케팅 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Word-of-Mouth's Marketing Factors and Medical-Care Service Purchase)

  • Although word-of-mouth (WOM) has been regarded as one of the very important topics in consumer research, its effects on other aspects of consumer behavior have been scarcely investigated in the context of health-care service industry. The WOM literature also suggests that it is essential for medical care service organizations in fierce competition to adopt WOM communication as a competitive weapon so as to be able to stay ahead of competition. The goal of this research was set to empirically study various relationships between antecedent variables, WOM acceptance, and purchase of medical care services. Specifically, drawing on the WOM literature, eight antecedents to WOM acceptance were selected first. Based on the relevant literature, seven sets of hypotheses on the relationships among antecedents to WOM, WOM acceptance, purchase intention and purchase of medical services were developed. Data were collected via an on-line survey. A total of 571 out of 600 responses turned out to be usable. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, 6 out of 8 antecedent variables to WOM acceptance were found to be positively affect WOM acceptance. However, the effects of (1) "newness of technology" pertaining to medical care service characteristics and (2) "involvement in health", one of receiver characteristics, were found to be insignificant. Second, most moderating effects on the relationship between purchase and purchase intention of medical care services were found to be insignificant with one exception. That is, elapse of time was found to be a marginally significant moderator on the relationship between purchase and purchase intention of medical care services. Third, it was found that the higher the WOM acceptance, the higher the purchase intention of medical care services. Finally, the effect of WOM acceptance was found to be particularly strong when WOM contents were perceived as useful and positive. Overall, it seems essential for hospitals to actively adopt WOM communication as a competitive marketing tool if they plan to improve their business performance. In this respect, the current study may serve to improve the business performance of hospitals by way of providing theoretical and empirical evidence on the effects of WOM communication variables on WOM acceptance and medical care service purchase.

Consumer Acceptance of E-Commerce in Korea and China;The Effects of National Culture

  • With e-commerce becoming international, understanding the effects of national culture in consumer acceptance of e-commerce is required. This study examines consumer e-commerce acceptance in Korea and China. The research model consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust and perceived risk was proposed, and the hypotheses based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions of power distance, individualism/collectivism, masculinity/femininity, uncertainty avoidance and long-term orientation, were established. The results show that perceived usefulness contributes less to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in China than it does in Korea. In addition, perceived ease of use contributes more to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in China. Trust contributes significantly to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in both countries, but perceived risk didn't influence consumer acceptance of e-commerce in either country. The contribution of this study is to provide strategic insights for successfully managing cross-cultural e-commerce.

  • An acceptance is effected by a statement or other conduct of the offeree indicating assent. Silence or inactivity does not in itself amount to acceptance. An acceptance of an offer becomes effective at the moment the indication of assent reaches the offeror. It uses in stating rules on whether an acceptance is too late to form a contract and an offeree may withdraw an acceptance after transmission. The offeree may indicate assent by performing an act such as one relating to the dispatch of the goods or payment of the price without notice to the offeror. The acceptance by action also is to be performed within the time fixed between the parties or within a resonable time. However, an oral offer must be accepted immediately by an offeree. After an acceptance by action, the offeree avoid revocation of an offer by giving the offeror prompt notice to that effect. Even if a reply an offer contains additions, limitations or other modifications is a rejection of the offer and constitutes a counter offer, the reply to an offer contains additional and different terms which do not materially alter the terms of the offer constitutes an acceptance unless the offeror objects to the discrepancy or to that effect. Additional or different terms relating to the price, payment, quality & quantity of the goods, time & place of delivery, a party's liability or the settlement of disputes are considered to materially alter the terms of the offer.

RPA의 지각된 위험요인이 수용갈등 및 수용의도에 미치는 영향: RPA경험, 성별, ICT업종을 통제변수로 (A Study on the Effects of Perceived Risk Factors of RPA on Acceptance Conflict and Acceptance Intention: RPA Experience, Gender, and ICT Industry as Control Variables)

  • 최근 다양한 산업분야에서 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)의 활용에 대한 검토가 이루어지고 있지만, 예상보다 빠르게 기업에 적용되고 있지 않은 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 신기술 수용의도에 대한 기존연구들의 긍정적인 영향을 참고하여, 다른 관접에서 RPA의 수용갈등과 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 인지된 3가지 부정적 위험요인을 제시하고, RPA유경험자, 성별 및 ICT업종을 통제변수로 하여 RPA의 수용갈등과 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구를 위해서 직장인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 22.0 및 AMOS 22.0 통계 툴을 이용하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 인지된 3가지 위험요인인 도입실패염려, 고용불안, 실행오류 중 고용불안과 실행오류는 RPA의 수용갈등과 수용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 도입실패염려는 수용갈등과 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수용갈등은 수용의도의 매개역할 요인으로 판단되었다. 즉 RPA 적용실패로 인해 작업 환경이 이전보다 악화될 것이라는 우려는 수용 갈등을 일으켜 수용 의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 보아 RPA가 적용되는 상황에서 이러한 측면에 대한 세심한 검토가 필요할 것이다. 또한 도입실패염려가 수용의도에 영향을 주는데 있어서 수용갈등이 간접효과로 유의미한 영향을 주는 결과로 보아, 수용갈등이 수용의도의 매개역할 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 RPA를 적용하고자 하는 각 산업에서 경영관리의 이론적, 실무적으로 인지된 위험 중 특히 중요한 요소를 파악하고 선제적으로 대응할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

