시멘트 페이스트의 특성에 미치는 흡수성폴리머의 영향 (Effects of Absorbent Polymer on the Moisture Resistance and Hydration Characteristics of Cement Pastes)

  • Absorbent polymer-cement composites were fabricated by the semi-powder mixing OPC(ordinary Portland cement) with an absorbent polymer. The effects of absorbent polymer on the mechanical properties and the hydration characteristics were observed and the polymer-cement interaction also discussed. Absorbent polymer-cement composites showed the value of total porosity of 8vol% the value of 28 days flexural strength was up to 280 Kgf/cm2 in the case of absorbent polymer-cement composite at 1 wt% absorbent polymer content and microstructure of absorbent polymer-cement composite has been observed more dense than that of OPC paste. Accordingly the permeability of compositewas improved and so the moisture resistance was also increased. Adding polymer did not retard the hydration of OPC. It was considered from the results of IR(infrared) analysis that the functional group of absorbent polymer would be changed from unidentate to bidentate during by the hydration of cement minerals.

알카놀아민 수용액을 이용한 저농도 CO2 흡수 특성 (Low Concentration CO2 Absorption Performance of Aqueous Alkanolamine Solutions)

  • 본 논문에서는 저농도 $CO_2$ 조건에서 알카놀아민 흡수제 별 $CO_2$ 흡수 특성을 도출하였다. 단일흡수제의 경우 MEA 농도가 1 wt%, 2 wt%, 3 wt% 증가 시 $CO_2$ 흡수량은 0.34 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent, 0.32 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent, 0.30 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent로 감소하였고, AMP 농도가 1 wt%, 2 wt%, 3 wt% 증가 시 $CO_2$ 흡수량은 0.32 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent, 0.30 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent, 0.28 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent로 감소하였다. 혼합흡수제의 경우 MEA 0.5 wt%와 AMP 0.5 wt%을 혼합했을 때 0.52 mol-$CO_2/mol$-absorbent로 최대치를 나타냈다.

  • 이산화탄소 포집을 위해 가장 일반적으로 이용되고 있는 방법은 알카놀아민인 모노에탄올아민(MEA) 용매를 이용한 가역적 화학흡수이다. 이러한 MEA 용매는 $CO_{2}$와 반응성이 우수한 반면 다른 흡수제에 비해 연소배가스에 포함되어 있는 이산화탄소, 산소 및 기타 산성가스들에 의한 흡수제의 성능저하, 부식 및 열화현상을 유발하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 정유공정의 스팀 리포밍공정으로부터 열화된 MEA 시료를 이용하여 연구되었다. 일반적으로 사용되는 흡수제인 MEA 용매와 열화된 용매의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. MEA 30 wt% 흡수제와 열화물(DP) 20 wt% + PZ 10 wt% 흡수제의 경우 흡수용량이 각각 $0.5365mol_{CO2}/mol_{absorbent}$$0.5939mol_{CO2}/mol_{absorbent}$로 증진제(PZ)에 의해 흡수능이 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 반면 흡수속도는 MEA 30 wt% 흡수제가 $1.1610kg_{f}/cm^2{\cdot}min$로 열화물(DP) 20 wt% + PZ 10 wt% 흡수제의 $0.5310kg_{f}/cm^2{\cdot}min$보다 높게 나타났으나, 열화물 30 wt% 단독으로 사용하였을 때 $0.3525kg_{f}/cm^2{\cdot}min$보다는 향상되었다. 따라서 적합한 증진제의 선정을 통해 열화물도 $CO_{2}$ 흡수제로서 재사용할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

흡착재에 의한 유출기름 회수용 유수분리의 가능성 연구 (A Study on Feasibility of Oil Separation with Oil Absorbent for Spilt Oil Recovery)

  • An experimental study on oil absorbent was conducted to investigate the feasibility of utilizing absorbents in oil separation from water-oil mixture for spilt oil recovery. Experiments included investigations of absorptivity and filtering performance of a commercial oil absorbent for different diesel oil concentrations. The measured average absorptivity of the absorbent was above 92% for oil concentrations, 5, 10, 15vo1%, that shows good absorbing performance. Filtering the oil-water mixture, however, was too slow to be used for oil separation. An absorbent baffle system was suggested for oil separation which collects oil panicles by increasing contact between the absorbent and oil particles.

  • This study is to develop porous concrete using super absorbent polymer, which possesses insolubility and high absorption capacity, as a substitute material for lightweight soil. Various mixtures were prepared using aggregates, cement, mixing water, and super absorbent polymer, and the absorption ratio and compressive strength were examined for each mixture. As the amount of super absorbent polymer added increased, the absorption ratio also increased, reaching up to 35-105%. However, the compressive strength decreased by 49.5% to 65.3%. This is believed to be due to the inherent properties of super absorbent polymer, which led to an increase in the absorption ratio but, in turn, reduced the binding strength of cement paste particles, resulting in a decrease in compressive strength.