믿음, 실용적 수용, 그리고 인식적 수용 (Belief, Pragmatic Acceptance, and Epistemic Acceptance)

  • 이주한 박사는 최근 세 논문들에서 다음 논제들을 옹호한다. 첫째, 일상적 표현 '믿음'은 세 가지 다른 종류의 심적 태도들을 가리키는 다의어이다. 즉 '믿음'은 불수의적 심적 성향으로서의 믿음, 수의적 심적 행위로서의 실용적 수용, 또는 수의적 심적 행위로서의 인식적 수용을 가리킨다. 둘째, 실용적 수용은 증거가 없음에도 실용적 이유에서 특정 명제를 참으로 간주하는 수의적 심적 태도인 반면 인식적 수용은 자신이 믿고 있는 명제를 그것을 거부해야 하는 비인식적 이유를 거스르면서 인식적 이유에서 증거에 따라 참으로 간주하는 수의적 심적 태도이다. 셋째, 의무론적인 인식규범이 적용되는 태도는 불수의적인 심적 성향으로서의 믿음이 아니라, 수의적인 심적 행위로서의 인식적 수용이다. 이 세 논제들은 만약 옳다면, 현대 인식론에 큰 함축을 가지는 독창적인 주장들이다. 그러나 이 논문에서 필자는 이주한 박사가 자신의 논제들을 정당화하는 데 성공적이지 않음을 주장한다.

항공관광종사원의 공항서비스 정책수용성 인식이 고객가치에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Effect of Aviation·Tourism Industry Employees' Airport Service Policy Acceptance on Creating Customer's Value)

  • Aviation/tourism industry has a unique characteristic of high inter-dependance between customer and service-provider. It is the mental condition of service-provider that could influence on the attitude of the service-provider. Thus, it is important to manage the mental condition of the service employees to enhance a company's financial performance. This paper tries to analyze the combined model of both policy acceptance and service profit chain(SPC) models. First, service policy acceptance model tells how the service policy acceptance, which consists of policy compliance, trust, participation and policy failure, would influence on SPC model. According to empirical research, it was found that both the employees' policy compliance and the policy trust have a positive significant impact on their participation on service policy. In the policy acceptance model, the employee's voluntary participation based on their trust and compliance of the policy was proven to have a positive effect on increasing job satisfaction and customer orientation. Regarding SPC model, their participation in the policy had the strongest impact among variables on customer orientation. Such results implies the employees' participation on the policy could become the starting point to enhance the customer value.

인천공항 이용객의 언택트기술 서비스 수용에 관한 연구: 혁신확산이론과 기술수용모델의 적용 (A Study on Passengers' Acceptance of Untact Technology Services at Incheon Airport: Application Innovative Expansion Theory and Technology Acceptance Model)

  • This study was conducted to explain airport users' acceptance intention for untact smart devices being introduced at Incheon Airport. Based on the technology acceptance model, perceived usefulness and ease of use influenced attitudes and intention to use. It was verified whether it was affecting the effect. In addition, variables proposed in innovation diffusion theory were selected to verify exogenous variables that affect perceived usefulness and ease of use, which serve as key independent variables in the technology acceptance model. Research results show that perceived usefulness has a high level of positive influence on attitude, whereas perceived ease of use has a low influence and does not show a statistically significant influence. In addition, it was confirmed that most variables of the innovation diffusion theory had no effect on usefulness and ease of use. This means that the key variable in the spread and use of untact smart devices at airports is the perception of usefulness, which means that resistance to accepting new technology is not high.

변혁적인 리더십이 부하의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향과 부하의 상사 수용도 조절효과 (The Effects of Transformational Leadership on Subordinate's Self-Efficacy and Subordinate's Acceptance Degree of Leader as Moderator)

  • This research is designed for studying between transformational leadership and behavior of subordinate. We took a practical analysis with conception of leader acceptance to search function between transformational leadership and self-efficacy. For practical proof of this research, we look hypothetical inspection with collected data after posing a question with medical Staff of 459. The practical analysis of this research is as below. First, We could know that transformational leadership affect partially positive effect to self-efficacy of subordinate. That is, as a result for researching into the influence of subordinate to self-efficacy, setting each element which forms transformational leadership as hypotheses, charismatic behavior and intellectual stimulation of leader's have an positive effect on self-efficacy of subordinate. However, there is no relation between individualized consideration and self-efficacy of subordinate. Second, we analyzed effect of subordinate's acceptance of leader between transformational leadership and acceptance degree of leader, we could know that all of them which is Two subordinate purpose of transformational leadership have a controling effects as there must be existed differences on self-efficacy before and after interaction. It is also another suggestion of this research to provide a clue to next research which is related with the importance of acceptance and it, conception, because we find the fact there could be existed the difference according to acceptance degree of leader.