김치 저장성에 미치는 가스 흡수제의 영향 (Effects of Gas-absorbent on the Storage of Kimchi)

  • 본 연구는 김치의 저장방법을 개선하고자 이산화탄소 흡수능력을 가진 수산화칼륨을 가스흡수제로 사용하여 저장중 pH, 산도, 이산화탄소함량 및 젖산균수 그리고 총균수의 변화를 측정하였다. pH는 저장 8일째 수산화칼륨처리 김치에서 4.02로 가식이 가능했지만 무처리 및 수산화칼슘처리 김치에서는 4.0이하로 감소하여 가식이 불가능했다. 산도는 저장 2일째에 수산화칼륨처리 김치가 수산화칼슘 및 무처리 김치에 비해 다소 낮았으며, 이후 모든 김치에서 급격한 증가하였다. 이산화탄소의 발생은 저장중 가스흡수제를 처리한 김치가 처리하지 않은 김치에 비해 감소하는 경향이었다. 총균수는 저장 6일째에 무처리 및 수산화칼슘처리 김치에서 최고치를 나타내었으며, 수산화칼륨처리 김치는 저장 8일째에 최고치를 나타내었다가 이후 감소하였다. 젖산균수의 변화는 모든 김치에서 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 젖산균수는 저장 10일째에는 가스흡수제를 처리한 김치가 처리하지 않은 김치에 비해 많았다.

  • This study is to improve the worst lightfastness of a natural dye. To modify the fiber surface, low temperature oxygen plasma was carried out on silk fabric. The result is followed below after the examination of surface shape, dyeability, color change, UV absorbent influence and lightfastness. 1. When electric discharge outputs are 60W, 80W and 100w, and processing times are 10minutes, 20minutes and 40minutes, the etching effect of surface increased as electric discharge outputs and processing times increased. 2. When examined UV absorbent for 5hours, 10hours, 20hours, 40hours and 80hours, the value changes of E are 1.47, 2.51, 2.91, 3.71, 4.51 and 5.31 in case of Al pre-mordanting/ prasma 80W, 20min./ UVabsorbent 5% (100:1), 2.31, 2.47, 3.84, 3.90, 3.61 and 4.42 in case of Al pre-mordanting/prasma 80W, 20min.1 UV absorbent 5% (o.w.f.). The lightfastness decreased when UV absorbent increased. 3. Dyeability of the samples pre-treated with five different methods was in the following order: plasma processing for 20minutes at 60W/Al pre-mordanting > Al pre-mordanting > plasma processing for 20minutes at 60W > Al after-mordanting. non mordanting Plasma treatment had superior effect on dyeability. 4. When UV absorbent was applied in fabric, the sample under higher electric discharge out puts showed more effective in improving lightfastness.

  • The notion of transitive filters is introduced in lattice implication algebras. A necessary and sufficient condition is derived for every filter to become a transitive filter. Some sufficient conditions are also derived for a filter to become a transitive filter. The concept of absorbent filters is introduced and their properties are studied. A set of equivalent conditions is obtained for a filter to become an absorbent filter.

  • The reaction of carbon dioxide with the amine-based absorbents which have various substituents in the molecule was described. In the case of MEA which is a representative primary amine, the absorption reaction was proceeded very fast while the regeneration reaction was took place slowly due to the strong bond strength between the absorbent and carbon dioxide. The more substituents on N atom of the absorbent, the slower the absorption reaction between carbon dioxide and the absorbent, which in turn causes faster the regeneration rate from the reaction intermediate, carbamate.

인디고 염색제품에 대한 자외선흡수제의 응용효과 (An Aplication Effect of UV-Absorbent on The Indigo Dyed Products)

  • The indigo-dyed blue denim garments are favored not only by young people but also by almost everyone of life, In the early years they were casually worn on most occasions but became universal recently. Such denim garments are treated with various process to give it optimal softness and color contrast of blue and white. The processess can generate photoyellowing and thus the yellowing may damage their appearance and quality. So this study is to find the solutions to reduce the photoyellowing problem. For this prupose sample denim were treated with cellulase fluorescent brightener UV absorbent etc. The results were as follows; The yellowing would be more accelerated by fluorescent brightening. Since the yellowing was reduced by 90% In particular the application of the UV absorbent before using of the fluorescent brightener was most effective. The optimal concentration was 0.5% (o.w.f) and the benzophenone compounds were found most effective for the indigo denim. And reduction effect of yellowing by UV absorbent was lowered with repeated laundering but metal compound treatment on fabric made a removal of UV absorbent by laundering prevented.
